Background
Along with the increasing awareness of health care of people, more and more people like to have higher and higher requirements on freshness of fruits, vegetables, meat and the like, so that the requirements on freshness of the traditional household air-cooled or direct-cooled refrigerator are also higher and higher. On the other hand, more and more people like to play or camp around going out. When people play or camp, people often carry a small amount of beverage, washed or cut foods such as fruits, vegetables and meats, and in order to ensure the freshness of the foods and drink frozen beverages, the small-sized traditional air-cooled or direct-cooled refrigeration type vehicle-mounted refrigerator is often purchased.
For example, the utility model of China patent application with the bulletin number of CN220911759U discloses a household low Wen Suoxian vertical cabinet, which comprises a vertical cabinet body, a sheet metal heat-insulating outer door and a rack, wherein the sheet metal heat-insulating outer door is arranged on the right side of the front end of the vertical cabinet body through two hinges, a heat-insulating inner door is arranged on the right front side of the inside of the vertical cabinet body through hinges, an installation inner cavity is partitioned at the lower end of the inside of the vertical cabinet body, a condenser is arranged in the installation inner cavity, a fan and a compressor are arranged at the rear end of the condenser, and the condenser is formed by combining two collecting pipes, two flat pipes, a plurality of fins and two copper pipes.
For another example, chinese patent application publication No. CN114576898a discloses a novel vehicle-mounted refrigerator. The refrigerator comprises a box body, a food storage liner and a refrigerating system, wherein a box door is arranged at the opening of the box body, the food storage liner is arranged in the box body, a storage rack and a storage box are arranged in the food storage liner, the storage rack is connected with the inner wall of the food storage liner in a clamping mode, the storage box is arranged below the storage rack, the storage box is connected with the bottom surface of the food storage liner in a sliding mode, and the refrigerating system is arranged in the box body and used for refrigerating the food storage liner.
However, the conventional air-cooled or direct-cooled refrigerator can form ice crystals of about 100 microns, the large ice crystals formed during the freezing process can destroy the cell structure, the thawed food material can lose the original cell structure, the nutritive value and the mouthfeel, taste and color of the food material, and the beverage can also become ice cubes.
With the development of liquid quick-freezing flash freezing technology, a new fresh-locking machine is developed in the prior art, the liquid quick-freezing flash freezing technology is mainly used for quick freezing and fresh-locking of food materials, the technology utilizes a cryogenic mechanical refrigerating unit to provide a cold source, the food materials are immersed in special food-grade carrier cold liquid, the heat of frozen food is taken away by the ultra-fast speed, the temperature of the center of the food materials is quickly up to-18 ℃, quick freezing is realized, in the process, ice crystals formed by water in the food material cells are extremely small, physical damage to cell membranes/walls is avoided, the original freshness, original taste, original nutrients and original quality of the food materials are maintained to the greatest extent, the fresh-locking machine is suitable for quick-freezing of high-end food materials such as meat, seafood, fruits and vegetables, dairy products, and the like, juice, nutrition and freshness substances of the food materials are not lost after thawing in the environment of-18 ℃ for a long time, and the color, the fresh source and the elasticity are good, and the freshness is as originally good.
For example, chinese patent application with publication number CN116753655A discloses an overspeed frozen fresh machine, which comprises a machine body, a control box is arranged on the right side inside the machine body, a cavity with an upper opening and a lower opening is arranged on the left side of the machine body in a penetrating way, an inner cabin is arranged inside the cavity, an interlayer is arranged between the periphery of the inner cabin and the cavity, the bottom of the inner cabin is fixedly connected with the cavity through a fixing piece, a water-liquid circulating assembly is arranged in the interlayer, a high-pressure water pump is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner cabin, an output end of the high-pressure water pump is communicated with the water-liquid circulating assembly, an input end of the high-pressure water pump is arranged on the outer side wall of the machine body in a penetrating way, a refrigerating assembly is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner cabin, the refrigerating assembly is communicated with the water-liquid circulating assembly, a control assembly is arranged in the control box, a control panel is fixedly arranged at the top of the control box, and the control panel is connected with the control assembly. The invention adopts the liquid refrigeration technology, and utilizes the characteristics that the heat conduction speed of liquid is faster than that of air, and the liquid can fully contact the surface of a frozen object, thereby achieving the faster freezing effect.
According to the fresh-locking machine, the annular water pipe is arranged on the periphery of the inner cabin to uniformly lock the inner cabin, the diameter of ice crystals formed by frozen substances is lower than 5 microns, original nutrient substances and cell structures in cells can be fully locked, and after the frozen food materials by the device are transferred into common air refrigerating equipment such as common refrigerators, longer fresh-keeping time can still be obtained, and storage of stored products is facilitated. In addition, the invention adopts the liquid refrigeration technology, utilizes the characteristics that the heat conduction speed of liquid is faster than that of air, and the liquid can fully contact the surface of a frozen object, so as to achieve a faster freezing effect.
For another example, chinese patent application with publication number CN114893941a discloses a liquid instant freezer for food, which comprises a refrigerating unit and a stirring unit, wherein a quick freezing cavity is arranged inside the instant freezer, a stirring unit is arranged behind a partition plate of the quick freezing cavity, a refrigerating unit is arranged below the quick freezing cavity, the refrigerating unit comprises a refrigerating compressor, an oil-water separator, a heat exchanger, an electromagnetic valve, an expansion valve and an evaporator, the refrigerating compressor is communicated with the heat exchanger through the oil-water separator, the heat exchanger is communicated with the evaporator, the electromagnetic valve and the expansion valve are arranged between the heat exchanger and the evaporator, the stirring unit comprises a motor, a stirring shaft and a stirring head, the top of a fixing rod of the stirring head is connected with a mounting groove at the bottom of the stirring shaft, a plurality of stirring blades are uniformly arranged on a fixing disc of the stirring head, a fixing groove matched with the side wall of the fixing disc is arranged in the middle of the stirring blade, and a protective shell is arranged outside the motor. The fresh-keeping food is quickly frozen by directly putting the real objects to be kept fresh into the liquid quick freezer, so that the cell tissues of the food are not damaged, the color and the flavor are not changed, and the original freshness can be recovered after the thawing.
The whole size of the fresh-locking machine is large, food is directly placed into quick-freezing liquid for quick-freezing, on one hand, the quick-freezing machine is inconvenient to take and search, on the other hand, the freezing liquid is adhered to the surface of the food, and on the premise that people pay more attention to food safety increasingly, the refrigerator is not applicable. Therefore, a novel household fresh-keeping machine for keeping multiple things fresh is designed.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In this document, suffixes such as "module", "component", or "unit" used to represent elements are used only for facilitating the description of the present invention, and have no particular meaning in themselves. Thus, "module," "component," or "unit" may be used in combination.

Referring to fig. 1-9B, the invention provides a fresh-keeping machine, which comprises a machine cover 1, a fresh-keeping machine body 2 and a main machine box 3, wherein the machine cover 1 is preferably in rotary connection with the fresh-keeping machine body 2, the fresh-keeping machine body 2 is fresh-keeping equipment adopting a liquid quick-freezing flash freezing technology, and is mainly used for quick freezing and fresh-keeping of food materials, the technology utilizes a cryogenic mechanical refrigerating unit to provide a cold source, the food materials are immersed in special food-grade carrier cold liquid, heat of frozen food is taken away by ultra-fast, and the fresh-keeping machine body 2 is in the prior art and is not excessively described herein; two mounting grooves 4 have been seted up to the top symmetry of lock bright machine body 2, simultaneously, in order to be suitable for different application scenario, for example domestic and on-vehicle two kinds of scenes, still provide the mounting bracket subassembly of an regulation size to make the user purchase one set of mounting bracket subassembly and the mounting groove 4 on domestic lock bright machine and the on-vehicle lock bright machine cooperate according to two kinds of different application scenario, reduced user's purchase cost. The fresh-keeping machine body 2 is internally provided with 2/3 volume of refrigerating fluid, the bottom in the cavity is fixedly provided with a refrigerating pipe 12, namely, the refrigerating fluid is refrigerated through the refrigerating pipe 12, the main cabinet 3 is internally provided with a controller and a refrigerating system, the refrigerating system mainly comprises an evaporator, a compressor and a condenser, the refrigerating pipe 12 is a part of a refrigerating circulation system and is used for circulating refrigerant to absorb and release heat, thereby maintaining the low-temperature environment in the fresh-keeping machine body 2, the refrigerating system is an important component of the refrigerating system, and the refrigerating system is the prior art and is not excessively described herein.
Further, the mounting rack assembly comprises two racks 5 and a plurality of support bars for hanging articles, and a first storage bag 9, a second storage bag 10 and a third storage bag 11 for storing different articles, so that a user can select a proper storage bag for containing food according to different use scenes and different fresh-keeping articles. Although the use of dedicated food-grade liquids for direct contact with food is desirable, in view of food safety concerns, it is generally undesirable to stain or adhere the liquid to the food, and therefore an outer package is required to package the various foods to be frozen. If the partition board in the conventional refrigerator is used for space division and placing objects, direct contact with refrigerating fluid cannot be avoided, and if the storage box is used for containing objects and then the objects are placed in the cavity of the fresh-keeping machine body 2, the problem that the volume is large and two tanks for fresh keeping and freezing are divided because the food in different time periods of a household needs to be stored in a frozen manner unlike the conventional household refrigerator is also faced. The fresh-keeping machine is only used for keeping food fresh in tens of minutes or hours or two or three days in daily at home, for example, the food is put into the fresh-keeping machine for fresh keeping after buying vegetables in the morning, and the food is taken out for cooking in the noon or evening. I.e. it does not need to be stored for a long time, but rather for a short period of time, and is therefore generally much smaller in volume than a conventional refrigerator, slightly larger than the size of a household microwave oven. Therefore, if the storage box is used to package food or other articles (such as beverage or skin care product), not only the occupied space is relatively large, but also the contact distance between the food or articles and the refrigerating fluid is increased, so that the refrigerating effect of the refrigerating fluid cannot be effectively utilized. In view of this, in the present application, in order to ensure flexibility and portability, on the other hand, the space can be reasonably utilized and the freezing effect of the freezing liquid can be utilized to the greatest extent as possible, and the storage bag is made of the material of the conventional plastic bag, so that when the storage bag containing the articles is placed in the freezing liquid, the storage bag is automatically wrapped due to the large freezing liquid density (greater than the water density), and the air in the storage bag is extruded to reach a state close to vacuum, especially when the liquid level of the freezing liquid is over the article level. Moreover, considering the sealing requirements of the storage bags in different sizes and different weights and different application scenes (for example, the sealing requirements of the storage bags are not required because a common freshness locker in a household scene is static, and only one chain clamping air port is needed, and for example, the sealing requirements of the storage bags are high because the freshness locker in a vehicle-mounted scene is dynamic and refrigerating fluid can shake in a cavity, one chain clamping can not be met) different storage bags are provided, and a counterweight is arranged to avoid the problem that lighter articles cannot be put into the refrigerating fluid.
Specifically, the following describes in detail embodiments of different application scenarios.
An embodiment I is an outdoor vehicle-mounted physical fresh-locking machine.
Referring to fig. 1, the vehicle-mounted fresh-locking machine of the present embodiment includes a fresh-locking machine body 2 and a main cabinet 3 arranged in parallel, wherein an organic cover 1 is disposed on one side of the fresh-locking machine body 2 connected with the main cabinet 3, and the organic cover 1 is rotatably connected with the fresh-locking machine body 2 through two hinge hinges.
The fresh-keeping machine comprises a fresh-keeping machine body 2, a refrigerating pipe 12, a refrigerating circulation system, two mounting grooves 4, and a mounting frame assembly, wherein the refrigerating liquid used for keeping fresh is contained in the fresh-keeping machine body 2, the bottom of the fresh-keeping machine body is fixedly connected with the refrigerating pipe 12, the refrigerating pipe 12 is connected with the refrigerating circulation system in a main machine case 3, the two mounting grooves 4 are symmetrically formed in the top of the fresh-keeping machine body 2, and the mounting frame assembly capable of sliding in the length direction of the mounting grooves 4 is arranged between the two mounting grooves 4.
Referring to fig. 2A, in this embodiment, the mounting frame assembly includes at least one first support rod 61 that is telescopic, and a placement frame 5 connected to both ends of the at least one first support rod 61.
Since the fresh locker is dynamic during camping or playing, especially when the road jolts, the fresh locker may vibrate slightly, so that the first support bar 61 and the mounting frame are manufactured by an integral molding process in order to ensure stability and spacing between the support bars. Of course, in the present embodiment, the first support rod 61 may also be slidably mounted in comparison with the mounting frame, so that the spacing between the support rods can be adjusted according to actual needs. Of course, each first support bar 61 may be independently installed between two installation grooves 4, thereby making the degree of freedom of the user to adjust the interval between the support bars greater.
Referring to fig. 3A-3C, in this embodiment, the food storage device further includes a second storage bag 10 for storing food, at least two clips 8 that can be clamped on the first support rod 61, and magnetic blocks 16 are disposed on the clips 8.
When the hanging area 101 of the second storage bag 10 near the opening is covered on the first supporting rod 61 and at least two clips 8 are clamped and connected between the clips 8 and the first supporting rod 61, namely the second storage bag 10 is hung on the first supporting rod 61 and has higher tightness due to gravity and the effect of the clips, and when a heavier article is placed, the effect of the at least two clips 8 ensures the uniformity of stress of the hanging area, compared with the mode of arranging hanging holes or handles, the problem that the hanging holes or handles of the second storage bag 10 are deformed and even broken due to the fact that stress is concentrated on the point of the hanging hooks 7 is avoided.
Further, when the weight of the article to be frozen is light, even if it is placed in the storage bag, it cannot be frozen in the freezing liquid, and at this time, the two clips 8 which are not used may be connected by the magnet 16 as a configuration and placed in the second storage bag 10 for opening the second storage bag 10, see fig. 3C.
On the one hand, the arrangement of the magnetic block 16 can increase the clamping force, on the other hand, the counterweight is formed as a connecting piece for connecting the two clamping clips 8, so that a counterweight component is not required to be arranged separately, and the clamping clips 8 can be adsorbed on the shell of the fresh-locking machine through the arrangement of the magnetic block 16, thereby avoiding the loss caused by throwing away and avoiding separate storage.
In some embodiments, the magnet 16 is removably mounted to the clip 8, so that when the clamping force of the clip 8 is sufficient, the magnet 16 can be removed for mounting to another clip 8, i.e., even if some of the clips 8 are damaged, the magnet 16 alone can be recycled.
Referring to fig. 3C and 3D, in some embodiments, the clip 8 includes a first clip and second clips symmetrically disposed on both sides of the first clip such that the clip 8 has a U-shaped cross section, and the magnetic block 16 is fixedly disposed on the outside of the first clip. Of course, the magnetic block 16 may be disposed on any of the second clips.
In some embodiments, a plurality of second storage bags 10 may be held on each first support bar 61. Of course, each second storage bag 10 may also be held by one clip 8 or two or more clips 8, and specifically may be adjusted according to the width of the second storage bag 10 and the weight of the articles contained therein.
In some embodiments, a plurality of hooks 7 may be fixed on the placement frame 5, two placement frames 5 are respectively placed in two mounting grooves 4, a plurality of sliding blocks are arranged at the bottom of the placement frame 5, a sliding groove is formed in the mounting groove 4, and the sliding blocks are all slidingly connected in the sliding groove.
In some embodiments, the opening of the second storage bag 10 is provided with a clip chain 14 capable of being pressed and sealed, after the article is placed in the second storage bag 10, the clip chain 14 can be pressed and sealed, and then the hanging area 101 at the opening of the clip chain is covered on the first supporting rod 61 and fixed by the clip 8, so that double sealing is realized, and freezing liquid is prevented from splashing into the bag during the running process of the vehicle.
In some embodiments, the first support bar 61 includes a first bar 611, a second bar 612, and a third bar 613 connected in sequence, and suspension areas are provided on each of the first bar 611, the second bar 612, and the third bar 613. The hanging area here is the area that is in surface contact with the second storage bag 10 and also in surface contact with the clip 8.
Of course, further, the first support rod 61 may also be provided with a hook 7 for hanging the storage bag, see fig. 2C-2E.
Of course, further, in order to avoid sliding of the mounting frame assembly in the mounting groove 4 during running of the vehicle, corresponding limiting members may also be provided in the mounting groove 4. In some embodiments, the limiting component may adopt a magnetic block 16 detachably mounted on the above-mentioned clip 8, after the mounting frame 5 is mounted, the magnetic block 16 on the clip 8 is removed, and then the two sides of the mounting frame attached to the inner wall of the fresh-locking machine are respectively attached with the magnetic blocks 16, so as to limit the fresh-locking machine. Of course, a recess may be provided directly inside the mounting groove 4 for positioning.
If the first support rod 61 is in a telescopic state, during use, the placing frame 5 is manually compressed to enable the first support rod 61 to gradually shrink, then the first support rod 61 is placed in the two mounting grooves 4 of the fresh-locking machine body 2, so that the mounting frame assembly for hanging articles is mounted in the fresh-locking machine body 2, and then the second storage bag 10 filled with articles is hung on the first support rod 61 by means of the U-shaped clamp 8, so that most of the second storage bag 10 is immersed in food-grade refrigerating fluid in the fresh-locking machine body 2 for fresh preservation. For easy access, the main cabinet 3 is directed to the vehicle cab side, and the cover 1 is opened toward the vehicle tail to facilitate access to the articles.
If the weight of the articles in the second storage bag 10 is light, for example, a lettuce, the second storage bag 10 cannot be immersed in the freezing liquid because of the high density of the freezing liquid, at this time, only two clips 8 which are not used are required to be absorbed together through the magnetic blocks 16, then placed in the second storage bag 10, the lettuce is placed in the second storage bag, and finally the second storage bag 10 is clamped on the first staff by using the clips 8. Of course, since lettuce is light in weight, even without the weight of the magnet 16 or the clamping of magnetic force, it can clamp the second storage bag 10 on the first support bar 61, and thus the magnet 16 making the counterweight can be directly removed from the two clips 8 and mounted on the other two clips 8 without the magnet 16. Because the inner walls of the new plastic bag with electrostatic function can be adsorbed together, the width of the two clamping clips 8 can open the storage bag to a certain extent by a certain width, and then the objects can be directly put into the storage bag. And the operations such as blowing air into the storage bag and the like are not needed.
The invention further provides another fresh-locking machine.
The fresh-keeping machine of the present embodiment includes the respective components of the first embodiment, except that, for the lighter weight articles, a third storage bag 11 is separately provided, the bottom of the third storage bag 11 is provided with a counterweight 13, and the third storage bag 11 is provided with a hanging hole for hanging, see fig. 4, and at the same time, at least one second support rod 62 parallel to the first support rod 61 is further provided, and the second support rod 62 is further provided with a plurality of hooks 7 matching with the hanging hole, see fig. 2B to 2E.
In some embodiments, the second support bar 62 includes a fourth bar 621, a fifth bar 622, and a sixth bar 623 connected in sequence, wherein a plurality of hooks 7 are disposed on the fourth bar 621 and the sixth bar 623 at intervals, and one hook 7 is disposed in the middle of the fifth bar 622.
Preferably, the mounting assembly includes two first support bars 61 and one second support bar 62. Generally, when camping or playing, a large number of foods are carried, such as fruits and meats, and lighter weight articles, such as bread, are fewer, so that the number of first support bars 61 is greater than the number of second support bars 62.
Preferably, the first support bar 61 and the second support bar 62 are slidably mounted with respect to the mounting frame such that the interval between the support bars can be adjusted according to actual needs.
Of course, further, the first support rod 61 may also be provided with a hook 7 for hanging the third storage bag 11.
Of course, in other embodiments, the third storage bag 11 may be directly provided with the two clips 8 as a counterweight without providing the counterweight 13.
As described above, the above-described process of integrally forming the first and second support bars 61 and 62 with the placement frame 5. Of course, the first support bar 61 and the second support bar 62 may be independently installed between the two installation grooves 4, see fig. 2C, so that the degree of freedom of the user to adjust the interval between the support bars is greater.
The third embodiment is a vehicle-mounted fresh-locking machine capable of freezing beverages and foods.
In view of outdoor camping or the like, beverages are carried in some cases, and it is desired to drink ice beverages, or ice beer is filled, etc., the present invention also provides another fresh-keeping machine, which includes the respective components of the first embodiment, except that in this embodiment, for beverages or beer or the like to be frozen, a first storage bag 9 is separately provided, a hanging hole for hanging is provided on the first storage bag 9, and a partition 15 for dividing an inner space into a plurality of subspaces is provided in the first storage bag 9, see fig. 5, and at the same time, at least one second support bar 62 disposed in parallel with the first support bar 61 is also provided, and a plurality of hooks 7 engaged with the hanging hole are also provided on the second support bar 62, see fig. 2C to 2E.
In some embodiments, the second support bar 62 includes a fourth bar 621, a fifth bar 622, and a sixth bar 623 connected in sequence, wherein a plurality of hooks 7 are disposed on the fourth bar 621 and the sixth bar 623 at intervals, and one hook 7 is disposed in the middle of the fifth bar 622.
Preferably, the mounting assembly includes two first support bars 61 and one second support bar 62. Generally, more food is carried while camping or playing, and less beverage is carried, and thus the number of the first support bars 61 is greater than the number of the second support bars 62.
Preferably, the first support bar 61 and the second support bar 62 are slidably mounted with respect to the mounting frame such that the interval between the support bars can be adjusted according to actual needs.
Of course, further, the first support rod 61 may also be provided with a hook 7 for hanging the first storage bag 9.
In general, it is also possible to put a plurality of beverages into one large plastic bag and then into the cavity of the fresh-keeping machine body, but this way, too, can lead to the plastic bag being loaded too much, and deformation (without recycling) and even fracture problems occur. If only a few cans of beverage are placed, there is a waste problem. Therefore, in this embodiment, the space in the first storage bag 9 is divided into a plurality of subspaces by the partition 15, and the height of the partition 15 (for example, 2/3 of the height of the interior of the first storage bag 9) is set according to the maximum bearing capacity of the first storage bag 9, so as to prompt the user that the height of the articles in the interior cannot exceed (or slightly exceed) the height of the partition 15, thereby ensuring that the first storage bag 9 can be sealed by the clip chain 14 at the opening of the first storage bag, and preventing the problem that the articles in the storage bag are too much placed and bear too much weight to some extent.
In addition, different subspace divisions can also be classified and stored, for example, one subspace stores beverage, and the other subspace stores beer, so that the beverage can be conveniently and quickly taken without being turned over in one bag, and meanwhile, when too many articles are placed in the fresh-locking machine cavity, a user can recognize that the beverage is stored at a glance according to the first storage bag 9, and the beverage is not required to be searched in a plurality of storage bags one by one.
Of course, in other embodiments, the fresh locker may further include the third storage bag 11 of the second embodiment.
The fourth embodiment is a household fresh-keeping machine for keeping foods fresh.
Unlike a car-mounted fresh-locking machine, the size of the small household appliance which is a table top level and is placed in a kitchen for a long time is very small compared with the size of a traditional refrigerator, but the size of the small household appliance is larger compared with the car-mounted fresh-locking machine, because in a home scene, on one hand, more food products are usually kept fresh, and on the other hand, the placing space is larger. In view of this, the invention also provides a household fresh-keeping machine, see fig. 6, which comprises a main machine case 3 and a fresh-keeping machine body 2 arranged above the main machine case 3, wherein one side of the fresh-keeping machine body 2 is provided with an organic cover 1, the organic cover 1 is rotationally connected with the fresh-keeping machine body 2, the fresh-keeping machine body 2 is filled with fresh-keeping refrigerating fluid, the bottom of the fresh-keeping machine body is fixedly connected with a refrigerating tube 12, the refrigerating tube 12 is connected with the main machine case 3, two mounting grooves 4 are symmetrically arranged at the top of the fresh-keeping machine body 2, a mounting frame assembly capable of sliding in the mounting grooves 4 along the length direction is arranged between the two mounting grooves 4, the mounting frame assembly comprises at least one telescopic first support rod 61, at least one telescopic second support rod 62 which is arranged in parallel with the first support rod 61, and two ends of the first support rod 61 and the second support rod 62 are in sliding connection with the mounting grooves 4.
In the embodiment, the fresh-locking machine further comprises a first storage bag 9 and a third storage bag 11 which are used for storing and hanging on the second support rod 62, hanging holes used for hanging are formed in the first storage bag 9 and the third storage bag 11, dividing pieces 15 used for dividing an inner space into a plurality of subspaces are arranged in the first storage bag 9, a plurality of hooks 7 matched with the hanging holes are further arranged on the second support rod 62, the fresh-locking machine further comprises a second storage bag 10 used for storing heavier foods and hanging on the first support rod 61, at least two clamping clips 8 capable of being clamped on the first support rod 61, magnetic blocks 16 are arranged on the clamping clips 8, and when a hanging area 101, close to an opening, of the second storage bag 10 is covered or wound on the first support rod 61, and the at least two clamping clips 8 are clamped in the hanging area 101, the second storage bag 10 is clamped and fixed between the clamping clips 8 and the first support rod 61.
Referring to fig. 6-8, the first storage bag 9, the second storage bag 10 and the third storage bag 11 are respectively used for placing bottled articles or small articles, heavier articles and lighter articles, a partition plate 15 for separating bottled articles is fixedly connected in the first storage bag 9, the first storage bag 9 can be used for placing articles such as beverages and cosmetics, the partition plate 15 separates the bottled articles and the canned articles, so that the bottled articles and the canned articles are prevented from being broken and damaged due to collision, and meanwhile, the bottled articles and the bottled articles are convenient to sort, store and take quickly.
In some embodiments, the clip 8 includes a first clip and second clips symmetrically disposed on both sides of the first clip such that the cross section of the clip 8 is U-shaped and the magnet 16 is fixedly disposed on the outside of the first clip or any of the second clips. The two magnetic blocks 16 are attracted with each other in opposite directions. Of course, in other embodiments, the clip 8 may take other forms, for example, having a semicircular or major arc cross-section, and having a shape that matches the shape of the first support bar.
As mentioned above, the hanging manner of the second storage bag 10 is different, because it is used for placing larger and heavier foods, such as bones and meats, when hanging the second storage bag 10, the second storage bag 10 is lapped or wound on the first support rod 61 (preferably, the cross section of the first support rod 61 is square), then the U-shaped clamp 8 is clamped on the first support rod 61, the second storage bag 10 is pressed and fixed between the first support rod 61 and the U-shaped clamp 8, the magnetic block 16 is fixed on the U-shaped clamp 8, if the first support rod 61 is selected for producing iron materials, the magnetic block 16 can attract the first support rod 61, so that the hanging firmness of the second storage bag 10 can be improved, the redundant U-shaped clamp 8 can be adsorbed together through the magnetic block 16, and then placed into the second storage bag 10 or the third storage bag 11 to be used as a counterweight, so that when the food materials in the second storage bag 10 are small, the food grade cold liquid in the fresh-keeping machine body 2 can be mostly immersed.
Of course, in other embodiments, the weight 13 for weight increase may be directly disposed at the bottom of the third storage bag 11, where the weight 13 is slidably connected to the third storage bag 11, and the third storage bag 11 may be placed with smaller and lighter foods, such as lettuce.
When food is placed, the balancing weight 13 is inserted into the bottom of the third storage bag 11, the weight of the third storage bag 11 is increased, the third storage bag 11 can be immersed in food-grade refrigerating fluid in the fresh-keeping machine body 2 to preserve freshness, meanwhile, the balancing weight 13 can prop open the third storage bag 11 to facilitate food placement, when the food is placed in the fresh-keeping machine body 2 for preservation, the food-grade refrigerating fluid in the fresh-keeping machine body 2 can squeeze the first storage bag 9, the second storage bag 10 and the third storage bag 11, and most of air in the first storage bag 9, the second storage bag 10 and the third storage bag 11 can be squeezed out from the bag openings to enable the third storage bag 11 to be prone to vacuum, so that the preservation of the food is facilitated.
The working principle is that if the first support rod 61 and the second support rod 62 are in a contracted state, the placing frames 5 can be manually pulled to enable the first support rod 61 and the second support rod 62 to extend, the distance between the two placing frames 5 is adjusted according to the size of the fresh-locking machine body 2, so that the two placing frames 5 are respectively placed in the two mounting grooves 4, and the mounting frame assembly for hanging articles is mounted in the fresh-locking machine body 2;
Different kinds of articles are respectively placed in the first storage bag 9, the second storage bag 10 and the third storage bag 11, then the first storage bag 9 and the third storage bag 11 with the articles placed are hung on the hooks 7 on the mounting frame assembly, finally the second storage bag 10 is put on the first support rod 61, then the U-shaped clamp 8 is clamped on the first support rod 61, and the second storage bag 10 is fixedly extruded between the first support rod 61 and the U-shaped clamp 8.
The fifth embodiment of the present invention further provides another fresh-keeping machine, which includes the components of any one of the above embodiments, except that the fresh-keeping machine of the present embodiment further includes:
the interactive module is arranged on the machine cover or the fresh-keeping machine body and is used for inputting the type or the name of the current article to be kept fresh by a user;
The main control board is arranged in the main machine box and is used for matching pre-stored optimal fresh-keeping time (which can be obtained through experiments in advance and is not repeated here) in the database according to the type or the name of the article input by the user, and starting timing from the situation that the user puts the corresponding article in the fresh-keeping machine body 2 and closes the machine cover, and triggering the interaction module to remind that the fresh-keeping time is reached if the timing reaches the matched optimal fresh-keeping time.
Of course, the voice module can be further arranged, so that when the timing reaches the matched optimal fresh-keeping time, the main control board triggers the voice module to remind that the fresh-keeping time is reached.
Furthermore, a wireless communication module can be further arranged, so that when the timing reaches the matched optimal fresh-keeping time, the main control board sends a message to the mobile terminal of the user through the wireless communication module to prompt that the fresh-keeping time is reached. Preferably, the message is sent when it is detected that the user has not taken out the item after a preset time threshold has elapsed after prompting by the voice module.
Specifically, whether the user takes out the corresponding item is detected, and whether the item category or name is deleted from the fresh list by the user is detected.
In other embodiments, a detection device may be provided on the fresh-locking machine body, for identifying the articles placed in or taken out of the fresh-locking machine, so as to realize automatic detection. Of course, this increases the cost of the fresh machine.
In other embodiments, the first storage bag 9, the second storage bag 10 and the third storage bag 11 may be provided with identification codes (e.g. bar codes or two-dimensional codes) corresponding to commonly used household fresh-keeping articles, respectively, and accordingly, a micro scanning device is integrated in the fresh-keeping machine, so that when a user puts in one storage bag, the identification codes are scanned first
Of course, the identification code is generated in advance based on the optimal fresh-keeping time of each type of articles obtained through investigation and a large number of tests, and can be directly adhered to the storage bag when being used by a user. Of course, instead of setting an identification code for each item, an identification code is generated based on the average value of items that are close in optimal fresh-keeping time (e.g., only a few minutes apart). Therefore, after the user receives the message, the user can also inquire the specific object name in the database through the mobile terminal to inquire the optimal fresh-keeping time of the object, then determine whether to continue fresh-keeping according to the inquired optimal fresh-keeping time, if so, set the duration of continuing fresh-keeping through the mobile terminal, send to the main control board through the wireless network to control the main control board to restart timing, and remind again when the timing is up. Of course, if no preservation is required, the user goes to take out the article. Of course, if the fresh-keeping article in the fresh-keeping machine only has the article, the mobile terminal can directly send a shutdown instruction to the main control board.
