The circumference of the common belt pulley is at least provided with a clamping position (shown in fig. 8) for installing the transmission belt, as the belt pulley is generally a metal piece, and under the normal condition, the belt pulley is used as an accessory commodity, most manufacturers polish the belt pulley and treat the other appearance areas of the belt pulley to form positive and negative outer sides, so that certain salient points or burrs are usually arranged at the local parts of the inner side edges of the clamping position, the transmission belt is caused to aggravate friction in the working process, the contact part of the transmission belt is easy to crack, the aging of the belt is accelerated, the service life of the belt is greatly shortened, and the potential safety hazard of sudden fracture exists, so that the local salient points/burrs on the belt pulley are required to be removed.
The common operation is that the belt pulley with the flaw is independently placed on a cutting machine tool or a thorn removing machine tool for processing, and the belt pulley with the flaw has larger size and weight, is inconvenient to lift, align and stabilize, and needs to use a separate lifting device, but because the belt pulley has more size, the lifting space reserved between a lifting base on the lifting device and a processing area is larger, so that the lifting distance and the lifting time of the belt pulley with the smaller size are longer before processing, the efficiency is lower, and the belt pulley is easy to drop in the lifting process with the longer distance;
In addition, the lifting device is additionally moved to the side of the processing machine tool, the matching degree is not good, and the processed belt pulley is also required to be sent to a third cleaning machine tool for cleaning operation and the like, so that the requirement of high precision and high efficiency is difficult to realize by adopting a plurality of independent machine tools or devices with common matching degree in the prior art, and improvement is required.

The dust removing roller 5 is winded with a dust removing paste or a brush hair paste. The hydraulic press 13 is provided with a foot switch 24.
The operating principle is that an operator inserts the convex point or the burr of the belt pulley to be removed upwards and aligns with the insertion groove with the matched model in advance to insert the belt pulley, then the belt pulley is placed on the corresponding positioning block on the belt pulley positioning platform, the bottom of the belt pulley is limited and clamped at the moment, the operator steps on the switch of the hydraulic press to drive the belt pulley positioning platform to drive the belt pulley to ascend and prop against the corresponding convex thorn removing roller, the motor switch is started, the convex thorn removing roller rotates to polish the convex point or the burr, if a plurality of parts to be treated exist, the belt pulley positioning platform descends, the belt pulley is rotated to the other part to be treated upwards, and the operation is repeated.
During the period, the cooling water of the cooling mechanism is used for synchronously flushing and cooling the treatment points, the polished belt pulley can be selectively placed on a dust removing roller of a dust removing area for dust removing transmission, and the thorn and dust removal of the belt pulley are completed on one machine tool, so that the efficiency is high.
