S2, uniformly mixing the surfactant and the cosurfactant according to the mass ratio of 3-4:1 to obtain the composite surfactant for later use;
S3, mixing the raw materials A, B and C with deionized water according to parts by weight, decocting for 30-60min, cooling, filtering, centrifuging, and taking supernatant to obtain a water phase mixture;
S4, taking the composite surfactant and the plant essential oil according to parts by weight, and uniformly mixing to obtain an oil phase mixture;
s5, dropwise adding the water phase mixture into the oil phase mixture while shaking in a vortex mixer according to the volume ratio of the oil phase mixture to the water phase mixture of 1:5-9, continuing shaking, and stirring until clear and transparent emulsion is obtained, thereby obtaining the herbal plant composition;
Wherein the raw material A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of calamus, 10-15 parts of wormwood and 10-15 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop; the raw material B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of rosemary, 10-15 parts of lavender, 10-15 parts of clove and 10-15 parts of vanilla; the raw material C comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of mint, 5-10 parts of dried lemon, 5-10 parts of star anise and 5-10 parts of bay leaves; the plant essential oil is one or a mixture of more than two of the eugenia essential oil, the grapefruit essential oil and the citronella essential oil in equal proportion.

Further, the extraction process of the eucalyptus essential oil comprises the following steps:
I. Drying, crushing and sieving fresh eucalyptus leaves to obtain eucalyptus leaf powder, adding glycerol and choline chloride into the eucalyptus leaf powder according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of the eucalyptus leaf powder, the glycerol and the choline chloride of 1:20-25:20-25, performing ultrasonic extraction treatment, and centrifuging to obtain a supernatant to obtain a first mixture;

the herbal plant composition prepared by adopting the technical scheme of the invention has the characteristics of good effect of expelling cockroaches, mosquitoes and flies, mild and non-irritating human body, fresh fragrance and low volatility of plant essential oil.
The herbal plant composition is the oil-in-water nanoemulsion, after the plant essential oil is embedded by the method, the release capacity and the retention capacity of the essential oil can be improved, the volatilization rate of the essential oil is low, the activity of antibacterial substances in the essential oil is effectively protected, the slow release of the essential oil is regulated, the volatility is reduced, and the long-acting repellent effect is achieved; meanwhile, the water solubility of the plant essential oil can be improved, and the herbal plant composition is not easy to delaminate; the nano emulsified essential oil liquid drops reach the nano level, so that the transfer resistance of the nano emulsified essential oil liquid drops in a nano transportation system is reduced, the capability of passive adsorption of the essential oil liquid drops by antibacterial cells is enhanced, and the antibacterial and cockroach expelling activities of the essential oil are enhanced;
The essential oil of citronella mainly comprises citronellal, geraniol, citral, citronellol, elemene and the like, wherein the citronellal and the citronellol monomers are effective natural components for expelling parasites, and have good inhibition on anthracnose germs; the essential oil comprises limonene (60.1-68.1%), nerol (11.4-12.5%), pomelo aldehyde (1-3%), limonene (0.5-1.5%), citronellal (0.2-0.5%) and other substances, and has strong antibacterial performance; the Uyghur essential oil and the three plant essential oils are neurotoxic to the toxicity of insects, can block the binding site of insect cells to hydroxyl-beta-hydroxyethyl amine receptor, thereby having the effects of repelling, antifeeding, stomach poisoning and contact killing to cockroaches, mosquitoes and flies, and has obvious effect on the insect which has generated resistance after the insects are contacted with the medicament, the nervous system is stimulated to cause the insect to suffocate and die from excitation, spasm to paralysis, the knockdown speed to cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies and the like is high. Meanwhile, the plant essential oil is mild and non-irritating, is safe to people and livestock, does not pollute the environment, and is beneficial to regulating the secretion of human dopamine after the emitted faint scent enters the body through the respiratory tract, so that the mood is pleasant. The plant essential oil extracted by the technical scheme of the invention has high oil yield, good purity and better pest repellent effect. The wormwood, the wrinkled giant hyssop and the calamus in the main materials can kill bacteria, mold and viruses, and can destroy cockroach parasitism or living environment so as to prevent newly born cockroaches.
Detailed Description
Example 1
A preparation method of a herbal plant composition for expelling cockroaches, mosquitoes and flies comprises the following steps:
(1) Selection of raw materials
The raw materials with the following weight portions are adopted: 40 parts of raw material A, 40 parts of raw material B, 40 parts of raw material C, 8 parts of plant essential oil, 8 parts of composite surfactant and 60 parts of deionized water;
Wherein the raw material A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of calamus, 10 parts of mugwort and 10 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop; the raw material B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of rosemary, 10 parts of lavender, 10 parts of clove and 10 parts of vanilla; the raw material C comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of mint, 5 parts of dried lemon, 5 parts of star anise and 5 parts of bay leaves; the plant essential oil is a mixture of a you li essential oil, a shaddock essential oil and a citronella essential oil in a proportion;
(2) Preparation of composite surfactant
Uniformly mixing the cremophor EL30 and the absolute ethyl alcohol according to the mass ratio of 4:1 to obtain the compound surfactant for later use;
(3) Extraction of Uganli essential oil
I. Drying fresh eucalyptus leaves in an oven at 50 ℃ for 30min, crushing in a crusher, sieving with a 200-mesh sieve to obtain eucalyptus leaf powder, adding glycerol and choline chloride into the eucalyptus leaf powder according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:20:20, performing ultrasonic extraction treatment, centrifuging, and taking supernatant to obtain a first mixture;
II. Carrying out steam distillation extraction on the first mixture obtained in the step I in distillation equipment to obtain the Uyghur essential oil;
(4) Extraction of grapefruit essential oil
Removing white pulp from fresh shaddock peel, cutting into pieces, drying in an oven at 50 ℃ for 30min, crushing in a crusher, sieving with a 200-mesh sieve to obtain shaddock peel powder, adding the shaddock peel powder into ethanol according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of the shaddock peel powder to the absolute ethanol being 1:20, and carrying out steam distillation extraction in distillation equipment to obtain shaddock essential oil;
(5) Extraction of citronella essential oil
A. picking raw materials: selecting citronella with a mowing growth time of 7 months in the morning on a sunny day of 9 months and three continuous sunny days, and taking citronella leaves for sun drying for later use;

Efficacy of each raw material in main material A, B, C:
Calamus: the volatile oil contains the main component of the vetiverone, has antibacterial effect and special fragrance, and can expel insects; mugwort leaf: is a natural mosquito-repellent material, has special fragrance, and can effectively repel mosquitoes; wrinkled giant hyssop: contains components with inhibiting and killing effects on bacteria and parasites, and has strong aromatic taste; rosemary: fragrance is clear, antibacterial and insecticidal; lavender: tranquilizing and allaying excitement, mosquito repelling; clove: antibacterial, insect-repellent and mite-repellent; vanilla: has delicate fragrance and can repel cockroaches; peppermint: contains oleum Menthae Dementholatum, menthone and menthol, and is easy to disperse, and can dispel mosquito; dried lemon: expelling parasites and flies; octagonal: has strong fragrance and insect repellent effect; leaf of Pelargonium graveolens: clear away heat and toxic materials.

The raw materials with the following weight portions are adopted: 60 parts of raw material A, 60 parts of raw material B, 60 parts of raw material C, 15 parts of plant essential oil, 15 parts of composite surfactant and 80 parts of deionized water;

(2) Preparation of composite surfactant
Uniformly mixing Span-80 and glycerin according to the mass ratio of 3.5:1 to obtain the composite surfactant for later use;
(3) Extraction of Uganli essential oil

Drying fresh eucalyptus leaves in an oven at 50 ℃ for 30min, crushing in a crusher, sieving with a 200-mesh sieve to obtain eucalyptus leaf powder, adding glycerol and choline chloride into the eucalyptus leaf powder according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:25:25, performing ultrasonic extraction treatment, centrifuging, and taking supernatant to obtain a first mixture;

A preparation method of a herbal composition for expelling cockroaches, mosquitoes and flies, which is different from example 1 in that: the raw materials are selected from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of raw material A, 45 parts of raw material B, 45 parts of raw material C, 9 parts of plant essential oil, 9 parts of composite surfactant and 65 parts of deionized water;

Other technical scheme is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Comparative example 2
The difference from example 1 is that: raw materials of the invention are not selected from raw materials A, raw materials B, raw materials C, plant essential oil, composite surfactant and ionized water, and commercially known 8% ethofenprox, 8% imidacloprid, 8% fipronil, 8% dinotefuran, 10% sugar, 3% humectant, 1% preservative and the balance of water are adopted. Other technical scheme is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Comparative example 3
The difference from example 1 is that: raw materials of the invention are not selected from raw materials A, raw materials B, raw materials C, plant essential oil, composite surfactant and ionized water, and commercially known 10% ethofenprox, 10% imidacloprid, 10% fipronil, 10% dinotefuran, 15% sugar, 5% humectant, 1% preservative and the balance of water are adopted. Other technical scheme is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Test case
According to national standard "on-site efficacy determination and evaluation of sanitary insecticide spraying agent" GB/T27781-2011, taking on-site collected mosquito, fly, cockroach or reproductive sub-generation as experimental object, uniformly spraying the products obtained in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-3 of the invention on the surface to be treated by using a constant sprayer, applying the pesticide to the cockroach habitat of the test area, and measuring the density of the mosquito, fly and cockroach by 1d, 10d, 30d, 60d and 90d after the pesticide application in the control area; and after the application, the spray test is carried out for 1d, 10d, 30d, 60d and 90d, the spray test is carried out with reference to GB/T13917.1, the spray test is carried out for 30min in a continuous position and is repeated for 3 times, 20 mosquitoes or flies are tested each time, 10 German cockroaches and 5 American cockroaches are tested each time (repeated for 6 times), the relative density reduction rate is calculated according to the formula (1) and the formula (2), and the death rate of 24 hours is calculated according to the formula (3). The test sites and control sites were selected as follows:
(1) Fly and cockroach
1 Dining hall or large and medium dining hall, the area is not less than 300m 2, and the cockroach density of the test area and the control area is measured according to the adhesive method in GB/T23795 before the test. The density of the German cockroach is not lower than 10 cockroaches/piece or not lower than 5 cockroaches/piece. The fly density is not less than 10 flies/m by using the visual method of the fly in GB/T23796.
(2) Mosquito and insect
3 Rooms, more than 15 standard rooms in total, and 15min each time by adopting a GB/T23797 inhabiting mosquito capturing method, and calculating the average density of not less than 15 (room.h).
