Background
The application number CN202020760561.2 discloses a pediatric auxiliary sputum aspirator comprising an auxiliary sputum aspirator and a restraint assembly. The sputum suction auxiliary assembly comprises a first tooth socket, a second tooth socket, a pipeline and a supporting rod, wherein one end of the supporting rod is fixed on the outer surface of the first tooth socket and the outer surface of the second tooth socket, when the sputum suction auxiliary assembly is used, the pipeline is inserted into the oral cavity of a child, the first binding belt and the second binding belt are fixed together through a third magic tape according to the size of the head of the child, namely, the auxiliary sputum suction device is fixed, meanwhile, the pipeline is also fixed in the oral cavity of the child, and then the controllable sputum suction pipe is inserted into the pipeline to suck out sputum of the oropharynx of the child.
Although the pediatric auxiliary sputum aspirator effectively avoids the situation that the sputum aspiration cannot be performed due to the biting of a tube by a child, the matching degree of the child is limited, and the sputum aspiration is difficult to be performed smoothly; especially, infants are difficult to wear successfully, so that sputum aspiration operation is difficult to perform normally.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a pediatric auxiliary sputum aspirator and a method thereof, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, in one aspect, the present invention provides a pediatric auxiliary sputum aspirator, comprising a nipple body, a sputum aspirator group and a sputum discharging part; the nipple body is integrally formed by a nipple head and a lip patch, and a through hole penetrating through the front end of the nipple head is formed in the center of the rear side surface of the lip patch; the sputum suction tube group comprises a sputum tube sleeved with the perforation and wiredrawing symmetrically arranged above and below the sputum tube, and the wiredrawing and the back side surface of the lip patch are wound and slid to draw the sputum tube to extend out of the nipple head;
the sputum discharging part comprises a sputum collecting cylinder for collecting sputum, a sputum sucking group arranged in the lower half part of the sputum collecting cylinder, an adjusting sleeve sleeved on the outer side of the upper half part of the sputum collecting cylinder, and a sputum guiding cover which is in butt joint with a sputum pipe and sleeved with the sputum sucking group, wherein the adjusting sleeve is in positioning and rotating sleeved fit with the sputum collecting cylinder, two sputum discharging ports are formed in the side wall height of the adjusting sleeve, a liquid through port which is correspondingly arranged with the sputum discharging port is formed in one side of the upper half part of the sputum collecting cylinder, a catheter which is in sleeved fit with the liquid through port is communicated with one side of the top of the sputum guiding cover, a needle pipe penetrating out of the top of the sputum collecting cylinder is communicated with the top of the sputum guiding cover, a movable column is sleeved in the bottom of the needle pipe, a supporting ring which is used for supporting the movable column to move inside and outside the bottom end of the needle pipe is tightly sleeved in the top of the needle pipe, and a liquid storage bottle which is sleeved with the sputum collecting cylinder is arranged above the sputum collecting cylinder;
The sputum suction unit moves downwards to generate negative pressure with the sputum guide cover, sputum in the throat is sucked through the catheter and the sputum tube to enter the sputum collection tube, meanwhile, disinfectant liquid in the liquid storage bottle is sucked through the needle tube to be mixed and diluted with the sputum, the sputum collection tube is rotated to enable the liquid through port to coincide with the other sputum discharge port, and then the sputum after the sputum suction unit is moved upwards to squeeze and discharge the diluted sputum is discharged from the catheter to the sputum collection tube.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the front end of the nipple head is in a large-diameter round head shape, the outer side of the nipple head is annular and is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves at equal intervals, and reinforcing wires are clamped in the clamping grooves.

On the other hand, the invention provides a pediatric auxiliary sputum suction method, which uses the pediatric auxiliary sputum suction device and comprises the following steps:
s1, reversely buckling a liquid storage bottle filled with disinfection liquid at the top of a sputum collection cylinder;
s2, then the nipple body is sent into the mouth of the infant to be sucked;
S3, holding the adjusting sleeve, hooking the wire drawing by two fingers, and driving the sputum tube to move forward through the pull ring, wherein the front end of the sputum tube extends out of the nipple head to the throat;
s4, pulling down the pull rod to drive the piston and the sputum guide cover to generate negative pressure, sucking sputum in throat through the catheter and the sputum tube to enter the sputum collection cylinder, and sucking disinfection liquid in the liquid storage bottle through the needle tube to mix and dilute the sputum;
s5, rotating the sputum collection cylinder to enable the liquid through port to coincide with the other sputum discharging port;
S6, loosening the pull rod to rebound, pushing up the piston to discharge the diluted sputum from the catheter to the sputum collection cylinder, and turning the sputum collection cylinder to reset;
s7, repeating the steps S4-S6 to repeatedly suck and discharge sputum.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

According to the pediatric auxiliary sputum suction device and the pediatric auxiliary sputum suction method, a nipple body is arranged, so that an infant sucks and can calm the emotion of the infant, the infant can suck sputum in the infant, the infant can suck sputum by matching with the sputum suction tube set arranged at the rear of the nipple body, when an adjusting sleeve is gripped, a finger can be used for controlling a wire drawing to drive the sputum tube to stretch to the throat of the infant, then negative pressure is generated between the sputum suction tube set and a sputum guide cover when the sputum suction tube set moves downwards, sputum in the throat is sucked into a sputum collection tube through a duct and the sputum suction tube, and meanwhile, disinfection liquid in a liquid storage bottle is sucked through a needle tube to be mixed with the sputum for dilution and sterilization, so that the infant can suck the sputum smoothly.
2. According to the pediatric auxiliary sputum suction device and the method thereof, the sputum collection cylinder is rotatably sleeved with the adjusting sleeve, the sputum collection cylinder is rotated to enable the liquid through hole to coincide with the other sputum discharge hole, the pull rod is loosened to rebound to push up the piston to discharge diluted sputum from the catheter to the sputum collection cylinder, and the sputum collection cylinder can timely discharge the sputum to be cleaned.

Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the present invention provides a pediatric auxiliary sputum aspirator, which comprises a nipple body 100, a sputum aspirator tube set 200 and a sputum excretion portion 300; the nipple body 100 is integrally formed by a nipple head 110 and a lip sticking piece 120, and is made of food-grade silica gel materials; the nipple body 100 enables the infant to suck and calm the emotion of the infant, so that the infant can work in combination with sputum suction; a through hole 121 penetrating through the front end of the nipple head 110 is formed in the center of the rear side surface of the lip sticking piece 120; the sputum aspirator tube set 200 comprises a sputum tube 210 sleeved with the perforation 121 and a wire drawing 220 symmetrically arranged above and below the sputum tube 210, wherein the wire drawing 220 is made of nylon wire, and is tough and durable; the wire drawing 220 is in winding sliding with the back side of the lip patch 120 to draw the sputum tube 210 to extend out of the nipple 110, so that when the nipple 110 is sucked, the sputum tube 210 extends out of the perforation 121 to the throat of a child to suck sputum;
The sputum discharging part 300 comprises a sputum collecting cylinder 310 for collecting sputum, a sputum sucking group 320 arranged in the lower half part of the sputum collecting cylinder 310, an adjusting sleeve 330 sleeved on the outer side of the upper half part of the sputum collecting cylinder 310 and a sputum guiding cover 340 which is in butt joint with the sputum tube 210 and is sleeved with the sputum sucking group 320; the adjusting sleeve 330 is matched with the sputum collection cylinder 310 in a positioning and rotating sleeved mode, and the whole sputum discharging part 300 is supported by grasping the adjusting sleeve 330; two sputum discharging ports 331 are arranged at the side wall height of the adjusting sleeve 330, a liquid through port 312 corresponding to the sputum discharging ports 331 is arranged at one side of the upper half part of the sputum collecting cylinder 310, a conduit 341 sleeved and matched with the liquid through port 312 is communicated with one side of the top of the sputum guiding cover 340, namely, the sputum collecting cylinder 310 is rotated to drive the conduit 341 to be switched and butted between the two sputum discharging ports 331, and the work of sucking sputum and discharging the sputum is completed.
Specifically, the top of the sputum-guiding cover 340 is communicated with a needle tube 342 penetrating through the top of the sputum-collecting tube 310, a movable column 343 is sleeved in the bottom of the needle tube 342, the needle tube 342 is plugged when the movable column 343 moves upwards, and the needle tube 342 is opened when the movable column 343 moves downwards; a supporting ring 344 for supporting the movable column 343 to move inside and outside the bottom end of the needle tube 342 is tightly sleeved in the top of the sputum-guiding cover 340; the supporting ring 344 is formed by connecting inner and outer double rings, the movable column 343 is made of silica gel, the upper end is a tip, the lower end of the movable column 343 is a large-diameter end, and the movable column 343 is sleeved with the inner ring of the supporting ring 344 and is arranged below the inner ring, so that a limiting structure is formed; during sputum suction, the movable column 343 is also attracted to descend to open the needle tube 342 for fluid discharge, and during sputum discharge, the lower end of the movable column 343 is air-topped to move upwards as a whole, so that the needle tube 342 is blocked, and sputum is only discharged from the sputum discharge port 331;
a liquid storage bottle 350 sleeved with the needle tube 342 is arranged above the sputum collection tube 310, and 75% alcohol or iodine-containing disinfection liquid is injected into the liquid storage bottle 350 and used for diluting sputum and sterilizing so as to be smoothly discharged.
When the sputum suction set 320 moves downwards to generate negative pressure with the sputum guide cover 340, sputum in the throat is sucked through the catheter 341 and the sputum tube 210 and enters the sputum collection cylinder 310, meanwhile, sterile liquid in the liquid storage bottle 350 is sucked through the needle tube 342 to be mixed and diluted with the sputum, the sputum collection cylinder 310 is rotated to enable the liquid through hole 312 to coincide with the other sputum discharge hole 331, and then the sputum suction set 320 moves upwards to squeeze the diluted sputum, and the sputum is discharged from the catheter 341 to the sputum collection cylinder 310.
Further, the front end of the nipple head 110 is in a large-diameter round head shape, the outer side of the nipple head is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 111 at equal intervals, the clamping grooves 111 are internally clamped with reinforcing wires 130, the reinforcing wires 130 are nylon wires, the sputum tube 210 is a silica gel transparent tube, the reinforcing wires 130 are used for reinforcing the roundness of the nipple head 110, and the nipple head is prevented from being shrunken when sucked, so that the sputum tube 210 can be freely stretched.
Further, a fixing ring 122 is arranged on the back side surface of the lip piece 120 and above and below the perforation 121, one end of the wire drawing 220 bypasses the fixing ring 122 and is attached to the sputum tube 210, the other end of the wire drawing 220 is tethered with the front side wall of the adjusting sleeve 330, and when the adjusting sleeve 330 is gripped, the wire drawing 220 can be controlled by fingers to drive the sputum tube 210 to extend;
The outer side of the sputum tube 210, which is close to the lip piece 120, is provided with a plurality of ring ribs 211 at equal intervals, a pull ring 230 is connected between the front ends of a pair of wire drawing 220 in a fastening way, and the inner side of the pull ring 230 is provided with a ring groove 231 which is clamped with the ring ribs 211; namely, the length of the stretching sputum tube 210 is adjusted by clamping the pull ring 230 with the ring ribs 211 at different positions so as to extend into the throat to suck sputum.
Further, one end of the wire drawing 220 close to the adjusting sleeve 330 is separated and is connected with a pull handle 221 in a fastening mode, and the pull handle 221 is of a closed annular structure, so that fingers can hook the pull handle 221 to pull the wire drawing 220 to drive the sputum tube 210 to extend.
Specifically, the outer side of the upper half part of the sputum collection tube 310 is provided with spacing grooves 313 at intervals, the inner walls of the upper end and the lower end of the adjusting sleeve 330 are provided with convex edges 333, and the convex edges 333 are clamped with the spacing grooves 313 and rotate, so that the sputum collection tube 310 is positioned, sleeved and rotated relative to the adjusting sleeve 330; the top surface of the adjusting sleeve 330 and positioned right above the sputum discharge ports 331 are provided with stop blocks 334, the outer wall of the sputum collection cylinder 310 and positioned right above the liquid through ports 312 and above the limiting grooves 313 are provided with limiting blocks 314, and the limiting blocks 314 are positioned between the pair of stop blocks 334, so that the sputum collection cylinder 310 is rotationally positioned in the adjusting sleeve 330, and the liquid through ports 312 and the two sputum discharge ports 331 are correspondingly switched;
The outer wall of the adjusting sleeve 330 is provided with a sleeve 332 outside one of the sputum excretion holes 331, and the rear end of the sputum tube 210 is sleeved and matched with the sleeve 332.

The invention also provides a pediatric auxiliary sputum suction method, which comprises the following steps of:
s1, reversely buckling a liquid storage bottle 350 filled with disinfection liquid at the top of a sputum collection cylinder 310;
S2, feeding the nipple body 100 into the mouth of the infant to be sucked;
S3, holding the adjusting sleeve 330 and hooking the wire drawing 220 by two fingers, and driving the sputum tube 210 to move forward through the pull ring 230, wherein the front end of the sputum tube 210 extends out of the nipple 110 to the throat;
S4, the pull rod 321 is pulled down to drive the piston 322 and the sputum guide cover 340 to generate negative pressure, sputum in the throat is sucked through the catheter 341 and the sputum tube 210 to enter the sputum collection cylinder 310, and meanwhile, disinfectant liquid in the liquid storage bottle 350 is sucked through the needle tube 342 to be mixed and diluted with the sputum, so that the sputum is sterilized and diluted and then is favorable for flowing and discharging;
s5, rotating the sputum collection cylinder 310 to enable the liquid through port 312 to coincide with the other sputum discharge port 331;
S6, loosening the pull rod 321 to rebound, pushing up the piston 322 to discharge the diluted sputum from the catheter 341 to the sputum collection cylinder 310, and turning the sputum collection cylinder 310 to reset;
s7, repeating the steps S4-S6 to repeatedly suck and discharge sputum.
