When the first inserting connection rod 20 and the locking pin 25 are separated from locking relation, the first inserting connection rod 20 is pushed upwards, the horizontal positioning mechanisms 3 on two sides of the mounting frame 1 are driven to be mutually folded by combining the linkage rod 23, and the whole space occupation of the device can be greatly reduced when the device is not used.
