Technical Field

Background
Paint spraying apparatus for glass artwork processing typically consists of several main parts including a paint spray booth, a conveyor system, a paint spray system, an air purification system and a control system. The spray booth is the main area for spraying operations, equipped with a good seal and exhaust system to avoid paint mist and harmful gases from escaping. The conveying system is used for automatically conveying the glass artware into a paint spray booth and conveying the glass artware to the next working procedure after the paint spraying is finished. The paint spraying system mainly comprises a spray gun and a paint supply device, wherein the spray gun is used for realizing spraying operation by atomizing paint and uniformly spraying the paint on the surface of glass. Air purification systems are used to treat Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and paint mist generated during paint spraying, and typically use filtration, adsorption, or catalytic combustion to purify air. Finally, the control system ensures the precision and consistency of the whole paint spraying process through the automatic equipment and the monitoring device.
Although such paint spraying apparatus can meet the spraying requirements of glass artwork, there are some drawbacks in the design and operation thereof. Even if the VOC and paint mist generated during the paint spraying process are subjected to air purification treatment, the environment may be polluted, and particularly, there is a difficulty in treating high-concentration organic waste gas. Due to the limitation of the performance of the spray gun, when glass artware with complex shapes or special surfaces is treated, the phenomenon of uneven spraying can occur, and the quality of products is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
(One) solving the technical problems
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides paint spraying equipment and a method for glass artwork processing, which solve the problem that VOC and paint mist generated in the paint spraying process are difficult to treat high-concentration organic waste gas even though the VOC and paint mist are subjected to air purification treatment; when glass artwork with complex shapes or special surfaces is processed, the problem of uneven spraying phenomenon can occur.

A method for glass artwork processing comprising the steps of:
S1, installing each component of paint spraying equipment, wherein each component comprises a first lower side supporting rod, a lateral supporting plate, a box plate, a spray box, an upper side air deflector and a filtering guide pipe, so that the stability of the equipment and the tightness of a paint spraying environment are ensured, and the components such as a supporting ring, a nozzle mechanism, the air deflector, an air outlet and the like in the spraying device are assembled in place according to requirements, so that the spraying device can normally operate;
S2, placing the glass artwork to be processed on an artwork placing rotating plate, adjusting the height of the artwork by utilizing an electric telescopic rod in a drainage device to enable the artwork to be positioned at a proper spraying position, and driving the artwork placing rotating plate by a motor to enable the glass artwork to slowly rotate in a spraying process so as to ensure uniform spraying;
S3, adding required paint spraying materials into a spray box, ensuring that a pump body can smoothly convey paint to a spray head mechanism, sealing through a paint injection cover of the spray box so as to prevent volatilization or leakage of the materials, adjusting positions and angles of an upper air deflector and a filtering guide pipe, and ensuring that paint mist and VOC gas generated in a spraying process can be effectively guided and treated;
S4, starting a spraying device, atomizing paint by a nozzle mechanism and uniformly spraying the paint on the surface of the glass artwork, wherein the nozzle mechanism is distributed in an annular array, paint sprayed out of spray holes can effectively cover the surface of the artwork under the guidance of air flow generated by a fan, stable air flow is generated by means of an air inlet and an air outlet system of the fan, the paint mist is prevented from being gathered in the spraying process to influence the spraying effect, and the uniform distribution of the paint mist is facilitated by the inclined design of the air outlet;
S5, after spraying, stopping the operation of the equipment, removing the fixation of the glass artwork, removing the glass artwork from the paint spraying equipment for natural drying or entering a drying process, cleaning a spray box and a filtering conduit, discharging the residual paint and paint mist, and carrying out necessary maintenance on the equipment to ensure the performance of the equipment in the next use.

The equipment is reasonable in structural design, the stability of the equipment and the tightness of a paint spraying environment are ensured by the combination of the first lower side supporting rod, the lateral supporting plate, the box plate and other parts, the influence of the external environment on the paint spraying quality in the spraying process is reduced, the supporting ring, the spray head mechanism, the air deflector, the air outlet and other components in the spraying device are scientifically arranged, the uniformity and coverage rate of spraying are ensured, and particularly, the spray head mechanism distributed in an annular array and the air outlet design distributed obliquely are designed, so that paint can be uniformly distributed on each surface of the artwork.
In paint spraying equipment, the combination of air deflector, recess and hang plate has further improved the homogeneity of spraying, and the air deflector makes its evenly distributed around the handicraft through guiding the air current to ensure that the coating cloud can cover each surface of handicraft, the design of recess helps concentrating and guiding the air current, has avoided the disorder of air current in equipment inside, thereby makes the spraying process more stable. The inclined plate enables the air flow to form a uniform coverage when flowing on the surface of the artwork, so that paint is prevented from excessively gathering in a certain area in the spraying process, and the air flow can flow uniformly on the surface of the artwork due to the combination of the air flow and the inclined plate, so that the spraying uniformity is remarkably improved, and the smoothness and consistency of the coating of the final product are ensured.

A method for glass artwork processing comprising the steps of:
S1, installing each component of paint spraying equipment, comprising a first lower support rod 1, a lateral support plate 4, a box plate 5, a spray box 6, an upper air deflector 9 and a filter guide pipe 10, ensuring the stability of the equipment and the tightness of the paint spraying environment, and assembling the support ring 12, a spray head mechanism 13, the air deflector 14, an air outlet 15 and other components in a spray device 11 in place according to requirements, so as to ensure that the spray device 11 can normally operate;
S2, placing the glass artwork to be processed on an artwork placing rotating plate 24, adjusting the height of the artwork by utilizing an electric telescopic rod 21 in a drainage device 16 to enable the artwork to be positioned at a proper spraying position, and driving the artwork placing rotating plate 24 by a motor 22 to enable the glass artwork to slowly rotate in a spraying process so as to ensure uniform spraying;
S3, adding required paint spraying materials into the spray box 6, ensuring that a pump body can smoothly convey paint to a spray head mechanism 13, sealing through a material injection cover 7 of the spray box 6 so as to prevent the materials from volatilizing or leaking, adjusting the positions and angles of an upper air deflector 9 and a filtering conduit 10, and ensuring that paint mist and VOC gas generated in the spraying process can be effectively guided and treated;
S4, starting a spraying device 11, atomizing paint by a nozzle mechanism 13, uniformly spraying the paint on the surface of the glass artwork, wherein the nozzle mechanism 13 is distributed in an annular array, paint sprayed by a spraying hole 25 can effectively cover the surface of the artwork under the guidance of air flow generated by a fan 8, stable air flow is generated by means of an air inlet and an air outlet 15 system of the fan 8, the paint mist is prevented from being gathered in the spraying process, the spraying effect is ensured, and the uniform distribution of the paint mist is facilitated by the inclined design of the air outlet 15;
S5, after spraying, stopping the operation of the equipment, removing the fixation of the glass artwork, removing the glass artwork from the paint spraying equipment for natural drying or entering a drying process, cleaning the spray box 6 and the filter guide pipe 10, discharging the residual paint and paint mist, and carrying out necessary maintenance on the equipment to ensure the performance of the equipment in the next use.
