Abstract
本发明涉及复合材料的防腐蚀技术,具体涉及一种环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料及其制备方法。该涂料主要由基料30‑80%、助剂3‑10%和生物基粉10‑60%构成。本发明的主要特点是在涂料中添加了耐腐蚀的生物基粉。该环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料是无挥发性有机化合物(VOC)排放的环境友好型涂料,不仅具有防腐长效性以及较强的耐高温性和抗紫外线能力,还具有附着力高,施工操作简单等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料的防腐蚀技术,具体涉及一种环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防止腐蚀就是通过采取各种手段来保护容易锈蚀的金属物品的,来延长其使用寿命。通常采用物理防腐,化学防腐,电化学防腐等方法。金属防腐蚀的方法常有结构改变法、保护层法、电化学保护法和腐蚀介质处理法,其中使用最为广泛的是采用涂层防护。但该类防护的耐久性较短,无法满足工程建设的可持续发展。防腐涂层由于防腐性能优、附着力好、施工简便且性能好和适用范围广等优点,被广泛应用于钢铁防腐中,其中常用的有煤焦油瓷漆、石油沥青、聚乙烯胶粘带、环氧树脂、聚烯烃涂层等等,但面对日益增强的环保压力,这些高污染、高VOC含量和危害操作人员健康的传统溶剂型材料不能满足日益增强的环保要求。
常见的防腐措施为在钢铁表面镀锌。铁元素在各行业广泛应用,但是铁分子在空气中和氧原子迅速产生化学反应,产生四氧化三铁,大大降低了铁的使用寿命。于是用牺牲阳极保护阴极的方式在用于铁的表面处理方面得到大面积推广,镀锌工艺就是其中的一种方式。镀锌工艺在全世界被广泛接受,但这也给环境污染埋下了巨大的隐患。热镀锌的危害有周边环境会有污染,而且是长期污染。对在镀锌厂工作的人来说,重点就是怕吸入锌池挥发出来的看不到的东西,如氧化锌,氯化锌,单纯的锌单质等,吸入这些会引起口渴、胸部紧束感、干咳、头痛、头晕、高热、寒战等。同时还有粉尘对眼有刺激性,刺激胃肠道,长期反复接触对皮肤有刺激性。虽然在工艺上镀锌做了大量的技术革新,但不能全部解决污染危害问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明公开提供了一种环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料及其制备方法。通过采用活化交联柔性搪瓷改性方法,充分发挥柔性搪瓷在防腐蚀方面的作用,同时填充生物基粉,提高涂层的耐蚀性能、耐溶剂性能、耐温性能和抗紫外线能力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,所述涂按质量百分比计,包括:
基料30-80%,助剂3-10%,生物基粉10-60%。
所述环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料还包括防腐增强填料;所述防腐增强填料为选自粒径1~44μm的云母粉、镁合金粉、工业钛粉、石墨粉、钛纳米聚合物、瓷土和滑石粉中的至少一种。
值得说明的是,本发明研发的柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,是当今世界较为先进的防腐技术。产品优势有如下几点:
第一该涂料具有防腐长效性、抗腐蚀、不结垢、耐高温、吸波、耐磨和硬度高等特点;第二该涂料综合性能优异,适用于各种酸、碱、盐等不同腐蚀环境;第三涂料的施工操作较为简单,对基层处理要求低,漆膜干燥速度快,易修补涂层,并且可以做到底面合一;第四柔性搪瓷防腐涂料是无VOC排放的环境友好型涂料。
进一步的,所述基料是乙烯基树脂、环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、氨基树脂、丙烯酸类树脂中的至少一种;所述乙烯基树脂是聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚醋酸乙烯、聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯基醚中的任意一种;所述环氧树脂是双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、脂肪族缩水甘油醚环氧树脂和缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂中的任意一种;所述聚酯树脂是不饱和聚酯树脂和饱和聚酯树脂中的任意一种;所述氨基树脂是密胺树脂,脲醛树脂,苯代密胺树脂,甲醚化密胺树脂和磺化密胺树脂中的任意一种;所述丙烯酸类树脂是热固性丙烯酸树脂和热塑性丙烯酸树脂中的任意一种。
更进一步地,所述基料是乙烯基树脂中聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚醋酸乙烯、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基醚中的任意一种,以及氨基树脂中密胺树脂、脲醛树脂、苯代密胺树脂、甲醚化密胺树脂、磺化密胺树脂中的任意一种;且乙烯基树脂与氨基树脂的用量比例(质量百分比)为6:4。
进一步的,所述助剂包括润湿剂、消泡剂、流平剂、促凝剂、复合型光稳定剂、抗氧剂中的一种或几种组合;所述润湿剂为阴离子型润湿剂、非离子型湿润剂中的至少一种;所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷类消泡剂、脂肪酸型消泡剂、硅油类消泡剂中的至少一种;所述流平剂为有机硅类流平剂、丙烯酸类流平剂、氟碳化合物类流平剂中的至少一种;所述促凝剂为氯化钙、硫酸锌、氯化镁中的至少一种;所述复合型光稳定剂为自由基捕获剂、紫外线吸收剂、猝灭剂、光屏蔽剂中的至少一种;所述抗氧剂为芳香胺类抗氧剂、受阻酚类抗氧剂中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述生物基粉为用可再生谷物、豆科、秸秆、竹木粉和动物皮毛废弃物通过生物、化学和物理手段制造的一类新型材料;所述生物基粉的粒径为2-18μm。
为了本发明的充分公开,现公开一种环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料的制备方法。但应当明确,此公开不作为本发明的限定,所有依据现有技术的技术教导和/或技术启示且未经创造性工作得到的涂料的制备方法均可用于制备本发明公开的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料。
一种环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将乙烯基树脂与氨基树脂混合后形成高温新型树脂,加入生物基粉、助剂和填料继续混合,然后加入黄油或者油脂进行水化即得所述的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、涂料中填充生物基粉,可以提高生物活性,延长涂料寿命,改善涂料附着力和抗紫外线能力。
2、用生物基粉代替传统石油材料,减少了二氧化碳的排放以及对石油的依赖。
3、生物基粉为可再生物质,用可再生谷物、豆科、秸秆、竹木粉和动物皮毛废弃物等,通过生物、化学和物理等手段制造的一类新型材料。
4、本发明以工业钛粉代替材料中大量的锌粉,通过超细化工艺来提高表面活性,可以增强涂料的机械强度和附着力,防止裂纹,防止紫外线和水分透过,延长寿命。
5、本发明添加石墨粉填充涂料,具有极高的表面能和很强的疏水作用,微生物很难在石墨表面上生长或粘附,所以石墨具有很好的防污效果。通过添加石墨粉提高涂料的疏水性能和防污性能。
6、本发明添加镁合金粉填充涂料,镁合金具有良好的延展性,能提高涂料的散热性和耐老化性能。
7、本发明柔性搪瓷防腐涂料没有VOC的排放,是环境友好型涂料。

本发明公开了环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料及其制备方法。
为更好地理解本发明,下面通过以下实施例对本发明作进一步具体的阐述,但不可理解为对本发明的限定,对于本领域的技术人员根据上述发明内容所作的一些非本质的改进与调整,也视为落在本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1
一种环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,由以下重量百分比组成:
其中,聚乙烯醇树脂与密胺树脂用量比例为6:4(质量百分比);生物基粉为用可再生谷物、豆科、秸秆、竹木粉和动物皮毛废弃物等,通过生物、化学和物理等手段制造的一类新型材料。并且该生物基粉的粒径为2-18μm;助剂包括润湿剂、消泡剂、流平剂、促凝剂和复合型光稳定剂和抗氧剂;其它填料为云母粉、镁合金粉、工业钛粉和石墨粉,且云母粉:镁合金粉:工业钛粉:石墨粉=5:5:5:3。
采用上述配方制得的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,使用无空气或者传统喷漆、刷涂制备样板,底材为冷轧钢板。检测数据有柔韧性1mm,附着力(划格间距1mm)1级,耐冲击性为500J/m,耐碱性(浸入20%NaOH溶液中7d)无变化,耐水性(浸入沸水中8h)无变化,耐盐性(浸入沸腾的10%NaCl溶液中8h)无变化。在底材温度为23℃时,表干15min,实干16h。
实施例2:
一种环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,由以下重量百分比组成:
其中,聚氯乙烯树脂与脲醛树脂用量比例为6:4(质量百分比);生物基粉为用可再生谷物、豆科、秸秆、竹木粉和动物皮毛废弃物等,通过生物、化学和物理等手段制造的一类新型材料。并且该生物基粉的粒径为2-18μm。
实施例3:
一种环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,由以下重量百分比组成:
其中,聚乙烯基醚树脂与密胺树脂用量比例为6:4(质量百分比);生物基粉为用可再生谷物、豆科、秸秆、竹木粉和动物皮毛废弃物等,通过生物、化学和物理等手段制造的一类新型材料。并且该生物基粉的粒径为2-18μm;助剂包括润湿剂、消泡剂、流平剂、促凝剂和复合型光稳定剂和抗氧剂;其它填料为镁合金粉、工业钛粉和石墨粉,且镁合金粉:工业钛粉:石墨粉=2:2:1。

1.一种环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料按质量百分比计,包括:
基料30-80%,助剂3-10%,生物基粉10-60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,其特征在于,还包括防腐增强填料;所述防腐增强填料为选自粒径1~44μm的云母粉、镁合金粉、工业钛粉、石墨粉、钛纳米聚合物、瓷土和滑石粉中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述基料是乙烯基树脂、环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、氨基树脂、丙烯酸类树脂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述乙烯基树脂是聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚醋酸乙烯、聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯基醚中的任意一种;所述环氧树脂是双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、脂肪族缩水甘油醚环氧树脂和缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂中的任意一种;所述聚酯树脂是不饱和聚酯树脂和饱和聚酯树脂中的任意一种;所述氨基树脂是密胺树脂,脲醛树脂,苯代密胺树脂,甲醚化密胺树脂和磺化密胺树脂中的任意一种;所述丙烯酸类树脂是热固性丙烯酸树脂和热塑性丙烯酸树脂中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂包括润湿剂、消泡剂、流平剂、促凝剂、复合型光稳定剂、抗氧剂中的一种或几种组合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为阴离子型润湿剂、非离子型湿润剂中的至少一种;所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷类消泡剂、脂肪酸型消泡剂、硅油类消泡剂中的至少一种;所述流平剂为有机硅类流平剂、丙烯酸类流平剂、氟碳化合物类流平剂中的至少一种;所述促凝剂为氯化钙、硫酸锌、氯化镁中的至少一种;所述复合型光稳定剂为自由基捕获剂、紫外线吸收剂、猝灭剂、光屏蔽剂中的至少一种;所述抗氧剂为芳香胺类抗氧剂、受阻酚类抗氧剂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述生物基粉为用可再生谷物、豆科、秸秆、竹木粉和动物皮毛废弃物通过生物、化学和物理手段制造的一类新型材料;所述生物基粉的粒径为2-18μm。
8.一种如权利要求1或2所述的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,将乙烯基树脂与氨基树脂混合后形成高温新型树脂,加入生物基粉、助剂和填料继续混合,然后加入黄油或者油脂进行水化即得所述的环保柔性搪瓷防腐涂料。
