肠道柔性吻合支架植入辅助装置,包括基座1,还包括操作部2,所述的基座1与操作部2之间为可拆卸连接。包括但不限于螺纹或者卡接的方式连接,可拆卸连接的结构能根据需要替换不同尺寸或者不同结构的操作部2。所述的操作部2为圆柱形结构,用于套接肠道柔性吻合支架,所述的操作部2设置在基座1的下端;缝合槽21,所述的缝合槽21为通槽且设在操作部2的圆柱形结构的外表面上,所述的缝合槽21沿圆柱形结构的操作部2的表面轴向设置;所述的缝合槽21的数量为肠道柔性吻合支架的缝合下针的数量,所述的缝合槽21对应植入的肠道柔性吻合支架的缝合位置。所述的缝合槽21由圆柱形结构的操作部2的表面的底部一直延伸至上端面。限位部11,所述的设置于操作部2的上端,所述的限位部11外缘高于操作部2的圆柱形结构的外表面高度;识别位点结构12,所述的识别位点结构12设在限位部11的表面,所述的识别位点结构12与操作部2上的缝合槽21位置相对应。所述的识别位点结构12为点光源组件,所述的点光源组件与操作部2上的缝合槽21位置相对应。还包括固定环13,所述的固定环13设置在基座1的顶部。使用时,先将柔性吻合支架外套在辅助装置的操作部,盖上盖体3保护吻合支架不受组织液污染,再通过腹部的切口将其一同置入手术操作部位,取下盖体3并经腹部切开取出,将肠道两端的缝合部位套设在辅助装置(载有吻合支架的操作部)上进行吻合口的缝合操作,手术操作过程中,医生通过观察限位部11上的点光源组件透出的光作为识别位点,确定操作部上的缝合槽位置,即可在缝合槽位置下针将柔性吻合支架的两端与肠道组织进行缝合固定的操作,辅助装置的固定环13上系有拉绳,当吻合支架与肠壁缝合固定完毕后,将辅助装置通过拉绳从肠道内经肛门处取出,即完成肠道柔性吻合支架的植入操作,腹部切开亦将缝合。点光源组件的电源可内置在基座1内。An intestinal flexible anastomotic stent implantation auxiliary device includes a base 1 and an operating part 2, wherein the base 1 and the operating part 2 are detachably connected. The recognition site structure 12 is a point light source component, and the point light source component corresponds to the position of the suture groove 21 on the operating part 2.
