公接头如图1A、1B,图2A、2B所示,包括公接头外壳12、锁紧铜柱13、绕组线芯接线柱14、锁紧护套15、绝缘护套16、底板17、绝缘层18及紧固螺栓。在公接头外壳12内设有腔体19,腔体19底部加工出一个锥形通孔20,用于和绝缘护套16连接,在公接头外壳12设有六个通孔,通过螺栓固定在底板17上,绕组线芯接线柱14作为电机定子绕组和接头组件的连接配件,通常采用导电性能良好的材质,例如铜;由于电机绕组一般采用漆包线,绕组线芯在与接线柱14连接前,需根据接线柱14内腔21长度对铜线进行绝缘层剥离,同时需保证铜线切口处的光滑平整,当铜线清理完后放入接线柱14内,使用液压钳或者其他挤压工具对接线柱14的内腔21部分进行挤压,保证接线柱14能够和铜线完全压合在一起。压紧后的接线柱14需要通过螺栓固定在锁紧铜柱13的螺纹孔22位置;当接线柱14固定好后,在锁紧铜柱13的外部套上绝缘护套16,绝缘护套16到达限位处后,在绝缘护套16的外部扣上两个金属锁紧护套15,两个金属锁紧护套15通过螺栓连接锁紧,两个护套之间的挤压力会使绝缘护套16发生形变,能够使动力电缆不会发生晃动位移;锁紧护套15安装到位后,铜柱13穿过底板17的锥形孔23,通过螺栓将锁紧护套15固定在底板17上,螺栓锁紧的过程中会使绝缘护套16发生形变,固定的同时增加锁紧护套15与底板17之间的密封性;安装完锁紧护套15后,将公接头外壳12设有的六个通孔24通过螺栓固定在底板17上,当所有连接都完成后,在外壳12的腔体19内放入绝缘层18,绝缘层18的材质可选用环氧树脂等高强度同时具备良好电气绝缘性能的材质,提供绝缘保护的同时还能增加整体的结构强度。The male connector, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIGS. 2A and 2B, comprises a male connector housing 12, a locking copper column 13, a winding core terminal 14, a locking sheath 15, an insulating sheath 16, a bottom plate 17, an insulating layer 18 and a fastening bolt. After the copper wire is cleaned, it is placed in the terminal 14, and the inner cavity 21 of the terminal 14 is squeezed using hydraulic pliers or other extrusion tools to ensure that the terminal 14 can be completely pressed together with the copper wire. The clamped terminal 14 needs to be fixed to the threaded hole 22 of the locking copper column 13 by bolts; when the terminal 14 is fixed, the insulating sheath 16 is put on the outside of the locking copper column 13. After the insulating sheath 16 reaches the limit position, two metal locking sheaths 15 are buckled on the outside of the insulating sheath 16. The two metal locking sheaths 15 are connected and locked by bolts. The squeezing force between the two sheaths will cause the insulating sheath 16 to deform, so that the power cable will not shake or move; after the locking sheath 15 is installed in place, the copper column 13 passes through the tapered hole 23 of the bottom plate 17 and is screwed in The locking sleeve 15 is fixed to the base plate 17 by bolts. The insulating sleeve 16 will be deformed during the tightening process of the bolts, thereby increasing the sealing between the locking sleeve 15 and the base plate 17 while fixing the locking sleeve 15. After the locking sleeve 15 is installed, the six through holes 24 provided on the male connector housing 12 are fixed to the base plate 17 by bolts. When all connections are completed, an insulating layer 18 is placed in the cavity 19 of the housing 12. The material of the insulating layer 18 can be selected from high-strength materials such as epoxy resin with good electrical insulation properties, which can provide insulation protection while increasing the overall structural strength.
母接头与公接头相接,两个组件相对设置,如图1A、1B,图3A、3B所示,母接头包括母接头外壳1、绝缘层2、锁紧螺栓3、螺帽4、绝缘护套5、紧固护套6、电缆接线柱7、紧固接头8、护套接头9、锁紧螺母挡圈10、锁紧螺母11及紧固螺栓。母接头与公接头的连接处的外径设有容纳槽25,锁紧螺母11和锁紧螺母挡圈10安装在母接头容纳槽25处,容纳槽25处设有一圈锁紧螺纹26用于固定锁紧螺母挡圈10,当锁紧螺母11沿母接头外径容纳槽25放置到固定位置处,再将锁紧螺母挡圈10通过螺纹26锁紧在母接头外壳1上,实现对锁紧螺母11的限位;动力电缆在与母接头连接前,需根据要求完成对电缆的清理,保证铜线与电缆接线柱7连接间的光滑平整,防止电缆安装后会发生松动,使用液压工具完成对接线柱7和电缆的挤压后,通过螺栓将电缆接线柱7固定在紧固接头8上,安装好后,在紧固接头8的外层套上绝缘护套5,护套5安装好后,再在绝缘护套5的外部安装上金属紧固护套6,紧固护套为6可拆卸式,可通过螺栓进行固定,绝缘护套5可采用橡胶材质,紧固护套6两端通过螺栓紧固,绝缘护套5因压力发生形变,可对电缆接线柱7和紧固接头8实现挤压限位,提高电缆连接到稳定性,紧固接头8、紧固护套6和护套接头9完成连接后,将护套接头9的一端沿母接头外壳1导槽27位置放入母接头外壳1的内腔28中,在安装前,内腔28中需放入绝缘层2,绝缘层2的一侧提前加工好和紧固接头8形状一致的方形导槽29,紧固接头8沿绝缘层导槽29放入绝缘层2的空槽30内,当绝缘护套5和绝缘层2完全接触,使用螺栓将护套接头9和母接头外壳1连接固定,在母接头外壳头部留有一个螺纹通孔,当公接头和母接头连接时,放入锁紧螺栓3将紧固接头8和锁紧铜柱13连接固定,连接完成后,将螺帽4通过螺纹密封。The female connector is connected to the male connector, and the two components are arranged opposite to each other, as shown in Figures 1A, 1B, and Figures 3A and 3B. The insulating sheath 5 is deformed due to pressure, and the cable terminal 7 and the fastening joint 8 can be squeezed and limited to improve the stability of the cable connection. After the fastening joint 8, the fastening sheath 6 and the sheath joint 9 are connected, one end of the sheath joint 9 is placed into the inner cavity 28 of the female connector shell 1 along the guide groove 27 of the female connector shell 1. Before installation, the inner cavity 28 needs to be placed in the insulating layer 28. A square guide groove 29 with the same shape as the fastening joint 8 is pre-processed on one side of the insulating layer 2.
