Description

Heating element, heated clothing, and method for manufacturing heated clothing

Technical Field

The present application relates to the technical field of clothing, and in particular to a heating element, heated clothing, and a method for manufacturing heated clothing.

Background Art

When the weather is cold or in a cold environment, people generally keep warm by wearing down jackets or thick cotton clothes, cotton socks, etc. for passive warmth, or by using heating products such as warm packs that can temporarily generate heat for active warmth. However, passive warmth usually cannot heat up quickly and the warmth retention effect is poor. Temporary heating products such as warm packs will wear out over time and cannot be used for a long time or reused.

At present, there are some methods in the prior art for heating clothes by arranging electric heating elements on clothes. Such heated clothes can be actively heated and can keep warm stably for a long time; however, these heated clothes still have some problems and therefore have not been widely used; for example, the heating device cannot be well adapted to the surface of the clothes, resulting in the user either being unable to move the body as freely and flexibly as wearing ordinary clothes when wearing the heated clothes, or being affected by the heating device during activities and having a strange feeling or discomfort.

In addition, clothes are easily stretched in an indefinite manner during daily human activities, and the heating device is easily affected by the tension of the clothes, causing its wires to be broken or have poor contact. In the process of indefinite stretching, the heating device is also easy to fall off the surface of the clothes, so improvements are needed.

In the description of the present application, it should be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "length", "width", "thickness", "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inside", "outside", "clockwise", "counterclockwise", "axial", "radial", "circumferential" and the like indicate the orientation or position relationship based on the orientation or position relationship shown in the drawings. In addition, the terms "first" and "second" are used only for descriptive purposes and cannot be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, the features defined as "first" and "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of the features. In the description of the present application, the meaning of "multiple" is at least two, such as two, three, etc., unless otherwise clearly and specifically defined. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and are intended to be used to explain the present application, and cannot be understood as limitations on the present application.

As shown in FIG1 , a heating element according to an embodiment of the present application includes a gasket 1 and a heating wire 2 disposed on the gasket 1. The gasket 1 is used to connect to the surface of clothing so that the heating element can be attached to the surface of clothing, and the heating wire 2 is used to generate heat to heat the clothing. The heating element is also provided with two wires 21 for connecting to the heating wire 2. In actual use, the heating wire 2 is electrically connected to an external power source (not shown in the figure) through the two wires 21, so that the clothing can be continuously heated or kept warm.

In this embodiment, the gasket 1 is an elastic body made of a stretchable fabric, and the heating wire 2 is arranged on the gasket 1 in a curved shape, so that when the clothes are pulled, the gasket 1 is easy to deform with the clothes, and because the heating wire 2 is arranged in a curved shape, it is also easy to deform with the stretching of the clothes, so that the entire heating element is easy to stretch with the clothes, which is convenient for the user to move. It is preferred to set the heating wire 2 to extend along the length direction of the gasket 1, so that it is easier for the overall shape of the heating wire to deform, especially when the gasket 1 is arranged in a strip shape. It should be noted that the stretchable fabric referred to in this application at least refers to the fabric that the clothes can drive the gasket 1 to stretch synchronously while the human body drives the clothes to stretch in daily basic activities; or it can be understood that when the human body stretches the clothes in daily basic activities, the gasket 1 allows the clothes to be stretched.

In this embodiment, the heating wire 2 is fixed to the gasket 1 by sewing, and the sewing method makes it difficult for the heating wire 2 to fall off the heating element during the production and transportation of the heating element. Of course, other fixing methods can be used to fix the heating wire 2 to the gasket 1, as long as it can ensure that the heating wire 2 can be stably maintained on the heating element.

The heating element of the present application is used for heating clothing, and the heated clothing can be items such as clothes, socks, insoles, belts, and waist bags. The following will take the heated clothing as heated socks as an example to further elaborate on the heating element structure of the present application. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the heating element 7 is fixed to the bottom of the socks 5, and a hot melt adhesive layer 13 is provided on the side of the gasket 1 close to the heating wire 2. During production, the gasket can be glued and fixed to the surface of the socks by a hot pressing process, and the heating wire 2 is located between the gasket and the sock fabric. By setting the gasket 1 to be made of stretchable fabric and gluing it to the surface of the socks with the hot melt adhesive layer 13, the gasket 1 can be perfectly attached to the surface of the clothing so that it deforms and stretches with the clothing fabric. This setting allows the gasket 1 to approximately become a part of the clothing fabric, thereby reducing the restraint of the heating element on the natural stretching of the clothing and improving the comfort of the user.

As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 2 , in this embodiment, a hollow area 11 is formed in the middle of the heating element, and the gasket is arranged around the hollow area 11; when the heating element 7 is fixed to the bottom 51 of the sock, the gasket is combined with the sock fabric to form a heating area on the sock, and the fabric of the bottom 51 of the sock can be exposed from the hollow area 11 in the middle. In this way, there is also clothing fabric in the middle of the heating element 7. Since the gasket and the clothing fabric are glued and fixed, there are three layers of thickness of clothing fabric, glue layer and gasket at the connection between the gasket and the clothing fabric, so the tensile performance of the connection is still weaker than that of the original clothing fabric; by setting the hollow area 11, when the clothing is stretched, the clothing is easily deformed in the hollow area, which facilitates the stretching of the clothing and further reduces the constraint of the heating element on the natural stretching of the clothing.

As shown in FIG4 , in order to further reduce the restraint of the heating element on the natural stretching of the clothes, the heating element in this embodiment is arranged in a "track circle" shape, which extends generally along the first direction a and the second direction b in the plane, the first direction a and the second direction b are generally perpendicular to each other, and its length in the first direction a is greater than its length in the second direction b. Specifically, the heating element includes two substantially parallel first gaskets 101, the two first gaskets 101 extend along the first direction, the two first gaskets are arranged at intervals to form a hollow area 11 therebetween, and the heating wire 2 is arranged along the length direction of the first gasket 101. The heating element also includes connecting members 3 respectively arranged at both ends of the length direction of the first gasket, the connecting member 3 extends along the second direction b, and the connecting member 3 is used to connect the two first gaskets 101 into a whole.

Since clothes are stretched in an indirect manner due to the influence of indirect tension caused by human activities when they are worn, the stretching direction (tension direction) of the clothes can be roughly divided into the first direction a or the second direction b. Referring to FIG5 , when there is a force pulling the clothes along the first direction a (such as the tension f1, f2, f3 in FIG5 ), the force is also roughly along the length direction of the first gasket 101, so the heating element is easy to deform, and the clothes are also easy to be stretched, thereby reducing the restraint of the heating element on the clothes. Referring to FIG6 , when there is a force pulling the clothes along the second direction b (such as the tension f5, f4 in FIG6 ), because the gasket and the clothes are bonded, and the direction of the tension is roughly perpendicular to the extension direction of the first gasket 101, the bonding part is not easy to deform; at this time, the clothes are easy to deform in the hollow area 11, which is also easy to stretch the clothes and reduce the restraint of the heating element on the clothes. When the pulling force stretches the clothes along the midline direction of the angle between the first direction and the second direction, it has been verified that the deformation of the socks and other clothing fabrics also mainly occurs on the clothes in the hollow area 11 and in the length direction of the first gasket 101, so the clothes are also easy to be stretched. Therefore, after the heating element structure of the present application is adapted to the clothes, the restraint on the natural stretching of the clothes is reduced as much as possible, which can give the wearer a sense of flexibility when wearing ordinary clothes.

In this embodiment, the connector 3 is integrally provided with the first gasket 101, that is, the connector 3 and the first gasket 101 are both part of the gasket 1, and the heating wire 2 is arranged extending along the length direction of the connector 3. In other embodiments not shown in the figures, the connector 3 can also be configured to be made of other fabrics (such as not the above-mentioned stretchable fabrics), and connected to the first gasket 101 made of the stretchable fabric, and the connection method can adopt the existing connection method between fabrics, which will not be elaborated here.

In addition, in this embodiment, the connecting member 3 is arranged at both ends of the first gasket 101 and is arranged in an arc shape convex along the length direction of the first gasket 101, so that a smooth connection with the first gasket can be achieved, thereby reducing the stress between the gasket and the clothing fabric during stretching and preventing the adhesive layer from breaking. In other embodiments not shown in the figures, the connecting member 3 can also be connected to any position in the length direction of the first gasket 101, as long as the interval between two adjacent connecting members is ensured so that there is a hollow area 11 between them.

In this embodiment, the heating element structure is set in the shape of a "runway circle". Similarly, it can also be set in an elliptical or other approximate structure, so that the length of the heating element in the second direction b is less than its length in the first direction a, thereby ensuring both the stretchability and the heating capacity of the heating element on the clothes. In practical applications, if it is set at the bottom of the socks, it is easy to stretch the socks for different sizes and fat and thin feet; when it is set on clothes such as belts or neckbands, the length direction of the heating element is consistent with the length direction of the belt, etc., which is convenient for stretching; when it is set on clothes or pants, the length direction of the heating element can be set roughly along the length direction of the clothes, and multiple heating elements can be set at intervals to achieve a better heating effect. When it is set on sleeves or trouser legs, the hollow area can be set at elbows, knees and other easily bendable parts for easy stretching.

The present application also provides a manufacturing method for the above-mentioned heated clothing. The method can be used to quickly manufacture heated clothing that is convenient for users to move around. The method specifically includes the following steps:
