Compared with the prior art adopting a stirring and elutriation mode, the stirring and elutriation mode adopts a mode of vibrating the traditional Chinese medicinal materials up and down in water, so that the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are reduced to be damaged, the integrity of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials after elutriation is improved, the medicinal materials are ensured to meet the pharmaceutical requirements, the safety and effectiveness of medication are ensured, and soil, dust or other non-medicinal substances which are cleaned out of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials can be filtered through the round filter plate 22 at the lower part of the inner side of the barrel body 2, so that the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are separated from the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the epidermis of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and the soil, dust or other non-medicinal substances are discharged along with sewage through the water outlet pipe at the lower part of the barrel body 2.

After the traditional Chinese medicine is elutriated, the corresponding circular plates 214 are controlled to rotate through all motors II 213 in the same way, so that all guide cylinders 212 are opened, electromagnetic valves in drainage tubes on the lower surface of a lowest bearing plate 2011 are opened, water in all cylinders 201 flows into a barrel body 2, a water outlet pipe arranged on the lower part of the barrel body 2 is controlled to be opened, water in the barrel body 2 is discharged, an automatic cabin door 21 arranged on the lower part of the barrel body 2 is controlled to be opened, then a circular filter plate 22 arranged on the lower part of the inner side of the barrel body 2 is manually taken out, thereby taking out the traditional Chinese medicine with smaller volume and the outer surface skin of the traditional Chinese medicine, then controlling a peripheral pump to operate to convey water into a water inlet pipe on the barrel body 2, and respectively flowing to one circular plate 204 through three water outlets of the water inlet pipe on the barrel body 2, and closing all the guide cylinders 212, and closing the electromagnetic valve in the drainage tube on the lower surface of the lowest bearing plate 2011, so that the water level in the three cylinders 201 is raised to be level with the upper edge of the corresponding disc 204, controlling the two lowest electric actuators 210 to start driving the lowest filter screen 211 to move upwards, enabling the filter screen 211 to be located on the upper edge of the corresponding disc 204, controlling the peripheral pump to convey air into the air tube 301, enabling air to enter the circular tube 303 along the guide tube 302 and blow out from the circular tube 303, enabling the air to blow into water, further impacting the washed traditional Chinese medicine on the filter screen 211 through water flow, simultaneously controlling the electromagnetic valve in the drainage tube on the lower surface of the lowest bearing plate 2011 to be opened, enabling the traditional Chinese medicine to flow out of the cylinders 201 and flow into the barrel 2 to be borne by the round filter plate 22 on the lower part inside the barrel 2, then taking out the washed traditional Chinese medicine, and simultaneously avoiding the included angle of the washed traditional Chinese medicine remained inside the filter screen 211, when the filter screen 211 moves upwards, the corresponding air bag II 308 is driven to move upwards, the corresponding guide pipe 307 is stretched, gas is transmitted to the guide pipe 307 through the guide pipe 302, and the gas is transmitted to the air bag II 308 along the guide pipe 307, and then the air bag II 308 is expanded, so that the included angle of the inner side of the filter screen 211 is extruded through the expansion of the air bag II 308, the traditional Chinese medicine at the included angle of the inner side of the filter screen 211 is enabled to move upwards, the elutriated traditional Chinese medicine is prevented from remaining at the included angle of the inner side of the filter screen 211, then the corresponding wafer 214 is controlled to rotate sequentially from bottom to top through the corresponding motor II 213 in the mode, the two guide cylinders 212 are opened, the rest traditional Chinese medicine is taken out, and accordingly the materials are taken out in a batch mode, the traditional Chinese medicine materials can be classified according to the volume size, the traditional Chinese medicine materials can be selected in a proper package and transportation mode, namely, the traditional Chinese medicine materials with large volume can need larger package and a stronger supporting structure in later period, the medicine materials with small volume can be packaged more compactly, the traditional Chinese medicine materials can be stored, transportation cost is reduced, and damage and loss in the transportation process can be reduced.

An intelligent Chinese medicinal material elutriation machine comprises a fixed bottom plate (1) and a barrel body (2); the fixed bottom plate (1) is provided with a barrel body (2), the upper part of the barrel body (2) is provided with a feed inlet, and the lower part of the barrel body (2) is provided with a cabin door (21) which is opened and closed up and down; the device is characterized by further comprising a cylinder (201), a bearing plate (2011), a fixed rod (202), an elastic piece (203), a disc (204), a rotating ring (205), a driving component, a fixed plate (209), an electric actuator (210), a filter screen (211) and a flow guiding component; three cylinders (201) are connected to the barrel body (2); the lower part of each cylinder (201) is fixedly connected with a bearing plate (2011); the two cylinders (201) positioned above are connected with at least two fixing rods (202) in a sliding way; all the fixing rods (202) are fixedly connected with three discs (204) together, each disc (204) is positioned in one cylinder (201), and a plurality of protruding blocks I are fixedly connected on the upper surface of the uppermost disc (204); an elastic piece (203) is sleeved on the outer side of the upper part of each fixing rod (202), one end of the elastic piece (203) is fixedly connected with a disc (204), and the other end of the elastic piece (203) is fixedly connected with a cylinder (201); an annular groove is formed in the inner side of the uppermost cylinder (201), a rotating ring (205) is connected in the groove in a sliding manner in the circumferential direction, a plurality of protruding blocks II are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the rotating ring (205), and the protruding blocks II are in rotary contact with the protruding blocks I; the rotary ring (205) is connected with a driving component, the driving component is connected with the barrel body (2), and the driving component is used for driving the rotary ring (205) to rotate; at least two fixing plates (209) are fixedly connected to the inner side of each disc (204); each fixing plate (209) is fixedly connected with an electric actuator (210); a filter screen (211) is fixedly connected with the telescopic parts of each two electric actuators (210) together; each filter screen (211) is in sliding connection with one disc (204); the lower surface of each bearing plate (2011) is connected with a flow guiding component, and the flow guiding component is used for guiding the traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
2. The intelligent elutriation machine for Chinese medicinal materials according to claim 1, wherein the lower part of the rotary ring (205) is provided with a plurality of through holes.
3. The intelligent elutriation machine for Chinese medicinal materials according to claim 1, wherein the central area of the bearing plate (2011) is lower than the periphery of the bearing plate (2011).

The intelligent elutriation machine for Chinese medicinal materials according to claim 1, wherein the diversion component comprises a diversion cylinder (212), a motor II (213) and a circular plate (214); a guide cylinder (212) is connected to the uppermost bearing plate (2011) and the lower surface of the bearing plate (2011) at the middle position; a drainage tube is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the lowest bearing plate (2011), and an electromagnetic valve is arranged in the drainage tube; each guide cylinder (212) is provided with a motor II (213); the output shaft of each motor II (213) is fixedly connected with a circular disc (214); each disc (214) is in contact with a respective guide cylinder (212).
6. The intelligent elutriation machine for Chinese medicinal materials according to claim 5, wherein the upper surface of the wafer (214) is coated with a smooth coating.

The intelligent elutriation machine for Chinese medicinal materials according to claim 7, further comprising a flow guiding pipe (307) and a balloon ii (308); each guide pipe (302) is fixedly connected with a guide pipe (307), and the guide pipe (307) is a telescopic hose; one end of each guide pipe (307) far away from the guide pipe (302) is connected with an air bag II (308), and each air bag II (308) is fixedly connected with a filter screen (211).
