本发明涉及卫生用品技术领域,提供一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,解决现有卫生用品面层的制备方法难以实现定点快速吸收、防止反渗的问题,所述改性透液性面层包括自上而下依次设置的疏水层、亲水层与护肤层,所述疏水层包括若干相互间隔并连通的疏水区,所述护肤层包括若干相互间隔并连通的护肤区,改性透液性面层的制备方法包括如下步骤:通过第一辊涂机构在亲水层上表面涂覆疏水材料;干燥涂覆的疏水材料,以在亲水层上表面形成所述疏水层;通过第二辊涂机构在亲水层下表面涂覆护肤材料;干燥涂覆的护肤材料,以在亲水层下表面形成所述护肤层;通过疏水材料的涂覆,能够使产品具有定点快速吸收的特点,同时,还能避免反渗的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品技术领域,具体涉及一种改性透液性面层的制备方法。
背景技术
中国专利公布号CN116999246A公开了一种卫生用品复合面层,其自上而下依次由面层、导流层、吸水层和扩散层组成,所述导流层和扩散层均由ES纤维和木浆的混合纤维组成,所述吸水层由高分子吸水树脂组成,导流层均匀渗透有高分子吸水树脂;所述面层采用热风无纺布或ES纤维。该复合面层为四层结构,其导流层由ES纤维和木浆按照重量比制作成混合纤维,无法实现定点快速吸收,防止反渗的能力有限。
发明内容
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提供一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,解决现有卫生用品面层的制备方法难以实现定点快速吸收、防止反渗的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,所述改性透液性面层包括自上而下依次设置的疏水层、亲水层与护肤层,所述亲水层采用竹纤维水刺无纺布,所述疏水层包括若干相互间隔并连通的疏水区,所述护肤层包括若干相互间隔并连通的护肤区,各所述护肤区分别设于各所述疏水区下方;
改性透液性面层的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、通过第一辊涂机构在亲水层上表面涂覆疏水材料;
S2、干燥步骤S1中涂覆的疏水材料,以在亲水层上表面形成所述疏水层;
S3、通过第二辊涂机构在亲水层下表面涂覆护肤材料;
S4、干燥步骤S3中涂覆的护肤材料,以在亲水层下表面形成所述护肤层;
所述第一辊涂机构包括第一滚动轴、第一转动轴、第二转动轴与第一储液槽,所述第一滚动轴一侧设置第一转动轴,所述第二转动轴设于第一转动轴另一侧,所述第一储液槽设于第二转动轴下方,所述第一转动轴与第二转动轴外套设有海绵层,所述第一滚动轴表面设有若干第一突起,各所述第一突起顶部设有第一海绵片;
所述第二辊涂机构包括第二滚动轴与第二储液槽,所述第二滚动轴表面设有若干第二突起,各所述第二突起顶部设有第二海绵片;
所述第一滚动轴半径小于所述第二滚动轴。
进一步的,所述步骤S2与所述步骤S4中采用热风穿透式干燥。
进一步的,所述疏水材料由以下重量份数的各成分组成:二甘醇单丁醚10-15份;二甲基硅油8-12份;二硬脂酸甘油酯5-10份;丙三醇0.5-2份;二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵0.5-2份;去离子水60-70份。
进一步的,所述护肤材料的制备包括如下步骤:
1)取普鲁兰多糖1份、羧甲基纤维素1份、芦荟胶40份、去离子水200份;
2)将配方量的普鲁兰多糖溶于配方量的去离子水中形成普鲁兰多糖溶液;
3)再将配方量的芦荟胶与羧甲基纤维素加入普鲁兰多糖溶液中搅拌混合均匀得到混合溶液;
4)再利用乳酸将该混合溶液pH调整为4.5-5.5,即得到护肤材料。
进一步的,所述第一海绵片厚度小于所述海绵层厚度。
进一步的,所述第一储液槽内的液面与所述第二转动轴表面套设的所述海绵层接触。
进一步的,所述第二储液槽内的液面与所述第二突起表面的所述第二海绵片接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过疏水材料的涂覆,使亲水层具有亲水和疏水分区的特点,当面层接触液体时,液体只能聚集在各疏水区的间隔之间被亲水层快速渗透,在用于纸尿裤产品时,能够使产品具有定点快速吸收,达到干爽舒适的特点,同时,还能避免反渗的现象,保持干爽;通过护肤材料的涂覆,由于护肤区设于疏水区下方,液体经由各疏水区的间隔之间扩散至亲水层底部的护肤层后,将护肤区的护肤材料扩散至各疏水区的间隔之间,若与皮肤接触,具有护肤效果。
2、本发明通过第一辊涂机构能够对亲水层的上表面进行连续涂覆,以形成间隔并相互连通的疏水区,通过第二辊涂机构能够对亲水层的下表面进行连续涂覆,以形成相互间隔并连通的护肤区。
3、本发明通过设置结构组成区分于第一辊涂机构的第二辊涂机构,简化结构,通过设置第一滚动轴半径小于第二滚动轴,以降低连续生产中第二滚动轴表面第二突起的线速度,避免带起第二储液槽中的液体。

以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
实施例一
如图1至图7所示,一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,所述改性透液性面层包括自上而下依次设置的疏水层1、亲水层2与护肤层3,所述亲水层2采用竹纤维水刺无纺布,所述疏水层1包括若干相互间隔并连通的疏水区11,所述护肤层3包括若干相互间隔并连通的护肤区31,各所述护肤区31分别设于各所述疏水区11下方;
竹纤维水刺无纺布不仅亲肤、环保,而且在天然抑菌作用,天然竹纤维具有更好的低致敏性,且其原料来源与我国广泛种植的竹子,其生长周期短,环保易种植,材料使用后可降解,可有效减少环境污染;
改性透液性面层的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、通过第一辊涂机构4在亲水层2上表面涂覆疏水材料;
S2、干燥步骤S1中涂覆的疏水材料,以在亲水层2上表面形成所述疏水层1;
S3、通过第二辊涂机构5在亲水层2下表面涂覆护肤材料;
S4、干燥步骤S3中涂覆的护肤材料,以在亲水层2下表面形成所述护肤层3;
所述第一辊涂机构4包括第一滚动轴41、第一转动轴42、第二转动轴43与第一储液槽44,所述第一滚动轴41一侧设置第一转动轴42,所述第二转动轴43设于第一转动轴42另一侧,所述第一储液槽44设于第二转动轴43下方,所述第一转动轴42与第二转动轴43外套设有海绵层45,所述第一滚动轴41表面设有若干第一突起46,各所述第一突起46顶部设有第一海绵片47;
所述第二辊涂机构5包括第二滚动轴51与第二储液槽52,所述第二滚动轴51表面设有若干第二突起53,各所述第二突起53顶部设有第二海绵片54;
所述第一滚动轴41半径小于所述第二滚动轴51;
本申请不对第一突起46与第二突起53的数量作具体限定,根据实际情况调整,为保证各护肤层3形成于各疏水层1下方,通过调节第一凸起46、第二突起53的排布以及第一滚动轴41与第二滚动轴51之间的间距即可实现,在此不再赘述;
本申请中形成的疏水区11与护肤区31为矩形状,在其他优选实施例中,所述疏水区11与护肤区31还可以为其他几何形状,例如蜂窝形、三角形等,设置相应形态的第一突起46与第二突起53即可;
通过疏水材料的涂覆,使亲水层2具有亲水和疏水分区的特点,当面层接触液体时,液体只能聚集在各疏水区11的间隔之间被亲水层2快速渗透,在用于纸尿裤产品时,能够使产品具有定点快速吸收,达到干爽舒适的特点,同时,还能避免反渗的现象,保持干爽;通过护肤材料的涂覆,由于护肤区31设于疏水区11下方,液体经由各疏水区11的间隔之间扩散至亲水层2底部的护肤层3后,将护肤区31的护肤材料扩散至各疏水区11的间隔之间,若与皮肤接触,具有护肤效果,由于疏水层1的阻隔,液体渗透亲水层2不会致使全部护肤材料扩散,采用本面层制成的纸尿裤产品具有长效护肤的功能;
通过第一辊涂机构4能够对亲水层2的上表面进行连续涂覆,以形成间隔并相互连通的疏水区11,通过第二辊涂机构5能够对亲水层的下表面进行连续涂覆,以形成相互间隔并连通的护肤区31;通过设置结构组成区分于第一辊涂机构4的第二辊涂机构5,简化结构,通过设置第一滚动轴41半径小于第二滚动轴51,以降低连续生产中第二滚动轴51表面第二突起53的线速度,避免带起第二储液槽52中的液体;
所述步骤S2与所述步骤S4中采用热风穿透式干燥,其中,热风穿透式干燥为本领域常规技术手段,在此不再赘述;
所述疏水材料由以下重量份数的各成分组成:二甘醇单丁醚13份;二甲基硅油11份;二硬脂酸甘油酯7份;丙三醇1份;二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵1份;去离子水67份;
通过经疏水材料涂覆得到的改性透液性面层,具有单向导湿功能,用其制备而成的纸尿裤具有较低的滑渗量和回渗量,从而达到尿液传输快、强力锁水不反渗的效果;
所述护肤材料的制备包括如下步骤:
1)取普鲁兰多糖1份、羧甲基纤维素1份、芦荟胶40份、去离子水200份;
2)将配方量的普鲁兰多糖溶于配方量的去离子水中形成普鲁兰多糖溶液;
3)再将配方量的芦荟胶与羧甲基纤维素加入普鲁兰多糖溶液中搅拌混合均匀得到混合溶液;
4)再利用乳酸将该混合溶液pH调整为5,即得到护肤材料;
通过涂覆的方式使护肤材料附着在亲水层下表面,生产过程中原料损耗低、环境友好,生产成本较低,通过普鲁兰多糖作为生物膜,将芦荟胶进行包覆,进行热风干燥蒸发水分中能保证芦荟胶的高活性;
所述第一海绵片47厚度小于所述海绵层45厚度,以保证第一海绵片47与海绵层45接触时候,第一海绵片47能够从海绵层45中汲取足量液体;
所述第一储液槽44内的液面与所述第二转动轴43表面套设的所述海绵层45接触;所述第二储液槽52内的液面与所述第二突起53表面的所述第二海绵片54接触;
为保证第一储液槽44内的液面始终能够与海绵层45接触,需向第一储液槽44内不断输送疏水材料,同时在第一储液槽44的侧边设置用于限定液面高度的第一漏液口48,同理,在第二储液槽52侧边设置第二漏液口55,在此不再赘述。
实施例二
如图8所示,与实施例一不同的是,所述第二转动轴43直径大于所述第一转动轴42直径,以避免所述第二转动轴43的过快转速使所述第二海绵片54带起所述第二储液槽52内的液体。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述改性透液性面层包括自上而下依次设置的疏水层、亲水层与护肤层,所述亲水层采用竹纤维水刺无纺布,所述疏水层包括若干相互间隔并连通的疏水区,所述护肤层包括若干相互间隔并连通的护肤区,各所述护肤区分别设于各所述疏水区下方;
改性透液性面层的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、通过第一辊涂机构在亲水层上表面涂覆疏水材料;
S2、干燥步骤S1中涂覆的疏水材料,以在亲水层上表面形成所述疏水层;
S3、通过第二辊涂机构在亲水层下表面涂覆护肤材料;
S4、干燥步骤S3中涂覆的护肤材料,以在亲水层下表面形成所述护肤层;
所述第一辊涂机构包括第一滚动轴、第一转动轴、第二转动轴与第一储液槽,所述第一滚动轴一侧设置第一转动轴,所述第二转动轴设于第一转动轴另一侧,所述第一储液槽设于第二转动轴下方,所述第一转动轴与第二转动轴外套设有海绵层,所述第一滚动轴表面设有若干第一突起,各所述第一突起顶部设有第一海绵片;
所述第二辊涂机构包括第二滚动轴与第二储液槽,所述第二滚动轴表面设有若干第二突起,各所述第二突起顶部设有第二海绵片;
所述第一滚动轴半径小于所述第二滚动轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2与所述步骤S4中采用热风穿透式干燥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述疏水材料由以下重量份数的各成分组成:二甘醇单丁醚10-15份;二甲基硅油8-12份;二硬脂酸甘油酯5-10份;丙三醇0.5-2份;二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵0.5-2份;去离子水60-70份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述护肤材料的制备包括如下步骤:
1)取普鲁兰多糖1份、羧甲基纤维素1份、芦荟胶40份、去离子水200份;
2)将配方量的普鲁兰多糖溶于配方量的去离子水中形成普鲁兰多糖溶液;
3)再将配方量的芦荟胶与羧甲基纤维素加入普鲁兰多糖溶液中搅拌混合均匀得到混合溶液;
4)再利用乳酸将该混合溶液pH调整为4.5-5.5,即得到护肤材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一海绵片厚度小于所述海绵层厚度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一储液槽内的液面与所述第二转动轴表面套设的所述海绵层接触。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性透液性面层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第二储液槽内的液面与所述第二突起表面的所述第二海绵片接触。
