Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of tooth brushing robots. The reason why the electric toothbrush is not accepted by the people is that the brushing efficiency is comparable to that of the manual toothbrush, and the rest teeth wait again when brushing N teeth, so that the brushing efficiency is low. Touching the button of the present invention reduces the bristle head assembly (hereinafter, bristle head) to a minimum volume. The reduced bristle head is put into the oral cavity, the button is touched again until the bristle head rises to a proper volume, three surfaces of the teeth are surrounded by the bristles, and the lower end of the tooth shell tongue pressing body is tightly attached to the tongue. Touching the button again, namely vibrating the two side edges, brushing the teeth while rotating from gum to teeth, and rotating the teeth at the two sides, namely brushing the upper teeth from top to bottom and brushing the lower teeth from bottom to top; the bristles of the left brush and the right brush do reciprocating motion on the occlusal surfaces of teeth, the occlusal surfaces of the teeth are brushed, the correct tooth brushing principle is met, and the effect of brushing teeth for 10 seconds can be achieved in 3 minutes.

Description

Tooth brushing robot
Technical field:
the invention relates to a tooth brushing robot, and belongs to the field of medical instrument industry.
The background technology is as follows:
the reason why the electric toothbrush is not acceptable to the public is that it has little difference in brushing efficiency compared with the manual toothbrush. The two toothbrushes have the common point that according to different sizes of the brush heads, only 1 to a plurality of tooth surfaces can be brushed in one brushing action (namely, the bristles of the small brush head brush 1 tooth at one time, and the bristles of the largest brush head brush a plurality of tooth surfaces at most at one time). When the brush head brushes 1 to one tooth or a plurality of teeth, the rest teeth wait, and the tooth brushing efficiency is low.
The invention comprises the following steps:
The invention solves the problem of low brushing efficiency of the electric toothbrush, and only needs to touch the intelligent switch to start the driving device for shrinking and expanding the volume of the bristle head, so that the bristle head assembly reaches the minimum volume. The bristle head assembly of the minimum volume is placed into the mouth. The intelligent switch is touched again, and the driving device for driving the volume of the bristle head to expand in the oral cavity until the bristle on the two sides of the tooth brushing teeth and the bristle on the jaw surface of the tooth brushing teeth are started to surround the three surfaces of the tooth. The intelligent switch is touched again, the shaft which rotates and vibrates at the same time and the brush bristle driving device which moves in a reciprocating mode are started, so that the three faces of the teeth are brushed all at once (each tooth is brushed all at one time, and the tooth brushing efficiency is improved). In particular to brush hair which rotates at two sides and vibrates at the same time, is in an archimedes spiral shape and is arranged in uneven length, and always has one brush hair which is vertical to tooth surfaces, so that tooth surfaces can be effectively brushed. The brush hair vibrates and rotates along the direction from the gum to the teeth, so that the gum is massaged, and dirt at the joint of the gum and the teeth is cleaned completely. When brushing teeth, the brush hair brushes from top to bottom; when brushing teeth, the brush hair brushes from bottom to top. The bristles of the left brush and the right brush do reciprocating motion on the occlusal surfaces of teeth, the occlusal surfaces of teeth are brushed, and the brushing actions of the bristles are matched with the correct brushing principle. Few people brush teeth correctly for 3 minutes, and the action of brushing the teeth by the brush hairs is consistent with the correct tooth brushing principle. Few people brush teeth correctly for 3 minutes, and the invention brushes teeth for 10 seconds, so that the effect of brushing teeth correctly for 3 minutes can be achieved.

In order to prevent the gear box tongue pressing body (32) from rotating, the worm gear, the worm and the gear are rotated, the generated vibration is transmitted to the middle part of the gear box tongue pressing body (32) to collide with the incisors. An elastic anti-collision sleeve (47) made of an elastic body and with a mouth-shaped section is sleeved at the middle end of the tooth box tongue pressing body (32) so as to buffer a collision diagram 15 of the tooth when the tooth box tongue pressing body (32) vibrates.

The two long strip bearings (22) in the middle of the two outer flexible shafts are supported, the end heads of the bearings (28) penetrate through two long strip flat holes in the middle bottom of the supporting cover (30) respectively, the base root parts of the two long strip bearings are tightly matched with the two long strip flat holes in the middle bottom of the supporting cover (30), and the base parts of the two long strip bearings at the lower end heads extend out of the supporting cover (30). The 5 holes of the supporting cover (30) are aligned with the 5 holes of the 5-hole column (48) in a sealing connection, and bases of two strip bearings extending out of the supporting cover (30) are inserted into the two holes of the 5-hole column (48). The ends of two elastic brush shanks of a left brush (43) and a right brush (44) of the tooth brushing occlusal surface penetrate into two holes at the lower ends of a supporting cover (30) and a 5-hole column (48) from two holes between a flexible shaft (10) and a flexible shaft (18) of a bristle assembly (50) and a flexible shaft (14) and a flexible shaft (24) which are parallel to each other. The lower end of the supporting cover (30) is connected with the 5-hole column (48) in a sealing way. To form a bristle head assembly (49).

The end surface of the tongue body (32) is pressed by the brush hair assembly (50) and the hole in the center of the driving gear (33). A left brush (43) and a right brush (44) are used for brushing the ends of the shin. And two guiding ends of the long strip bearing base for supporting the flexible shaft. The square (fig. 7 and 9) shells at the upper end of the handle (1) are aligned one by one respectively, the output power ends are arranged in the shells, and the shaft heads of the rotating and vibrating shafts (2) penetrate into square holes in the centers of the lower ends of the supporting cover (30) and the 5-hole column (48). The handle (1) outputs an upper column body (3) which reciprocates and a concave end of an upper column body (4) which reciprocates. The opening of the elastic clamping piece (6) connected with the upper column body (5) which performs telescopic movement and the opening of the elastic clamping piece (8) connected with the lower column body (7) which performs telescopic movement are shown in figure 2. The bristle head assembly (49) is then forcibly inserted against the handle (1). I.e. the shaft (2) is in close fit with the gear (33). The left column body (3), the right column body (4) are respectively in tight fit with the left brush head (43) and the right brush head (44).
