Abstract
在基体(1)内固定一切削式接线夹(2)并导引一闭合件(3)。该闭合件可至少从打开位置转变到闭合位置,在打开位置导线(4)可插入闭合件(3)内。通过闭合件(3)转变到闭合位置,导线(4)可插入切削式接线夹(2)内并可在那里被固持和夹紧。在闭合件(3)上设有一外弹簧(7),它围绕切削式接线夹(2)并利用触头(8)与之接触,并因而在切削式接线夹(2)上施加一压紧力(F)。
Description
本发明涉及一种刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,它包括一个基体、一个固定在基体内的切削式接线夹和一个由基体导引的闭合件,该闭合件可至少从一个打开位置转变到一个闭合位置,其中,在打开位置一根导线可插入该闭合件中,以及一个已插入闭合件内的导线通过闭合件转变到闭合位置可插入切削式接线夹内并可被切削式接线夹固持和夹紧,在这里,切削式接线夹被一外弹簧(berfeder)围绕,该外弹簧使切削式接线夹与触头接触并因而将压紧力施加在切削式接线夹上。
例如由德国专利申请DE 19732182C1已知这样一种刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置。其中,外弹簧与切削式接线夹刚性连接。
本发明要解决的技术问题是创造一种改进的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置。
上述技术问题是这样来解决的,即,将外弹簧设在闭合件上,使触头与切削式接线夹在闭合件处于打开位置时在打开接触区内接触,而当闭合件处于闭合位置时则在闭合接触区内接触。
因为由此可以改变外弹簧在切削式接线夹上的作用。
若闭合件和外弹簧互相连接成一体,则此刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置的结构特别简单。
若闭合件和外弹簧设计为冲压弯曲件,则闭合件和外弹簧的制造特别简单。
若在闭合件上成形一用于操作工具的支承件,则能特别容易地操纵闭合件。在这种情况下所述支承件优选也是此冲压弯曲件的组成部分。
若切削式接线夹在打开接触区与闭合接触区之间设计成使压紧力在闭合件从打开位置转变到闭合位置的过程中产生变化,则施加在切削式接线夹上的压紧力可与闭合件在打开位置与闭合位置之间的具体位置相适配。
若在打开接触区和/或在闭合接触区内的切削式接线夹和触头按这样的方式设计,即,使得压紧力在打开位置和/或闭合位置是最小的,则打开位置和/或闭合位置构成优选位置。因此是否到达这些位置是可以触觉到的。压紧力的最小化可例如这样来实现:令切削式接线夹在打开接触区和/或闭合接触区内波纹形缩小。触头也优选与之相对应地缩小。
下面结合附图所示实施方式对本发明的其他优点和细节予以详细说明。附图中:
图1示出包括闭合件、导线和操作工具在内的一个刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置;以及
图2示出包括闭合件在内的一个切削式接线夹。
按图1所示,刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置具有一基体1。在该基体1内固定有一切削式接线夹2。此外,该刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置还具有一闭合件3。在图1和图2中,闭合件3被示出处于打开位置。在此打开位置,可在闭合件3内插入一根单芯的导线4,该导线4不必剥去绝缘层。
闭合件3可从打开位置转变到闭合位置。为此在一个成形在闭合件3上的支承件6内插入一操作工具5,通常是常用的螺丝改锥。然后通过沿操纵方向A转动操作工具5,使闭合件3转变到闭合位置。由此使导线4插入切削式接线夹2内并在此闭合位置被切削式接线夹固定和夹紧。在图2中用虚线画出的圆象征性地表示导线4在闭合位置时所处的位置。
在闭合件3上设有一外弹簧7,它围绕切削式接线夹2。外弹簧7利用触头8与切削式接线夹2接触,并因此在切削式接线夹2上施加一压紧力F。基于外弹簧7的设计,尤其基于其前部夹片9和后部夹片10,外弹簧7因此同时构成一导引件,由于此导引件,闭合件3相对于切削式接线夹2导引并因而其结果是也在基体1内被导引。
由于外弹簧7设在闭合件3上,外弹簧7与闭合件3一起运动。因此,在闭合件3的打开位置,触头8与切削式接线夹在打开接触区11内接触,在闭合位置,触头8与切削式接线夹在闭合接触区12内接触。可以看出,在这里闭合件3与外弹簧7互相连接成一体。尤其是,闭合件3、支承件6和外弹簧7设计为一体的冲压弯曲件。
按照图2,切削式接线夹2在打开和闭合接触区11、12内波纹形收缩。在此,触头8也与之相对应地波纹形缩小。通过切削式接线夹2和外弹簧7这样的设计,使压紧力F在这两个位置最小。由此形成优选位置,在到达这些优选位置时是可以凭触觉感受到的。
在打开位置与闭合位置之间却正好相反,切削式接线夹2呈隆凸状被加宽。因此,当闭合件3从打开位置转变到闭合位置时,压紧力F依随切削式接线夹2隆凸的曲线而改变。
采用本发明的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置可获得一系列优点。尤其是,压紧力F可与从打开位置转变到闭合位置(首先插入并切开导线4绝缘层,然后导线4触点接通)的各个步骤相匹配和改变。也就是说可以实现一条对各个步骤为最佳的力特性曲线,这一特性曲线允许在人类工程学方面有利地操作。因此,通过在这两个位置压紧力F的最小化,一方面导致能更加可靠地到达闭合件3的这两个位置,另一方面可以凭触觉感受到闭合件3是否已到达这两个位置。其结果是,无论是操纵力还是移动路程均可以减小。由此使刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置有比较小的结构体积。最后,按本发明的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置与现有技术中的同类刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置相比其所能连接的导线还可有更大的横截面范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其包括一个基体(1)、一个固定在基体(1)内的切削式接线夹(2)和一个在该基体(1)内导引的闭合件(3),该闭合件可至少从一个打开位置转变到一个闭合位置,其中,在打开位置导线(4)可插入闭合件(3)中,以及一个已插入闭合件(3)内的导线(4)通过闭合件(3)转变到闭合位置可插入切削式接线夹(2)内并可被切削式接线夹(2)固持和夹紧,在这里,切削式接线夹(2)被一外弹簧(7)围绕,该外弹簧使切削式接线夹(2)与触头(8)接触并因而将一个压紧力(F)施加在切削式接线夹(2)上,其特征在于:外弹簧(7)设在闭合件(3)上,使得触头(8)与切削式接线夹(2)在闭合件处于打开位置时在打开接触区(11)内接触,而当闭合件处于闭合位置时则在闭合接触区(12)内接触。
2.按照权利要求1所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述闭合件(3)和外弹簧(7)互相连接成一体。
3.按照权利要求2所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述闭合件(3)和外弹簧(7)设计为冲压弯曲件。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:在所述闭合件(3)上成形一用于操作工具(5)的支承件(6)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述支承件(6)也是此冲压弯曲件的组成部分。
6.按照权利要求1所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述切削式接线夹(2)在打开接触区(11)与闭合接触区(12)之间呈隆凸状加宽,使得压紧力(F)在闭合件(3)从打开位置转变到闭合位置的过程中变化。
7.按照权利要求1所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述切削式接线夹在打开接触区(11)和/或在闭合接触区(12)内呈波纹形收缩以及所述触头(8)也对应地呈波纹形收缩,使压紧力(F)在打开位置和/或闭合位置是最小的。
