Abstract
本发明是一种治疗风湿、类风湿性关节炎及颈腰椎骨质增生等痹症的药物。其特点是以乌蛇、全蝎、地龙、土元、蜈蚣五虫为主要成分,和经除毒处理的马钱子及杜仲、生川乌、乳香、三七、细辛、桂枝、羌活、独活、黄芪、鹿角胶一起制成细粉后装入胶囊或制成蜜丸,供患者口服。临床证明该药对颈腰椎骨质增生患者有效率95.9%、治愈率65%;对风湿性关节炎有效率94.9%,治愈率50%;对类风湿性关节炎有效率95.5%,治愈率44.7%。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗风湿、类风湿性关节炎及颈腰椎骨质增生等痹症的药物。
风湿、类风湿性关节炎及颈腰椎骨质增生等被中医称之为“痹症”，是临床常见病、多发病。这类病因损害人体关节滑膜、骨质、韧带及其周围神经而使人疼痛难忍，影响正常活动，甚至造成伤残，丧失劳动能力。这类病较难治疗，目前，国内大都采用非甾体类消炎镇痛药及一般中草药。临床观察长期服用副作用大，疗效亦不稳定。
本发明的目的是要提供一种对痹症疗效显著，无毒副作用的口服药物。
本发明治疗痹症的药物是以乌蛇、全蝎、地龙、主元、蜈蚣为主要成份的所谓五虫制剂。
为增强疗效，可配以马钱子、生川乌、乳香、三七、细辛、桂枝、羌活、独活、黄芪、鹿角胶和杜仲，各成份所占重量百分比为：
乌蛇 6-6.8 全蝎 4-4.6
地龙 6.2-6.7 地元 6.5-6.8
蜈蚣 3-3.2 马钱子 4-4.5
生川乌 2-2.5 乳香 6.5-6.8
三七 6.5-6.9 细辛 6.4-6.7
桂枝 6.5-7 羌活 6.4-7
独活 6.3-6.8 黄芪 11-11.5
鹿角胶 6-6.9 杜仲 6.5-7
本发明中的五虫均为虫类药，性燥除湿，含较丰富的蛋白质。全蝎、蜈蚣能镇痉止痛；乌蛇、地龙祛风通络；马钱子通经散结，与化瘀通经的土元、乳香、三七相配治关节肿痛疗效尤佳；生川乌性散为刚，力能疏通痼阴、温经止痛，配以细辛、桂枝其效更大；羌活、独活能祛周身风湿；黄芪、杜仲、鹿角胶补益肝肾气血。以上成份配伍，协同发力，具有显著提高机体免疫能力的机制，发挥镇痉止痛、祛风通脉、温经散寒、化瘀通络、攻坚消癖、益肝补肾之功效。
本发明五虫祛痹药可以药粉制成胶囊或蜜丸供患者口服。临床使用结果为：320例颈腰椎骨质增生患者平均服药79天，有效率百分之九十五点九，治愈率百分之六十五；156例风湿性关节炎患者平均服药123天，有效率百分之九十四点九，治愈率百分之五十；188例类风湿性关节炎患者平均服药196天，有效率百分之九十点五，治愈率百分之四十四点七。
实施例1，先将马钱子水泡8小时加绿豆水煮除毒，至绿豆开花后，取马钱子剥去皮、切成薄片烤至金黄色。将杜仲烤断丝。将地龙烤至黄色。然后将烤制后的马钱子4.5kg，杜仲7kg，地龙6.7kg和乌蛇6.8kg，全蝎4.5kg，土元6.7kg，蜈蚣3.1kg，生川乌2.5kg，乳香6.6kg，三七6.8kg，细辛6.6kg，桂枝6.8kg，羌活6.9kg，独活6.3kg，黄芪11.4kg，鹿角胶6.7kg制成细粉，过罗后装入“0”号胶囊，每粒重25g。服用方法是每次5粒，每日三次。
实施例2，如实施例1先处理马钱子、杜仲、地龙。然后将处理好的马钱子4.3kg，杜仲6.8kg和乌蛇6.1kg、全蝎4.4kg，土元6.8kg，蜈蚣3.2kg，生川乌2.5kg，乳香6.8kg，三七6.9kg，细辛6.7kg，桂枝6.8kg，羌活6.9kg，独活6.8kg，黄芪11.5kg，鹿角胶6.8kg制成细粉，再加蜂蜜制成蜜丸。
实施例3，按实施例1处理马钱子、杜仲、地龙。然后将处理好的马钱子4.5kg，杜仲7kg和乌蛇6.5kg、全蝎4.3kg，土元6.6kg，蜈蚣3.2kg，生川乌2.4kg，乳香6.7kg，三七6.7kg，细辛6.7kg，桂枝7kg，羌活7kg，独活6.7kg，黄芪11.3kg，鹿角胶6.9kg制粉后装入胶囊。

1、一种治疗痹症的药物，其特征在于所说的药物是以乌蛇、全蝎、地龙、土元、蜈蚣为主要成份的五虫制剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗痹症的药物，其特征在于其成份还有马钱子、生川乌、乳香、三七、细辛、桂枝、羌活、独活、黄芪、鹿角胶和杜仲，各成份所占重重百分比为：

地龙 6.2-6.7
地元 6.5-6.8
蜈蚣 3-3.2
马钱子 4-4.5
生川乌 2-2.5
乳香 6.5-6.8
