Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of agriculture, and particularly relates to a composition containing aforana and cyantraniliprole and application thereof.
Background
Afrana (Afoxolaner) is an isoxazoline insecticide and acaricide, which acts on ligand-gated chloride ion channels, especially inhibit neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) -gated channels, so as to block the transmission of chloride ions from a presynaptic membrane to a postsynaptic membrane, thereby increasing the activity of animal neurons and causing excessive excitation and death. The afrana is firstly used in the field of veterinary medicines, is an in-vitro insect repellent for dogs which kill two parasites, namely ticks and fleas, and has the characteristics of quick response, high safety, convenience in oral administration and the like. Next, aforana was found to be useful in agriculture for controlling agricultural pests.
Cyantraniliprole (Cyantraniliprole) is a second-generation ryanodine receptor inhibitor pesticide successfully developed by DuPont company after chlorantraniliprole, and cyantraniliprole is formed by changing various polar groups on benzene rings, so that the insecticidal composition has higher efficiency, wider application range and can effectively control lepidoptera, hemiptera and coleopteran pests.
CN109068651a discloses a composition comprising an isoxazoline compound which may be a compound of the structure (Ia) (i.e. aforana) and at least one further active agent which may be abamectin or the like, which composition is useful in the veterinary field.

And selecting healthy larvae with the same size from the test subjects, namely Chilo suppressalis (Chilo suppressalis).
The test agent is aforana raw material and cyantraniliprole raw material, and is obtained through commercial purchase.
The test method is to test the biological activity of the single agent and the compound preparation with different proportions on the Chilo suppressalis by referring to the insecticidal activity test immersion method of the 6 th part of the pesticide in the pesticide indoor biological test rule NY/T1154.6-2006 and the combined action test of the 7 th part of the pesticide in the pesticide indoor biological test rule NY/T1154.7-2006. The method comprises the following steps:
The treatment agent was dissolved with an appropriate amount of acetone in the proportions set in table 1 below, and then formulated into a series of concentrations (calculated as pesticidal active ingredient) with 1% tween 80 in water. Then, the test insects are immersed in the liquid medicine for 10 seconds, then taken out, the excessive liquid medicine on the insect bodies is absorbed by filter paper, and the test insects are transferred to normal conditions for feeding. For 3 replicates of treatment, 20 heads of insects were immersed for each replicate, and 1% tween 80 aqueous solution treatment was used as a blank. After 48h of treatment, the mortality of the test insects was investigated, the corrected mortality was calculated and LC 50 was calculated for each treatment. And then calculating the co-toxicity coefficient CTC of each treatment according to Sun Yunpei method, and evaluating the synergy. Wherein CTC <80 is antagonism, CTC 80-120 is additive, CTC 120 is synergistic.
Toxicity Index (TI) =standard agent LC 50/test agent LC 50 ×100
Actual measurement of mixed virulence index (ATI) =Standard agent LC 50/Mixed agent LC 50 ×100
