Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical schemes and beneficial effects solved by the invention more clear, the invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a multifunctional massage chair comprising a massage machine frame 1, a seat integrated part 2 and a leg massage part 3, the massage machine frame 1 providing integral support for the massage chair, the seat integrated part 2 contacting the head, shoulders, back, waist and buttocks of a user, and the leg massage part 3 contacting and massaging the legs and feet of the user.
The massage machine frame 1 comprises a base 101, a machine frame main body 102 and a hand support 103, wherein the base 101 is fixed at the bottom of the machine frame main body 102, the hand support 103 is fixed at two sides of the machine frame main body 102, two sides of the machine frame main body 102 are provided with sliding rails A104, and main body massage pieces 105 slide on the sliding rails A104.
The seat integrated part 2 comprises a left seat cushion 201, a massage cushion 202 and a right seat cushion 203 which are sequentially connected, the massage cushion 202 is fixed between the left seat cushion 201 and the right seat cushion 203, a headrest 204 is fixed on the massage cushion 202, the main body massage part 105 is arranged below the massage cushion 202, the left seat cushion 201 and the right seat cushion 203 respectively comprise a fixing frame 206, a functional cushion 207, a backrest cushion 208 and a waist cushion 209, the fixing frame 206 is fixed on the frame main body 102, the functional cushion 207 is arranged on the fixing frame 206, the backrest cushion 208 and the waist cushion 209 are fixed on the functional cushion 207 through connecting cloth 2010, a first accommodating groove 2011 capable of accommodating the backrest cushion 208 is formed in the position below the backrest cushion 208, a first air bag 2012 is fixed in the first accommodating groove 2011, a second accommodating groove 2013 capable of accommodating the waist cushion 209 is formed in the position below the waist cushion 209, and a second air bag 2014 is fixed in the second accommodating groove 2013. The main body massage member 105 works along the sliding rail a104 in the area where the massage cushion 202 is located, the left seat cushion 201 and the right seat cushion 203 are arranged in a mirror symmetry manner, when the first air bag 2012 and the second air bag 2014 are not inflated, the user sits on the seat integrated member 2 under the extending connection of the connecting cloth 2010, the backrest cushion 208 is extruded and contained in the first containing groove 2011, the waist cushion 209 is extruded and contained in the second containing groove 2013, and for an ordinary user, only the main body massage member 105 needs to be adjusted to a proper massage force under a comfortable sitting posture. However, for a user who is sensitive to force, the main body massaging member 105 is massaged, and simultaneously, the first air bag 2012 or/and the second air bag 2014 is inflated, under the filling of the air, the backrest cushion 208 is gradually separated from the first accommodating groove 2011, the lumbar cushion 209 is gradually separated from the second accommodating groove 2013, at this time, the lumbar part and the back of the user are gradually collided by the lumbar cushion 209 and the backrest cushion 208 and are gradually padded up, the lumbar part and the back of the user are gradually separated from the massaging head, the massaging force is also gradually reduced until the force of the user is adjusted to be suitable, the inflation is stopped, and the user enjoys the massaging.
Although the massage force of the main body massage member 105 is fixed, the massage force felt by the user can be adjusted at will under the action of the waist pad 209 and/or the backrest pad 208, the massage chair is more friendly to teenagers and aged people, and different massage force requirements can be met, so that the massage chair is particularly suitable for the overall requirements of old and young families.
For the left seat cushion 201 and the right seat cushion 203, the fixing frame 206 is a hard plate with a certain ergonomic radian, other positions inside the functional cushion 207 except the first accommodating groove 2011 and the second accommodating groove 2013 are filled with materials with rebound effects such as sponges, the back cushion 208 and the waist cushion 209 are filled with materials with rebound effects, and the functional cushion 207, the back cushion 208 and the waist cushion 209 have certain supporting property while having flexibility. The body massage member 105 is of prior art and will not be discussed further herein.
Further, the seat integrated part 2 further includes two seat cushions 2015, one seat cushion 2015 is fixed at the connection position of the left seat cushion 201 and the massage cushion 202, the other seat cushion 2015 is fixed at the connection position of the right seat cushion 203 and the massage cushion 202, a third air bag 2016 is provided at a part of the interior of the seat cushion 2015, and the third air bag 2016 is provided at one side of the seat cushion 2015 far from the lumbar cushion 209.
Only one side of the cushion 2015 is fixed, the other side has a certain mobility on the left seat cushion 201 and the right seat cushion 203, and when the third air bag 2016 is inflated, the cushion has a certain supporting property and wrapping property on the buttocks of a human body, and the comfort is better. Meanwhile, the third air bag 2016 is inflated, so that the height of one side of the cushion 2015 away from the waist pad 209 is greater than the height of one side of the cushion 209, and the buttocks of a user can naturally slide to the buttocks of the seat integrated piece 2, so that the waist of the user is more attached to the seat integrated piece 2, the sitting posture deviation caused by vibration during massage is reduced, and the suitability of the massage chair for various body types of people is improved.
In addition to the third air bladder 2016, other positions inside the cushion 2015 are filled with a material having a rebound effect such as a sponge, and preferably, the inside of the cushion 2015 can be divided into a solid area 2017 and a regulating area 2018, the solid area 2017 occupies one third of the total internal area, the third air bladder 2016 is arranged in the regulating area 2018, a supporting pad 2019 is also arranged above the third air bladder 2016, that is, the regulating area 2018 is internally provided with the third air bladder 2016 and the supporting pad 2019, meanwhile, the cross-sectional area of the space occupied by the third air bladder 2016 is smaller and smaller towards the solid area 2017, and when the third air bladder 2016 is inflated, the cushion 2015 is inclined towards the waist.
Further, a fourth air bag 205 is arranged in the headrest 204, and air in the fourth air bag 205 is adjusted to meet the comfort level of the headrest 204 of the user.
The back cushion 208 is long, the back cushion 208 is obliquely arranged between the headrest 204 and the waist cushion 209, and the shape of the first accommodating groove 2011 is matched with the shape of the back cushion 208.
The inclined long backrest 208 can support the whole back of the user, and compared with a plurality of backrest 208 or a whole backrest 208, the long backrest 208 is easier to produce, and meanwhile, the air bags below the backrest 208 are easier to be provided with the pipeline inflation and deflation.
Further, the seat integral part 2 further includes two shoulder pads 2020, and the two shoulder pads 2020 are respectively fixed at two sides of the seat integral part 2. A sixth air bag can also be provided inside the shoulder pad 2020 to provide different anti-collision and shoulder pad positioning actions for different users.
Further, a massage groove 106 for placing the arm is provided on the hand support 103, and a fifth air bag 107 is fixed on the massage groove 106.
The multifunctional massage armchair also comprises a plurality of air pipelines, a plurality of electromagnetic valves, a control assembly, an air pump and the like, wherein each air bag is communicated with the air pipelines, the electromagnetic valve is arranged on each air pipeline, and the air pump and the electromagnetic valve are controlled by the control assembly to control the inflation and deflation work of each air bag.

Referring to fig. 1-10, this embodiment provides a multifunctional massage chair, on the basis of embodiment 1, including a leg massage member 3, the leg massage member 3 includes a leg massage member 301 and a leg massage member 302 disposed under the leg massage member 301, a telescopic assembly 303 is disposed between the leg massage member 301 and the leg massage member 302, the telescopic assembly 303 includes a telescopic cylinder 3031 and a telescopic bracket 3032, the telescopic cylinder 3031 is fixed in the leg massage member 301, a telescopic end of the telescopic cylinder 3031 is fixedly connected with the leg massage member 302, the telescopic bracket 3032 includes a hinged cross frame plate 30321 and movable plates 30322 hinged to four ends of the cross frame plate 30321 respectively, the two upper movable plates 30322 are hinged to the leg massage member 301, and the two lower movable plates 30322 are hinged to the leg massage member 302.

The limiting pin 3013 is taken down, the movable rod A306 can move in the sliding rail frame 305, the movable rod A306 can drive the foot and leg massage piece 3 to move, the distance between the foot and leg massage piece 3 and the massage machine frame 1 is adjustable, the requirements of users with different leg lengths are met, and meanwhile, the movable rod A306 is prevented from escaping from the sliding rail frame 305 due to the arrangement of the blocking block 3010.
Preferably, the head end of the movable rod a306 is hinged on the leg massage member 301, the frame body 102 is further fixed with a second air cylinder 3012, the telescopic end of the second air cylinder 3012 is hinged on the leg massage member 301, when the limiting pin 3013 is removed, the second air cylinder 3012 can assist the user to slide the movable rod a306 out of or into the sliding rail frame 305, and when the limiting pin 3013 is inserted into the through hole 309 and the limiting slot a308, the second air cylinder 3012 can control the leg massage member 3 to rotate relative to the movable rod a306, that is, the leg massage member 3 rotates relative to the massage frame 1, so that the user can adjust to a comfortable sitting posture or a lying posture conveniently. Since the movable rod a306 slides on the sliding rail frame 305 under the driving of the pulley 307, when the position of the movable rod a306 is not fixed by the limiting pin 3013, the second cylinder 3012 can preferentially overcome the sliding resistance and drive the movable rod a306 to move, however, when the position of the movable rod a306 is fixed by the limiting pin 3013, the second cylinder 3012 can overcome the gravity of the leg massage member 3 and drive the leg massage member 3 to rotate relative to the massage machine frame 1.

Referring to fig. 11-16, this embodiment provides a multifunctional massage armchair, on the basis of embodiment 1, a damping mechanism 4 is fixed under a base 101, the damping mechanism 4 includes a bottom plate 401, a top plate 402 and an elastic component 403, the elastic component 403 includes a first support plate 4031 fixed on the upper portion of the bottom plate 401 and a second support plate 4032 fixed on the lower portion of the top plate 402, a first elastic member 4033 is fixed on the first support plate 4031, a limit rod 4034 and a second elastic member 4035 are fixed under the second support plate 4032, the limit rod 4034 is inserted into the first elastic member 4033, the second elastic member 4035 is sleeved outside the limit rod 4034 and the first elastic member 4033, a limit seat 4036 is fixed on the bottom of the second elastic member 4035, and a limit ring 4037 is fixed on the limit seat 4036, and a first limit groove for inserting the limit ring 4037 is provided on the first support plate 4031.
The top plate 402 is fixed under the base 101, and the damping mechanism 4 provides damping and buffering effects for the massage armchair. The elastic members 403 are arranged in a plurality of groups and are uniformly arranged between the bottom plate 401 and the top plate 402, and the first elastic member 4033 and the second elastic member 4035 are compressed along the length direction thereof.
The damping mechanism 4 is installed under the base 101 of the massage armchair, and in the natural state of the user who does not sit, the limit ring 4037 is limited in the first limit groove, and the damping mechanism 4 is supported by the elasticity of the second elastic piece 4035. When the user uses the massage armchair, the elastic component 403 automatically adjusts the supporting force according to the weight of the user, specifically, when the weight of the user is light, the damping mechanism 4 depends on the elastic force of the second elastic member 4035 to be supported, and when the weight of the user is heavy, the damping mechanism 4 depends on the elastic force of the second elastic member 4035 and the first elastic member 4033 to be supported together.
The damping mechanism 4 is covered with a telescopic cover (not shown in the figure) to prevent dust from entering the damping mechanism 4 and to make the damping mechanism more attractive.
The through hole 4039 for inserting the limiting rod 4034 is formed in the first elastic piece 4033, the limiting rod 4034 is always inserted in the first elastic piece 4033, the compression direction of the first elastic piece 4033 and the compression direction of the second elastic piece 4035 are ensured to be vertical and downward, when the weight of a user is lighter, the vibration generated by the massage armchair to the body of the user is smaller, so that the vibration discomfort can be relieved by using the single elastic force of the second elastic piece 4035, and when the weight of the user is heavier, the vibration generated by the massage armchair to the body of the user is larger, and therefore, the vibration discomfort is relieved by using the common support of the second elastic piece 4035 and the first elastic piece 4033. The embodiment not only can play a role in damping, but also can automatically adjust different damping effects according to different users, so as to solve the damping requirements of different user groups.
The length of the stop lever 4034 is smaller than the length of the first elastic member 4033 in the natural state, and the length of the second elastic member 4035 in the natural state is larger than the length of the stop lever 4034 and larger than the length of the first elastic member 4033 in the natural state.
In order to maintain the elasticity of the elastic component 403 and prevent elastic fatigue of the elastic component, the limit rod 4034 is adopted to ensure the compression degree of the elastic component 403, and when the bottom of the limit rod 4034 abuts against the first support plate 4031, the elastic component 403 reaches the maximum elastic compression, so that the failure of the elastic component is effectively avoided.
The top of the first elastic member 4033 is fixed with a conical limiting block 4038, and the bottom of the second supporting plate 4032 is provided with a second limiting groove 4039 into which the limiting block 4038 is inserted. When the second elastic member 4035 and the first elastic member 4033 start to play a supporting role together, the limiting block 4038 is gradually inserted into the second limiting groove 4039, and when the limiting block 4038 is completely inserted into the second limiting groove 4039, the first elastic member 4033 starts to play a supporting role, and the limiting block 4038 is conical, so that the limiting block 4038 is accurately inserted into the second limiting groove 4039.
The first elastic member 4033 has a bellows structure having a plurality of wave bands, and the second elastic member 4035 has a spiral structure. Preferably, the first elastic member 4033 is made of rubber material, and has a good silencing effect, and the second elastic member 4035 is made of metal material.
The damping mechanism 4 further comprises a buffering frame 404 and a buffering component 405, the buffering frame 404 is fixed on the bottom plate 401, the buffering component 405 comprises a first movable rod 4051 and a second movable rod 4052, the first movable rod 4051 and the second movable rod 4052 are in crossed rotation connection, mute wheels 4053 are arranged at two ends of the first movable rod 4051 and the second movable rod 4052, and sliding rails B4054 for sliding the mute wheels 4053 are arranged on the buffering frame 404 and the bottom surface of the top plate 402.
The cushioning assembly 405 is employed to further support the compression of the cushioning mechanism 4. Preferably, the mute wheel 4053 is defined in the track B4054 and is slidable along the track B4054.
The two first movable rods 4051 and the two second movable rods 4052 are respectively arranged on two sides of the buffer frame 404, and a connecting rod 4055 is fixed between the two first movable rods 4051 and between the two second movable rods 4052.
The connecting rods 4055 are four, wherein the two connecting rods 4055 below are respectively connected with a transmission piece 4056 in a rotating mode, the outer side of each transmission piece 4056 is provided with a fixed block 4057, each transmission piece 4056 is connected with the corresponding fixed block 4057 in a rotating mode, a telescopic spring 4058 is fixed on the outer side of each fixed block 4057, and the outer ends of the telescopic springs 4058 are fixed on the inner wall of the buffer frame 404.
The first movable rod 4051 and the second movable rod 4052 can be in rotational connection by adopting a bearing, and the transmission piece 4056 and the fixed block 4057 can be in rotational connection by adopting a rotating shaft and bearing mode. The buffer component 405 performs a lateral buffer function on the massage armchair, thereby further increasing the shock absorption effect.
The buffer frame 404 is fixed with a first fixing rod 406 and a second fixing rod 407, the buffer frame 404 is divided into a first sliding area 4041, a hollowed area 4042 and a second sliding area 4043 by the first fixing rod 406 and the second fixing rod 407, the hollowed area 4042 is a position between the first fixing rod 406 and the second fixing rod 407, the sliding rail B4054 is fixed in the first sliding area 4041 and the second sliding area 4043, and the elastic component 403 passes through the hollowed area 4042.
The user starts to use the massage armchair, the massage armchair shakes, second elastic component 4035 compresses alone or second elastic component 4035 compresses with first elastic component 4033 jointly, when elastic component 403 is compressed, buffer module 405's whole height reduces, silence wheel 4053 slides along slide rail B4054 outside, telescopic spring 4058 compresses to buffer frame 404 inner wall direction, elastic component 403 plays the cushioning effect in vertical direction this moment, buffer module 405 plays the cushioning effect in the horizontal direction, under the combined action of elastic component 403 and buffer module 405, the massage armchair has outstanding shock attenuation effect, when the user leaves the massage armchair, elastic component 403 and buffer module 405 take place to reset, until resume initial position, wait for next use.
The invention has the following functions besides the basic massage function: by arranging a plurality of air bags, the comfort level of the massage armchair is increased, and the random adjustment of the massage force is realized; by arranging the telescopic component 303, the crowd of users with different heights can be adapted; by arranging the movable rod A and the second air cylinder 3012, the foot and leg massage piece 3 can be extended and rotated, so that a user can conveniently adjust to a comfortable sitting posture or a lying posture; through setting up damper 4, not only play shock attenuation effect, but also can be according to the different automatically regulated different buffering effects of user, solve different user crowd's shock attenuation demand.

A multifunctional massage armchair according to claim 1, characterized in that said seat integrated part (2) further comprises two cushions (2015), one cushion (2015) is fixed at the connection position of said left seat cushion (201) and said massage cushion (202), the other cushion (2015) is fixed at the connection position of said right seat cushion (203) and said massage cushion (202), a part of the interior of said cushion (2015) is provided with a third air bag (2016), said third air bag (2016) is provided at the side of said cushion (2015) away from said lumbar cushion (209).

A multifunctional massage armchair according to claim 1, characterized in that said headrest (204) is internally provided with a fourth air-bag (205); the backrest cushion (208) is long-strip-shaped, the backrest cushion (208) is obliquely arranged between the headrest (204) and the waist cushion (209), and the shape of the first accommodating groove (2011) is matched with the shape of the backrest cushion (208).
4. A multifunctional massage armchair according to claim 1, characterized in that said seat integrated part (2) further comprises two shoulder pads (2020), two of said shoulder pads (2020) being fixed respectively on both sides of said seat integrated part (2).

A multifunctional massage chair according to claim 1, characterized in that the foot and leg massage part (3) comprises a leg massage part (301) and a foot massage part (302) arranged below the leg massage part (301), a telescopic assembly (303) is arranged between the leg massage part (301) and the foot massage part (302), the telescopic assembly (303) comprises a telescopic cylinder (3031) and a telescopic bracket (3032), the telescopic cylinder (3031) is fixed in the leg massage part (301), the telescopic end of the telescopic cylinder (3031) is fixedly connected with the foot massage part (302), the telescopic bracket (3032) comprises a hinged cross frame plate (30321) and movable plates (30322) hinged with the four ends of the cross frame plate (30321) respectively, the upper two movable plates (30322) are hinged with the leg massage part (301), and the lower two movable plates (30322) are hinged with the foot massage part (302).
