Abstract

A simplified shaving system (100) comprises one or more blades (10) and a cutter head frame (20) and a protective member (30) formed integrally by two-color injection molding. The protective member is formed on the front side wall (21) of the cutter head frame by mixing a water-soluble polymer and a hydrophobic polymer; the cutter head frame has a receiving space (22), the blade is located in the receiving space, the left end of the blade is mounted on the left side wall (23) of the cutter head frame, and the right end of the blade is mounted on the right side wall (24) of the cutter head frame. The simplified shaving system can simplify the assembly relationship between the protective member and the cutter head frame, and the protective member has a lubricating function in addition to tightening the skin to protect it, so that the protective member integrates protection and lubrication.

The present application relates to the field of shaving, and in particular to a simple shaving system.

Background technique

In the razor head with auxiliary scraping strip disclosed in Chinese Patent No. 200820206388.0, the protective strip 40 is assembled on the lower side wall of the outer frame 10, and the protective strip 40 is used to tighten the skin of the shaved area during shaving to improve the shaving efficiency.

However, since the protective strip is assembled on the lower side wall of the outer frame, the assembly relationship between the protective strip and the outer frame in the razor head with auxiliary scraping strip disclosed in Chinese Patent No. 200820206388.0 is complicated, that is, after the outer frame and the protective strip are manufactured, the protective strip needs to be assembled on the lower side wall of the outer frame; in addition, since the protective strip only provides the function of tightening the skin but does not provide lubrication for the skin, the comfort of shaving is affected.

Therefore, there is an urgent need for a simplified shaving system that simplifies assembly and integrates skin tightening and lubrication to overcome the above-mentioned defects.

Application Contents

The object of the present application is to provide a simple shaving system which simplifies the assembly process and integrates skin tightening and lubrication.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the simplified shaving system of the present application includes one or more blades and a cutter head frame and a protective member formed as one piece by two-color injection molding. The protective member is formed on the front side wall of the cutter head frame after mixing a water-soluble polymer and a hydrophobic polymer. The cutter head frame has a receiving space, and the blade is located in the receiving space. The left end of the blade is mounted on the left side wall of the cutter head frame, and the right end of the blade is mounted on the right side wall of the cutter head frame.

Preferably, the protective component comprises a honeycomb structure formed by the hydrophobic polymer and a water-soluble structure filled in the honeycomb structure.

Preferably, in the protective component, the proportion of the water-soluble polymer is between 0 and 50%.

Preferably, in the protective component, the proportion of the water-soluble polymer is between 10% and 25%.

Preferably, the water-soluble polymer is selected from water-soluble polymers containing polyethylene glycol.

Preferably, the hydrophobic polymer is polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene or polyaldehyde.

Preferably, the simplified shaving system of the present application further comprises a left fixing member and a right fixing member, wherein the left fixing member spans across the left end of the blade from above and is assembled to the left side wall of the cutter head frame, and the left fixing member and the left side wall of the cutter head frame jointly clamp the left end of the blade, and the right fixing member spans across the right end of the blade from above and is assembled to the right side wall of the cutter head frame, and the right fixing member and the right side wall of the cutter head frame jointly clamp the right end of the blade, and the protective member extends along the left and right directions of the cutter head frame.

Preferably, the left end of the protective member extends leftward at least to the position of the left fixing member, and the right end of the protective member extends leftward at least to the position of the right fixing member.

Preferably, the left fixing member and the right fixing member are sheet-shaped structures independent of each other.

Preferably, the left fixing member and the right fixing member are integrated sheet-shaped structures.

Compared with the prior art, since the simplified shaving system of the present application also includes a cutter head frame and a protective member formed as one piece by two-color injection molding, the design enables the protective member and the cutter head frame to be formed as one piece by two-color injection molding, omitting the step of assembling the traditional protective strip on the lower side wall of the outer frame by assembly, thus simplifying the assembly relationship between the protective member and the cutter head frame. At the same time, since the protective member is formed on the front side wall of the cutter head frame after being mixed with a water-soluble polymer and a hydrophobic polymer, the protective member combines the dual functions of tightening the skin and lubricating during shaving, thereby improving the comfort of shaving.

Detailed ways

In order to explain the technical content and structural features of the present application in detail, further description is given below in combination with the implementation methods and the accompanying drawings.

Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The simplified shaving system 100 of the present application includes five blades 10 and a cutter head frame 20 and a protective component 30 that are formed as one piece by two-color injection molding. The cutter head frame 20 and the protective component 30 are formed as one piece by two-color injection molding, eliminating the traditional assembly relationship between the protective strip and the outer frame.

Among them, in combination with Figure 3, the protective component 30 is formed on the front side wall 21 of the cutter head frame 20 after mixing a water-soluble polymer and a hydrophobic polymer, that is, in the process of injection molding the protective component 30, the water-soluble polymer and the hydrophobic polymer are first fully mixed, and then the fully mixed water-soluble polymer and the hydrophobic polymer are injected into the two-color mold together, so that the protective component 30 is molded at the front side wall 21 of the cutter head frame 20 by the two-color mold; since the cutter head frame 20 and the protective component 30 are an integrated structure obtained by two-color injection molding, when the injection molding material is injected into the space for molding the cutter head frame 20 in the two-color mold, the fully mixed water-soluble polymer and the hydrophobic polymer can be injected into the space for molding the protective component 30 in the two-color mold at the same time or successively, so as to realize that the cutter head frame 20 and the protective component 30 molded by the two-color mold form a whole together, so that the protective component 30 cannot be removed from the cutter head frame 20, and the firmness of the combination between the two is increased.

As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the cutter head frame 20 has a accommodating space 22. Preferably, the cutter head frame 20 is square, and correspondingly, the accommodating space 22 is also a square space, so that the accommodating space 22 effectively utilizes the left and right dimensions of the cutter head frame 20; of course, according to actual needs, the cutter head frame 20 and the accommodating space 22 can also be designed into other shapes, so it is not limited to Figures 1 and 2. The blade 10 is located in the accommodating space 11, and the left end of the blade 10 is assembled to the left side wall 23 of the cutter head frame 20, and the left side wall 23 provides an assembly place for the left end of the cutter head 10, and the right end of the blade 10 is assembled to the right side wall 24 of the cutter head frame 20, and the right side wall 24 provides an assembly place for the right end of the cutter head 10. The right fixing member 50 is also assembled to the right side wall 24 of the cutter head frame 20, so that the right fixing member 50 and the right side wall 24 of the cutter head frame 20 jointly clamp the right end of the blade 10, so that the right end of the blade 10 is firmly fixed to the right side wall 24 of the cutter head frame 20 by the cooperation of the right fixing member 50 and the right side wall 24. As shown in Figure 3, the protective member 30 includes a honeycomb structure 31 formed by a hydrophobic polymer and a water-soluble structure 32 filled in the honeycomb structure 31. The purpose of this design is to use the honeycomb structure 31 to form the skeleton structure of the protective member 30, effectively ensuring that the protective member 30 can tighten the skin during shaving; the water-soluble structure 32 is filled in the honeycomb structure 31, and the honeycomb structure 31 constrains the water-soluble structure 32, so that the water-soluble structure 32 is evenly arranged at various positions of the protective member 30, thereby increasing the contact area between the water-soluble structure 32 and the skin during shaving, so that the protective member 30 can provide lubrication to the skin more effectively, thereby more effectively improving the comfort and effect of shaving. Specifically, as shown in FIG3 , in the protective member 30, the proportion of the water-soluble polymer is between 0 and 50%, preferably, the proportion of the water-soluble polymer is between 10% and 25%, and optimally, the proportion of the water-soluble polymer is between 15% and 20%. The purpose of such a design is to ensure that the protective member 30 has sufficient strength and can provide a more effective lubrication effect. For example, the water-soluble polymer is selected from a water-soluble polymer containing polyethylene glycol, and the hydrophobic polymer is polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene or polyaldehyde, but is not limited thereto. It should be noted that the commonly used material of the cutter head frame 20 is ABS. Of course, according to actual needs, it can also be selected as other materials, but these are all well known in the art, so they will not be repeated here.

As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the left end of the protective member 30 extends to the left and passes over the left fixing member 40, and the right end of the protective member 30 extends to the right and passes over the right fixing member 50. This design makes the size of the protective member 30 in the left-right direction of the cutter head frame 20 larger than the size of the position of the blade 10 between the left fixing member 40 and the right fixing member 50, effectively ensuring that the skin shaved by the blade 10 is the skin tightened and lubricated by the protective member 30, further improving the comfort and effect of shaving. Specifically, in Fig. 1, the left fixing member 40 and the right fixing member 50 are sheet-shaped structures independent of each other. Of course, according to actual needs, the left fixing member 40 and the right fixing member 50 are sheet-shaped structures connected as one, so it is not limited to what is shown in Fig. 1. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the left end of the protective member 30 can be extended to the left to the position of the left fixing member 40, and/or the right end of the protective member 30 can be extended to the right to the position of the right fixing member 50, which can also ensure that the skin shaved by the blade 10 is skin that has been tightened and lubricated by the protective member 30, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the comfort and effect of shaving.

Compared with the prior art, since the simplified shaving system 100 of the present application further includes a cutter head frame 20 and a protective member 30 formed as one piece by two-color injection molding, the protective member 30 and the cutter head frame 20 are formed as one piece by two-color injection molding, and the step of assembling the traditional protective strip on the lower side wall of the outer frame by assembly is omitted, thus simplifying the assembly relationship between the protective member 30 and the cutter head frame 20. At the same time, since the protective member 30 is formed on the front side wall 21 of the cutter head frame 20 after being mixed with a water-soluble polymer and a hydrophobic polymer, the protective member 30 combines the dual functions of tightening the skin and lubricating during shaving, thereby improving the comfort of shaving.

It should be noted that in the accompanying drawings, the direction indicated by arrow A is the direction from left to right of the cutter head frame 20, the direction indicated by arrow B is the direction from front to back of the cutter head frame 20, and the direction indicated by arrow C is the direction from top to bottom of the cutter head frame 20.

The above disclosure is only a preferred example of the present application, and certainly cannot be used to limit the scope of rights of the present application. Therefore, equivalent changes made according to the claims of the present application still fall within the scope covered by the present application.

1. 2. The self-contained shaving system of claim 1, wherein the guard member comprises a honeycomb structure formed from the hydrophobic polymer and a water-soluble structure filled in the honeycomb structure.
3. The self-contained shaving system of claim 1, wherein the water-soluble polymer comprises between 0 and 50% of the guard member.
4. A self-contained shaving system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water-soluble polymer is present in the guard member at a ratio of between 10% and 25%.
5. The self-contained shaving system of claim 1, wherein the water-soluble polymer is selected from the group consisting of water-soluble polymers comprising polyethylene glycol.
6. The self-contained shaving system of claim 1, wherein the hydrophobic polymer is polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyaldehyde.

The self-contained shaving system of claim 1, further comprising a left securing member that spans the left end of the blade from above and is mounted to the left side wall of the cartridge frame, the left securing member and the left side wall of the cartridge frame collectively holding the left end of the blade, and a right securing member that spans the right end of the blade from above and is mounted to the right side wall of the cartridge frame, the right securing member and the right side wall of the cartridge frame collectively holding the right end of the blade, and the guard member extends in the left-right direction of the cartridge frame.
8. The self-contained shaving system of claim 7, wherein the left end of the guard member extends at least to the left to the location of the left anchor and the right end of the guard member extends at least to the location of the right anchor.
9. The self-contained shaving system of claim 7, wherein the left and right securing members are of a sheet-like construction independent of one another.
10. The self-contained shaving system of claim 7, wherein the left and right securing members are integrally formed as a one-piece, unitary structure.
