Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a sheet driver and a medicine distribution device.
Background
The use of inhalation devices in the administration of medicaments, for example in bronchodilatory therapy, is well known. Such devices typically comprise a body or housing in which the drug carrier is disposed. Known inhalation devices include those in which the medicament carrier is a blister strip containing a plurality of discrete doses of powdered medicament. Such devices typically contain mechanisms for accessing these doses, typically including lancing devices or devices for peeling the cover sheet from the base sheet, so that the powdered medicament can be accessed and inhaled. Such a mechanism may also be used to dispense tablet-type pharmaceuticals wherein the tablet is exposed after the cover sheet is peeled from the base sheet for removal and subsequent consumption.
The applicant has appreciated that such devices typically perform their dosing function by rotating the outer cap to actuate their internal mechanism. At the same time, the applicant has also appreciated the potential problem of: the design expects that the cover can be subjected to stable pulling force and evenly indexed during opening of the medicament carrier, and that the cover can be automatically closed instead of being reset by hand after use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sheet driver and a medicine distribution device, which are at least used for solving the problem that medicine carriers cannot be uniformly indexed due to unstable pulling force, so that medicines can be accurately positioned.

Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the exemplary embodiments can be embodied in many forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus a repetitive description thereof will be omitted.
The words expressing the positions and directions described in the present invention are described by taking the drawings as an example, but can be changed according to the needs, and all the changes are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
The present application discloses a medicament dispensing device having at least one medicament carrier 8 with a plurality of pockets 81 built-in. As shown in fig. 1, wherein the medicament carrier 8 is in the form of a strip and is in the form of a coil, the pockets 81 are elongated in relation to the length and transverse direction of the medicament carrier 8, so that a large number of pockets 81 can be provided at equidistant intervals along a given length.
The medicament carrier 8 comprises a base sheet 82 and a cover sheet 83, the base sheet 82 having blisters formed thereon, the pockets 81 being formed after engagement with the cover sheet 83, i.e. the pockets 81 are defined between the base sheet 82 and the cover sheet 83 engaged with each other. The base sheet 82 and the cover sheet 83 may be suitably adhered to each other by heat sealing, but this allows the front end portions of the medicament carrier 8 to be separated from each other except for the front end portions of the base sheet 82 and the cover sheet 83, facilitating separation of the two from each other under tension, thereby opening the pouch 81 on the medicament carrier 8.
The pockets 81 on each medicament carrier 8 are of the same kind and/or contain the same dose value (e.g. mass or volume) of medicament powder, or in other embodiments, the pockets 81 on each medicament carrier 8 are also of a different kind and/or contain different dose values of medicament powder.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the medicament dispensing apparatus comprises a dispenser housing 1, an outlet 2, a flip cap 3 and a dispensing mechanism 4.
Wherein the dispenser housing 1 may take any suitable shape or form for accommodating other parts or mechanisms of the device, such as the receiving station 5, the dispensing mechanism 4, etc.
As can be seen in fig. 5, in a specific embodiment, the dispenser housing 1 includes a first housing 11 and a second housing 12, which may be symmetrically distributed left and right and not detachable after connection, for example, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 may be formed into the dispenser housing 1 by using a hot-melt, a snap, or the like, so that the device becomes a disposable consumable, thereby improving the use safety.
The outlet 2 is provided on the dispenser housing 1, for example, the outlet 2 may be secured to the top of the dispenser housing 1 by means of a snap fit, and the outlet 2 has a raised abutment configured in the form of a relatively flat oval to fit the lips of a person.
Furthermore, the outlet 2 is connected to a receiving station 5. As shown in fig. 7, the receiving station 5 is arranged in the dispenser housing 1, which can be detachably connected to the dispensing mechanism 4, and the receiving station 5 is provided with at least one receiving hole 51 at the end remote from the outlet 2, which receiving hole 51 can be docked with an index wheel 431 in the dispensing mechanism 4, and is dosed by manipulation of the dispensing mechanism 4 for each inhalation of at least one medicament powder by a user for use as a treatment.
Further, fig. 3 to 5 show that the dispenser housing 1 is provided with an air grille 13 in communication with the receiving station 5, which air grille 13 allows air to enter the receiving station 5, thereby providing an auxiliary air flow to break up the medicament powder for adequate absorption by the user when the device is in use.
As also shown in fig. 2 to 4, a flip cover 3 is provided on the dispenser housing 1, which are rotatably connected, the flip cover 3 being continuously movable from a first position of the device via a second position to a third position. The user can flexibly control the opening and closing of the outlet 2 by controlling the movement of the flip cover 3, and the selective linkage dispensing mechanism 4 executes the drug delivery action, thereby improving the convenience of operation. The linkage relation between the flip cover 3 and the dispensing mechanism 4 will be described in detail later.
It should be noted that, during the above movement, the first position corresponds to the initial position, and the cover 3 can cover and protect the outlet 2. The second position is a transition position, before reaching the second position, the outlet 2 is at least partially exposed, and the dispensing mechanism 4 in the device is not actuated, which is desirable on the one hand for the user to not actuate the dispensing mechanism 4 to cause medicament waste when cleaning the outlet 2, and on the other hand to provide an ineffective movement path to avoid direct administration of the dispensing mechanism 4 due to incorrect operation. The third device corresponds to the end position, in which the outlet 2 is fully exposed and the dispensing mechanism 4 opens the sachet 81 and delivers it to the receiving aperture 51 of the receiving station 5, representing the device is ready for use.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, in a preferred embodiment, a locking mechanism 6 is provided between the flip cover 3 and the dispenser housing 1, and thereby forms a cover automatic rebound structure. In the cover automatic rebound structure, when the flip cover 3 moves from the first position to the third position of the device, the flip cover can be limited to the third position by the locking mechanism 6, and can be automatically reset to the first position after being triggered.
The locking mechanism 6 includes a torsion member 61, a lock tongue 62, and a key 63. The torsion member 61 is connected to the dispenser housing 1 and the folder 3, respectively, and is capable of being twisted about the rotation axis of the folder 3, and the torsion member 61 may be a torsion spring, for example, which provides a torsion force required for resetting the folder 3. The latch 62 is disposed on the rotating portion 31 of the flip cover 3, for example, the latch 62 may be integrally formed on the rotating portion 31, and the latch 62 is substantially hook-shaped, which is more beneficial to elastic deformation along a direction perpendicular to the flip cover 3. The key 63 is provided on the convex portion 14 of the dispenser housing 1, the convex portion 14 is formed to protrude outward from the middle of the surface of the dispenser housing 1, and the convex portion 14 is provided with an opening 141 opposite to the key 63.
In the automatic cover rebound structure, when the cover 3 moves to the third position of the device, the latch 62 engages with the opening 141 to limit the cover 3, compared with the existing cover structure, the cover 3 of the present application does not move when the user uses the device, so as to avoid the influence of the drug dose change caused by accidental movement on the treatment, and reduce the influence on the smoothness of the outlet 2 and the engagement with the lips. After the user triggers the key 63, i.e. after pressing operation, the lock tongue 62 can be separated from the opening 141, and the flip cover 3 is reset to the first position under the driving of the torsion member 61, so that the flip cover 3 is manually pushed to reset instead of the existing cover structure, and the operation is simpler, more convenient and efficient.
It will be appreciated that when the flip cover 3 is moved from the first position to the second or third position of the device, the user is required to overcome the torque of the torsion member 61, which means that the flip cover 3 is restricted by the torsion member 61 when in the first position, but just such restriction results in a better anti-mishandling function of the torsion member 61, thereby avoiding problems caused by the device opening at an involuntary intention of the user, such as contamination of the outlet 2, administration of the medicament by the dispensing mechanism 4, etc.
In the cover automatic rebound structure, fig. 2 to 4 each show that the lid 3 is provided with a slip prevention mark 32 at least at the operation end (the end of the lid 3 near the thumb of the user) to increase friction, facilitating the user's lid opening operation.
Referring to fig. 6 and 10, the rotating portion 31 of the flip cover 3 is provided with an interface 311 for a mechanical coupling target assembly, such as may be connected with a ratchet assembly 42 of the dispensing mechanism 4, thereby actuating the dispensing mechanism 4 through the flip cover 3 to perform a drug dispensing function. Compared with the use mode that the flip cover 3 in other devices can only control the opening and closing of the outlet 2, and the dispensing mechanism 4 is actuated by additional parts such as a driving rod, a motor and the like, the application can selectively actuate the dispensing mechanism 4 while simplifying the structure of the device by linking the flip cover 3 with the ratchet assembly 42 of the dispensing mechanism 4, thereby improving the use convenience.
Further, the interface 311 has a guide slot 312 extending toward the edge of the rotating portion 31 to better guide the interface 311 to mate with an abutting portion on the ratchet assembly 42, such as a tab 4223 on a second wheel 422 of the ratchet assembly 42 to slide toward the interface 311.
Continuing to refer to fig. 2 and 4, in the first position of the device, the flip 3 is able to shield the air grille 13, so as to avoid contamination of the receiving station 5, and in the third position of the device, the air grille 13 is completely exposed, so as to provide a sufficient auxiliary air flow inside the receiving station 5.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the outer convex portion 14 of the dispenser housing 1 is provided with a first holding groove 142, the rotary portion 31 of the flip cover 3 is provided with a second holding groove 313, and one end of the torsion member 61 is connected to the first holding groove 142 and the other end is connected to the second holding groove 313.
Fig. 5 shows that the male part 14 has a fitting cavity opening 143 limiting the rotation angle of the rotating part 31 to 0 ° -110 °, preferably to 0 ° -108 °, and that the ratchet assembly 42 connected to the flip cover 3 can perform one actuation smoothly within this angle range without overtravel problems.
Referring to fig. 6, 11 and 12, the dispensing mechanism 4 is disposed within the dispenser housing 1, and the dispensing mechanism 4 includes a mounting bracket 41 and a ratchet assembly 42, a transmission assembly 43 and a stripping assembly 44 disposed on the mounting bracket 41. Wherein the mounting frame 41 is fixedly arranged in the dispenser housing 1, the ratchet assembly 42 can be selectively linked with the transmission assembly 43 according to the position of the flip cover 3, so as to further cause the stripping assembly 44 to execute related actions so as to open the bag 81 on the medicament carrier 8 and wind the stripped substrate 82 and the stripped cover 83 respectively.
Fig. 17 shows that the ratchet assembly 42 includes a first wheel 421 and a second wheel 422. As shown in fig. 13 to 15 and 19, the first wheel 421 is rotatably disposed on the main shaft 411 of the mounting frame 41, and the second wheel 422 is rotatably disposed on the first wheel 421. The second wheel 422 is capable of idling from the first position of the device to the second position, during which the second wheel 422 idles 20 °, during which the first wheel 421 remains stationary. The second wheel 422 is rotated to the third position after engaging and driving the first wheel 421 in the second position of the apparatus, during which the second wheel 422 drives the first wheel 421 to rotate synchronously through 88 while the first wheel 421 is driven toward the target device, i.e., the sheet driver 441 of the stripper assembly 44, thereby causing the sheet driver 441 to perform the stripping and winding functions. Compared with other devices, the application adopts the mode that the sheet driver 441 is directly actuated to execute corresponding actions, the ratchet assembly 42 is linked with the sheet driver 441 (through the transmission assembly 43), so that the operation is convenient, and simultaneously, a safety measure is applied to the action of the sheet driver 441 of the stripping assembly 44 by utilizing the idle design of the ratchet assembly 42, thereby effectively avoiding the unexpected stripping action caused by the small-distance movement of the flip cover 3, leading the device to have the function of misoperation prevention and improving the use reliability.
Specifically, the first wheel 421 is circumferentially provided with at least one ratchet member 4211 and the second wheel 422 is circumferentially provided with at least one pawl arm 4221. As an example, the first wheel 421 is circumferentially provided with five ratchet members 4211 and the second wheel 422 is also circumferentially provided with five pawl arms 4221. The pawl arms 4221 are in one-to-one correspondence and matched with the ratchet members 4211, so that stable transmission and uniform stress are ensured. And, the pawl arm 4221 engages the ratchet member 4211 only during rotation from the second position of the device to the third position, thereby driving the first wheel 421 in a unidirectional rotation to power the stripping assembly 44.
Fig. 16a shows the first wheel 421/second wheel 422 in the reference position, normally with the flip cover 3 reset, the first wheel 421 and second wheel 422 of the ratchet assembly 42 will also be held in the positions defined by the retaining plate 45. That is, in the reference position, the first wheel 421 is abutted against the elastic hooks 451 on the holding plate 45 through the external tooth structures 42115 of the ratchet member 4211, and the second wheel 422 is engaged with the arc grooves 452 on the holding plate 45 through the positioning protrusions 4222.
In the ratchet assembly 42, the second wheel 422 can return the first wheel 421 to the reference position by a static friction damping force with the first wheel 421. That is, during rotation of the second wheel 422 from the third position of the device to the first position, the pawl arm 4221 can engage the ratchet member 4211 and create a static friction damping force to rotate the first wheel 421 clockwise, which can hold the first wheel 421 in the datum position by the external tooth structure 42115 of the ratchet member 4211 interfering with the resilient hooks 451 on the holding plate 45. However, as the number of uses of the device increases, the static friction damping force will be gradually smaller than the torque force required for the alignment of the first wheel 421, resulting in that after the second wheel 422 is rotated to the first position, the first wheel 421 still deviates from the reference position, i.e. as shown in fig. 16b, the external tooth structure 42115 of the ratchet member 4211 is spaced from the elastic hook 451 on the holding plate, so that an error occurs in the position accuracy of the first wheel 421, resulting in that the sachet 81 of the medicament carrier 8 cannot be accurately distributed to the receiving station 5 at the next actuation, affecting the inhalation or non-inhalation of an accurate dose by the user, which is not desirable for the design.
For this purpose, as shown in fig. 18 to 20, in a preferred embodiment, a slide unit 423 is provided between the first wheel 421 and the second wheel 422, the slide unit 423 being configured to form a mechanically rigid connection with the first wheel 421 before the second wheel 422 is turned from the third position to the first position of the device, so as to force the first wheel 421 to return to the reference position, thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of the actuation of the ratchet assembly 42.
The slide unit 423 includes a chute 4231 provided on the first wheel 421 and a stopper 4232 provided on the second wheel 422. As an example, five sliding grooves 4231 are circumferentially and alternately distributed on the upper wheel surface of the first wheel 421, five stoppers 4232 are circumferentially and alternately distributed on the lower wheel surface of the second wheel 422, and each stopper 4232 is slidably disposed in the corresponding sliding groove 4231. Before the second wheel 422 is turned from the third position to the first position of the device, the stop 4232 first abuts against the end of the chute 4231, forming a rigid connection structure as shown in fig. 18, and it should be noted that, in the present application, the stop 4232 and the chute 4231 are both very tiny components, and the interference force generated by the cooperation of the two components is smaller than the restraining force of the retaining plate 45 on the first wheel 421, but still stronger than the above-mentioned static friction damping force. With continued rotation of the second wheel 422, the first wheel 421 is urged to return to the home position and is restrained by the retainer plate 45, and the stop 4232 is forced past the current chute 4231 into the adjacent chute 4231 awaiting the next actuation of the ratchet assembly 42. The inclusion of the slide unit 423 allows the ratchet assembly 42 to be precisely controlled in position on the first wheel 421 after each actuation, thereby ensuring that the sachet 81 on the medicament carrier 8 is effectively in place and improving the reliability of the dispensing of the medicament by the dispensing mechanism 4. Of course, in some alternative ways, the positions of the chute 4231 and the stop 4232 may be interchanged, for example the slide unit 423 may also comprise a stop 4232 provided on the first wheel 421 and a chute 4231 provided on the second wheel 422, which will not be repeated here.
As shown in fig. 19, in the above-described ratchet assembly 42, the main shaft 411 for mounting the first wheel 421 is preferably a toothed shaft to reduce rotational friction with the first wheel 421. Correspondingly, the first wheel 421 is provided with a mounting hole 4213 which is matched with the main shaft 411, and a plurality of concave areas 4214 are arranged at intervals on the periphery of the mounting hole 4213, and the concave areas 4214 are arranged close to the inner side of the sliding groove 4231. In the application, the concave area 4214 enables the thickness of the mounting hole 4213 to be balanced, so that shrinkage deformation caused by uneven thickness of the first wheel 421 during molding is avoided, the structural quality and precision of the mounting hole 4213 are ensured to meet the requirements, and on the other hand, the concave area also reduces the weight and raw materials of the first wheel 421, thereby reducing the molding cost.
In the ratchet assembly 42 shown in fig. 13-17, the ratchet member 4211 of the first wheel 421 has a stepped profile inner surface comprising a first guide segment 42111 and a friction fit segment 42112. Wherein the first guide segment 42111 is for guiding the pawl arm 4221 into an engaged position during the idle rotation of the second wheel 422 from the first position to the second position, and the first guide segment 42111 and the friction fit segment 42112 are formed with an internal tooth structure 42113 at the junction that the internal tooth structure 42113 can engage with the pawl arm 4221 when the second wheel 422 is rotated to the second position, forcing the first wheel 421 to rotate unidirectionally by a certain angle, e.g., the first wheel 421 rotates 88 ° counterclockwise.
The friction fit segment 42112 is closer to the pawl arm 4221 than the first guide segment 42111, which allows the second wheel 422 to engage the friction fit segment 42112 during a portion from the third position to the first position to create a static friction damping force, thereby returning with the first wheel 421 to the datum position and remaining defined, while the torsion force imparted to the second wheel 422 when the flip cover 3 is returned to the closed position is greater than the static friction damping force as the second wheel 422 continues to rotate relative to the first position, the pawl arm 4221 is disengaged from the friction fit segment 42112, eventually allowing the first wheel to rotate to the first position of the device.
In addition, the ratchet member 4211 further has an outer surface extending circumferentially outward comprising a second guide segment 42114. Wherein the second guide segments 42114 serve to guide the movement of the outer surface of the ratchet member 4211 and force the resilient hooks 451 on the retainer plate 45 to expand during rotation of the second wheel 422 from the second position of the device to the third position. And, the outermost end of the second guiding segment 42114 and the edge of the first wheel 421 are formed with external tooth structure 42115 at the connection, when the second wheel 422 is rotated to the third position of the device, the external tooth structure 42115 can pass over the elastic hook 451 and collide with the elastic hook 451 under the action of the rigid connection of the slide unit 423 and/or the static friction damping force generated by the lamination of the pawl arm 4221 and the ratchet member 4211, so as to keep the first wheel 421 in the reference position, see fig. 16a.
Correspondingly, the second wheel 422 is also provided with a positioning protrusion 4222 on its outer periphery, which positioning protrusion 4222 can be snapped into engagement with an arc groove 452 on the retaining plate 45 when the second wheel 422 is returned to the first position of the device, so that the second wheel 422 is held in the reference position, see fig. 16a.
Referring to fig. 12 and 18, in the ratchet assembly 42, a first wheel 421 is provided as a power output member, which is provided with a main gear 4212 on a side remote from a second wheel 422. Preferably, the main gear 4212 is coaxial with and integrally formed with the first wheel 421, which allows effective assurance of concentricity and bond strength of the main gear 4212 and the first wheel 421, and lateral arrangement of the main gear 4212 facilitates engagement installation with the transmission assembly 43.
The second wheel 422 is provided with a tab 4223 on the side remote from said first wheel 421, which tab 4223 matches the interface 311 at the rotating portion 31 of the flap 3, as shown in figures 6 and 17, and is able to slide and engage the interface 311 rapidly, guided by the guide slot 312, to mechanically couple the flap 3 with the second wheel 422.
Referring to fig. 12-15, a drive assembly 43 is disposed between the ratchet assembly 42 and the stripper assembly 44, which functions to transmit power and deliver the medicament carrier 8. In some embodiments, the transmission assembly 43 is a gear assembly composed of several gear components and is coupled with the ratchet assembly 42 and the stripping assembly 44, respectively, in an interdental engagement.
Fig. 7, 11 and 12 show a partial structure of the transmission assembly 43, which is the index wheel 431 in the transmission assembly 43. Wherein the index wheel 431 is circumferentially provided with grooves 4311 for receiving the pockets 81, the number of grooves 4311 may be 2-6, for example. As the ratchet assembly 42 is actuated, the second wheel 422 moves from the second position of the device to the third position, the previous recess 4311 in the index wheel 431 delivers the previous sachet 81 on the medicament carrier 8 to the receiving station 5, and the next recess 4311 in the index wheel 431 abuts the next sachet 81 on the medicament carrier 8 so that delivery is ordered one by one and the sachet 81 is opened in cooperation with the stripping assembly 44 to cause the medicament powder to enter the receiving station 5.
Fig. 11-12 illustrate that the peel assembly 44 includes a sheet driver 441. Wherein the sheet driver 441 is located at a top position within the dispenser body and is arranged close to the receiving station 5. A flap driver 441 is used to attach the front portion of the flap 83, provide the primary motive force for peeling the medicament carrier 8 and opening the pocket 81, and to wind up the peeled waste flap 83.
Referring to fig. 21 to 24, in a preferred embodiment, the sheet driver 441 includes a driving portion 4411, a shaft portion 4412, a boss 4413, and a resilient arm 4414. Wherein the shaft portion 4412 extends perpendicular to the driving portion 4411; the boss 4413 is provided on one side of the driving portion 4411 and is rotatable about the shaft portion 4412; the elastic arm 4414 extends from the outer periphery of the shaft portion 4412 toward the inner wall of the boss 4413, and the elastic arm 4414 and the boss 4413 are connected by a quick-coupling structure. When the hub 4413 rotates relative to the shaft 4412, the corresponding flip cap 3/second wheel 422 is able to deflect clockwise/counterclockwise from the second position of the device to the third position during which the resilient arms 4414 are able to provide tightness compensation without affecting uniform indexing of the medicament carrier 8 even if the effective winding surface diameter of the hub 4413 is arbitrarily increased.
It should be noted that, the existing sheet driving members (for distinguishing left and right) are usually implemented with torsion springs built in to compensate for tightness, and each sheet driving member can only rotate in a single direction to provide tightness compensation. The sheet driver 441 of the present application adopts the elastic arm 4414 to deflect clockwise/anticlockwise to realize tightness compensation, and only one elastic arm 4414 is required to simultaneously meet the requirement of deflection left and right (i.e. clockwise/anticlockwise), which integrates the left and right sheet driving members into one device, so that the universality is better, and particularly, in the installation process, the sheet driver 441 does not need to distinguish left and right, thereby effectively improving the production efficiency and the assembly convenience.
Further, in the above-described sheet driver 441, as shown in fig. 23, the shaft portion 4412 extends perpendicularly to the driving portion 4411, the shaft portion 4412 and the driving portion 4411 may be integrally formed, and the elastic arm 4414 extends from the outer periphery of the shaft portion 4412 toward the inner wall of the boss 4413, and the shaft portion 4412 and the elastic arm 4414 may be integrally formed, so that the driving portion 4411, the shaft portion 4412 and the elastic arm 4414 are one piece, and the boss 4413 is another piece. During assembly, the shaft portion 4412 is directly sleeved with the shaft hub 4413, and the elastic arm 4414 is connected with the shaft hub 4413 through a quick-connection structure. Compared with the existing sheet driving piece, the sheet driving piece 441 of the application has fewer parts and quick assembly, and particularly in mass production, the sheet driving piece 441 can effectively reduce the production cost and improve the assembly efficiency.
Referring to fig. 23 and 24, the quick-connect structure includes a fixing member 44135 provided in a hub 4413 and an opponent 44141 provided on an elastic arm 44144114, and the assembly of the sheet driver 441 can be quickly completed by mating the opponent 44141 with the fixing member 44135. The shape and structure of the fixing member 44135 and the hand member 44141 are not limited. For example, as shown in fig. 24, the fixing member 44135 is a cross rib integrally formed at the inner top of the shaft hub 4413, and the handle 44141 is a jacket formed by extending and bending the elastic arm 4414, wherein the jacket is detachably sleeved on the cross rib, so that the shaft hub 4413 and the elastic arm 4414 can be quickly connected, and the fault parts can be conveniently replaced. For another example, the fixing member 44135 may be a slot integrally formed at the inner top of the hub 4413, and the handle 44141 may be a buckle extending from the elastic arm 4414, wherein the buckle is detachably inserted into the slot (not shown).
Further, the driving portion 4411 shown in fig. 22 is provided with an observation port 44111, and the position of the observation port 44111 is directly opposite to the position of the quick-connect structure. During assembly, the positions of the fixing member 44135 and the opposite member 44141 can be determined through the observation opening 44111, and the alignment can be completed only by moderately adjusting the angle, so that the assembly of the sheet driver 441 is facilitated.
In the sheet driver 441, the driving portion 4411 is preferably a driving gear, and the first wheel 421 of the ratchet assembly 42 is coupled to the driving portion 4411 through the index wheel 431 of the transmission assembly 43 and moves the control sheet driver 441 through the folder 3. Compared with other devices, the application can simplify the operation and simultaneously facilitate the user to control the moving plate driver 441 to execute related actions through the flip cover 3 by linking the moving plate driver 441 with the flip cover 3. Of course, in some alternative implementations, the drive portion 4411 may be a drive wheel, and the first wheel 421 of the ratchet assembly 42 may be coupled to the index wheel 431 of the transmission assembly 43 and/or the drive portion 4411 of the sheet driver 441 by belt transmission, friction transmission, or the like (not shown).
As also shown in fig. 22, a central bore 44121 is provided in the shaft portion 4412 that extends to the drive portion 4411. On the one hand, the central hole 44121 can reduce the overall weight of the sheet driver 441, so that the power transmitted to the driving portion 4411 can more smoothly drive the hub 4413 to peel off and wind the cover 83; on the other hand, the center hole 44121 can perform a positioning function during molding, facilitating the integral molding of the shaft portion 4412 and the driving portion 4411.
Referring to fig. 21, an end of the hub 4413 remote from the driving portion 4411 is provided with an assembly hole 44131, and the hub 4413 is fitted over the shaft portion 4412 through the assembly hole 44131. Further, as shown in fig. 23, the outer periphery of the shaft portion 4412 is provided with an annular flange 44122, the outer diameter of the flange 44122 is larger than the aperture of the fitting hole 44131, and the distance from the flange 44122 to the driving portion 4411 is larger than or equal to the distance from the fitting hole 44131 to the driving portion 4411, so that the shaft hub 4413 is stably restrained on the shaft portion 4412 to play a role in preventing slipping, and the stability of rotation of the shaft hub 4413 is ensured.
The surface of the hub 4413 is configured to receive a target blade, e.g., in the present application the surface of the hub 4413 is configured to receive the front end portion of the cover 83. Further, the hub 4413 shown in fig. 21 is provided with a groove 44132 at the automatic edge and is formed with a hook 44133 so that the front end portion of the cover 83 can be received better. Preferably, the front end portion of the flap 83 is of a block or ring configuration to better engage with the channel 44132 or hook 44133.
Further, the outer periphery of the hub 4413 is provided with at least one tangential plane; and/or the surface of the hub 4413 is provided with a texture or coating (increasing surface roughness). The cut and/or striation and coating may enhance the reel-to-reel connection of the hub 4413 surface to the cover 83, thereby ensuring that the cover 83 can be tightly wound onto the hub 4413 and avoiding any impact on the peeling of the medicament carrier 8.
Referring to fig. 23 and 24, a plurality of vertical ribs 44134 are provided on the inner wall of the hub 4413 at intervals, a boss 44112 is provided on one side of the driving portion 4411 adjacent to the hub 4413, and a corner riding on the boss 44112 is provided on the vertical rib 44134. On the one hand, the vertical ribs 44134 can enhance the structural strength of the shaft hub 4413, on the other hand, after the corners of the vertical ribs 44134 are matched with the boss 44112, the rotation of the shaft hub 4413 can be limited, the rotation of the shaft hub 4412 is ensured not to deflect, and therefore the stability of the action of the sheet driver 441 is improved.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the peel assembly 44 is shown to further include a substrate-winding reel 442. Wherein the substrate is positioned at a bottom position within the dispenser housing 1 and away from the receiving station 5 around a reel 442, the substrate is used to attach a front end portion of the substrate 82 around the reel 442 and to wind up the peeled off waste substrate 82. The substrate winding reel 442 is likewise driven by the first wheel 421 of the ratchet assembly 42 through the transmission assembly 43, and its action of winding the substrate 82 is always synchronized with the action of the sheet driver 441 in winding the cover 83. In some other embodiments, a sheet driver 441 may be used in place of the substrate reel 442 to reel the substrate 82 (not shown).
Further, the substrate is drivingly connected to a counter 7 about a reel 442, as shown in fig. 25, the counter 7 preferably being a mechanical counter which is mounted within the dispenser housing 1 and which is capable of exposing the counting portion to the outside. When the flip cover 3 is moved from the second position to the third position of the device, the ratchet assembly 42 is actuated once, thereby driving the substrate to rotate about the reel 442 to carry out counting action with the counter 7 to display the remaining usable number of times of the device, which is convenient for the user.
The medicament dispensing apparatus described above may be designed to receive a single medicament carrier 8 to form a "single active" medicament treatment, or may be designed to receive a plurality of medicament carriers 8, different medicament carriers 8 being capable of providing different medicament powders which when mixed together form a "multiple active" medicament treatment.
Taking fig. 7 as an example, in the present application, the drug dispensing device is preferably provided with two drug carriers 8, the two drug carriers 8 being disposed symmetrically about the central axis of the device, and the index wheel 431 and the peeling unit 44 of the dispensing mechanism 4 being disposed symmetrically about the central axis of the device. In use, the flip cap 3 is first moved from the first position of the device to the second position, and the second wheel 422 of the ratchet assembly 42 is rotated counter-clockwise 20 ° and then brought into engagement with the first wheel 421, but the stripping assembly 44 is not actuated. As the flip cover 3 moves from the second position of the device to the third position and is restrained thereto, the second wheel 422 of the ratchet assembly 42 urges the first wheel 421 to rotate anticlockwise by 88 °, the first wheel 421 delivers the sachet 81 on the medicament carrier 8 to the receiving station 5 via the indexing wheel 431 of the drive assembly 43, and during this time the drive assembly 43 actuates the flap driver 441 and the base sheet to rotate synchronously about the reel 442 to wind the flap 83 and the base sheet 82 respectively, thereby opening the sachet 81 to expose the two medicament powders respectively at the receiving aperture 51 of the receiving station 5, which represents the device is ready for use. The user may place the outlet 2 in the mouth and aspirate the mixed drug powder for treatment. After the end of use, the user can automatically reset the flip cover 3 from the third position to the first position of the device by means of the key 63, and the corresponding second wheel 422 of the ratchet assembly 42 is rotated clockwise by 108 ° to reset, while the first wheel 421 is kept at the reference position, and the peeling assembly 44 is not actuated until the flip cover 3 covers the outlet 2, and the device waits for the next use.
