Abstract
一种光调节模块用于配置于光束的传递路径上。光调节模块包括壳体、移动板、扩散片及光感测器。壳体包括相连接的基座及盖体。盖体具有入光口。移动板设置于基座及盖体之间。移动板沿移动方向相对于壳体移动。扩散片设置于移动板上。扩散片配置于来自入光口的光束的传递路径上。光感测器设置于基座上,用以感测来自扩散片的光束。扩散片具有在移动方向上排列的至少二区域。至少二区域分别具有不同的光学特性。光束分别穿过至少二区域后具有不同的亮度。本发明提供的光调节模块具有良好的光调节能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种调节模块,且特别是有关于一种光调节模块。
背景技术
在现行电子装置(如投影机)的市场中,对于光束的亮度要求趋于严格,且通常会将光调节模块配置于光束的传递路径上,以感测并调整光束的亮度。一般而言,光调节模块调整光束入光量的方式,例如是以壳体的结构设计可动地调整入光口的尺寸。
然而,由于当前市售的光感测器的尺寸较小,当壳体的结构设计的尺寸产生偏差,或者是壳体的入光口的尺寸控制不当时,光感测器所感测到的光束容易过曝(overexposure),且入光口的尺寸与对应的光束亮度之间的大小关系未呈线性关系,导致光调节模块不易调控,容易发生异常而增加维修工时。并且,为了改善前述过曝问题,目前是采取在光束的传递路径上堆迭的多个扩散片以进行控光辅助,但扩散片的片数因应光束亮度的增加而大幅增加,从而增加零件成本及组装工时。

发明内容
本发明提供一种光调节模块,具有良好的光调节能力。
本发明的其他目的和优点可以从本发明所揭露的技术特征中得到进一步的了解。
为达上述之一或部分或全部目的或是其他目的,本发明的光调节模块用于配置于光束的传递路径上,且包括壳体、移动板、扩散片及光感测器。壳体包括相连接的基座及盖体。盖体具有入光口。移动板设置于基座及盖体之间。移动板沿移动方向相对于壳体移动。扩散片设置于移动板上。扩散片配置于来自入光口的光束的传递路径上。光感测器设置于基座上,用以感测来自扩散片的光束。扩散片具有在移动方向上排列的至少二区域。至少二区域分别具有不同的光学特性。光束分别穿过至少二区域后具有不同的亮度。
基于上述,本发明的实施例至少具有以下其中一个优点或功效。在本发明的光调节模块中,透过将扩散片设置在沿移动方向相对于壳体与光感测器移动的移动板上,且扩散片在移动方向上排列有具有不同的光学特性的至少二个区域,可达到以移动板的移动控制光束穿过扩散片的区域,从而有效调节传递至光感测器的光束的亮度,进以让光调节模块具有良好的调节能力。
借此,相较于现有的光调节模块,本发明的光调节模块的结构设计,能够避免因光感测器所感测到的光束过曝或亮度不足而增加维修工时,以及可避免使用多片扩散片的情形发生,以减少零件数量而降低零件成本以及组装工时,最终达到提升组装效率以及降低组装成本的优势。

请参考图1,本实施例的光调节模块100用于配置于光束L1的传递路径上。举例而言,光束L1是由光源(未示出)提供,而光源(未示出)包括至少一个发光元件,其中发光元件由单个或多个的发光二极管(Light emitting diodes,LED)或激光二极管(Laser diodes,LD)所组成,但本发明并不限定光源的种类或形态,其详细结构及实施方式可以由所属技术领域的通常知识获致足够的教示、建议与实施说明,故不再赘述。
具体而言,请参考图2及图3,在本实施例中,光调节模块100包括壳体110、移动板120、扩散片(diffuser)130及光感测器140。壳体110包括在Z轴方向上相连接的基座111及盖体112,且盖体112具有入光口113。移动板120在Z轴方向上设置于基座111及盖体112之间,且沿移动方向(即沿Y轴方向)相对于壳体110移动(如图3中右侧箭头所示)。移动板120具有开口OP。扩散片130在Z轴方向上设置于移动板120上,对应于移动板120的开口OP,且配置于来自入光口113的光束L1的传递路径上。光感测器140在Z轴方向上设置于基座111上,用以感测来自扩散片130的光束L1。而在另一实施例中,上述移动板120的开口OP可改为由透光材料所制成的透光板,且扩散片130设置在透光板上。
举例而言,基座111及盖体112例如是以焊接、胶黏、螺丝锁附或扣合的方式相连接,但基座111及盖体112的连接方式不局限于此。扩散片130例如是由塑胶材料制作而成,其中塑胶材料例如为聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(poly methylmethacrylate,PMMA)或ABS树脂(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,ABS)。扩散片130例如是以胶黏方式贴附于移动板120上。在一实施例中,如图2所示,光感测器140例如是以螺丝141锁附的方式设置于基座111。在其它实施例中,光感测器140例如是以焊接、胶黏或扣合的方式设置于基座111。
进一步而言,请参考图3,在本实施例中,扩散片130具有在移动方向(即Y轴方向)上排列的至少二个区域131。至少二个区域131分别具有不同的光学特性,且光束L1分别穿过至少二个区域131后具有不同的亮度。也就是说,光束L1在穿过盖体112的入光口113并依序经过扩散片130的不同区域131以及移动板120的开口OP后,所传递至光感测器140的光束L1具有不同的亮度,从而能够以单片的扩散片130调整传递至光感测器140的光束L1的亮度。
如上述般透过将扩散片130设置在沿移动方向(即沿Y轴方向)相对于壳体110与光感测器140移动的移动板120,并让扩散片130在移动方向(即Y轴方向)上排列有具有不同的光学特性的至少二个区域131,可达到以移动板120的移动控制光束L1穿过扩散片130的区域131,从而有效调节传递至光感测器140的光束L1的亮度,进以让光调节模块100具有良好的光调节能力。
借此,相较于现有的光调节模块,本实施例的光调节模块100的结构设计,能够避免因光感测器140所感测到的光束L1过曝或亮度不足而增加维修工时,以及可避免使用多片扩散片的情形发生,以减少零件数量而降低零件成本以及组装工时,最终达到提升组装效率以及降低组装成本的优势。
以下进一步说明光调节模块100。
请参考图1至图3,在本实施例中,壳体110具有壳体开口114(图1),且移动板120包括相连接的本体部121及延伸部122。开口OP(图2、图3)位于本体部121,本体部121与延伸部122呈L型,且延伸部122穿出壳体开口114并延伸至壳体110外。如此,操作者可透过推动延伸部122(如图3中右侧箭头所示),带动移动板120及设置于移动板120上的扩散片130一同移动,而具有良好的操作性。
具体而言,请参考图2及图4,在本实施例中,壳体110还包括四个凸柱115,且移动板120具有四个滑槽孔123。每一个凸柱115滑设于相对应的滑槽孔123,且每一个滑槽孔123的延伸方向平行于移动方向(即沿Y轴方向),以使移动板120沿移动方向(即沿Y轴方向)相对于壳体110与光感测器140移动。
详细而言,请参考图4,在本实施例中,开口OP在移动方向(即沿Y轴方向)上的长度D1大于或等于移动板120在移动方向(即沿Y轴方向)上相对于壳体110及光感测器140移动的距离(即滑槽孔123的长度D2),以避免移动板120在移动的过程中因操作不当导致光束L1被移动板120遮蔽的情形发生。
更详细而言,请参考图4,在本实施例中,扩散片130于移动板120的正投影完全覆盖开口OP,以让光束L1是先穿过扩散片130,之后才借由开口OP穿过移动板120而传递至光感测器140。
进一步而言,请参考图3,在本实施例中,扩散片130的至少二个区域131为阶梯结构,且每一个阶梯结构在光束L1的入光方向(即Z轴方向)上分别具有不同的厚度。在与YZ平面平行的一参考平面上,扩散片130的侧面呈阶梯状轮廓。在本实施例中,扩散片130具体化为具有四个区域131,且沿移动方向(即Y轴方向)上,区域131的厚度逐渐增加。可利用调整移动板120,使四个区域131中厚度较薄的区域131对应盖体112的入光口113,以增加光感测器140所感测的光束L1的亮度。也可利用调整移动板120,使四个区域131中厚度较厚的区域131对应盖体112的入光口113,以使光束L1被厚度较厚的区域131扩散而降低光感测器140所感测的光束L1的亮度,从而可透过将四个区域131对应设置不同的厚度的结构设计,而以单片的扩散片130调整传递至光感测器140的光束L1的亮度。在其他实施例中,扩散片130的区域131的数量可依照实际使用情况调整,本发明不具体限制区域131的数量。
请参考图5,图5是本发明另一实施例的一种光调节模块的剖面示意图。图5的光调节模块100A的结构和优点与图3的光调节模块100相似,以下仅说明差异处。在本实施例中,扩散片130A的多个区域在光束L1的入光方向(即Z轴方向)上分别具有不同的厚度,且扩散片130A朝向入光口113的侧面132A为斜面。更具体而言,在与YZ平面平行的一参考平面上,扩散片130A的面呈梯形或三角形。沿移动方向(即Y轴方向)上,扩散片130A的区域的厚度逐渐增加。可利用调整移动板120,使多个区域中厚度较薄的区域对应盖体112的入光口113,以增加光感测器140所感测的光束L1的亮度。也可利用调整移动板120,使多个区域中厚度较厚的区域对应盖体112的入光口113,以使光束L1被厚度较厚的区域扩散而降低光感测器140所感测的光束L1的亮度,从而可透过将多个区域对应设置不同的厚度的结构设计,而以单片的扩散片130A调整传递至光感测器140的光束L1的亮度。
请参考图6及图7,图6是本发明另一实施例的一种光调节模块的剖面示意图。图7为图6的光调节模块的扩散片的立体示意图。图6的光调节模块100B的结构和优点与图3的光调节模块100相似,以下仅说明差异处。在本实施例中,扩散片130B的至少二个区域131B分别具有不同的粗糙度,其中不同粗糙度的区域131B具有不同的透光程度。在本实施例中,扩散片130B具体化为具有四个区域131B,且沿移动方向(即Y轴方向)上,区域131B的粗糙度逐渐增加。可利用调整移动板120,使四个区域131B中粗糙度较小的区域131B对应盖体112的入光口113,以增加光感测器140所感测的提升光束L1的亮度。也可利用调整移动板120,使可透过四个区域131B中粗糙度较大的区域131B对应盖体112的入光口113,以使光束L1被厚度较厚的区域131B扩散而降低光感测器140所感测的光束L1的亮度,从而可透过将四个区域131B对应设置不同的粗糙度的结构设计,而以单片的扩散片130B调整传递至光感测器140的光束L1的亮度。举例而言,四个区域131B例如是分别在表面做雾面咬花(texture)而以达成不同程度的粗糙化效果。
综上所述,本发明的实施例至少具有以下其中一个优点或功效。在本发明的光调节模块中,透过将扩散片设置在沿移动方向相对于壳体与光感测器移动的移动板上,且扩散片在移动方向上排列有具有不同的光学特性的至少二个区域,可达到以移动板的移动控制光束穿过扩散片的区域,从而有效调节传递至光感测器的光束的亮度,进以让光调节模块具有良好的调节能力。
借此,相较于现有的光调节模块,本发明的光调节模块的结构设计,能够避免因光感测器所感测到的光束过曝或亮度不足而增加维修工时,以及可避免使用多片扩散片的情形发生,以减少零件数量而降低零件成本以及组装工时,最终达到提升组装效率以及降低组装成本的优势。

Claims (10)
1.一种光调节模块,其特征在于,所述光调节模块用于配置于光束的传递路径上,且所述光调节模块包括壳体、移动板、扩散片及光感测器,其中:
所述壳体包括相连接的基座及盖体,且所述盖体具有入光口;
所述移动板设置于所述基座及所述盖体之间,且沿移动方向相对于所述壳体移动;
所述扩散片设置于所述移动板上,且配置于来自所述入光口的所述光束的传递路径上;以及
所述光感测器设置于所述基座上,用以感测来自所述扩散片的所述光束,
其中所述扩散片具有在所述移动方向上排列的至少二区域,所述至少二区域分别具有不同的光学特性,且所述光束分别穿过所述至少二区域后具有不同的亮度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光调节模块,其特征在于,所述扩散片的所述至少二区域在所述光束的入光方向上分别具有不同的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光调节模块,其特征在于,所述扩散片的所述至少二区域为阶梯结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光调节模块,其特征在于,所述扩散片朝向所述入光口的侧面为斜面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光调节模块,其特征在于,所述扩散片的所述至少二区域分别具有不同的粗糙度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光调节模块,其特征在于,所述壳体具有壳体开口,所述移动板包括延伸部,且所述延伸部穿出所述壳体开口并延伸至所述壳体外。
7.根据权利要求6所述的光调节模块,其特征在于,所述移动板包括与所述延伸部相连接的本体部,所述本体部具有开口,且所述本体部与所述延伸部呈L型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的光调节模块,其特征在于,所述壳体包括至少一凸柱,所述移动板具有至少一滑槽孔,所述至少一凸柱滑设于所述至少一滑槽孔,且所述至少一滑槽孔的延伸方向平行于所述移动方向。
9.根据权利要求1所述的光调节模块,其特征在于,所述移动板具有开口,所述扩散片于所述移动板的正投影完全覆盖所述开口。
10.根据权利要求1所述的光调节模块,其特征在于,所述移动板具有开口,所述开口在所述移动方向上的长度大于或等于所述移动板在所述移动方向上相对于所述壳体及所述光感测器移动的距离。
