Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pruritus vulvae and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition taking Chinese herbal medicines as raw materials and having the effect of treating pruritus vulvae and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pudendum itch is a common disease of gynaecology, and can occur in various age groups, and refers to female pudendum itch, even itching and pain, restlessness, or increased leucorrhea, and the like, which is called as 'pudendum itch', also called as 'vulval pruritus'. Jin Daige Hongcheng (urgent prescription for elbow preparation) is described as follows: the pudendum itch is called as pudendum itch for the first time, the pudendum itch symptoms are specified, and the method for treating the pudendum itch is additionally provided. The following medical science inherits that the following medical science indicates that the "pruritus vulvae" is carried in the "Zhuan Yuan Zhi Lun" by Sui Dynasty Yuan Fang (the "disease source and condition of diseases"), and indicates that the disease is caused by the insect diet. Song Daichen from the 'Fu ren Daquan Liang Fang' is a special list of 'woman itching of the vagina' on the basis of the former, and the itching of the vagina is used as the independent gynecological disease. The pruritus vulvae symptoms of western medicine such as pruritus vulvae, vulvitis, colpitis, and hypopigmentation of vulva are related to the disease. The cause of pruritus vulvae is complex, and the disease can be caused by contact, allergy, chemical irritation, systemic chronic diseases and the like. The pruritus vulvae has a serious influence on the health of the female heart, and can cause a series of complications besides local discomfort, harm to the health of the female, and more importantly, anxiety of the patient. The occurrence of pruritus vulvae is considered to be related to the dysfunction of liver, kidney and spleen by traditional Chinese medicine. The liver meridian circulates around the yin device to store blood, which is the viscera of Fenghu; spleen governs transportation and transformation of water dampness; the Xue Ji is summarized in that the pruritus vulvae of women belongs to the liver meridian, and has symptoms of liver and spleen depression, liver and spleen qi deficiency, damp-heat downward flow, and is treated by addition and subtraction of radix gentianae liver-purging decoction, xiaoyao san, spleen-returning decoction, xiao chai Hu decoction, and the like, and is externally used with peach seed paste, realgar, and the like for disinsection. Kidneys store essence to govern reproduction and induce resuscitation in both yin. The theory of disease sources and the theory of women's miscellaneous diseases are: the kidney is nourished in the yin apparatus, kidney qi deficiency … … is the condition that pathogenic wind is carried over, pathogenic wind is carried over the striae and striae, healthy qi is not leaked, pathogenic qi is coherent, and skin itch exists. "modern medicine believes that irritating vaginal discharge is an important cause of pruritus vulvae.
At present, the treatment of pruritus vulvae mainly comprises antibiosis and antiphlogosis, and aims to improve the micro-ecological environment of the vagina in a patient, if the antibiosis and antiphlogosis medicines are used for a long time, the medicines are easy to generate drug dependence and have high incidence of adverse reactions. The symptoms and signs of the pruritus vulvae disease are complicated in most cases, especially deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, downward flow of damp-heat and breeding of damp worms, and the treatment effect on single pathogenesis is limited. Therefore, finding a therapeutic method or drug with good therapeutic effect and low toxic and side effects has become an important research point in the field. The traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages through oral administration or external treatment. The traditional Chinese medicine and the compound preparation thereof have the characteristics of multiple ways and multiple targets, and according to the dialectical treatment method of the traditional Chinese medicine, the invention is based on the principle of combining the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pruritus vulvae with dialectical treatment, and the invention starts from the whole body, follows the principle of 'treating the external and the internal of the essential points', combines the whole body with the local part to treat, thereby achieving the purpose of treating the root cause.

The pudendum itch is from volume five of the Ji Fang Ji Bei Zhu. Also known as vulval itching, vulvar itching. The disease refers to pruritus vulvae and pruritus vulvae of children and women, even the pruritus can affect anus, and pruritus pain and pain around anus, happiness and scratching, and severe people sit restlessness, and seriously affect normal life of individuals. The etiology of the disease is mainly the dysfunction of liver, kidney and spleen. The liver meridian bypasses the yin device during circulation, and the liver is a blood-storing organ and is easy to be invaded by pathogenic qi of wind, fire, damp and heat; the physiological function of the kidney is Tibetan essence; spleen is the viscera that transform water into dampness. The liver meridian is invaded by pathogenic qi of damp-heat or liver depression and spleen deficiency lead to internal pathogenic fire and dampness generation, and the pathogenic damp-heat has heavy nature and tends to be downward, so that the pathogenic qi is accumulated in the vulva along with downward flow of the meridian; Or infects insect disease, the insect disturbs pudendum, and the pudendum itch. In addition, the liver and kidney are deficient in essence and blood, and the primordial qi is deficient, so that the liver and kidney are easily weathered, however, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine states that the body is ill, the pain is not good, the essence and blood are deficient, and the pudendum skin is not good and itchy. Clinically, the disease is common in two factors of damp-heat in the liver and spleen and yin deficiency in the liver and kidney. The main mechanism can be discussed in terms of both the virtual and real aspects. Deficiency of essence and blood of liver and kidney, deficiency of primordial qi, easy wind generation and itching due to skin deficiency of pudendum, which belongs to deficiency syndrome; pathogenic fire and dampness are generated in the body due to invasion of liver meridian by pathogenic qi of damp-heat or liver depression and spleen deficiency, and pathogenic qi is accumulated in the vulva along with downward flow of damp-heat; the pudendum infection with damp worms is pudendum itching, which is an excess syndrome. The pathogenesis is mainly caused by the accumulation of damp-heat toxin in yin family, and the occurrence of the disease can be caused by unclean life; damp-heat toxin is accumulated in liver meridian and stagnates in yin to cause unsmooth local qi and blood circulation, qi and blood circulation is blocked, heat is removed for a long time to generate fire, and heat evil burns yin essence, so that sores and ulcers are easy to occur at the pudendum, and meat rot is caused by heat predominance and is suppurative for a long time. Therefore, the local redness and swelling, heat sensation and pain sensation, and even ulceration and purulence can be seen. If pathogenic qi of damp-heat is accumulated in the private parts of the family for a long time, the private parts are generally in the region of low dampness, which is easy to infect the pathogenic insects, and the damp-insects invade the private parts and can cause ulceration. Cold congeals phlegm and is stasis, even if the body is yang-deficiency or liver-kidney-deficiency is elucidated, in both cases, pathogenic qi of cold-dampness can take charge of yin, and "people with weak body feel and more accompanying people". If the body is deficient in healthy qi or the disease is lingering due to the deficiency of healthy qi, the damp toxin cannot be removed from the body, the tumor will be further broken, even the abscess will be dribbling, the disease will not be healed for a long time, or the ulcer in the yin will not be healed for a long time. Vulva is not clean, or is a place where yin is wet for a long time, so that damp worms can grow, and worms erode yin to cause pruritus vulvae.
