A high moisture-retention tampon consists of a tampon main body 1 and a moisture retention layer 2 wrapped outside the tampon main body 1, wherein the moisture retention layer 2 is obtained by soaking elastic cotton in moisture retention liquid. The elastic cotton consists of 80% cotton fiber and 20% polyurethane fiber, and has a gram weight of 45g/m 2 and a thickness of 0.15mm.
The moisturizing liquid comprises the following components:
3% of olive oil, 1.5% of olive oil emulsifier, 3% of sweet almond oil, 2% of caprylic-capric acid glyceride, 0.05% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of aloe, 2% of glycerol, 3% of propylene glycol and 82.45% of deionized water.
And (3) stretching the elastic cotton by 1.2 times, soaking in the moisturizing liquid, controlling the soaking amount of the moisturizing liquid to be 12% of the mass of the elastic cotton, taking out and wrapping the elastic cotton outside the cotton sliver main body, wherein the wrapping area of the side surface is 100%. And then placing the whole cotton sliver device into a packaging bag with good sealing performance.

Example 5
A high moisture-retention tampon consists of a tampon main body 1 and a moisture retention layer 2 wrapped outside the tampon main body 1, wherein the moisture retention layer 2 is obtained by soaking elastic cotton in moisture retention liquid. The elastic cotton consists of 98% cotton fiber and 2% polyurethane fiber, and has a gram weight of 45g/m 2 and a thickness of 0.15mm.
The moisturizing liquid comprises the following components:
3% of olive oil, 1.5% of olive oil emulsifier, 3% of sweet almond oil, 2% of caprylic-capric acid glyceride, 0.05% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of aloe, 2% of glycerol, 3% of propylene glycol and 82.45% of deionized water.
And (3) stretching the elastic cotton by 1.2 times, soaking in the moisturizing liquid, controlling the soaking amount of the moisturizing liquid to be 12% of the mass of the elastic cotton, taking out and wrapping the elastic cotton outside the cotton sliver main body, wherein the wrapping area of the side surface is 100%. And then placing the whole cotton sliver device into a packaging bag with good sealing performance.

Claims (10)

1. A high moisture-retention tampon, which is characterized by comprising a tampon main body and a moisture-retention layer wrapped outside the tampon main body; the moisturizing layer is elastic cotton soaked with moisturizing liquid, and the moisturizing liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1 to 5 percent of olive oil, 1 to 3 percent of olive oil emulsifier, 1 to 5 percent of sweet almond oil, 1 to 4 percent of caprylic-capric glyceride, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of hyaluronic acid, 1 to 5 percent of aloe, 1 to 4 percent of glycerol, 1 to 5 percent of propylene glycol and the balance of water.
2. The high moisture-retaining tampon according to claim 1, wherein the moisture-retaining liquid is impregnated in an amount of 5 to 15% by mass of the elastic cotton.
3. The high moisture tampon of claim 1 wherein said elastic cotton is comprised of 80-98% cotton fibers and 2-20% polyurethane fibers.
4. A high moisture tampon according to claim 3, wherein said elastic cotton consists of 88-95% cotton fibers and 5-12% polyurethane fibers.
5. The high moisture tampon according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein said elastic cotton has a strip-like pleated structure for increasing its degree of expansion.
6. The high moisture retention tampon according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the wrapped area of said elastic cotton comprises 10-100%, preferably 50-80% of the side area of said tampon body;
And/or the gram weight of the elastic cotton is 30-60 g/m 2, and the thickness is 0.1-0.8 mm.
7. The high moisture-retention tampon according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the tampon body is 5-15 mm, and the tail of the tampon body is provided with a string having a length of 30-120 mm.

The high moisture retaining tampon of any one of claims 1-7, wherein said moisture retaining liquid comprises, in mass percent: 3% of olive oil, 1.5% of olive oil emulsifier, 3% of sweet almond oil, 2% of caprylic-capric acid glyceride, 0.05% of hyaluronic acid, 3% of aloe, 2% of glycerol, 3% of propylene glycol and 82.45% of water.

A method for preparing the high-moisture-retention tampon according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the moisture retention liquid is prepared by mass, the elastic cotton is taken out after being soaked in the moisture retention liquid, wrapped outside the tampon main body, and then the tampon main body is sealed in a sealing bag, so that the high-moisture-retention tampon is obtained.

The method of manufacturing a highly moisture-retaining tampon according to claim 9, wherein the elastic cotton is soaked in a moisture-retaining liquid after being stretched, and the tension is released after being taken out to return to an original state, and then is wrapped outside the tampon main body in a strip-shaped folded structure;
the stretching elongation multiple is 1.1-1.5 times, and the strip-shaped fold structures are distributed along the length direction of the cotton sliver main body.
