Preferably, the volume density of the acidic base material and the alkaline base material is 20-150 kg/m 3.
Preferably, the acidic base material and the basic base material are alternately arranged.
Preferably, the acidic substrate material is selected from organic acid-loaded substrate materials;
the alkaline base material is selected from base materials supporting alkaline substances.
Preferably, the organic acid is at least one selected from oxalic acid, citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid and tannic acid.
Preferably, the alkaline substance is selected from at least one of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide.
Preferably, the base material is at least one selected from cotton stick, sponge, acetate fiber stick, paper fiber stick, PLA fiber stick and non-woven filter stick.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing an acid-base combined filter tip, comprising the steps of:
(1) Placing the substrate material into a mixed solution containing organic acid and solvent, dipping and drying to obtain the acidic substrate material;
(2) Placing the base material into a mixed solution containing an alkaline substance and a solvent, dipping and drying to obtain the alkaline base material;
(3) And sequentially fixing the acidic substrate material and the alkaline substrate material in the filter tip shell to form the acid-base combined filter tip.
Preferably, in step (1) and step (2), the solvent is at least one selected from the group consisting of water, ethanol, ethylene glycol and glycerol.
Preferably, in the step (1), the mass concentration of the mixed solution containing the organic acid and the solvent is 1-3 wt%;
in the step (2), the mass concentration of the mixed solution containing the alkaline substance and the solvent is 1-5 wt%.
(III) beneficial effects
The invention provides an acid-base combined filter tip and a preparation method thereof. The beneficial effects are as follows:
according to the acid-base combined filter tip, the alkaline and acidic substances attached to the substrate material and the corresponding acidic and alkaline harmful substances in the smoke are subjected to neutralization reaction, so that the inhalation of harmful substances such as hydrogen cyanide, fumaric acid, phenolic substances, ammonia, nitride, nicotine and nitrosamine is effectively reduced. In addition, the invention adopts the base material and the acid-base treatment liquid which are environment-friendly and high in cost effectiveness, ensures the air permeability and the adsorptivity of the filter tip, and provides a smoking experience with health promotion. In addition, the filter tip of the invention is proved by experiments, and the result shows that the filter tip of the invention can obviously reduce the content of total particulate matters, tar and nicotine in smoke, and the adsorptivity of harmful components such as ammonia and the like can be greatly improved.

Detailed Description
For a better description of the present invention, the following description will be made with reference to specific embodiments. The invention provides a preparation method of an acid-base combined filter tip, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) Placing the substrate material into a mixed solution containing organic acid and solvent, dipping and drying to obtain an acidic substrate material;
(2) Placing the base material into a mixed solution containing an alkaline substance and a solvent, dipping and drying to obtain an alkaline base material;
(3) And sequentially fixing the acidic substrate material and the alkaline substrate material in the filter casing to form the acid-base combined filter.
In a specific embodiment, the organic acid is at least one selected from oxalic acid, citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, tannic acid. The organic acid selected by the invention can react with alkaline harmful substances in the smoke generated by the tobacco, has no volatility and can not cause the irritation of the smoke; are all substances which can be used as food additives.
In a specific embodiment, the alkaline substance is selected from at least one of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. The alkaline substances selected by the invention can react with acidic harmful substances in the smoke generated by the tobacco, and the reaction products (carbon dioxide, water and salt) are nontoxic; and has no volatility and irritation, and can be used as food additive … … in a reasonable dosage.
In a specific embodiment, the solvent is selected from at least one of water, ethanol, ethylene glycol, and glycerol.
In a specific embodiment, in the step (1), the mass concentration of the mixed solution containing the organic acid and the solvent is 1 to 3wt%;

Selecting PET fiber rods with the volume density of 140kg/m 3 and the diameter of 7.2mm as a base material, immersing the fiber rods in sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 2wt%, soaking for 5 minutes, and drying at 100 ℃ to obtain an alkaline base material; immersing the clean fiber rod in 5wt% citric acid aqueous solution for 5 min, and drying at 100 ℃ to obtain the acidic substrate material. And respectively cutting the two treated fiber rods into lengths of 10mm, and sequentially filling and fixing the fiber rods in a filter tip shell to obtain the acid-base combined filter tip.
The filter tip is tested for the filtering effect of total particulate matters and tar according to the method specified by the standard GB/T19609-2004, and the result shows that the total particulate matters of the smoke after passing through the filter tip are reduced by 31 percent, and the tar is reduced by 26.7 percent;
The nicotine filtration effect of the filter was tested as specified in standard GB/T23155-2009 and showed a 35.1% reduction in nicotine in the smoke after filtration.
The filter tip after filtering the flue gas is analyzed by an ion chromatography method, and the result shows that the adsorption performance of the base material after acid-base treatment on ammonia is improved by 105%.
Example 3
Selecting melamine sponge with the volume density of 50kg/m 3 and the thickness of 10mm as a base material, immersing the sponge in sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 3wt%, immersing for 5 minutes, and drying at 100 ℃ to obtain an alkaline base material; and immersing clean melamine sponge in 1wt% aqueous solution of malic acid for 5min, and drying at 100 ℃ to obtain the acidic substrate material. Cutting the two treated sponges into cylinders with the diameter of 7.5mm respectively, and sequentially filling and fixing the cylinders in a filter tip shell to obtain the acid-base combined filter tip.
The filter tip is tested for the filtering effect of total particulate matters and tar according to the method specified in the standard GB/T19609-2004, and the result shows that the total particulate matters of the smoke after passing through the filter tip are reduced by 39.1 percent, and the tar is reduced by 19.0 percent;
The nicotine filtration effect of the filter was tested as specified in standard GB/T23155-2009 and showed a 26.3% reduction in nicotine in the smoke after filtration.
The filter tip after filtering the flue gas is analyzed by an ion chromatography method, and the result shows that the adsorption performance of the base material after acid-base treatment on hydrogen cyanide is improved by 46%.
