The device of claim 1, wherein the first spring has a first elastic section and a first fixed end formed at one end of the first elastic section, and the first pressing end is formed at the other end of the first elastic section; the second elastic piece is provided with a second elastic section and a second fixed end formed at one end of the second elastic section, and the second pressing end is formed at the other end of the second elastic section.
