when the air outlet 18 carries out air exhaust operation, air flow is conducted into the air outlet pipe 21, the air flow is pressurized through the pressurizing pipe 22, wind force is increased, and the air flow is conducted into the dust removing plate 4 through the air pipe 23, so that the dust removing plate ejects the air flow towards the surface of the film, and dust on the surface of the film is blown, so that the dust on the surface of the film is separated from the film;
