The feedback board 12 is provided with a plurality of bleeder vents, is provided with ventilative plectrum 1201 in every bleeder vent respectively, ventilative plectrum 1201 passes through rotation axis and bleeder vent swivelling joint, is provided with detection switch 1202 in every bleeder vent respectively, and every detection switch 1202 passes through wire and detection case 4 electric connection respectively, and detection switch 1202 position has the switch of elasticity reply function, and when the wrapping bag is sealed complete, ventilative plectrum can not change, and when the wrapping bag appears leaking, ventilative plectrum will take place to rotate to support on detection switch, detection switch will pass out the current signal, and the ability that proves this wrapping bag is weather-resistant is relatively poor, needs to be reworked.
The inside of the weathering box 13 is provided with a weathering region 1301, the top end of the weathering region 1301 is provided with a weathering searchlight 1302, the weathering searchlight 1302 is electrically connected with the light source receiving plate 8 through a wire, specific spectrum artificial light can be generated by the weathering searchlight, a light source is provided for weathering operation, thereby the weathering effect is quickened, the spectrum selection is derived from light transmittance detection information of the light source receiving plate, the bottom end of the weathering region 1301 is provided with a weathering plate 1303, the weathering plate 1303 is slidably connected with the weathering box 13, a plurality of weathering holes are formed in the weathering plate 1303, the inside of the weathering box 13 is provided with a multi-stage fan 1304 and a heating plate 1305, the heating plate 1305 is arranged at the output end of the multi-stage fan 1304, the multi-stage fan is matched with the heating plate, the air flow of various temperatures can be simulated, the multi-stage fan can also change the air quantity, the weathering condition of the packaging bag is simulated under various wind forces, the inside of the weathering box 13 is provided with a humidity control network 1306, the humidity control network can change the problem of the influence effect brought by the humidity problem in the detection process, the humidity control network can be supplied with water for the humidity control network, and the humidity control network can be pumped through the humidity control network, the multi-stage fan, and the heating plate is electrically connected with the light source receiving plate 8 through the wire.
The integrated circuit device 401 is arranged in the detection box 4, the light source receiving plate 8, the weathering box 13 detection frame 5, the mobile motor, the capturing plate 9 and the feedback plate 12 are electrically connected with the integrated circuit device 401 through wires, the integrated circuit device can maintain the normal operation of each detection program in the detection process and is responsible for timely feedback of detection information, meanwhile, the weathering degree of the weathering box can be automatically adjusted according to the detection information, the dehumidifying motor 402 is arranged in the detection box 4, the output end of the dehumidifying motor 402 is communicated with the humidity control net 1306 through a guide pipe, the cooling pipeline 403 is arranged in the detection box 4, the cooling pipeline 403 is communicated with the dehumidifying motor 402, the dehumidifying motor works in order to avoid the influence of humidity in the weathering process, the dehumidifying net can filter the air in the detection process, reduce the influence of humidity, and meanwhile, condense the humidity into the cooling pipeline, and cool the detection box.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, the produced packaging bag is required to be sent to the feeding crawler 2, the feeding motor 301 drives the expanding wheel 302 to rotate on the feeding frame 1, the flattening roller 3 is matched with the feeding crawler 2 to send the packaging bag to the upper part of the detection plate 6, after the packaging bag is sent to the detection plate 6, the pressing plate 502 falls on the packaging bag, the packaging bag is flattened, the spectrum lamp 7 is started to emit light, the light falls on the light source receiving plate 8, the shape information and the light transmittance of the packaging bag are detected by the light source receiving plate 8, the detection information is transmitted to the multi-stage fan 1304 and the heating plate 1305, meanwhile, the transfer cylinder 903 on the transfer frame 901 drives the transfer frame 901 to be close to the transfer frame 902, so that the distance between the transfer frames 901 is adjusted, the packaging bag is sent to the capturing plate 9 under the driving of the capturing sucker group 506, thereby carrying out position change, completing the transmission and the switching of a plurality of positions, then locking the packaging bag by the sealing frame 10, sending the packaging bag into the weathering box 13, matching the multi-stage fan 1304 with the heating plate 1305, simulating the air flow of a plurality of temperatures, changing the air quantity by the multi-stage fan 1304, simulating the weathering condition of the packaging bag under a plurality of wind forces, sending the packaging bag into the switching frame 901 by the switching motor 904, sending the packaging bag into the weathering box 13 by the switching motor 911, sending the packaging bag into the vicinity of the feedback plate 12 by the switching motor 911, then starting the sealing air gun 11, driving the moving horizontal 907 to move by the horizontal motor 908, driving the sealing air gun 11 to slide on the moving horizontal 907 by the vertical motor 909, realizing the longitudinal sealing air injection operation, utilizing the transverse and longitudinal sealing air injection operation, the sealing performance of the sealed packaging bag can be known, and the detected packaging bag batch can be produced after being subjected to a weathering experiment only by being detected by the spectrum lamp 7.

The flattening roller (3) is provided with a feeding motor (301) and an expansion wheel (302), the expansion wheel (302) is arranged at the output end of the feeding motor (301), the expansion wheel (302) is rotationally connected with the feeding frame (1), the expansion wheel (302) is a multi-plate-shaped metal ring which is connected with the head end and the tail end in a sliding mode, a tensioning elastic sheet (303) is arranged in the expansion wheel (302), one side, close to the expansion wheel (302), of the tensioning elastic sheet (303) props against the inner wall of the expansion wheel (302), and the body part of the feeding motor (301) is fixedly connected with the feeding frame (1).
