Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coatings, in particular to a zero-solvent silane modified polymer waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The waterproof paint for building is one for protecting building structure from water penetration and damage. These coatings are commonly used on exterior walls, roofs, basements, etc. of buildings to prevent the ingress of rain, moisture or groundwater. Modern waterproof coatings for construction are generally based on high molecular weight compounds, such as polymers, rubbers or polymer emulsions. These coatings have excellent water resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance, making them ideal choices for the construction industry. Various types of waterproof coatings for construction have been widely used in various construction sites such as roofs, walls, basements, floors, swimming pools, tunnels, and the like.
The waterproof coating market has great potential, and with the acceleration of the urban process and the continuous growth of the building industry, the demand is continuously increasing. Common types of waterproof coatings include:
1. aqueous waterproof paint: the main components of the water-based waterproof paint are water-based polymers or resins, which usually do not contain organic solvents, and also comprise pigments, fillers and additives, stabilizers, ultraviolet resistance agents and the like. The durability of waterborne coatings may be lower relative to other types of water-resistant coatings and are not suitable for extreme conditions, such as prolonged immersion in water or high exposure to ultraviolet light, thus requiring more frequent repainting.
2. Oily waterproof paint: the main component of the oil-based waterproof paint is an oil base, and generally comprises an organic solvent, pigment, filler, additive and the like. However, the oily water-proof paint contains an organic solvent, which may adversely affect the environment and health, and the oily paint requires the use of an organic solvent during construction and cleaning, which complicates the operation and requires a long drying time.
3. Rubber coating: the main component of the rubber coating is rubber base, usually synthetic rubber, and also comprises pigment, filler, additive and the like. Rubber coatings are costly, can limit application in certain projects, and can age and fade when exposed to ultraviolet light, often requiring specialized construction.
It can be seen that the different types of waterproof coating have respective defects while achieving waterproof protection. Most waterproof coatings often contain volatile organic compounds, which pose potential risks to the environment and health, i.e., volatile solvents are released during construction, potentially leading to indoor air pollution and respiratory problems. There is also a significant portion of waterproof coatings that may lose performance more quickly under uv, humidity and chemical exposure, requiring more frequent maintenance and repainting. Therefore, with the enhancement of environmental regulations, low VOC or zero VOC and high performance and high quality waterproof paint types are increasingly being appreciated and favored by the market.
For the problems in the related art, no effective solution has been proposed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the related art, the invention provides a zero-solvent silane modified polymer waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, so as to overcome the technical problems in the prior art.
For this purpose, the invention adopts the following specific technical scheme:
According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a solvent-free silane-modified polymer waterproof coating material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
40-80 parts of silane modified polyether; 20-50 parts of plasticizer; 15-35 parts of a viscous filler; 15-25 parts of self-cleaning additive; 5-20 parts of temperature-sensitive pigment; 5-15 parts of biological inhibitor; 4-15 parts of an antioxidant; 10-30 parts of an anti-slip agent.
Further, the silane modified polyether comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10:2, allyl-terminated polyether, silazane and dibutyltin diacetate.
Further, the plasticizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: mannitol and pentaerythritol of 8.
Further, the tacky filler is a combination of a polyester polyol and a polyphenyl polymethylene polyisocyanate.
Further, the self-cleaning additive is N-dimethylaminoethyl carbamate propyl triethoxysilane sulfonate;
The N-dimethylaminoethyl carbamate propyl triethoxysilane sulfonate inner salt comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2:3, dimethyl ethanolamine and 1,3 propane sultone.
Further, the temperature sensitive pigment comprises silver halide, mercury halide or copper halide.
Further, the biostatic agent includes at least one of an organotin compound, a zinc compound, turpentine, orange peel oil, or a copper sulfur compound.
Further, the anti-slip agent comprises at least one of glass beads, polyethylene particles and aluminum oxide particles.
Further, the antioxidant comprises at least one of dioctyl tin dithiopropane, alpha-tocopherol and nano titanium dioxide.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a method for preparing a solvent-free silane-modified polymer waterproof paint, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing various raw materials according to parts by weight;
S2, firstly, sequentially adding silane modified polyether, plasticizer and viscous filler into a reaction container, and stirring at a low speed by using a stirrer at the temperature of 100-120 ℃ until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
S3, cooling the completely mixed reaction container to 30-50 ℃, sequentially adding the self-cleaning additive, the temperature-sensitive pigment and the biological inhibitor, and stirring at a low speed by using a stirrer until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
And S4, adding an antioxidant and an anti-slip agent into the reaction container again, stirring and uniformly mixing by using a stirrer, stirring and defoaming by using vacuum stirring equipment, and removing vacuum to obtain the waterproof coating.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1.
