When the PCB is transported, the hanging hooks 103 are clamped into the bending parts 4001, so that the hanging rods 4 cannot slide back and forth on the hanging hooks 103, and the stability of the placing frame 3 in the transportation process is enhanced.
Example 2: on the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the cleaning system comprises an air bag 401, a one-way air pipe 402, a first air blowing pipe 403 and a second air blowing pipe 404; an air bag 401 is fixedly connected on the fixed plate 101 and the movable plate 102 together; a unidirectional air pipe 402 is fixedly connected to the fixed plate 101; the unidirectional air pipe 402 is communicated with the air bag 401, and the unidirectional air pipe 402 is arranged to only charge air into the air bag 401; two first air blowing pipes 403 which are bilaterally symmetrical are fixedly connected to the fixed plate 101; each first inflation tube 403 communicates with the balloon 401; the air blowing ports on each first air blowing pipe 403 are inclined towards the lower side of the hook 103; a second air blowing pipe 404 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the movable plate 102; the second inflation tube 404 communicates with the balloon 401.
The cleaning system also includes a baffle 405; two left and right symmetrical baffles 405 are fixedly connected to the fixed plate 101; each baffle 405 is curved; each first air blowing pipe 403 penetrates through the adjacent baffle 405 and is fixedly connected with the adjacent baffle; the air blowing port of each first air blowing pipe 403 is positioned at the lower side of the adjacent baffle 405; the lower part of the placement frame 3 is provided with a plurality of conical shapes as shown in fig. 7.
According to the invention, the air flow is used for blowing the residual cleaning agent on the surface of the PCB downwards through the compression air bag 401, so that the converging dripping efficiency of the residual cleaning agent on the surface of the PCB is accelerated, the residual cleaning agent on the surface of the PCB when the PCB enters the next cleaning tank 2 is reduced, the problem that the service period of the cleaning agent is short due to the mutual mixing of different cleaning agents is solved, and the specific process is as follows:
When the first driving piece 106 drives the movable plate 102 and the hooks 103 to descend to put the placing frame 3 with the PCB into the cleaning tank 2, the distance between the movable plate 102 and the fixed plate 101 is increased, the movable plate 102 moves downwards to stretch the air bag 401, the internal volume of the air bag 401 is increased, external air is pumped into the air bag 401 through the one-way air pipe 402, when the first driving piece 106 drives the movable plate 102 and the hooks 103 to ascend to lift the placing frame 3 with the PCB from the cleaning tank 2, the movable plate 102 moves upwards to compress the air bag 401, at the moment, the one-way air pipe 402 is closed, the compressed air in the air bag 401 is blown downwards through the first air blowing pipe 403 and the second air blowing pipe 404 to blow the residual cleaning agent on the surface of the PCB into the cleaning tank 2, the converging dropping efficiency of the residual cleaning agent on the surface of the PCB is accelerated, the residual cleaning agent on the surface of the PCB is reduced, the occurrence of different cleaning agents is delayed when the PCB enters the next cleaning tank 2, the cleaning effect for the surface of the PCB is guaranteed, the use cycle of the cleaning agent is prolonged.
After the first driving piece 106 drives the hook 103 to lift the placing frame 3 from the cleaning tank 2, residual cleaning agent on the surface of the PCB is blown down and drips back into the cleaning tank 2, small cleaning agent droplets cannot drip down, a sagging phenomenon is formed on the lower side of the PCB, at this time, the first driving piece 106 drives the placing frame 3 to continuously move upwards and contact with the baffle 405, the placing frame 3 is blocked and limited through the baffle 405 in a curved shape, the upper left side and the upper right side of the placing frame 3 are downwards bent, meanwhile, the deformation groove 3002 on the upper side of the placing frame 3 is stretched and expanded, the deformation groove 3002 on the lower side of the placing frame 3 is compressed, the lower side of the placing frame 3 drives the PCB to approach towards the middle of the placing frame 3, the lower side of the PCB is enabled to be contacted with each other, the small cleaning agent droplets on the lower side of the placing frame 3 are mutually converged to form large droplets and then drip back into the cleaning tank 2, the residual cleaning agent on the surface of the PCB when entering the next cleaning tank 2 is reduced, and the service cycle of the cleaning agent is further prolonged.
Example 3: on the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1,2 and 10, a guide 501 is further included; two bilaterally symmetrical guides 501 are fixedly connected in each cleaning tank 2; each guide 501 is provided with a guide portion 50101; a plurality of diversion parts 50102 which are symmetrically distributed in front-back are arranged on each guide 501; each of the flow guiding portions 50102 is provided to face the middle of the cleaning tank 2.
The upper side of each guide 501 is provided in an inclined shape.
When the PCB board is pushed by the cleaning agent to be in an inclined state, the cleaning agent is guided to the surfaces of the PCB boards on the left side and the right side of the placing frame 3 through the guide parts 50101 and the guide parts 50102, so that the surfaces of the PCB boards are uniformly washed, the cleaning effect on the PCB boards is further enhanced, meanwhile, the guide 501 which is in an inclined state is arranged on the upper side, impurities which are washed down on the PCB boards are prevented from being accumulated on the surfaces of the guide 501, the impurities can be fully brought into the electric control water tank 202 by the cleaning agent to be filtered, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning agent on the surfaces of the PCB boards is guaranteed.

Claims (10)
1.A continuous cleaning device based on high-precision electrical elements comprises a fixing frame (1) and a cleaning pool (2); a plurality of cleaning tanks (2) for carrying out different cleaning operations on the PCB are arranged on the fixing frame (1); all the cleaning tanks (2) except the last cleaning tank (2) are internally provided with ultrasonic equipment; the method is characterized in that: the cleaning device also comprises a transmission assembly, a placement frame (3), a suspender (4), a cleaning assembly, a fixing assembly, a limiting plate (5) and a cleaning system; a transmission assembly for transmitting the PCB is arranged on the fixing frame (1); a placing frame (3) is placed in the cleaning tank (2); the placing frame (3) is made of elastic rubber; the upper part and the lower part of the placement frame (3) are both provided with openings; a plurality of rollers (3001) for fixing the PCB are arranged on the placement frame (3); a plurality of deformation grooves (3002) are formed in the placement frame (3); a hanging rod (4) is arranged on the placement frame (3); the suspender (4) is made of metal; all the cleaning tanks (2) are connected with a cleaning assembly for cleaning the PCB; all the cleaning tanks (2) are internally connected with a fixing component for fixing the placing frame (3); a limiting plate (5) for enhancing the cleaning effect of the PCB is arranged in each cleaning tank (2); the width of the opening at the lower part of the placement frame (3) is larger than that of the limiting plate (5); each limiting plate (5) is arranged in an arc shape; a plurality of guide grooves (5001) for guiding cleaning agents are formed in each limiting plate (5); all the guide grooves (5001) on each limiting plate (5) are in an inverted splayed shape integrally; the transmission assembly is connected with a cleaning system for cleaning the surface cleaning agent of the PCB.

A continuous cleaning device based on high-precision electric components according to claim 1, characterized in that: the transmission assembly comprises a driving unit, a fixed plate (101), a lifting unit, a movable plate (102) and a hook (103); the fixing frame (1) is connected with a driving unit; the driving unit is connected with a fixed plate (101); the fixed plate (101) is driven to move by the driving unit; the fixed plate (101) is connected with a lifting unit; the lifting unit is connected with a movable plate (102); the movable plate (102) is driven to lift by the lifting unit; the lower side of the movable plate (102) is fixedly connected with a plurality of hooks (103).

A continuous cleaning device based on high-precision electric components according to claim 2, characterized in that: the cleaning assembly comprises a telescopic unit, a cover plate (201), an electric control water tank (202), a spray pipe (203) and a return pipe (204); the fixing frame (1) is connected with a telescopic unit; the upper side of each cleaning pool (2) is connected with a cover plate (201) in a sliding way; each cover plate (201) is connected with the telescopic unit; the cover plate (201) is driven to move through the telescopic unit; an electric control water tank (202) for filtering the cleaning agent is fixedly connected to each cleaning tank (2); each electric control water tank (202) is fixedly connected and communicated with a water spray pipe (203); each water spraying pipe (203) is positioned at the lower part of the adjacent cleaning pool (2); each electric control water tank (202) is fixedly connected and communicated with a return pipe (204); each return pipe (204) is communicated with the adjacent cleaning tank (2).

A continuous cleaning apparatus for high precision electrical components as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that: the fixed component comprises a power unit and a magnetic suction rod (301); a plurality of power units are connected in each cleaning pool (2); the power unit in each cleaning pool (2) is connected with a magnetic suction rod (301) for supporting the placement frame (3); the magnetic suction rod (301) is driven by the power unit to lift in the cleaning tank (2).
5. A continuous cleaning apparatus for high precision electrical components in accordance with any one of claims 1-4, characterized by: a plurality of bending parts (4001) are arranged on the suspender (4); each bending part (4001) is positioned right below the adjacent hook (103).
6. A continuous cleaning apparatus for high precision electrical components in accordance with claim 5, wherein: the upper side of each limiting plate (5) is provided with a plurality of protruding parts (5002) for blocking the PCB.

A continuous cleaning apparatus for high precision electrical components in accordance with claim 6, wherein: the cleaning system comprises an air bag (401), a one-way air pipe (402), a first air blowing pipe (403) and a second air blowing pipe (404); an air bag (401) is fixedly connected on the fixed plate (101) and the movable plate (102) together; a unidirectional air pipe (402) is fixedly connected on the fixed plate (101); the unidirectional air pipe (402) is communicated with the air bag (401), and the unidirectional air pipe (402) is arranged to only allow air to enter the air bag (401); a plurality of first air blowing pipes (403) for cleaning the cleaning agent on the surface of the PCB are fixedly connected to the fixed plate (101); each first inflation tube (403) is communicated with the air bag (401); the air blowing ports on each first air blowing pipe (403) incline towards the lower side of the hook (103); a second air blowing pipe (404) for cleaning the cleaning agent on the surface of the PCB is fixedly connected to the lower side of the movable plate (102); the second inflation tube (404) is communicated with the air bag (401).

A continuous cleaning apparatus for high precision electrical components in accordance with claim 7, wherein: the cleaning system further comprises a baffle (405); a plurality of baffles (405) are fixedly connected on the fixed plate (101); each baffle (405) is in an arc shape; each first air blowing pipe (403) penetrates through the adjacent baffle plate (405) and is fixedly connected with the adjacent baffle plate; the air blowing port of each first air blowing pipe (403) is positioned at the lower side of the adjacent baffle (405); the lower part of the placement frame (3) is provided with a plurality of cones.

A continuous cleaning apparatus for high precision electrical components in accordance with claim 8, wherein: also comprises a guide (501); a plurality of guides (501) are fixedly connected in each cleaning pool (2); a guide part (50101) for guiding the cleaning agent is arranged on each guide (501); a plurality of flow guide parts (50102) for guiding the cleaning agent are arranged on each guide (501); each guide part (50102) is arranged towards the middle part of the cleaning tank (2).
