Abstract
The invention provides a novel composite waterproof material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of waterproof materials. Comprising the following steps: a waterproof layer made of high polymer material, and a fiber cement hardening layer with rigid protection function connected to the waterproof layer. The waterproof layer of the high polymer material can be made of PVC, PE, TPO and other materials; the fiber cement hardening layer with the function of rigidity protection is formed by hardening cement-based materials and fiber materials by adding water, wherein the cement-based materials form a rigid protection layer with higher strength after the hydration by adding water, and the fiber which is compounded with the cement-based materials increases the strength of the protection layer, so that the fiber cement hardening layer has better protection function.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof materials, in particular to a novel composite waterproof material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The enclosure structure of the building is to prevent infiltration of rainwater, snow water and groundwater; to prevent erosion of moisture, steam and other harmful gases and liquids in the air; the separation structure is used for preventing seepage and erosion of water supply and drainage, the materials for preventing seepage and erosion are collectively called waterproof materials, the waterproof coiled materials are mainly used for engineering construction, such as roofs, outer walls and the like, the polyurethane waterproof materials contain volatile toxic gases, the construction requirement is strict, and the construction cost is high.
Therefore, the novel composite waterproof material is designed for overcoming the defects of the technology, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, low cost, good waterproof effect and simple construction, and is the problem to be solved by the inventor.

As a further improvement of the invention, the waterproof layer is at least one of PVC, PE and TPO macromolecule waterproof materials.
As a further improvement of the invention, the thickness of the waterproof layer is between 0.1 and 2.0 mm.
As a further improvement of the invention, the waterproof layer is bonded with the fiber cement hardening protective layer by at least one of hot melting, leveling and gluing.
As a further improvement of the invention, each novel composite waterproof material is repeatedly connected together through at least one method of screw anchoring, mortar or glue bonding to form a whole with a larger area.
As a further improvement of the invention, the fiber material is hydrophobically modified glass fiber, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking glass fiber in acid liquor, taking out, cleaning, adding into ethanol, adding long-chain alkyl silane, heating, stirring for reaction, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain the fiber material.
As a further improvement of the invention, the acid liquor is nitric acid with the weight ratio of 10-12 percent, the mass ratio of the glass fiber to the long-chain alkylsilane is 10:1-2, and the long-chain alkylsilane is at least one of dodecyl methoxy silane, tetradecyl methoxy silane, hexadecyl methoxy silane and octadecyl methoxy silane.
As a further improvement of the invention, the soaking time is 20-30min, the temperature of the heating and stirring reaction is 40-50 ℃ and the time is 1-2h.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the cement-based material is at least one selected from the group consisting of portland cement and high aluminate cement.
The invention further provides a preparation method of the novel composite waterproof material, which comprises the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing 10-20 parts by weight of cement-based material, 5-7 parts by weight of fiber material and 20-30 parts by weight of water, heating to 40-50 ℃, volatilizing solvent, and drying to obtain a fiber cement hardening protective layer;
S2, bonding the waterproof layer with the fiber cement hardening protective layer through at least one of hot melting, leveling and gluing to prepare a novel composite waterproof material;
And S3, repeatedly connecting each novel composite waterproof material together by at least one of screw anchoring, mortar or glue bonding to form a whole with a larger area.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the fiber cement hardening layer with the rigid protection function is formed by hardening cement-based materials and fiber materials by adding water, wherein the cement-based materials form the rigid protection layer with higher strength after the hydration of the cement-based materials by adding water, and the fiber which is compounded with the cement-based materials increases the strength of the protection layer, so that the fiber cement hardening layer has better protection function. This novel composite waterproof material has increased one deck rigid protection layer on traditional waterproof material basis, makes it can be applicable to waterproof completely, but has the engineering of protection requirement to waterproofing membrane simultaneously. Preparation example 3
The fiber material is hydrophobically modified glass fiber, and the preparation method is as follows: 10 parts by weight of glass fiber is soaked in 100 parts by weight of 11wt% nitric acid for 25min, taken out, washed, added into 100 parts by weight of ethanol, 1.5 parts by weight of tetradecylmethoxy silane is added, heated to 45 ℃, stirred and reacted for 1.5h, filtered, washed and dried to obtain the fiber material.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a novel composite waterproof material, which comprises the following steps:
S1, uniformly mixing 10 parts by weight of high aluminate cement, 5 parts by weight of the fiber material prepared in the preparation example 1 and 20 parts by weight of water, heating to 40 ℃, volatilizing a solvent, and drying to prepare a fiber cement hardening protective layer;
s2, bonding a waterproof layer of the PVC high polymer waterproof material with the thickness of 0.1mm with a fiber cement hardening protective layer through a hot melting method to prepare a novel composite waterproof material;
and S3, repeatedly connecting each novel composite waterproof material together through an adhesive method to form a whole with a larger area.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a novel composite waterproof material, which comprises the following steps:
S1, uniformly mixing 20 parts by weight of high aluminate cement, 7 parts by weight of the fiber material prepared in the preparation example 2 and 30 parts by weight of water, heating to 50 ℃, volatilizing a solvent, and drying to prepare a fiber cement hardening protective layer;
s2, bonding a waterproof layer of a TPO high polymer waterproof material with the thickness of 2.0 mm with a fiber cement hardening protective layer through an adhesive method to prepare a novel composite waterproof material;

Example 3

Comparative example 1
The difference compared to example 3 is that the fibrous material is replaced by an equal amount of glass fibers.

Test example 1
The novel composite waterproof materials prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 of the present invention were subjected to mechanical property test.
Tensile strength and elongation at break were measured by a universal tester MZ-5200D according to GB/T528-2009 standard.
Contact angles were measured using a CA200 automated contact angle analyzer.
The results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the table, the novel composite waterproof material prepared in the embodiments 1-3 has good mechanical properties and good hydrophobic properties.

Claims (10)
1. A novel composite waterproof material, characterized by comprising: a waterproof layer (1), a fiber cement hardening protective layer (2) arranged on the waterproof layer; the fiber cement hardening protective layer is formed by hardening cement-based materials and fiber materials after adding water.
2. The novel composite waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof layer is at least one of PVC, PE and TPO high polymer waterproof material.
3. The novel composite waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the waterproof layer is between 0.1 and 2.0 mm.
4. The novel composite waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof layer is bonded to the fiber cement hardened protective layer by at least one of hot melting, leveling, and gluing.
5. The novel composite waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein each novel composite waterproof material is repeatedly connected together by at least one of screw anchoring, mortar or glue bonding to form a larger-area whole.

The novel composite waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein the fiber material is hydrophobically modified glass fiber, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking glass fiber in acid liquor, taking out, cleaning, adding into ethanol, adding long-chain alkyl silane, heating, stirring for reaction, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain the fiber material.

10. A method for preparing a novel composite waterproof material according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s1, uniformly mixing 10-20 parts by weight of cement-based material, 5-7 parts by weight of fiber material and 20-30 parts by weight of water, heating to 40-50 ℃, volatilizing solvent, and drying to obtain a fiber cement hardening protective layer;
S2, bonding the waterproof layer with the fiber cement hardening protective layer through at least one of hot melting, leveling and gluing to prepare a novel composite waterproof material;
