Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of seats in general, in particular to an ergonomic seat.
Background
Lumbar vertebrae are called "bridges" for human health, which play an important role in bearing the weight of the upper body of the human body, and most of the functional actions applied to the mobility of the trunk of the human body are completed by the movement of the thoracic vertebrae under the condition of stabilizing the lumbar vertebrae. Once the lumbar vertebrae are in question, the normal operation of the whole body is affected. However, most office workers are used to sit for a long time to work at present, and the lumbar muscle is extremely easy to generate strain under the condition of no support, so that the lumbar vertebra is bent forwards, and the lumbar disc herniation isosceles vertebral disease is caused.
In order to protect the health of the waist, the existing seat is generally provided with a lumbar support at the backrest, and when a user sits on the seat, the lumbar support supports and fits the waist of the user, so that the fatigue of the waist is effectively relieved, and the lumbar is prevented from bending outwards. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the compression to the waist muscle and also to provide comfortable sitting experience, the existing lumbar support is generally arranged into a frame structure, and a mesh cloth is paved on the frame, so that the mesh cloth can generate elastic deformation when leaning from the waist of a user, and elastic support is provided for the user by means of reset elastic force.
But if only rely on the elastic support waist of screen cloth, the elastic deformation that the screen cloth can produce is less to make the elastic support power that the waist leaned on less, waist muscle still receives the oppression that the waist leaned on easily, produces waist blood after sitting for a long time easily and does not circulate, and then leads to waist numbness, tired, influences the protection effect to the waist.
Aiming at the problems, the prior art discloses an ergonomic chair (publication number: CN 214631140U), which divides a chair back into an upper back and a lower back, wherein the upper back and the lower back can rotate respectively, an upper back rotating point is arranged above, a lower back rotating point is arranged below, an upper back abutting part and a lower back abutting part jointly rotate backwards, and the rotating position is positioned at the center of the back of a human body. Therefore, the chair back is good in activity performance by rotating the upper back and the lower back, can adapt to changeable waist and back curves of a human body, not only effectively supports the waist, but also is higher in comfort. But this solution has the following drawbacks: the lumbar vertebrae structure is more or less different among different people, when sitting on the seat, the height of the lumbar vertebrae and the radian of lumbar vertebrae bending are also different among different people, and the lumbar support can not adjust the position and the rotating angle in the initial state to better fit the lumbar positions of different people, so that the protection effect on the lumbar region is weakened.
The prior art also discloses a waist rest depth adjusting device (publication number: CN 114009992A), the waist rest is rotationally connected on the back support, a longitudinal supporting component is arranged between the waist rest and the back support, and the supporting component can slide up and down relative to the sliding supporting seat, so that the waist rest can be positioned at a back position or a forward ejection position relative to the back support, and the supporting component can be locked at different initial positions by controlling the adjusting component, thereby achieving the effect of adjusting the waist rest to push up the waist, and being better suitable for the waist of different users. However, this solution has the following drawbacks: the support part supports the lumbar support, the support part adopts a spring steel plate and is arranged between the lumbar support and the back support, and the spring steel plate is easy to be exposed out of the lumbar support in the use process of the seat, so that the support part between the lumbar support and the back support has larger abrupt sense in appearance, and the aesthetic property of the seat is influenced; in addition, the supporting component and the adjusting component are complex in structure, and are troublesome to use both in processing and manufacturing and in assembling the seat by a user.

In this embodiment, the gear member 320 and the mounting member 310 can be relatively fixed or slide by the clamping head 331 being clamped to or separated from the gear slot 321, so that the length of the supporting and adjusting assembly 3 is adjusted, the overall structure is simpler, and the adjusting process is simpler and more convenient.
Preferably, two gear slots 321 are provided on the gear member 320, so that the support adjustment assembly 3 has two adjustable gears, and meets the use requirement of a user. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the number of the gear slots 321 on the gear member 320 may be 3, 4, etc.
In some embodiments of the present application, the stop member 330 includes a rotating portion 332 located at a middle portion, a first swinging portion 333 and a second swinging portion 334 located at two sides respectively, the rotating portion 332 is rotatably connected to the mounting member 310, and the chuck 331 is connected to a bottom end of the first swinging portion 333; an elastic piece 312 is connected between the second swinging part 334 and the mounting piece 310, and the elastic piece 312 pushes the second swinging part 334, so that the first swinging part 333 at the other end of the stop piece 330 always has a downward rotation trend, and further the chuck 331 always has a movement trend towards the gear groove 321.
In this embodiment, the chuck 331 always has a trend of moving towards the gear groove 321 under the pushing of the elastic member 312, so that the chuck 331 can be firmly clamped in the gear groove 321, when the backrest support 1 is prevented from being leaned, the chuck 331 is separated from the gear groove 321 to cause the backrest support 1 to rotate backwards, and the stability of the support adjusting assembly 3 is ensured.
Wherein, the upper end of the mounting member 310 is recessed downwards to form a connecting groove 313, the stop member 330 is mounted in the connecting groove 313, and the rotating part 332 is hinged to the side wall of the connecting groove 313; a first mounting hole 314 is concavely formed in the end surface of the connecting groove 313 opposite to the second swinging part 334, a second mounting hole 315 is concavely formed in the bottom surface of the second swinging part 334, and two ends of the elastic piece 312 are respectively mounted in the first mounting hole 314 and the second mounting hole 315; the end surface of the connecting groove 313 opposite to the clamping head 331 is provided with a through hole 316 in a penetrating way, and the clamping head 331 passes through the through hole 316 and is matched with the sliding groove 311 in the mounting piece 310 in a clamping way.
Preferably, the elastic member 312 is a spring, which not only has better elasticity, but also has better ductility and lower cost. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the elastic member 312 may be made of rubber, elastic sheet, etc.
In some embodiments of the present application, the chuck 331 and the gear groove 321 are inclined on a side close to the mounting member 310, so that when the back support member 1 rotates forward, the chuck 331 slides out of the gear groove 321 along the inclined surface and is sequentially clamped with a plurality of gear grooves 321 to realize gear adjustment. Thus, when the back support 1 is rotated forward, the gear of the support adjustment assembly 3 can be automatically adjusted without operating the stopper 330, so that the adjustment process of the back support 1 is simpler.
The chuck 331 and the gear groove 321 are perpendicular to one side far away from the mounting member 310, so that when the back support member 1 is subjected to leaning force, the perpendicular to the chuck 331 and the gear groove 321 are mutually abutted, so that the gear member 320 cannot slide relative to the mounting member 310, and the back support member 1 is further restrained from rotating backwards. Therefore, the structure of the supporting and adjusting assembly 3 is more stable, and the clamping head 331 is prevented from being separated from the gear groove 321 when the chair back supporting piece 1 is subjected to leaning force, so that the use of the chair is prevented.
In this embodiment, when the seatback support 1 is pulled forward, the gear member 320 is driven to slide forward relative to the mounting member 310, and the chuck 331 is sequentially engaged with each gear slot 321 along the inclined plane; when the back support 1 is adjusted to a proper position, a user leans against the back support 1, so that the gear piece 320 is driven to have a sliding trend towards the mounting piece 310, and the vertical surfaces of the clamping head 331 and the gear groove 321 are abutted with each other because the support adjusting assembly 3 is in a clamping state, so that the length of the support adjusting assembly 3 is fixed, and the back support 1 is limited to rotate backwards; when the back support member 1 needs to be reset, the stop member 330 is rotated backwards, so that the clamping head 331 is separated from the gear groove 321, the support adjusting assembly 3 is switched to a reset state, the gear member 320 can slide freely relative to the mounting member 310, and the back support member 1 can be reset after being rotated backwards.
In some embodiments of the present application, at least one of the left and right sides of the stop member 330 is protruded with a handle 335, so that a user can operate the stop member 330 through the handle 335 to switch between the locked state and the reset state of the support adjustment assembly 3.
Wherein, preferably, the handle 335 is located at the left side of the first swing portion 333, so that a user can access the handle 335 when adjusting the back support 1. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the handle 335 may also be disposed on the left and/or right side of the second swing portion 334.
