The method is characterized in that: the novel cotton removal device is characterized by further comprising a wire inlet mechanism (4) which is annularly and equidistantly arranged at the wire inlet position at the top of the circular knitting machine body (1) and a cotton removal mechanism (5) which is arranged above the wire inlet mechanism (4), wherein the wire inlet mechanism (4) comprises a cover seat (41) with the bottom side fixed with the circular knitting machine body (1), a cover plate (42) inserted at one side of the cover seat (41), a through hole (43) arranged at the top side of the cover plate (42), a wire pressing structure (44) arranged at the middle upper side in the cover seat (41), a tensioning wheel structure (45) arranged below the wire pressing structure (44) and an air guide pipe (46) arranged above the wire pressing structure (44), and the air guide pipe (46) penetrates through the side wall of the cover seat (41) and the other end of the air guide pipe (46) is connected with the cotton removal mechanism (5); the flocculation removing mechanism (5) comprises a disc cover (51) arranged above the wire inlet mechanism (4), an air suction port (52) formed in the bottom side of the disc cover (51), fans (53) fastened on the left side and the right side of the inside of the disc cover (51), flocculation collecting drawers (54) inserted in the left side and the right side of the disc cover (51) and filter screen sheets (55) embedded in the outer side walls of the flocculation collecting drawers (54), and the air suction port (52) is communicated with the inside of the wire inlet mechanism (4).

The yarn tension adjustable circular knitting machine as in claim 1, wherein: the wire pressing structure (44) comprises a support (441) embedded in the middle upper side of the inside of the cover seat (41), a first motor (442) connected to the left side of the support (441), a shifting wheel assembly (443) connected to the right side output end of the first motor (442) and a large rotating wheel (444) rotatably connected to the right side of the front portion of the support (441), wherein the shifting wheel assembly (443) is arranged on the left side of the inside of the support (441).

The yarn tension adjustable circular knitting machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the shifting wheel assembly (443) comprises a rotating frame (4431) which is rotatably connected to the left side inside a support (441), a mounting block (4432) which is fixed on the front side and the rear side of the middle of the rotating frame (4431), an inner threaded sleeve (4433) which penetrates through the middle of the inner side of the rotating frame (4431), a threaded rod (4434) which is connected to the inner side of the inner threaded sleeve (4433) in a threaded manner, a sleeve block (4435) which is connected to the other end of the threaded rod (4434), a rotating shaft rod (4436) which penetrates through the middle side inside the sleeve block (4435), a small rotating wheel (4437) which is connected to the front end part of the rotating shaft rod (4436), and guide rods (4438) which are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the top of the rotating shaft rod (4436), wherein the inner side of the mounting block (4432) is fastened with the first motor (442), and the right side output end of the first motor (442) is connected with the inner threaded sleeve (4433).

The yarn tension adjustable circular knitting machine as in claim 7, wherein: the guide wheel assembly (456) comprises a first rotating rod (4561) with one end connected with a worm wheel (455), a first round wheel (4562) connected with the other end of the first rotating rod (4561), a second rotating rod (4563) connected with the middle part of the rear side of the first round wheel (4562), a first V-shaped frame (4564) rotationally connected with the other end of the second rotating rod (4563), a second round wheel (4565) connected with the other end of the first V-shaped frame (4564), a third rotating rod (4566) connected with the middle part of the rear part of the second round wheel (4565), a second V-shaped frame (4567) rotationally connected with the other end of the third rotating rod (4566) and a third round wheel (4568) connected with the other end of the second V-shaped frame (4567), the middle part of the rear side of the first V-shaped frame (4564) is rotationally connected with the rectangular block (451), and the middle part of the rear side of the second V-shaped frame (4567) is rotationally connected with the rectangular block (451).
