The headrest front cover (210) and the headrest rear cover (220) are connected with each other and form a movable cavity (230), the linkage adjusting assembly (300) is arranged in the movable cavity (230), and one end of the headrest rod (100) is inserted into the movable cavity (230);
The linkage adjusting assembly (300) comprises a linkage base (310), an upper unlocking piece (320) and a lower unlocking piece (330), wherein the upper unlocking piece (320) and the lower unlocking piece (330) are both arranged on the linkage base (310), the linkage base (310) is slidably arranged on the headrest rod (100), a front sliding rod (231) and a rear sliding rod (231) are arranged in the movable cavity (230), and the linkage base (310) is slidably arranged on the front sliding rod and the rear sliding rod (231);
The trigger piece (400) comprises a trigger push rod (410) and a trigger button (420), the trigger button (420) is installed on the headrest rear cover (220), the trigger push rod (410) is inserted into the trigger piece (400), and a trigger driving piece for synchronously driving the upper unlocking piece (320) and the lower unlocking piece (330) and the front unlocking piece and the rear unlocking piece (330) is arranged on the trigger push rod (410).

The seat headrest capable of being adjusted in four directions according to claim 3, wherein the torsion spring unlocking rod (321) comprises a transverse mounting rod (3211), a vertical connecting rod (3212) and a transverse locking rod (3213), a mounting seat (312) for mounting the transverse mounting rod (3211) is arranged at the top of the linkage base (310), and a locking transverse hole (313) for the transverse locking rod (3213) to pass through is formed in the side wall of the linkage base (310).

The seat headrest capable of being adjusted in four directions according to claim 3, wherein an upper guide chute (314) and a lower guide chute (314) are formed on the linkage base (310), and the end part of the headrest rod (100) is pivoted in the upper guide chute (314) and the lower guide chute through a pin shaft (120).
7. A four-way adjustable seat headrest as claimed in claim 3 wherein the front and rear unlocking members (330) comprise unlocking slide teeth (331), a floating unlocking seat (332) and a floating seat return spring (333);

the unlocking sliding teeth (331) penetrate through the linkage base (310) and the floating unlocking seat (332), a stop lever (334) capable of being matched with the unlocking sliding teeth (331) is arranged on the floating unlocking seat (332), and the tooth surface of the unlocking sliding teeth (331) is opposite to the stop lever (334);
the linkage base (310) is provided with a floating groove (315), and the floating unlocking seat (332) is slidably arranged in the floating groove (315);
The floating unlocking seat (332) is provided with an inclined pedestal (335), and the trigger push rod (410) is provided with an inclined pedestal lug (412) matched with the inclined pedestal (335) so that the floating unlocking seat (332) can be driven to move downwards when the trigger push rod (410) translates;
the inclined table lug (412) triggers the inclined table seat (335) and the pushing part can pull the torsion spring unlocking rod (321) at the same time so as to synchronously unlock the upper unlocking piece (320) and the lower unlocking piece (330);
The floating seat return spring (333) is disposed between the linked base (310) and the floating unlocking seat (332), and a compression direction of the floating seat return spring (333) coincides with a movement direction of the floating unlocking seat (332).

The four-way adjustable seat headrest of claim 7, wherein the floating groove (315) comprises a main groove body (3151) and a plurality of stabilizing grooves (316), a plurality of stabilizing claws (336) are arranged around the floating unlocking seat (332), and the stabilizing claws (336) are slidably arranged in the stabilizing grooves (316).

The four-way adjustable seat headrest according to claim 8, wherein the linkage base (310) is provided with a drop-preventing slot hole (317) in the floating slot (315), one side of the floating unlocking seat (332) is provided with a drop-preventing slide plate (337) adapted to the drop-preventing slot hole (317), and the drop-preventing slide plate (337) is L-shaped.
10. An automobile comprising a four-way adjustable seat headrest according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
