Further, since the main board 2 is further provided with the toggle switch 9, and the toggle switch 9 is controlled to be opened and closed by the provided toggle piece 11, so that the circuit breaker 1 can complete automatic closing and manual closing, the toggle switch 9 can be triggered or closed by sliding the toggle piece 11 left and right, and then a reliable electric signal is provided for the main board 2 by the toggle switch 9, so that the main board 2 can realize automatic opening and closing or manual opening and closing.
Since the trip bar 6 includes the plate 60, a first limiting portion 61 is disposed on a surface of the plate 60 contacting the first cam 33, and the first limiting portion 61 contacts the first cam 33 to limit the continuous rotation of the first cam 33. Therefore, the phenomenon that the trip wheel 32 rotates excessively to cause failure of the opening and closing can be avoided.
Further, since the surface of the plate 60 contacting the first cam 33 is further provided with the second limiting portion 63, and the trip bar 6 is prevented from swinging under the action of no external force by the second limiting portion 63, when the first cam 33 abuts against the second limiting portion 63 after the trip bar is opened, the trip bar 6 can be prevented from sliding.
Because the inner space of the product is limited, the material can deform under the influence of temperature and humidity in different use environments, and then the phenomenon that the clamping is not smooth is caused in each linkage mechanism shaft, therefore, the plate body 60 is also provided with the mounting part 62, and the transmission rod 64 arranged in the mounting part 62 is connected with the yielding groove 13 arranged on the tripping part 12, specifically, the accommodating space of the accommodating groove 13 is larger than the outer diameter of the transmission rod 64, so that the transmission rod 64 can have enough movable travel in the inner part of the transmission rod, and on the basis, the tripping rod 6 has enough movable space, so that the normal closing and opening of the circuit breaker are not influenced.
