Description
技术领域
本发明涉及双凝胶形式的组合物,优选卸妆组合物,更尤其为双凝胶卸妆乳,并且涉及包含这种组合物的湿巾;以及使用这种组合物和/或湿巾进行卸妆和/或清洁的方法。
背景技术
卸妆对于角蛋白材料(即皮肤和诸如睫毛的角蛋白纤维)的护理非常重要。由于脂肪残留物(如多余的皮脂)、日常使用的诸如彩妆品的残余物尤其会积聚在皮肤褶皱中和皮肤表面上而造成毛孔堵塞等问题,因此卸妆必须尽可能地有效。
目前,市面上出现了各种类型的卸妆产品。例如,卸妆油、卸妆膏,其通过“以油溶油”的原理,迅速溶解彩妆,通过按摩溶解卸除彩妆,但对睫毛膏等需要润湿再卸除的彩妆卸妆效果较差,而且油脂不容易冲洗干净。卸妆水,其通过“表面活性剂去污”原理,卸除彩妆及面部污渍,该类产品存在卸妆力较弱,并且需要使用化妆棉擦拭,卸妆过程中存在物理摩擦,长期使用对皮肤角质层有一定损伤,对于油性较强的化妆品无法实现快速卸妆的问题。卸妆乳,其既具有水相,又具有油相,其油性成分可以溶解油性彩妆,而水性成分又可以溶解水性彩妆,并且卸妆乳具有容易抹开,用后易清洗等特点,因此在未来的卸妆市场会越来越占有优势。然而,卸妆时卸妆乳相对较稳定,不能迅速水油分离,其水相或油相不能与化妆品充分接触,导致卸妆乳无法实现对水性和油性的化妆品均达到较好的卸妆效果,从而降低了卸妆效果。
因此,需要一种有效的卸妆组合物,其能够实现油相与水相之间形成“稳定-破乳”的平衡,即在储存时候保持稳定,在使用时容易“破乳”,从而油脂释放快,无需较长时间的涂抹按摩,便能快速去除残留在肌肤上的彩妆及污垢。
发明内容
为此目的,本申请提供了一种特定的双凝胶体系,其中不添加乳化剂或仅添加少量乳化剂,通过水相凝胶剂和油相凝胶剂搭配,再通过均质使其形成结构化的双凝胶体系,油水界面上无乳化剂的分布,水相凝胶剂和油相凝胶剂均存在于相应相的内部,并且油脂以微米级液滴的形式稳定的悬浮在体系中,卸妆时油脂无需发生转相,可以直接和皮肤接触,无需较长时间的涂抹按摩,便能快速去除残留在肌肤上的彩妆及污垢,具有良好的卸妆效果。
在第一方面,本发明提供了一种组合物,优选卸妆组合物,包含:
水性凝胶相,和
分散在所述水性凝胶相中的油性凝胶相;
其中,所述水性凝胶相包含:以所述组合物的总重量计,0.01wt%至3.0wt%的水相凝胶剂,0.01wt%至0.5wt%的pH调节剂;其中所述水相凝胶剂选自丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸(酯)类/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、卡波姆中的至少一种;
所述油性凝胶相包含:以所述组合物的总重量计,0.1wt%至5wt%的油相凝胶剂,5wt%至40%的油脂;其中油相凝胶剂选自HDI/三羟甲基己基内酯交联聚合物、氢化(苯乙烯/异戊二烯)共聚物、聚酰胺-8、二丁基乙基己酰基谷氨酰胺、二丁基月桂酰谷氨酰胺、甘油山嵛酸酯、PPG-12/SMDI共聚物、氢化蓖麻油/癸二酸共聚物、糊精棕榈酸酯、硬脂酸菊粉中的至少一种;
其中,所述组合物不包含表面活性剂,或者仅包含相对于所述组合物的总重量,少于0.5wt%的表面活性剂。
通过上述特定的油相凝胶剂和水相凝胶剂,均存在于相内部,油脂以微米级液滴的形式稳定的悬浮在体系中。
在一些实施方式中,所述组合物具有大于或等于5.0、优选5.0至8.0、更优选6.0至7.0的pH。

在一些实施方式中,相对于所述组合物的总重量,所述油性凝胶相所占百分比为6wt%至45wt%,优选为20wt%至30wt%。

在第二方面中,本发明还提供了一种湿巾,包括:本发明第一方面的组合物,和无纺布,其中,所述组合物与所述无纺布的质量比为1:3.0~6.0。
在第三方面中,本发明还提供了一种卸妆和/或清洁角蛋白材料,优选皮肤和/或角蛋白纤维的方法,所述方法包括本发明第一方面的组合物施用至所述角蛋白材料,或者用本发明第二方面的湿巾擦拭所述角蛋白材料。
在第四方面中,本发明还提供了上述组合物或者上述湿巾用于卸妆/或清洁角蛋白材料,优选皮肤和/或角蛋白纤维的用途。

水性凝胶相
根据本发明的组合物包含生理上可接受的水性凝胶相。“生理学上可接受的”是指能够与角蛋白材料相容的介质。
在本申请中,所述水性凝胶相包含:以所述组合物的总重量计,0.01wt%至3wt%,尤其是0.05wt%至0.1wt%的水相凝胶剂。
术语“水相凝胶剂”是指在加入至水相后能够使得水相凝胶化的物质,并且尤其是指只存在于水相内部的物质。
在本申请中,所述水相凝胶剂选自丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸(酯)类/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、卡波姆中的至少一种。在一些实施方式中,所述水性凝胶剂为丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物。在一些实施方式中,所述水性凝胶剂为卡波姆。在一些实施方式中,所述水性凝胶剂为丙烯酸(酯)类/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物。
根据本发明的组合物优选包含水性凝胶相,该水性凝胶相包含水和可能的一种或多种在25℃下可溶于水的有机溶剂。有利地,这些溶剂可以选自例如C2-C4直链或支链烷醇,例如乙醇和异丙醇、丙醇、丁醇;特别是具有2至20个碳原子、优选2至6个碳原子的多元醇,例如甘油、二甘油、1,3-丙二醇等;具有2至100个环氧乙烷单元的聚乙二醇;及它们的混合物。
油性凝胶相
根据本发明的组合物包含分散在水性凝胶相中的油性凝胶相。
在本申请中,所述油性凝胶相包含:以所述组合物的总重量计,0.1wt%至5wt%的油相凝胶剂。
术语“油相凝胶剂”是指在加入至油相后能够使得油相凝胶化的物质,并且尤其是指只存在于油相内部的物质。具体地,油相凝胶剂选自HDI/三羟甲基己基内酯交联聚合物、氢化(苯乙烯/异戊二烯)共聚物、聚酰胺-8、二丁基乙基己酰基谷氨酰胺、二丁基月桂酰谷氨酰胺、甘油山嵛酸酯、PPG-12/SMDI共聚物、氢化蓖麻油/癸二酸共聚物、糊精棕榈酸酯、硬脂酸菊粉中的至少一种。
根据本发明的组合物的油性凝胶相包括以所述组合物的总重量计,5wt%至40%的油脂。
本申请的油脂可以是烃油。
“烃油”是指主要含有氢和碳原子以及可能含有氧、氮、硫和磷原子的油。可提及的示例为:诸如选自具有8至16个碳原子的烃油,例如C8-C16异烷烃(也称为异链烷烃),例如异十二烷(也称为2,2,4,4,6-五甲基庚烷)、C13-14烷、C9-12烷、异十二烷、异十六烷、异癸烷及它们的混合物;酯类,例如鲸蜡醇乙基乙酸酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、异壬酸异壬酯等,但不限于此。
粘度
在一些实施方式中,根据本发明的组合物是双凝胶乳液的形式。
根据本发明的组合物优选具有200cp至800cp的粘度。
粘度的测量方案如下:
粘度的测量通常使用配备有转子L2的Brookfield RV DV2TRVTJ0粘度计在25℃下进行,其中测量是在转子旋转1分钟(此后的时间内观察到移动体的粘度和旋转速度稳定)后,以30rpm的转速进行。
组合物的pH
根据本发明的组合物在25℃下具有大于或等于5.0的pH,优选大于或等于5.9的pH,优选大于或等于6.0的pH。有利地,组合物的pH为5.0至8.0,优选为6.0至7.0。
在本申请中,组合物包括,以所述组合物的总重量计,0.01wt%至0.5wt%的pH调节剂。对于pH调节剂并没有特殊限定。可提及的pH调节剂包括但不限于矿物碱,例如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾,氢氧化铵、氨;有机碱,例如单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三异丙胺、三[(2-羟基)1-丙基)]胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、2-氨基2-甲基1-丙醇、2-氨基2-甲基1,3-丙二醇、三乙胺、二甲基氨基丙胺;以及两性碱(即,同时具有阴离子和阳离子官能团的碱),例如伯、仲、叔或环状有机胺,氨基酸,诸如甘氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、牛磺酸、组氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、半胱氨酸、三羟甲基氨基甲烷(TRISTA)、三乙醇胺等;无机酸,如盐酸、硫酸、硝酸;有机酸,如乙酸、乳酸、乙醇酸、扁桃酸、柠檬酸、抗坏血酸,及它们的任意混合物。
在本申请中,所述pH调节剂可选自氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、精氨酸中的至少一种。
其他添加剂
本申请的组合物还包含化妆品中常用可溶于水性凝胶相的成分,例如抗氧化剂、防腐剂、保湿剂、润肤剂、香料或它们的混合物。
显然,本领域技术人员应当仔细地选择这些任选的添加化合物,和/或它们的量,以使得根据本发明的组合物的活性成分的有利性质不会或基本上不会因所设想的添加而改变。
更具体地,本申请的组合物尤其不使用表面活性剂,或者仅使用少量(相对于组合物的总重量,少于0.5wt%)的表面活性剂。
卸妆湿巾
卸妆湿巾是近年来市场上出现的一种新型卸妆产品,因其方便快捷,便于携带等突出优点,深受消费者喜爱。
通过用本申请的组合物浸渍无纺布可得到卸妆湿巾。
具体地,在一些实施方式中,将无纺布浸渍本申请的组合物,其中使组合物和无纺布的质量比为1:3.0~6.0,即可得到本申请的卸妆湿巾。
以下,现在将给出说明本发明的具体实施例,但这并非限制性的。
在实施例中,除非另有说明,否则温度是以摄氏度表示的环境温度(25℃),并且除非另有说明,否则压力是大气压。
在实施例中,组合物的成分的量以相对于组合物总重量的重量%(%w/w)给出。
制备例
在所有实施例和对比例中,使用下表中提到的成分,使用下表1中的组分和含量制备组合物:
将水相的成分混合,随后加入水相凝胶剂,搅拌均匀;
将油相的成分混合,随后加入油相凝胶剂,搅拌均匀;
将油相加入水相,4000-8000rpm,均质化4-8min;
随后加入pH调节剂,3000-6000rpm,均质化3-6min。

测试例1制剂的表征
粘度和pH
如前所述,通过Brookfield RV DV2TRVTJ0粘度计来测定所得制剂的粘度。
通过梅特勒S210 pH计测定仪来测量所得制剂的粘度。

分布
取实施例1至5得到的制剂置于载玻片上,于光学显微镜400×下观察分布形态。通过观察可以看出,油水界面上无乳化剂的分布,水相凝胶剂和油相凝胶剂均存在于相内部,油脂以微米级液滴的形式稳定的悬浮在体系中。在本文中,示例性地示出了图1至图3,其分别对应实施例1至3的光学显微镜照片。
相比之下,取对比例3得到的制剂置于载玻片上,于光学显微镜下观察分布形态。如图4所示。其中可以看出,油滴被包裹在乳化剂中,乳化剂分布于油水界面,从而防止油滴聚集絮凝,维持乳液稳定。
测试例2.稳定性测试
将实施例1-5和对比例1-5的样品置于45℃、25℃、5℃、-5℃、-18℃的不同条件下存放,观察各样品1个月、2个月和3个月的稳定性,测试结果如表2所示。
稳定性通过考察需要在3个月的时间里同时满足以下3个条件:
(1)测试样品在45℃、25℃、5℃、-5℃、-18℃环境中存放时,没有出现分层、变色、出油的现象;
(2)测试样品在5℃环境中存放时仍保持流动的乳液状态;
(3)于-5℃、-18℃中存放的样品恢复至室温后,可以恢复到流动的乳液状态,且没有出现分层、变色、出油的现象。
表2稳定性测试结果
实施例1-5和对比例4、5的测试样品,油相以微米级液滴的形式稳定的悬浮在乳液体系中,由于水相凝胶剂和油相凝胶剂同时存在,可以有效的防止油滴絮凝和聚集,通过了稳定性考察。对比例3的测试样品使用乳化剂,乳化剂存在于油水界面之间,空间位阻的作用形成牢固的立体屏障防止油滴重新聚合,形成稳定的O/W乳液,通过了稳定性考察。
而对比例1的测试样品仅使用水相凝胶剂悬浮油脂,导致对比例1在高温45℃下发生了分层;对比例2的测试样品仅使用油相凝胶剂悬浮油脂,导致对比例2在室温25℃和高温45℃下均发生了分层,即对比例1和对比例2均未能通过稳定性考察。
测试结果表明本发明制得的卸妆乳采用“双凝胶体系”可在乳液体系中稳定悬浮油脂,并在不同的温度下均具有良好的稳定性,不会发生高温分层和出油的现象。
测试例3.人体皮肤斑贴测试
受试物:实施例1,2,3,4,5的卸妆乳用蒸馏水稀释至2%的溶液。
空白对照:蒸馏水。
招募31名健康的志愿者,年龄为20-40岁,选择合格的斑试器材,以皮肤封闭型斑贴试验方法,将用量约为0.020mL-0.025mL的受试物和空白对照至于斑试器内。将加有受试物和空白对照的斑试器用低致敏胶带贴敷于受试者的背部或前臂屈侧,用指腹或手掌轻压使之均匀地贴敷于皮肤上,持续24h。分别于去除受试物和斑试器后30min(待压痕消失后)、24h和48h按《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)中皮肤反应分级标准观察记录结果,结果如表3所示。

测试结果显示,31名受试者在使用受试物1、受试物4、受试物5,去除受试物斑试器后0.5h,出现1例1级不良反应,24h,48h均无不良反应,使用受试物2和3均无不良反应,表明本发明双凝胶卸妆乳使用安全,温和无刺激。
测试例4卸妆性能测试
测试对象:年龄段为20~45岁健康女性30名。
测试方法:每位受试者分别采用同款水性眼线笔、水性睫毛膏、眼影、粉底和口红等量涂抹于清洗过的手背皮肤上,待完全干燥后,使用同款卸妆棉蘸取实施例和对比例的制剂,随后朝同一方向擦拭相同的次数。受试者对所施用制剂的:刺激性、卸妆效果、清爽感、易涂抹感、残留感进行评分,评分范围为1-5分,分数越低效果越差。
测试组为采用实施例1-5的制剂;对照组采用对比例3-5的制剂。测试结果如表4所示。

测试结果表明,本发明的双凝胶体系制剂的刺激性、卸妆效果、清爽感、涂抹感和残留感优于采用乳化剂菊粉月桂基氨基甲酸酯制备的制剂(对比例3)和采用乙基纤维素和丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合制备的制剂(对比例4-5)。
对比例3采用菊粉月桂基氨基甲酸酯制备的制剂,疏水烷基链锚定在油滴内,菊粉主链则留在水相中形成牢固的立体屏障立体以防止油滴重新聚合。对比例4和对比例5中乙基纤维素既存在于油滴又分布于油水界面,通过空间位阻排斥力稳定油滴,从而防止油滴聚集絮凝。
对比例3-5中的卸妆制剂,乳化剂或凝胶剂都在油水界面有所分布,因此在卸妆时,油脂都需要从中释放出来再与皮肤发生接触从而起到溶解彩妆和污垢的作用。
而本发明的制剂,不添加乳化剂或添加少量乳化剂,通过水相凝胶剂和油相凝胶剂搭配,再通过均质使其形成结构化的双凝胶体系,油水界面上无乳化剂的分布,水相凝胶剂和油相凝胶剂均存在于相内部,油脂以微米级液滴的形式稳定的悬浮在体系中,卸妆时油脂无需发生转相,可以直接和皮肤接触,无需较长时间的涂抹按摩,便能快速去除残留在肌肤上的彩妆及污垢,具有良好的卸妆效果。
尽管已经参考其具体示例性实施方式描述了本公开,但是对于本领域技术人员来说,许多不同的变型、修改等将变得显而易见。
通过对附图、公开内容和所附权利要求的研究,本领域技术人员在实践本公开时可以理解和实现所公开的实施方式的变型。
Claims (10)
1.组合物,优选卸妆组合物,包含:
水性凝胶相,和
分散在所述水性凝胶相中的油性凝胶相;
其中,所述水性凝胶相包含:以所述组合物的总重量计,0.01wt%至3wt%的水相凝胶剂;其中所述水相凝胶剂选自丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸(酯)类/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、卡波姆中的至少一种;
所述油性凝胶相包含:以所述组合物的总重量计,0.1wt%至5wt%的油相凝胶剂,5wt%至40wt%的油脂;其中油相凝胶剂选自HDI/三羟甲基己基内酯交联聚合物、氢化(苯乙烯/异戊二烯)共聚物、聚酰胺-8、二丁基乙基己酰基谷氨酰胺、二丁基月桂酰谷氨酰胺、甘油山嵛酸酯、PPG-12/SMDI共聚物、氢化蓖麻油/癸二酸共聚物、糊精棕榈酸酯、硬脂酸菊粉中的至少一种;
其中,所述组合物不包含表面活性剂,或者仅包含相对于所述组合物的总重量,少于0.5wt%的表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中,所述组合物包括pH调节剂,具有大于或等于5.0、优选5.0至8.0、更优选6.0至7.0的pH。
3.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述组合物的粘度为200cp至800cp。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的组合物,其中,相对于所述组合物的总重量,所述油性凝胶相所占百分比为6wt%至45wt%,优选为20wt%至30wt%。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述油脂选自鲸蜡醇乙基乙酸酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、C13-14烷、C9-12烷、异十二烷、异十六烷、异壬酸异壬酯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述pH调节剂选自氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、精氨酸中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述组合物进一步包括抗氧化剂、防腐剂、润肤剂或它们的混合物。
8.一种湿巾,包括:根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物,和无纺布,其中,所述组合物与所述无纺布的质量比为1:3.0~6.0。
9.一种卸妆和/或清洁角蛋白材料,优选皮肤和/或角蛋白纤维的方法,所述方法包括将根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物施用至所述角蛋白材料,或者用根据权利要求8所述的湿巾擦拭所述角蛋白材料。
10.权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物或者根据权利要求8所述的湿巾用于卸妆/或清洁角蛋白材料,优选皮肤和/或角蛋白纤维的用途。
