The second power assembly comprises a sliding rail 101 and an electric sliding block 102; two sliding rails 101 are symmetrically arranged on the bracket 1; three electric sliders 102 are slidably connected to each sliding rail 101; all the electric sliding blocks 102 are connected with the moving plate 2 through bolts and drive the moving plate 2 to move back and forth;
the newly produced trays are generally taken out from the forming equipment through a manipulator to be stacked to a certain number and then packaged, the trays stacked in batches are required to be moved in the existing packaging process and packaged one by one through a packer, equipment for stacking the trays needs a certain movable space to act, the equipment for producing the trays can generate the problem of mutual interference, adjustment is required according to different equipment, the limitation is large, the stacking arrangement of the trays reduces the efficiency, and the stacked trays are moved, so that the stacking instability of the trays is easy to cause, the problem of toppling and the like, and therefore, the multi-party trays are required to be packaged at the same time to avoid the problem;
the worker loads two rolls of packaging films on the upper winding roller 1001 and the lower winding roller 1002 respectively, the worker pulls out the lower packaging film to cover the upper surface of the workbench 1004, the front end of the lower packaging film passes through the waste port 1003 and then passes through the pulling roller group 8, the lower packaging film covers the lower hot pressing strip 11, and then an air suction port is started to suck air between the lower hot pressing strip 11 and the lower packaging film, so that the lower hot pressing strip 11 can be flatly and uniformly covered on the lower hot pressing strip 11, and the subsequent hot melting failure caused by uneven lower die is prevented; then, the production manipulator directly places the trays from above in a packing area formed by the upper hot pressing bar 11 and the lower hot pressing bar 11 of the workbench 1004 corresponding to the upper hot pressing bars 5 for stacking, and the trays are placed on the lower packing film, when the trays are stacked to a specified number of heights, workers pull out the upper packing film and convey the upper packing film forwards through the conveying roller set 10 to be completely covered above the trays, and in the process of pulling out the upper packing film, the upper packing film is divided into a middle part and two side parts by the two cutters 7; then the electric sliding block 102 is controlled to move backwards along the sliding rail 101 to be above the upper packaging film, the upper hot pressing bar 5 corresponds to the upper and lower positions of the lower hot pressing bar 11, then the first driving piece 103 is controlled to drive the pressing plate group 3 to move downwards, the plurality of vertical plates 3a start to press downwards from the middle part in sequence, the upper packaging film of the middle part divided by the cutter 7 gradually contracts towards the middle part, then the plurality of transverse plates 3b start to press downwards one by one from the upper winding roller 1001, the uniform contraction direction of the upper packaging film is ensured, and the packaging film is prevented from being damaged by inconsistent contraction direction; the clamping grooves are clamped into each other after the longitudinal plate 3a and the transverse plate 3b are pressed down in place, so that the bottom surfaces of the longitudinal plate 3a and the transverse plate 3b are positioned at the same height, the press fit of the packaging films is guaranteed, and compared with the method that the longitudinal plate 3a or the transverse plate 3b is arranged to be in a single disconnection mode to form mutual fit, the longitudinal plate 3a and the transverse plate 3b are integrally clamped into each other through the clamping grooves, the arrangement of a control structure is reduced, and equipment is simplified;
when the upper packaging film is pressed downwards, the whole packaging film is contracted towards the middle, when the two sides of the packaging film are contracted, the packaging film can be separated from the conveying roller groups 10 on the two sides, so that the conveying of the subsequent upper packaging film is interrupted, the upper packaging film is in a contracted state and cannot be completely covered on the upper side of the tray when the next packaging film is conveyed after being contracted towards the middle, therefore, the packaging film is cut into a middle part and two side parts by the cutter 7, the middle part is folded towards the middle when being pressed downwards, the contraction deformation requirement of the lower packaging film is ensured, the two side packaging films are manually wound on the winding roller 9, the winding roller 9 is driven to rotate to pull the upper packaging film to be continuously conveyed, and when the lower packaging film is ensured to be folded and deformed towards the middle, the newly conveyed upper packaging film is still in a completely opened shape capable of covering the tray, and the conveying continuity of the upper packaging film is not influenced;
the pressed packaging film is easy to deform and light and thin, folds are formed around a stress area, the folds are incomplete in fusion when being formed in the area where hot pressing fusion is needed, a bag making bag is not sealed, a pressing plate group 3 is kept motionless after being pressed down in place, a wrinkle removing roller group 4 is tightly pressed on the bag making film, at the moment, the bag making film is not moved due to incomplete pressing of the wrinkle removing roller group 4, a motor in the pressing plate group 3 is manually controlled to drive a roller body of the wrinkle removing roller group 4 to rotate, packaging films around the wrinkle removing roller group 4 are pulled, the films are gathered towards a cavity in the middle of the wrinkle removing roller group 4, the packaging films below an upper hot pressing strip 5 are smooth and even, folds formed when the bag making film is pressed down are eliminated, the bag making film around each stack of disposable food plastic trays is flattened and eliminated, and the bag making due to the folds is irregular and the folds are prevented from causing incomplete hot pressing fusion of two layers of films after the folding, and the bag making molding quality is unqualified;
after forming a regular packing bag shape, manually controlling linear drivers in the longitudinal plate 3a and the transverse plate 3b to enable the upper hot pressing strips 5 to extend downwards, carrying out hot pressing fusion on two layers of packing films by matching with the lower hot pressing strips 11 on the workbench 1004, and carrying out hot melting on two layers of packing films by the bonding heating areas of the upper hot pressing strips 5 and the lower hot pressing strips 11 to form a sealed packing bag to pack a tray, wherein the fusing heating area fuses the connection between the packing bag with each side completing hot melting sealing and the whole packing film, so that the packed tray forms each independent individual, and the simultaneous packing work of multiparty trays and the separation of each tray into independent packages are realized; after the tray is packed, redundant waste films remain in the area between the two roller bodies of the corresponding crease-removing roller set 4 on the workbench 1004, so that the next packing is affected, the waste films need to be removed, the whole waste films still form a plane state, and only the positions corresponding to the packing areas are divided by hot melting for packing, so that a plurality of holes are formed; firstly, the packed tray is required to be moved away to prevent the tray from being involved with the waste film, so that the tray is inconvenient to clean; at this time, the pressing plate group 3 is still at the pressing position, the air bags 6 are controlled to expand and deform manually, the air bags are covered on two sides of the packing tray and clamp the corresponding packing tray, the bulges on the surface of the air bags 6 squeeze the packing bag to deform to increase the clamping stability, after the clamping is stable, the first driving piece 103 is controlled to drive the pressing plate group 3 to drive the packing tray to move upwards, then the electric sliding block 102 is controlled to move forwards along the sliding rail 101 to bring the packing tray away from the workbench 1004, finally the first driving piece 103 is controlled to drive the pressing plate group 3 to drive the packing tray to move downwards, the air bags 6 contract to release the clamping of the packing tray, and the packed tray is placed on the bearing table to finish transferring;
then, cleaning the waste films, namely, because the temperature of the fusing heating area is higher than that of the bonding heating area and the temperature of air is lower when the fusing heating area is far away from the fusing heating area, an area with the temperature approximately equal to or higher than that of the bonding heating area exists in the direction that the fusing heating area is far away from the bonding heating area, and is also located at the part between the holes of the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film, so that the adhesion phenomenon is generated at the part between the holes of the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film, the upper film and the lower packaging film are separated by manually cutting the upper film at the adhesion part close to the outlets of the upper film and the lower film, so that the waste films and the new film are separated, the second driving piece 104 is controlled to drive the pulling roller set 8 to work, the adhered waste films are pulled downwards after passing through the waste port 1003, the waste films are intensively and uniformly cleaned from the workbench 1004, the waste films of the upper and lower packaging films are not required to be cleaned respectively, and the new lower packaging films are sent out and are covered on the surface of the workbench 1004 again for the next packaging, and the continuity of packaging work is ensured.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4 and 9-11, the sucker 201 and the supporting plate 301 are further included; a plurality of suckers 201 are arranged on the rear side of each longitudinal plate 3 a; the rear side of the bracket 1 is rotationally connected with a supporting plate 301 through a torsion spring; the pallet 301 is located at the lower side of the upper winding roller 1001, the upper punching envelope led out by the upper winding roller 1001 is in contact with the surface of the pallet 301, and the pallet 301 is higher than the pallet to be packed when in a horizontal state.
Also included is an automatic cutter 302; an automatic cutter 302 is arranged at the rear side of the middle vertical plate 3 a; the automatic cutter 302 is located on the front side of the suction cup 201.
The application method of the intelligent packaging equipment for the disposable food plastic trays comprises the following working steps:
s1: covering a lower packaging film on the workbench 1004, placing a tray to be packaged on the lower packaging film, and covering the upper side of the tray to be packaged with the upper packaging film;
s2: the upper packing film and the lower packing film are attached through the pressing plate group 3, and the crease removing roller group 4 removes the crease generated by pressing the upper packing film;
s3: packaging, wherein the upper hot-pressing strip 5 and the lower hot-pressing strip 11 cooperate to fuse the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film in a hot-pressing way to form a package for the tray;
s4: the waste film is cleaned, and the pulling roll set 8 pulls the waste film off the workbench 1004 for cleaning.
After the last packing is finished, the upper and lower films are adhered together by the fusing of the upper hot-pressing bar 5 and the lower hot-pressing bar 11 at the middle part formed by cutting the upper packing film, the upper film which is sent again cannot be kept higher than the position of the tray, and the middle part of the upper packing film cannot be sent forward continuously to cover the upper part of the next tray because of shrinkage and fusing to be separated from the conveying roller set 10; therefore, when the pressing plate set 3 presses down the upper packaging film to carry out heat sealing operation, the upper packaging film between the pressing plate set 3 and the upper winding roller 1001 is in an inclined state, so that the upper packaging film presses down the supporting plate 301 to rotate downwards, the automatic cutting knife 302 is controlled to move left and right to cut the upper film close to the outlet of the upper film and the lower film to separate the waste film from the new upper film after the middle packaging film is melted by hot pressing, then the pressing plate set 3 moves upwards, the supporting plate 301 is restored to a horizontal state through the torsion spring, the cut upper packaging film is lifted back to a position higher than a position of a tray to be packaged, the packaging film is higher than the tray to be packaged next time so as to press down again, the moving plate 2 transfers the packaged tray and the next batch of trays to be packaged, the moving plate 2 is controlled to move backwards after the middle packaging film is melted, the sucking disc 201 is positioned above the supporting plate 301 and is controlled to adsorb the upper packaging film which is lifted by the supporting plate 301, the moving plate 2 is controlled to move forwards to drive the upper packaging film to cover the upper packaging film to be packaged by the sucking disc 201 again, and the sucking disc 201 is pulled out of the upper packaging film to be packaged next time, and the tray to be packaged.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent packaging device for disposable food plastic trays comprises a conveying frame, a second power assembly and a movable plate (2); the conveying frame is used for conveying the packaging films for packaging and collecting waste materials of the packaging films; the second power assembly is arranged on the conveying frame; the conveying frame is provided with a waste port (1003); the second power assembly is provided with a movable plate (2); the second power assembly drives the moving plate (2) to move back and forth; the conveying frame is provided with a plurality of air inlets for enabling the packaging film to cling to the surface of the conveying frame; the hot-pressing crease-removing device is characterized by further comprising a first driving piece (103), a first power assembly, a hot-pressing crease-removing assembly, an air bag (6), a cutter (7) and a winding roller (9); a plurality of first driving pieces (103) are arranged on the lower side of the moving plate (2); the output end of the first driving piece (103) is connected with a hot-pressing wrinkle-removing assembly for removing wrinkles of the packaging film and finishing hot-pressing sealing, and the hot-pressing wrinkle-removing assembly is connected with the conveying frame; a plurality of air bags (6) for expanding, clamping and packing the trays are arranged on the hot-pressing wrinkle-removing assembly; a plurality of cutters (7) are symmetrically arranged on the conveying frame; the first power component is arranged on the conveying frame; a plurality of wind-up rolls (9) are rotatably connected to the conveying frame; all wind-up rolls (9) are connected with a first power assembly, and the first power assembly drives the wind-up rolls (9) to rotate so as to wind up the packaging film cut by the cutter (7).

The intelligent packaging equipment for the disposable food plastic trays according to claim 1, wherein the hot-pressing wrinkle-removing assembly comprises a pressing plate group (3), a wrinkle-removing roller group (4), an upper hot-pressing strip (5) and a lower hot-pressing strip (11); the output end of the first driving piece (103) is fixedly connected with a pressing plate group (3); the pressing plate group (3) is connected with the air bag (6); the pressing plate group (3) consists of a plurality of longitudinal plates (3 a) and a plurality of transverse plates (3 b); a plurality of first driving pieces (103) are fixedly connected with the longitudinal plate (3 a) and the transverse plate (3 b) respectively to drive the longitudinal plate (3 a) and the transverse plate (3 b) to move up and down; a plurality of packing areas are formed by intersecting the longitudinal plates (3 a) and the transverse plates (3 b); a plurality of air bags (6) are symmetrically distributed at two sides of each packing area; the lower sides of each longitudinal plate (3 a) and each transverse plate (3 b) are provided with a wrinkle-removing roller group (4) with the same installation direction as the installation direction; the wrinkle-removing roller set (4) consists of a pair of roller bodies which rotate oppositely; a plurality of motors are arranged in the pressing plate group (3); the motor drives the roller body of the wrinkle-removing roller group (4) to rotate; a plurality of linear drivers are arranged in each longitudinal plate (3 a) and each transverse plate (3 b); an upper hot pressing bar (5) is commonly arranged on each two linear drivers; the number of the upper hot pressing strips (5) corresponds to the number of the roller bodies of the wrinkle-removing roller set (4), and the upper hot pressing strips (5) are closer to the packing area relative to the wrinkle-removing roller set (4); the upper hot-pressing strip (5) and the lower hot-pressing strip (11) are divided into two heating areas, the temperature of the position close to the packing area is an adhesive heating area, and the temperature of the position far away from the packing area is a fusing heating area; the linear driver drives the upper hot pressing bar (5) to move up and down to match with the lower hot pressing bar (11) to carry out hot pressing operation on the coating film; the positions and the number of the lower hot pressing strips (11) correspond to those of the upper hot pressing strips (5).

The intelligent packaging equipment for the disposable food plastic trays according to claim 2 is characterized in that corresponding clamping grooves are formed in the longitudinal plates (3 a) and the transverse plates (3 b), the clamping grooves are mutually clamped after the longitudinal plates (3 a) and the transverse plates (3 b) are pressed down and combined, so that the bottom surfaces of the longitudinal plates (3 a) and the transverse plates (3 b) are located at the same height, and the pressing level of packaging films is guaranteed.

An intelligent packaging apparatus for disposable food plastic trays according to claim 2, wherein each of the longitudinal plates (3 a) and the transverse plates (3 b) has a cavity in a region between the roller bodies of the wrinkle-removing roller set (4) so that the packaging film pulled toward the middle by the wrinkle-removing roller set (4) has a sufficient movable space for aggregation.

The intelligent packaging equipment for the disposable food plastic trays according to claim 1, wherein the conveying frame comprises a bracket (1), a pulling roller group (8) and a conveying roller group (10); an upper winding roller (1001) is arranged on the upper side of the bracket (1); a lower winding roller (1002) is arranged at the lower side of the bracket (1); packaging films for packaging are respectively wound on the upper winding roller (1001) and the lower winding roller (1002), and a power motor is arranged on the upper winding roller and the lower winding roller; a workbench (1004) is arranged on the bracket (1), and an air suction port is arranged on the surface of the workbench (1004) and is positioned in each packing area; a supporting table is arranged on the bracket (1); the waste port (1003) is positioned between the workbench (1004) and the bearing table; the bracket (1) is connected with the second power assembly; the bracket (1) is connected with the cutter (7), and the cutter (7) is positioned below the upper winding roller (1001); the bracket (1) is connected with the first power component; the pulling roller group (8) is connected with the first power component and is driven to rotate by the first power component; the pulling roller group (8) is positioned below the waste port (1003); the pulling roller group (8) is a group of roller bodies which rotate in opposite directions; the first power assembly bracket (1) is rotationally connected with the wind-up roll (9); a plurality of conveying roller groups (10) for conveying the upper side coating film are symmetrically arranged on the bracket (1); the workbench (1004) is connected with the lower hot pressing strip (11).
6. An intelligent packaging apparatus for disposable food plastic trays as defined in claim 5, wherein the surface of the air bag (6) is provided with protrusions to increase the stability of the clamping of the air bag (6) after expansion.

An intelligent packaging apparatus for disposable food plastic trays according to claim 1, wherein the first power assembly comprises a second drive member (104), a gear set (105) and a third drive member (106); a second driving piece (104) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the bracket (1); the second driving piece (104) is a motor; a gear set (105) is rotationally connected to the lower side of the bracket (1); the gear set (105) consists of two intermeshing gears; one gear of the gear set (105) is fixedly connected with the output end of the second driving piece (104), the output end of the second driving piece (104) is connected with one roller body of the pulling roller set (8), the other gear of the gear set (105) is fixedly connected with the other roller body of the pulling roller set (8), and the second driving piece (104) drives the gear set (105) and drives the two roller bodies of the pulling roller set (8) to form relative rotation so as to pull and remove waste films downwards; a third driving piece (106) is fixedly connected to two sides of the bracket (1); the third driving piece (106) is a motor; the output end of each third driving piece (106) is fixedly connected with one winding roller (9), the third driving pieces (106) drive the winding rollers (9) to rotate to wind the upper packaging films on two sides, and the new upper packaging films are pulled out through winding.

An operation method of intelligent packaging equipment for disposable food plastic trays is characterized by comprising the following steps: the operation method uses the intelligent packaging equipment of the disposable food plastic tray according to claim 9, and comprises the following working steps:
s1: covering a lower packaging film on a workbench (1004), placing a tray to be packaged on the lower packaging film, and covering the upper side of the tray to be packaged with the upper packaging film;
