Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature. In the description of the present invention, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more, unless explicitly defined otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing a windowed food packaging web using a soft tissue paper, comprising the steps of:
s1, coating a glue layer 24 on the surface of a transparent coiled material 21 in a roll-to-roll manner, and drying, wherein the transparent coiled material 21 is a nylon film coiled material;
s2, providing a tissue paper unreeling roller 16 and a release layer 23 unreeling roller 17, wherein the tissue paper unreeling roller 16 comprises a first tissue paper roll and a second tissue paper roll which are arranged at intervals, and the first tissue paper roll and the second tissue paper roll are coaxial and are arranged at intervals by a preset distance;
s3, conveying the transparent coiled material 21 coated with the glue layer 24, the first tissue paper 22 of the first tissue paper roll, the second tissue paper 22 of the second tissue paper roll and the release layer 23 of the release layer 23 unreeling roller 17 to the laminating roller 15 for lamination, wherein the first tissue paper 22 and the second tissue paper 22 extend along the length direction of the transparent coiled material 21 and are arranged on the surface of the glue layer 24 at intervals, so that a transparent window is formed between the first tissue paper 22 and the second tissue paper 22, and the release layer 23 covers the first tissue paper 22, the second tissue paper 22 and the transparent window surface;
and S4, rolling the pressed material.
In step S1, the transparent roll 21 may be provided by a transparent roll unreeling roller 11, and the transparent roll 21 provided by the transparent roll unreeling roller 11 is coated with glue by a glue coating roller 12 and then dried in a drying device 13 by a first transfer roller 12 and a second transfer roller 14 which are symmetrically arranged. The first transfer roller 12 and the second transfer roller 14 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the drying device 13. The coating pressure of the glue coating roller 12 is 4-5 bar, and the coating weight of the glue is 3.5-4.0 g/m 2 . The glue type is generally selected from acrylic glue. The thickness of the transparent coiled material 21 is 20-40 micrometers, and preferably, the thickness of the transparent coiled material 21 is 25-35 micrometers. In one embodiment, the transparent web 21 has a thickness of 30 microns. From the following componentsIn the packaging field, the thickness of the existing coiled material is generally only required to be equal to that of the nylon film coiled material. As a further improvement, the temperature in the drying device 13 is 60-80 ℃. In various embodiments, the temperature in the drying device 13 is 65 ℃, 70 ℃, 75 ℃, 80 ℃ respectively.
In the step S2, the first tissue roll and the second tissue roll are coaxial and are arranged at intervals of 2-10 cm. The specific setting distance can be selected according to actual needs, for example, 3cm/4cm/5cm/6cm/7cm/8cm/9cm, etc., and the distance of the interval setting determines the size of the later window, and the method is not limited.
As a further improvement, the first tissue paper 22 of the first tissue paper roll and the second tissue paper 22 of the second tissue paper roll are tissue papers with a weight of 25-50 grams, and the thickness of the first tissue paper 22 and the second tissue paper 22 is 25-50 micrometers. Preferably, the first tissue paper 22 in the first tissue paper roll and the second tissue paper 22 in the second tissue paper roll are tissue papers with a weight of 30-35 g, and the thickness of the first tissue paper 22 and the second tissue paper 22 is 30-35 microns, so that the thickness of the final product is controlled within a preset range. The tissue paper is selected because of its good softness, and is suitable for roll-to-roll production process. Other paperboard or kraft paper, while strong, is difficult to use widely in roll-to-roll production processes and can develop severe wrinkling. However, since the strength of tissue paper is low, it is necessary to control the tension of unreeling, printing, and reeling.
Further, the surface of the tissue paper is rough in the printing process, so that poor printing can be generated. As a further improvement, in step S2, further comprising:
and S21, forming a printing improvement layer on the surfaces of the first tissue paper 22 and the second tissue paper 22 so as to improve the poor printing of the first tissue paper and the second tissue paper. The method comprises the following specific steps: the polyurethane gloss oil layer is mixed with a solvent, and then transferred to the surfaces of the first and second tissues 22 and 22 through a printing screen roll (screen roll depth of 110 um), and the solvent is dried (60-100 ℃) to form the printing improvement layer on the surfaces of the first and second tissues 22 and 22. The proportion of the polyurethane gloss oil layer to the solvent is as follows: 1.5-2.5:1. The polyurethane gloss oil in the solution is too low in concentration, so that the concave part in the tissue paper cannot be completely filled, repeated coating is needed for many times, and paper wrinkles and breakage are easily caused; the polyurethane gloss oil in the solution has too high concentration, so that certain granular feel and rough feel can be generated, the subsequent printing is not facilitated, and the printing roller is easily blocked due to the too high concentration. Preferably, the ratio of the polyurethane gloss oil layer to the solvent is: 1.8-2.2:1. In one embodiment, the polyurethane gloss oil layer is present in a solvent ratio of: about 2:1. The kind of the solvent is not limited as long as the polyurethane gloss oil layer can be dissolved, for example, toluene, ethyl acetate, butanone, acetone, and the like. Preferably, in the embodiment of the invention, ethyl acetate is selected as the solvent, probably because the ethyl acetate has stronger affinity to cellulose in tissue paper, so that the wetting property of the cellulose can be effectively improved, and the printing performance of a product is further improved. Experiments prove that the ethyl acetate with the concentration of about 2:1 can not generate granular feel and coarse feel, can be completely filled in the concave part of tissue paper, and can form a smooth surface, thereby being beneficial to subsequent printing. Specifically, the surface roughness of common tissue paper is more than 1.5mm and about 2-3 mm, and the surface roughness of the tissue paper can reach about 0.5mm through the treatment, so that the high-precision printing requirement is met. In other embodiments, other proportions and other types of solvents may produce an acceptably slight particulate feel. According to international standard ISO 8791-4:2007, paper roughness is largely divided into the following three categories: high-roughness paper, i.e. with a roughness greater than 1.5mm, medium-roughness paper, i.e. with a roughness between 0.5mm and 1.5mm, and low-roughness paper, i.e. with a roughness less than 0.5 mm. In the scheme, the standard of the low-roughness paper can be achieved through the treatment, and the high-quality printing requirement can be completely met. The polyurethane gloss oil can be selected from MB-DU735 or UR-537, PUD-Y202, etc. Further, the drying temperature is preferably not too high, and the temperature of the drying solvent is preferably 70-80 ℃, and wrinkles and defects are easily generated even if the temperature is too high. In one embodiment, the temperature of the drying solvent is 75 ℃.
In the step S3, the pressing pressure is 4.0-5.0 bar, and the pressing temperature is 50-70 ℃.
Release layer 23 the release layer 23 of the unwind roll 17 may be of PE material, BOPP material or glassine. PE materials are too soft although having higher peel strength, and are easily wrinkled during the compounding process (obvious concave is generated in the middle after rolling, and obvious convex is generated at the joint). The BOPP film coiled material has general strength performance after being compounded, but does not generate wrinkles, and has good transparency. More preferably, glassine paper is selected which has good composite strength, stiffness and separation characteristics. The release layer 23 can prevent the glue layer 24 from leaking out of the splice gap during the hot pressing process, so that the film is adhered to the roll shaft.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a windowed food packaging web using a soft tissue paper, including:
a transparent coiled material 21, wherein the transparent coiled material 21 is a nylon film coiled material;

and a release layer 23 covering the first tissue paper 22, the second tissue paper 22 and the transparent window surface.
The embodiment of the invention further provides a preparation method of the windowed food packaging bag using the soft tissue paper, which comprises the following steps:

s4, rolling the pressed material to form a windowed food packaging coiled material;
s5, after the release layer 23 is removed from the windowed food packaging coiled material, pattern printing, cutting according to the size and finally heat-sealing are sequentially carried out.
