Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a dry and super wear-resistant organosilicon leather surface treating agent, and preparation and application thereof, so as to solve the technical problems that the prior art surface treating agent is not suitable for organosilicon leather and lacks an effective organosilicon leather surface treating agent.
The invention provides a dry super wear-resistant organosilicon leather surface treating agent, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of vinyl silicone oil; 10-15 parts of vinyl fluorosilicone oil; 0.1-1 part of polyether modified silicone oil; 0.5-2 parts of wax powder; 10-15 parts of extinction powder; 0.2-1 part of catalyst; 0.02-1 part of inhibitor; 10-15 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil.
Preferably, the viscosity of the vinyl silicone oil is 20000 to 50000Pa s.
Preferably, the vinyl fluorosilicone oil contains 10 to 30% of fluorine and 0.0143 to 0.0184mol/100g of vinyl.
Preferably, the polyether modified silicone oil is synthesized by connecting polyether and alkylene oxide on a chain unit of a polymethylsiloxane macromolecule, the viscosity of the polyether modified silicone oil is 700-1000Pa & lts & gt, and the epoxy group content is 1.55-1.9wt%.
Preferably, the wax powder is a modified PE wax powder having a melting point below 120 ℃.
Preferably, the particle size of the matting powder is between 1 and 15 μm, more preferably between 2 and 10 μm.
Preferably, the hydrogen content of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 0.79-1.55 mol/100g; the ratio of the silicon to the hydrogen is 1 to 1.2; the hydrogen-containing silicone oil comprises side chain hydrogen-containing silicone oil and terminal chain hydrogen-containing silicone oil.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing the surface treating agent, comprising the steps of:
(1) Sequentially adding the vinyl silicone oil, the vinyl fluorine-containing silicone oil, the polyether modified silicone oil and the wax powder according to the weight ratio, and uniformly stirring;
(2) Adding the inhibitor, the extinction powder and the hydrogen-containing silicone oil, and uniformly stirring;
(3) And finally, adding the catalyst, and stirring uniformly to obtain the surface treating agent.
According to another aspect of the present invention there is provided the use of the surface treatment agent as a surface treatment agent for silicone leather.

The beneficial effects are that:
(1) The invention provides a dry super wear-resistant organosilicon surface treating agent, which is particularly suitable for organosilicon leather and is prepared by compounding components such as vinyl silicone oil, vinyl fluorosilicone oil, polyether modified silicone oil and the like, particularly introducing the vinyl fluorosilicone oil, so that the wear resistance of organosilicon leather is obviously improved.
(2) The organosilicon leather surface treating agent has the advantages of simple formula, easily available raw materials, no need of independent design and synthesis, and wide and repeated operation characteristic. The surface treating agent for the organic silicon coating is basically not available in the market, the surface treating agent for the organic silicon can be implemented in the first example, the surface of the organic silicon leather can have the characteristics of dry, sliding and wear resistance after being used, a new solution is provided for the organic silicon type leather treating agent, the existing leather treating agent type is enriched, and the blank of the organic silicon leather surface treating agent in the market is filled.
(3) The preparation method of the surface treating agent for the organic silicon leather is simple, and the key point is that the material is uniformly dispersed, and a compact treatment layer is formed on the surface of the organic silicon leather after the surface treating agent is coated and solidified during application, so that the organic silicon leather is dry and super-wear-resistant.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a dry super wear-resistant organosilicon leather surface treating agent, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of vinyl silicone oil, 10-15 parts of vinyl fluorosilicone oil, 0.1-1 part of polyether modified silicone oil, 0.5-2 parts of wax powder, 10-15 parts of matting powder, 0.2-1 part of catalyst, 0.02-1 part of inhibitor and 10-15 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil.
In order to improve the abrasion resistance of the surface treatment agent, in some embodiments of the present invention, the vinyl silicone oil is a vinyl silicone oil having a high viscosity, such as 20000 to 50000Pa s in some embodiments, and preferably, a terminal chain vinyl silicone oil, that is, a vinyl group is selected at both end positions of the silicone oil.
According to the invention, the vinyl fluorosilicone oil is introduced into the formula of the surface treatment agent, and experiments show that the introduction of the vinyl fluorosilicone oil can reduce the surface tension and improve the wear resistance. However, the fluorine content of the vinyl fluorine-containing silicone oil should not be too high, otherwise the polarity is too large, and the steric hindrance effect hinders the polymerization, so that a crosslinked network is difficult to form. In some embodiments, the vinyl fluorosilicone oil has a fluorine content of 10-30% and a vinyl content of 0.0143-0.0184 mol/100g. In the examples, a vinyl fluorosilicone oil having a fluorine content of 30% and a vinyl content of 0.0143mol/100g was used, and the structure thereof was as follows:
In some embodiments, the polyether modified silicone oil is polyether epoxy co-modified silicone oil, which is synthesized by grafting polyether macromolecules and alkylene oxides on the chain links of polymethylsiloxane macromolecules, wherein the viscosity is 700-1000Pa & lts & gt, and the epoxy group content is 1.55-1.9wt%. The polyether modified silicone oil is used for improving the leveling property of the surface treatment agent, and is generally added in an amount of 0.1-1 part in view of cost and material strength.
In some embodiments, the wax powder is modified PE wax powder, the melting point of the wax powder is generally below 120 ℃, the curing temperature of the surface treatment agent is between 120 and 150 ℃, the wax powder can be favorable for dispersing and leveling the surface treatment agent after being heated at a high temperature, the hand feeling can be enhanced, and the preferable adding amount is 0.5 to 2 parts.
In some embodiments, the matting powder has a particle size of between 1 and 15 μm, preferably between 2 and 10 μm. For colored materials, the introduction of matting agents is generally used for matting. In addition to the extinction effect, experiments show that the particle sizes of the extinction powder have certain influence on the wear resistance of the organosilicon leather surface treatment agent, and the wear resistance of the surface treatment agent prepared from the extinction powder with larger particle size is relatively better.
In some embodiments, the catalyst is a platinum catalyst, and the platinum catalyst comprises but is not limited to one of the types of chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution, chloroplatinic acid tetrahydrofuran solution, chloroplatinic acid-divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane complex, chloroplatinic acid-1, 3,5, 7-tetravinyl-1, 3,5, 7-tetramethyl-cyclotetrasiloxane, chloroplatinic acid-divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane and the like, and in a preferred embodiment, the platinum catalyst is selected from the group consisting of an isopropanol solution of chloroplatinic acid with a platinum content of 5000ppm, and the addition amount of the isopropanol solution is 0.2-1 part.
In some embodiments, the inhibitor is methylbutynol, added in an amount of 0.02-1 part, the inhibitor is added mainly to regulate the reaction rate, and the inhibitor is generally added before the catalyst, i.e. the inhibitor is added and dispersed before the catalyst is added; if the catalyst is added in advance, the partial region to which the inhibitor is added is likely to react in advance to form a lump.
In some embodiments, the hydrogen-containing silicone oil has a hydrogen content of 0.79 to 1.55mol/100g. The hydrogen-containing silicone oil is taken as a cross-linking agent, and the hydrogen-containing silicone oil with a terminal chain and the hydrogen-containing silicone oil with a side chain are generally selected to be compounded according to the requirement (the terminal chain and the side chain respectively contain Si-H bonds) so as to achieve the purposes of chain extension and cross-linking network density improvement. The added amount is matched with the added amount of vinyl silicone oil, and the ratio of silicon to hydrogen is 1-1.2.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the surface treating agent, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Sequentially adding the vinyl silicone oil, the vinyl fluorine-containing silicone oil, the polyether modified silicone oil and the wax powder according to the weight ratio, and stirring to uniformly disperse the wax powder therein;
(2) Adding the inhibitor, the extinction powder and the hydrogen-containing silicone oil, and stirring to disperse the extinction powder therein;
(3) And finally, adding the catalyst, and stirring uniformly to obtain the surface treating agent.
The surface treating agent provided by the invention can be used as an organosilicon leather surface treating agent. The method relates to the field of organosilicon leather, in particular to first half treatment for organosilicon leather preparation, which ensures that the surface of the organosilicon leather has dry and smooth and wear-resistant properties, is widely applied to the aspects of household textiles, clothing daily necessities, automobile interiors and the like, and meets the demands of people on high-quality daily necessities.
The "Dayi" mentioned in some of the raw material sources used in the examples below represents Shandong Dayi chemical Co., ltd., "Ling Wei" represents Guangzhou Rabdosia technology Co., ltd., "Ruo He" represents Ningbo Ruo He high new material technology Co., ltd., "Tianshi" represents Nanjing Tianshi new material technology Co., ltd.).
Example 1
The dry and super wear-resistant organosilicon leather surface treating agent comprises, by weight, 75 parts of vinyl silicone oil (viscosity 20000Pa & lt s, vinyl content 0.0514mol/100G, large-scale DY-V401-20000), 10 parts of vinyl fluorosilicone oil (fluorine content 30%, vinyl content 0.0143mol/100G, new chemical (Shandong) Co., ltd., product brand NFS 7300-G30), 0.5 part of polyether epoxy co-modified silicone oil (large-scale DY-ETE 301H), 1 part of wax powder (Tianshi Twax-1411), 10 parts of matting powder (Ling Wei-10, average particle size 10 μm), 0.5 part of catalyst (5000 ppm of chloroplatinic acid isopropyl alcohol solution), 0.02 part of inhibitor methylbutynol, 13 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil (containing wetting RH-3 3 parts and wetting RH-H6 parts). The preparation method comprises the following steps:

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

The silicone leather samples treated with the surface treating agents obtained in each example and comparative example were prepared as follows: the surface treating agents prepared in example 1, example 2, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 were first respectively knife-coated onto the surface of release paper, the wet film knife-coated thickness was 20 μm, cured at 120℃for 3min to give a dense treated layer, then a silicone intermediate layer 120 μm thick was knife-coated on the treated layer surface (100 parts by weight of DY-V401-5000,5000 viscosity vinyl silicone oil; 100 parts by weight of aerosil HB-630; 5 parts by weight of DY-V421-1300,1300 viscosity vinyl silicone oil; 30 parts by weight of De-2750 silicone resin; 0.02 parts by weight of the inhibitor methylbutinol; 0.16 parts by weight of a 5000ppm isopropyl chloroplatinate solution; 3 parts by weight of pigment (Gasheng (Shanghai) New material, JSTN; 8 parts by weight of RH-LHC-3 hydrogen silicone oil; 4 parts by weight of DY-H2O2 hydrogen silicone oil), and then cured at 120℃for 3min; finally, the surface of the cured treatment layer is coated with an organosilicon surface layer (100 parts by weight of DY-V401-5000 and 5000 viscosity vinyl silicone oil; 100 parts by weight of aerosil HB-630; 5 parts by weight of DY-V421-1300 and 1300 viscosity vinyl silicone oil; 30 parts by weight of Deer 2750 silicone resin; 0.02 part by weight of inhibitor methyl butynol; 0.16 part by weight of catalyst 5000ppm of chloroplatinic acid isopropyl alcohol solution; 3 parts by weight of pigment (new material of Shanghai, model JSTN; 8 parts by weight of RH-LHC-3 hydrogen silicone oil; 4 parts by weight of DY-H2O2 hydrogen silicone oil; tackifier DT-16264 1%) by weight) by scraping, and finally the substrate nonwoven fabric is attached, and then the substrate nonwoven fabric is cured at 120 ℃ in an oven, and finally the release paper is peeled off to obtain the to-be-detected organosilicon leather sample obtained by treating the surface treating agent of the above examples and comparative examples (the sample preparation method is similar to the test sample preparation method of the surface treating agent for polyurethane leather in the prior art). The performance test was performed on the samples of the organosilicon leather to be tested corresponding to example 1, example 2, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, respectively, according to the following method:

Abrasion resistance test: martindale abrasion resistance instrument.
The test was carried out according to the GB/T21196.2 standard. After the test, the wear condition of the surface was observed and the corresponding number of times was recorded.
The test results are shown in Table 1:
Products 1 and 2 in Table 1 are commercially available silicone leather products.
The other components in the formulations of the surface treatments of example 1 and example 2 were the same except that the matting powder used was of different particle sizes, the matting powder of example 1 had an average particle size of 10 microns and the matting powder of example 2 had an average particle size of 2 microns. It was found through experiments that the surface treatment agents of example 1 and example 2 were cured at a wet film blade coating thickness of the same 20 μm, and the larger the particle size, the drier the smoother the surface treatment agent was, and the drier the surface treatment agent prepared by using the 10 μm matting powder of example 1 was, after blade coating, significantly better than the drier the surface treatment agent prepared by using the matting powder of example 2 with smaller particle size.
Comparative example 1 was identical to example 1 except that the vinyl fluorosilicone oil of example 1 was not added. Comparative example 2 was identical to example 2 except that the vinyl fluorosilicone oil of example 2 was not added. The average particle size of the matting powder of comparative example 1 was 10 microns and that of example 2 was 2 microns.
It can be seen that when comparative examples 1 and 2 do not contain vinyl fluorosilicone oil, the abrasion resistance is significantly reduced compared with examples 1 and 2, and in particular, the surface treatment agent of comparative example 2 is prepared by using matting powder with smaller particle size, abrasion starts to occur after 2000 times of abrasion, and the abrasion percentage is as high as 4% after 10000 times of abrasion. Fig. 1 is a photograph of 10000 times rubbed by the surface treating agent treated organosilicon leather samples of example 1, example 2, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, commercial product 1 and commercial product 2, respectively, the abrasion resistance of example 1 and example 2 is significantly better than that of comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, and is also significantly better than that of commercial products 1 and 2.
