When the vehicle body 210 moves, the rotating roller brush 220 is driven to move, the rotating roller brush 220 cleans the surface of the plate body 100, meanwhile, the first water pump 340 conveys the filtered water in the filter tank 320 to the water storage tank 350, then the water in the water storage tank 350 is conveyed to the inside of the water spraying head 370 through the second water pump 360, the cleaning water is sprayed to the surface of the plate body 100, the wiper blade 230 is used for scraping the residual water on the surface of the cleaned plate body 100, in snow or in frost rain, the second water pump 360 conveys the water in the water storage tank 350 to the water heating tank 450 to heat the water, meanwhile, the second water pump 360 can convey the water to the inside of the steam device 440, the water heating tank 450 heats the water and conveys the hot water to the inside of the water spraying head 370, the water spraying head 370 sprays the hot water to the surface of the plate body 100, melting ice cubes remained on the surface of the plate body 100, respectively conveying hot steam to the inside of the rotating brush 420 by the steam device 440, spraying the hot steam through the rotating brush 420, conveying the steam to the inside of the steam spraying rod 430 by the steam spraying rod 430, rotating the rotating brush 420 and the steam spraying rod 430 by the folding frame 410, enabling the rotating end of the rotating brush 420 to be close to the surface of the plate body 100, enabling the output end of the steam spraying rod 430 to face the surface of the plate body 100, rotating the rotating brush 420 to rotationally clean the surface of the plate body 100, cleaning snow remained on the surface of the plate body 100, spraying the hot steam to the surface of the plate body 100 by the rotating brush 420 and the steam spraying rod 430, melting the surface of the plate body 100, thoroughly removing the snow and the ice cubes on the surface of the plate body 100 by matching with the rotating roller brush 220, thereby reducing interference of snow and ice cubes on power generation of the battery plate assembly, the power generation capacity of the panel assembly in winter is ensured.
According to the application, as shown in fig. 7, the folding frame 410 includes a first telescopic member 411 and a second frame 412, one side of the second frame 412 and an end of the first telescopic member 411 are both rotatably connected to one side of the mobile vehicle body 210, an output end of the first telescopic member 411 is rotatably connected to one side of the second frame 412, and the rotating brush 420 is rotatably connected to the other side of the second frame 412.
According to the application, as shown in fig. 7, the rotating brush 420 comprises a second motor 422 and a brush body 423, the brush body 423 is hollow, the nozzle 421 is arranged on one side of the brush body 423, the second motor 422 is fixedly connected with the second frame 412, the brush body 423 is rotationally connected with the second frame 412, the output end of the second motor 422 is fixedly connected with the brush body 423, a connecting groove 424 is formed on one side of the brush body 423, the second frame 412 is provided with a sealing groove plate 413, the sealing groove plate 413 is rotationally connected to the outer wall of the connecting groove 424, the connecting groove 424 is communicated with the nozzle 421, and the output end of the steam equipment 440 penetrates through the second frame 412 and is communicated with the connecting groove 424.
According to the application, as shown in fig. 10, the water heating tank 450 includes a tank 451, an electric heating pipe 452 and a temperature controller 453, the tank 451 is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the mobile vehicle body 210, the electric heating pipe 452 is fixedly connected inside the tank 451, the temperature controller 453 is fixedly connected with one side of the tank 451, the temperature controller 453 is electrically connected with the electric heating pipe 452, one side of the tank 451 is communicated with the output end of the second water pump 360, and the other side of the tank 451 is communicated with the water spraying head 370.
According to the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the output end of the second water pump 360 is provided with a first water pipe 361, the first water pipe 361 is provided with a second water pipe 362, the first water pipe 361 is provided with a second electromagnetic valve 363, the second water pipe 362 is provided with a third electromagnetic valve 364, one end of the first water pipe 361 is communicated with the tank 451, and one end of the second water pipe 362 is communicated with the steam device 440.
At some comparatively wide field upper portions, can set up the panel subassembly in a row, consequently when wasing the panel subassembly, can utilize cleaning equipment generally, washs the panel subassembly of another row after carrying out one row to the panel subassembly of whole row, consequently just need to remove the washing setting, and some battery cleaning equipment utilizes the manual handling, can cause the inconvenience of using, has increased staff's work burden.
According to the application, as shown in fig. 2 and 11-12, the mobile assembly 500 further comprises a mobile assembly 500, the mobile assembly 500 comprises a second rail 510, a second rail wheel 520, a mobile frame 530, a third rail 540 and a limiting piece 550, the second rail 510 is arranged on one side of the plate body 100, the second rail wheel 520 is located on the upper portion of the second rail 510 to move, the second rail wheel 520 is arranged on the lower portion of the mobile frame 530, the third rail 540 is fixedly connected on the upper portion of the mobile frame 530, the mobile vehicle body 210 is located on the upper portion of the third rail 540, the limiting piece 550 is arranged on one side of the mobile frame 530, and one side of the limiting piece 550 is adsorbed on one side of the mobile vehicle body 210.
After the cleaning of the battery plate assembly of one row is completed, the whole cleaning equipment is moved to the upper part of the third track 540 by the movement of the moving car body 210, the limiting end of the limiting piece 550 is utilized to be adsorbed on one side of the moving car body 210, the limiting piece 550 is utilized to limit the moving car body 210 on the upper part of the third track 540, at this time, the moving frame 530 realizes the movement under the matched use of the second track 510 and the second track wheel 520, the moving frame 530 drives the movement of the third track 540, the third track 540 drives the moving car body 210, thereby realizing the movement of the whole cleaning equipment, moving the third track 540 to one side of the first track 110 arranged on the other row of the board body 100, and enabling the third track 540 to be connected with the first track 110, at this time, the limiting piece 550 can push the moving car body 210 to move from the upper part of the third track 540 to the upper part of the first track 110 of the other row, so that the whole cleaning equipment is realized by pushing, the whole cleaning equipment is realized in the whole use process, the mechanization is utilized, the work burden of the cleaning equipment is reduced, and the cleaning equipment is brought to convenience.
According to the application, as shown in fig. 12, the second rail wheel 520 includes a third wheel 521 and a third motor 522, the output end of the third motor 522 is provided with a second belt wheel 523, the third wheel 521 is provided with a third belt wheel 524, the third motor 522 is fixedly connected with the moving frame 530, the third wheel 521 is disposed at the bottom of the moving frame 530, and the second belt wheel 523 is in transmission connection with the third belt wheel 524.
According to the application, as shown in fig. 11, the limiting piece 550 includes a second telescopic piece 551, an electromagnet 552 and a magnetic block 553, one side of the second telescopic piece 551 is fixedly connected with the moving frame 530, the output end of the second telescopic piece 551 is fixedly connected with one side of the electromagnet 552, the magnetic block 553 is fixedly connected with one side of the moving vehicle body 210, and one side of the electromagnet 552 is adsorbed on one side of the magnetic block 553.
It should be noted that, the first telescopic member 411 and the second telescopic member 551 are all an electric push rod, an electric cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, and a cylinder.
Other constructions and operations of a cleaning apparatus for solar panel assemblies according to embodiments of the present application are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners as well. The device embodiments described above are merely illustrative.

the circulating water assembly (300), circulating water assembly (300) includes water receiving tank (310), rose box (320), flocculating agent feed liquid spare (330), first water pump (340), storage water tank (350), second water pump (360) and sprinkler head (370), water receiving tank (310) with rose box (320) all with remove automobile body (210) one side fixed connection, water receiving tank (310) are located the bottom of one side of plate body (100), water receiving tank (310) with rose box (320) intercommunication, flocculating agent feed liquid spare (330) with remove automobile body (210) one side fixed connection, flocculating agent feed liquid spare (330) output is located water receiving tank (310) upper portion, first water pump (340), storage water tank (350) with second water pump (360) all with remove automobile body (210) upper portion fixed connection, first water pump (340) input with rose box (320) intercommunication, first water pump (340) output with mobile automobile body (210) one side fixed connection, flocculating agent feed liquid spare (330) with sprinkler head (360) one side fixed connection, water pump (360) input with second water pump (360) rotation end (220), the sprinkler head (370) is fixedly connected with the mobile car body (210).

10. The cleaning device for solar panel assemblies according to claim 1, wherein a filter screen (351) is provided inside one side of the water storage tank (350), and the output end of the first water pump (340) is communicated with the upper side of the filter screen (351).
