In the scheme, the user in the application scene of the interactive tablet refers to participants of a conference, such as staff of a company, teachers and students of a school. The device connection information can be directly processed in the background, namely, the user terminal is directly connected according to the device connection information after receiving the device connection information, and finally, only the result of being connected with a certain interactive flat panel is displayed. The device connection information can also be processed by user operation in the foreground, namely, the user terminal displays message reminding and connection reminding on the first meeting client after receiving the information, and the user confirms the connection and then performs connection action and feeds back and displays the connection result.

Computer readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of storage media for a computer include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, which can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. Computer-readable media, as defined herein, does not include transitory computer-readable media (transmission media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article or apparatus that comprises an element.

Claims (10)
1. The conference collaboration method is used for a conference management system and is characterized in that the conference management system comprises an interaction flat plate and a conference server, and the interaction flat plate is provided with an NFC module;
the conference collaboration method comprises the following steps:
the interaction panel reads user identification information carried in a user tag through the NFC module, and the user tag is carried by a user;
the interaction panel sends corresponding equipment connection information and the user identification information to the conference server;
the conference server confirms conference reservation information corresponding to the user identification information;
when the conference server confirms that the conference reservation information is associated with the interaction panel, the device connection information is sent to a first conference client installed on a user terminal according to the user identification information, so that the user terminal establishes a data channel with the interaction panel according to the device connection information, and the account information of the first conference client and the user identification information record a unique corresponding association relationship in the conference server.
2. The conference collaboration method of claim 1, wherein the interactive tablet is installed with a second conference client; after the conference server confirms the conference reservation information corresponding to the user identification information, the method further comprises the following steps:
when the conference server confirms that the conference reservation information is associated with the interactive flat plate, a conference creation instruction is sent to the interactive flat plate, wherein the conference creation instruction carries the conference reservation information;
and the interaction panel responds to the conference creation instruction, opens a second conference client, and creates a virtual conference room at the second conference client according to the conference reservation information.
3. The conference collaboration method of claim 2, wherein the conference server, upon confirming that the conference reservation information is associated with the interactive tablet, sending a conference creation instruction to the interactive tablet, comprises:
and when the interaction flat plate confirms that the conference reservation information is associated with the interaction flat plate and the user identification information is the first information received corresponding to the conference reservation information, a conference creation instruction is sent to the interaction flat plate.
4. A conference collaboration method as claimed in claim 2 or 3, further comprising:
and when the interaction panel confirms that the conference reservation information is associated with the interaction panel, a conference joining instruction is sent to a first conference client corresponding to the account information, so that the first conference client joins the virtual conference room.
5. A conference collaboration method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the interaction panel receives conference file data and/or conference control instructions through the data channel;
and the interactive flat plate responds to the conference control instruction to update a display picture or send feedback data corresponding to the conference control instruction through the data channel.
6. The conference collaboration method of claim 5, further comprising:
and the interactive flat board does not receive data through the data channel within a preset threshold duration, disconnects all connections, and clears the received conference file data.
7. The conference collaboration method of claim 5, wherein account information corresponding to the first conference client is configured with different data access rights; the meeting file data and/or meeting control instructions are generated based on the data access rights.
8. A conference collaboration method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the data channel is a socket-based data channel.
9. A terminal device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more computer programs;
the one or more computer programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the terminal device to implement, in cooperation with other terminal devices, the conference collaboration method as claimed in any one of claims 1-8.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the conference collaboration method as claimed in any one of claims 1-8.
