Description
技术领域
本发明涉及清洁组合物。具体地说,本发明涉及具有良好皮肤感觉属性和起泡特性的温和个人清洁组合物,该组合物适于同时净化和调节皮肤和/或头发,并且可以按各种形式使用,例如泡沫浴制品、淋浴产品、皮肤清洁剂、手部、面部和躯体清洁剂、香波、紧密洗涤组合物(intimate washingcompositions)等等。
发明背景
温和化妆品组合物一定得满足许多标准,包括清洁能力、起泡性质和对皮肤、头发及眼粘膜的温和性/低刺激性/良好感觉性。皮肤由数层细胞构成,它们覆盖并且保护形成其结构架框的角蛋白和胶原纤维蛋白。这些层中已知被认为是角质层的最外层由250埃的蛋白束组成,这些蛋白束被80埃厚的层所包围。头发类似地具有将被称作表皮的头发纤维包围起来的保护性外覆盖层。阴离子表面活性剂能够渗透角质层膜和表皮,并且通过脱脂作用而破坏膜的完整。这种对皮肤和头发保护膜的干扰能够导致粗糙的皮肤感觉和对眼睛的刺激,并且最终可能让表面活性剂和角质和头发蛋白相互作用,产生刺激性且丧失屏蔽和保持水份的功能。

因此对个人清洁产品存在着一种需要,该清洁产品提供使用时可接受的皮肤感觉特性,而不会使皮肤脱水或造成皮肤柔软性丧失,它将在洗涤和漂洗产品中提供一定程度的皮肤调节性能,这种性能以前仅由单独的洗后化妆增湿剂提供;并会产生稳定的并且是高质量的泡沫。该清洁产品将是有效的头发和皮肤清洁剂,它具有良好的可漂洗能力的特性,并且同时具有稳定的产品和粘度特性,而且在长期和苛刻的温度储存条件下保持完全的稳定性。
迄今人们发现通过将羧甲基化表面活性剂和硫酸盐或磺酸盐表面活性剂以及两性离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂且优选和非离子表面活性剂一起结合,可以形成无论是使用时还是使用后具有改进皮肤感觉和增湿效果属性的个人清洁组合物。这种清洁组合物能提供所需的发泡特性和良好的产品稳定性。现已发现,从温和性和起泡特性方面,羧甲基化表面活性剂与硫酸盐/磺酸盐表面活性剂的比例以及羧甲基化表面活性剂与两性离子表面活性剂的比例在个人清洁组合物中具有特定的效果。
发明概述
本发明的主题是适用于个人清洁皮肤或头发的温和、产泡、稳定的清洁产品,并且它可以用作泡沫浴和淋浴产品、皮肤清洁剂和香波等等。根据本发明,提供一种液体个人清洁组合物,包括:
(a)约1重量%-约20重量%的阴离子硫酸盐或磺酸盐表面活性剂;
(b)约0.1重量%-约10重量%的羧甲基化C8-C22烷基或链烯基单乙醇酰胺聚乙二醇醚;
(c)约0.1重量%-约10重量%的两性离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂;并且可选择地包括
(d)约0.1重量%-约20重量%的非离子表面活性剂,特别是选自乙氧基化动物和植物油和脂肪及其混合物的可溶性或可分散性非离子表面活性剂。

从最佳温和性和发泡特性的观点看,优选用于本发明的是1摩尔高级脂肪醇和约1-约12摩尔环氧乙烷反应产物的硫酸酯的盐,钠和镁是优选的平衡离子。尤其优选的是含有约2-6,优选2-4摩尔环氧化烷的烷基硫酸盐,如十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚-2硫酸钠、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚-3硫酸钠和十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚-3.6硫酸镁钠。在优选的实施方案中,硫酸化阴离子表面活性剂含有至少约50重量%,特别是至少约75重量%的乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐。
这里的组合物还可以含有约0.1重量%-约10重量%、更优选约0.5重量%-约8重量%,特别是约1重量%-约5重量%的两性离子和/或两性表面活性剂。两性离子和/或两性表面活性剂与羧甲基化阴离子表面活性剂的结合对本组合物提供良好温和属性特别有价值。羧甲基化表面活性剂与两性离子和/或两性表面活性剂的优选比为约5∶1-约1∶5的范围,优选约2∶1-约1∶2。
适合包含在本发明个人清洁组合物中的两性离子表面活性剂包括式R5R6R7N+(CH2)nCO2M(VI)的烷基甜菜碱和式(VII)的酰氨基甜菜碱其中R5为C12-C22烷基或链烯基,R6和R7分别为C1-C3烷基,M是H、碱金属、碱土金属、铵或链烷醇铵,且n、m各是1-4的数。优选的甜菜碱包括椰子(coco-)酰氨基丙基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱、月桂酰氨基丙基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱和脂肪酸酰氨烷基甜菜碱(Tego-Betain)。
适合用于此的组合物还包括两性表面活性剂。适用于本发明组合物的两性表面活性剂包括:

类型(a)合适的两性表面活性剂是商购得到的商品名为Miranol和Empigen的产品,并且应当说明的是它包含了各种复合的混合物。尽管CTFACosmetic Ingredient Dictionarv第3版中指出Miranol为非环状结构II,同时第4版指出仍是另一种结构异构体(其中R2是O-连接而不是N-连接),但传统上还是将Miranol描述为具有通式I。实际上,可能会存在环状和非环状种类的复合混合物,为了完整起见这里给出这两种定义。但是,优选用于此的是非环状种类。
类型(a)合适的两性表面活性剂的例子包括式I和/或式II的化合物,其中R1是C8H17(特别是异辛基)、C9H19和C11H23烷基。特别优选其中R1是C9H19、Z是CO2M而R2是H的化合物;其中R1是C11H23、Z是CO2M而R2是CH2CO2M的化合物;以及其中R1是C11H23、Z是CO2M而R2是H的化合物。
按CTFA命名法,适合于本发明的物质包括椰子两性羧基丙酸盐、椰子两性羧基丙酸,特别是椰子两性羧基乙酸盐和椰子两性羧基双乙酸盐(另外指椰子两性羧基甘氨酸盐)。具体商购的产品包括为以下商品名的物质:Ampholak 7TX(羧甲基牛脂聚丙基胺钠盐)、Empigen CDL60和CDR60(Albright & Wilson)、Miranol H2M Conc.Miranol C2M Conc.N.P.、MiranolC2M Conc.O.P.、Miranol C2M SF、Miranol CM Special(Rhone-Poulenc);Alkateric 2CIB(Alkaril Chemicals);Amphoterge W-2(lonza Inc.);Monateric CDX-38、Monateric CSH-32(Mona industries);Rewoteric AM-2C(Rewo Chemical Group);和Schercotic MS-2(Scher Chemicals)。
应当说明许多可商购的该类型的两性表面活性剂都是以和诸如氢氧化物平衡离子或者和阴离子硫酸盐或磺酸盐表面活性剂的电中性复合体形式制造和出售,特别是硫酸化C8-C18醇、C8-C18乙氧化醇或C8-C18酰基甘油酯类型的那些形式。但从温和性和产品稳定性的观点出发,优选是基本上不含有(非乙氧化)硫酸化醇表面活性剂的组合物。还应注意两性表面活性剂浓度和重量比是基于非复合形式表面活性剂,任何阴离子表面活性剂平衡离子都作为整个阴离子表面活性剂成分含量的一部分来考虑。
类型(b)的两生表面活性剂的优选例子包括Berol Nobel出售的商品名为Ampholak X07和Ampholak 7CX的N-烷基聚环丙烷聚-、羧甲基胺,还有其盐,特别是三乙醇铵盐,以及N-月桂基-β-氨基丙酸和N-月桂基-亚氨基-二丙酸。这种原料由Henkel以商品名Deriphat和由Rhone-Poulenc以商品名Mirataine出售。
本发明组合物优选还含有约0.1重量%-约20重量%,优选约1重量%-约15重量%,更优选约2重量%-约10重量%的非离子表面活性剂,特别是油衍生非离子表面活性剂或油衍生非离子表面活性剂的混合物。油衍生非离子表面活性剂对本发明组合物很有价值,无论在使用时还是在使用后都能提供皮肤感觉益处。用于此的合适的油衍生非离子表面活性剂包括水溶性植物和动物衍生软化剂,如插入有聚乙二醇链的甘油三酯、乙氧化甘油单酯和甘油二酯。一种用于此的优选的油衍生非离子表面活性剂具有通式(VIII)其中n为约5-约300,优选约20-约250,更优选约30-约200,并且其中的R包括具有平均为约5-20,优选约7-18个碳原子的脂族基团。
该类合适的乙氧化油和脂肪,包括以下物质的的聚乙二醇衍生物:椰子甘油酯、己酸甘油酯、辛酸甘油酯、牛脂甘油酯、棕榈酸甘油酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、月桂酸甘油酯、油酸甘油酯、蓖麻油酸甘油酯和从甘油三酯衍生的甘油脂肪酸酯,如棕榈油、杏仁油和玉米油,优选牛脂甘油酯和椰子甘油酯。
可以按以下商品名得到该类合适的油衍生非离子表面活性剂:CrodaInc.(美国纽约)的Crovol系列原料,如Crovol EP40(PEG20夜樱甘油酯)、Crovol EP70(PEG60夜樱甘油酯)、Crovol A-40(PEG20杏仁甘油酯)、Crovol A-70(PEG60杏仁甘油酯)、Crovol M-40(PEG20玉米甘油酯)、Crovol M-70(PEG60玉米甘油酯)、Crovol PK-40(PEG12棕榈仁甘油酯)和Crovol PK-70(PEG45棕榈仁甘油酯)及其Solan系列的原料,如Solan E、E50和X聚乙氧化羊毛脂和可从Westbrook Lanolin得到的AqualoseL-20(PEG24羊毛脂醇)和Aqualose W15(PEG15羊毛脂醇)。可商购到的该类合适的表面活性剂还有Sherex Chemical Co.(美国俄亥俄都柏林)的Varonic LI系列表面活性剂。它们例如包括Varonic LI48(聚乙二醇(n=80)牛脂甘油酯,或者称作PEG80牛脂甘油酯)、Varonic LI2(PEG28牛脂甘油酯)、Varonic LI420(PEG200牛脂甘油酯)和Varonic LI63和67(PEG30和PEG80椰子酸甘油酯)。其它适用的油衍生软化剂是玉米油、鳄梨油和巴巴苏油的PEG衍生物,还有Sofrigen767(PEG(6)辛/癸酸甘油酯)。
适合用于此的还有从提取自牛油树(Butyrospermum Karkii Kotschy)果实的复合植物脂肪及其衍生物衍生得到的非离子表面活性剂。这种称为牛油树脂的植物脂肪广泛用于中非,用来制作肥皂或作为护肤膏的各种用途,由Sederma(法国,78610 Le Perray En Yvelines)销售。尤其适合的是可从Karlshamn Chemical Co.(美国俄亥俄,Columbos)得到的Lipex系列牛油树脂的乙氧化衍生物,如Lipex 102E-75和Lipex 102E-3(牛油树脂的乙氧化甘油单酯、甘油二酯)。相似地,可以将芒果、椰子和印度赤铁树脂的乙氧化衍生物用于本发明组合物中。虽然它们分类为乙氧化非离子表面活性剂,但应当说明的是某些部分可以仍为非乙氧化植物油或脂肪。
其它适合的油衍生非离子表面活性剂包括杏仁油、花生油、米糠油、麦胚油、亚麻籽油、西蒙得木油、杏仁油、核桃油、棕榈核油、阿月浑子果实的油、芝麻籽油、菜籽油、杜松油、玉米油、桃仁油、罂粟籽油、松子油、蓖麻油、大豆油、鳄梨油、红花油、椰子油、榛子油、橄榄油、葡萄籽油和葵花籽油的乙氧化衍生物。
从最佳温和性和皮肤感觉特性的观点出发,最优选用于此的油衍生非离子表面活性剂是Lipex 102-3(RTM)(牛油树脂的PEG-3乙氧化衍生物)和Softigen 767(RTM)(PEG-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯)。
其它适用于本发明组合物的非离子表面活性剂包括C12-C14脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺和二乙醇酰胺、蔗糖聚酯表面活性剂和具有通式(IX)的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂
根据式(IX),优选的N-烷基、N-烷氧基或N-芳氧基、多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂是其中R8是包括直链和支链烷基和链烯基的C5-C31烃基优选C9-C17烃基或其混合物,而R9一般是C1-C8烷基或羟烷基优选甲基或者是式-R1-O-R2其中R1是包括直链、支链和环状(包括芳基)的C2-C8烃基优选C2-C4链烯基、R2是包括芳基和氧烃基的C1-C8直链、支链和环状烃基优选C1-C4烷基特别是甲基或苯基。Z2是具有线性烃基链的多羟基部分,至少有2(甘油醛时的情况)或至少有3个羟基(其它还原糖时的情况)直接连接到链上,或者是它的烷氧基化衍生物(优选乙氧基化或丙氧基化)。Z2优选将衍生自还原性胺化反应中的还原糖,Z2首选是糖基(glycityl)部分。适宜的还原糖包括葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、半乳糖、甘露糖和木糖以及甘油醛。作为原料,也可以利用高右旋糖浆、高果糖浆、高麦芽糖浆以及上面列举的各个糖。这些糖浆可以产生用于Z2的混合糖成分。应当说明决没有企图排除其它适宜的原料。Z2优选将选自-CH2-(CHOH)n-CH2OH、-CH(CH2OH)-(CHOH)n-1-CH2H、CH2(CHOH)2(CHOR′)CHOH)-CH2OH,其中n是1-5的整数,包括1、5在内,R′是H或环状单糖或多糖及其烷氧化衍生物。注意首选其中n是4的糖基(glycityl)尤其是-CH2-(CHOH)4-CH2OH。
首选的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺具有式R8(CO)N(CH3)CH2(CHOH)4CH2OH的结构,其中R8是C7-C17直链烷基或链烯基。
在上式的化合物中,R8-CO-N<可以是如椰子酰胺、硬脂酰胺、油酰胺、月桂酰胺、肉豆蔻酰胺、癸酰胺、棕榈酰胺、牛脂酰胺等等。
制造上述具有式(IX)化合物的优选的方法包括将脂肪酸甘油三酯和N-取代多羟基胺在基本上没有低级(C1-C4)醇的溶剂但优选具有烷氧化醇或烷氧化烷基酚如NEODOL情况下,于约50℃-约140℃温度下使用醇盐催化剂进行反应,得到高得率(90-98%)的所需产物。
本发明组合物中还可以包括皮肤调节用阳离子聚合物。阳离子聚合物对本发明组合物很具价值,它用来提供皮肤感觉属性,并且在疏水性改良纤维醚部分的存在下用来改进流变性和使用特性。聚合皮肤调节剂优选以约0.01重量%-3重量%的含量存在,优选约0.04重量%-2重量%,特别是约0.05重量%-1重量%。
适宜的聚合物是大分子量的原料(例如通过光散射测定的质量平均分子量一般为约2,000-约5,000,000,优选约5,000-约3,000,000更优选100,000-约1,000,000)。
聚合物具有代表性的种类包括阳离子多糖、从丙烯酸和/或甲基丙烯酸衍生的阳离子均聚物和共聚物;阳离子纤维素树脂、氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵以及丙烯酰胺和或丙烯酸的阳离子共聚物;氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵的阳离子均聚物;阳离子聚亚烷基和乙氧基聚亚烷基亚胺;季铵化硅氧烷;及其混合物。
作为举例,适用于此的阳离子聚合物包括阳离子瓜耳胶,如可商购的商品名为Jaguar C-14-S(RTM)和Jaguar C-17(RTM)还有Jaguar C-16(RTM)的羟丙基三甲基铵瓜耳胶(d.s.为0.11-0.22),以及可商购的商品名为Ucare Polymer JR-30M,JR-400,Catanal(RTM)和Celquat的季铵纤维素醚。阳离子瓜耳胶除了上面种类的阳离子基团外,还包括含有羟丙基取代基(d.s为0.8-1.1)。其它合适的阳离子聚合物是可商购的商品名为Merquat100的氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵的均聚物,可商购的商品名为Merquat 550和Merquat S的二甲基氨基乙基甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺的共聚物、氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵和丙烯酰胺的共聚物,商品名为Merquat 3300的丙烯酸/氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵/丙烯酰胺共聚物,可商购的商品名为Gafquat的季铵化乙烯基吡咯烷酮丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯的氨基醇共聚物,例如Polyquaternium 11,23和28(乙烯基吡咯烷酮和二甲基氨基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯的季铵化共聚物-Gafquat 755N和HS-100),商品名为Luviquat HM552、Polyquaternium 2的乙烯基吡咯烷酮/甲氯化乙烯基咪唑鎓共聚物,和例如聚乙烯亚胶和乙氧化的聚乙烯亚胺的聚烷烯亚胺。
本组合物还可以包括非离子或阴离子聚合增稠成分,特别是具有分子量大于约20,000的水溶性聚合物质。“水溶性聚合物”是指以1%浓度在25℃水中会形成基本上澄清溶液的物质,且该物质能增加水的粘度。可以合意地作为本组合物中附加增稠成分使用的水溶性聚合物的例子是羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、聚乙烯基醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮K-20,例如从D & O Chemicals商购Dextran纯化crude Grade 2P的葡聚糖、羧甲基纤维素、如金合欢、加贴和黄耆的植物渗出物、海藻提取物如海藻酸钠、丙二醇海藻酸酯和角叉酸钠。优选作为本组合物附加增稠剂的是天然多糖物质。这种原料的例子有瓜耳胶、刺槐豆胶和黄原胶。适合于此的还优选具有分子量为约700,000的羟乙基纤维素。
附加聚合增稠剂包括由B.F Goodrich Company出售的商标为Carbopol树脂的丙烯酸/丙烯酸乙酯共聚物和羧乙烯基共聚物。这些树脂主要由用0.75%-2.00%交联剂如聚烯丙基蔗糖或聚烯丙基季戊四醇交联的丙烯酸胶态水溶性聚链烯基聚醚交联聚合物。实例包括Carbopol 934,Carbopol 940,Carbopol 950,Carbopol 980,Carbopol 951和Carbopol 981。Carbopol 934是丙烯酸和约1%每个蔗糖分子具有平均约5.8烯丙基的蔗糖聚烯丙醚交联的水溶性聚合物。适用于此的还有具有两亲性质的丙烯酸疏水改性交联聚合物,其商品名为Carbopol 1382,Carbopol 1342和Pemulen TR-1(CFTA命名:丙烯酸酯/10-30丙烯酸烷基酯交联聚合物)。聚链烯基聚醚交联丙烯酸聚合物和疏水改良交联丙烯酸聚合物的结合体也适用于此。
如果本发明组合物中存在聚合增稠成分,则其含量为0.01重量%-3.0重量%,优选0.01重量%-1.0重量%。
适用于此的附加增稠剂还包括具有约16-约22碳原子且最多7个乙烯氧基单元的脂肪酸的乙二醇或聚乙二醇酯,优选乙二醇硬脂酸酯,既有一硬脂酸酯又有二硬脂酸酯,但尤其是含有约7%以下一硬脂酸酯的二硬脂酸酯,具有约16-约22碳原子优选约16-18碳原子的脂肪酸的链烷醇酰胺,例如硬脂一乙醇酰胺、硬脂二乙醇酰胺、硬脂一异丙醇酰胺和硬脂一乙醇酰胺,烷基(C16-C22)二甲基胺氧化物例如硬脂酰二甲基胺氧化物和诸如硫酸镁及氯化钠盐的电解质。
最终组合物的粘度(Brookfield DCP,Spindle S41,1 rpm,26.7℃,净相)优选至少约200cps,更优选约400-10,000cps,特别是约500-约4,000cps,更好是约500-2,000cps。
清洁组合物中可以选择性地包括其它可溶于清洁组合物基质的头发或皮肤增湿剂。这种增湿剂优选的含量为约0.5重量%-约20重量%。在优选的实施方案中,增湿剂选自发现天然存在皮肤角质层中的主要氨基酸的化合物、水溶性非多羟基非闭合物(non-occlusive)及其混合物。
较优选的非闭合增湿剂的一些实例是聚丁烯、角鲨烷、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、乳酸、L-脯氨酸、胍、吡咯烷酮、水解蛋白质和其它胶原衍生蛋白、芦荟(aloe vera)凝胶、乙酰胺MEA和LMEA及其混合物。
根据本发明,组合物中还可以包括遮光剂或珠光剂。这种物质的含量可以是约0.01重量%-约5重量%,优选约0.2重量%-约1.3重量%。适合包含在本组合物中的遮光剂是可从Morton International商购的商品名为Lytron 621 & 631(RTM)的聚苯乙烯分散体。
适合包含在本发明组合物中的附加遮光剂/珠光剂包括:二氧化钛,TiO2;EUPERLAN 810(RTM);TEGO-PEARL(RTM);长链(C16-C22)酰基衍生物如具有约16-约22碳原子且最多7个乙烯氧基单元的脂肪酸的乙二醇或聚乙二醇酯;具有约16-约22碳原子优选约16-18碳原子的脂肪酸的链烷醇酰胺,例如硬脂一乙醇酰胺、硬脂二乙醇酰胺、硬脂一异丙醇酰胺和硬脂一乙醇酰胺,烷基(C16-C22)二甲基胺氧化物例如硬脂酰二甲基胺氧化物。
在优选的组合物中,遮光剂/珠光剂以晶体形式存在。在最优选的组合中,遮光剂/珠光剂是具有约0.05微米-约0.45微米优选约0.17微米-约0.3微米颗粒粒径的粒状聚苯乙烯分散体,从提供最佳流变性和剪切稀化效用的观点出发,这种分散体是优选的。最优选苯乙烯PVP共聚物和Lyton631(RTM)。
可以将许多附加的可选原料按每种约0.1重量%-约2重量%的量添加到该清洁组合物中。这些原料包括蛋白质和多肽及其衍生物;水溶性或可溶性防腐剂如DMDM Hydantoin、Germall、羟基苯甲酸的甲基、乙基、丙基和丁基酯、EDTA、Euxyl(RTM)K400、天然防腐剂如苄醇、山梨酸钾和红没药醇;苯甲酸钠和2-苯氧基乙醇;其它增湿剂例如透明质酸、几丁质和淀粉接枝聚丙烯酸钠如可从Celanese Superabsorbent Materials,Portsmith,VA,USA得到的并描述于USA-A-4,076,663的Sanwet(RTM)IM-1000,IM-1500和IM-2500;溶剂;抗菌剂如Oxeco(苯氧基异丙醇)和Triclosan;低温相改性剂如铵离子源(如NH4CH);粘度控制剂如硫酸镁和其它电解质;着色剂;TiO2和TiO2涂敷云母;香料和香料加溶剂;沸石如Valfour BV400和其衍生物以及Ca2+/Mg2+螯合剂,例如聚羧酸酯、氨基聚羧酸酯、聚膦酸酯、氨基膦酸酯等等。还优选水以约30重量%-约94.99重量%,优选约40重量%-约90重量%,更优选至少60重量%的含量存在于组合物中。
组合物的PH优选为约4-约10,更优选约6-约9,特别是约5-约6。

在用NaOH或者别的碱混合物中和之前,首先在Tri-blender(RTM)中或通过持续搅拌将水溶性或胶态水溶性聚合流变改良剂分散至25℃水中,并且水合,由此制得组合物I-VI 在实施例II、IV和VI中,可将混合物加热至50℃以增强分散效果。下一步添加表面活性剂和其它皮肤保护剂以及剩余的水溶性、油不溶性成分。最后添加其余的水、防腐剂、遮光剂和香料。
该产品提供卓越的使用性和功效性,包括温和性、皮肤调节性、皮肤增湿性、良好的发泡特性、稳定性、清洁性和漂洗能力。
Claims (17)
1.一种个人清洁组合物,包括
(a)约1重量%-约20重量%的阴离子硫酸盐或磺酸盐表面活性剂;
(b)约0.1重量%-约10重量%的羧甲基化C8-C22烷基或链烯基单乙醇酰胺聚乙二醇醚;
(c)约0.1重量%-约10重量%的两性离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂;并且可选择地包括
(d)约0.1重量%-约20重量%的可溶性或可分散的非离子表面活性剂,其选自乙氧化动物和植物油和脂肪及其混合物。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中组合物具有的粘度(Brookfield DCP,Spindle S41,1 rpm,26.7℃,净相)在500-2,000cps的范围。
4.根据权利要求1-3的任一组合物,包括约2重量%-约16重量%优选约3%-约12%的油衍生非离子表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4的任一组合物,其中羧甲基化阴离子以组合物的约0.5重量%-约8重量%优选1重量%-5重量%的量存在。

8.根据权利要求1-7的组合物,包括阴离子和两性离子和/或两性表面活性剂及可溶性或可分散性非离子表面活性剂的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1-8的组合物,包括约1重量%-约20重量%优选约2重量%-约15重量%的阴离子硫酸盐或磺酸盐。
10.根据权利要求1-9的组合物,其中阴离子硫酸盐或磺酸盐表面活性剂选自乙氧化烷基硫酸盐、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、酰基羟乙磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸酯盐、α-磺化脂肪酸、它们的盐和/或其酯、及其混合物。
11.根据权利要求1-10的任一组合物,其中阴离子硫酸盐或磺酸盐包括乙氧化C8-C22烷基硫酸盐。

14.根据权利要求1-13的任一组合物,其中所有阴离子表面活性剂:两性离子和/或两性表面活性剂的重量比为约1∶2-约6∶1。
15.根据权利要求1-14的任一组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子和/或两性表面活性剂一共占组合物重量约8重量%-约35重量%,优选约10重量%-30重量%。
16.根据权利要求1-15的任一组合物,另外包括0.01%-3%优选约0.04%-约2%更优选0.05%-1%的阳离子或非离子聚合皮肤或头发调节剂,调节剂选自阳离子和非离子多糖、从丙烯酸和/或甲基丙烯酸衍生的阳离子和非离子均聚物和共聚物;阳离子和非离子纤维素树脂、氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵和丙烯酸的阳离子共聚物;氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵的阳离子均聚物;阳离子聚亚烷基和乙氧基聚亚烷基亚胺;季铵化硅氧烷;及其混合物。
17.根据权利要求1-16的任一组合物,另外包括选自甘油、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、山梨醇、甲基葡萄糖的聚乙二醇和聚丙二醇醚、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、乳酸、L-脯氨酸及其混合物。
