Abstract
本发明提供一种一小时能制作8000个以上填充包装容器,且完全不会在容器之间的密封部形成液体滞留的超高速且为高性能的填充包装装置。该装置是一种制造在形成为管形的包装材料卷材内填充入可流动的内装物的包装容器的填充包装装置,并且具有将填充有可流动性内装物的包装材料卷材按与一个容器相当的间隔沿横向方向进行密封的横向密封装置,及切断在横向密封装置下方的呈悬吊状态的容器的密封部而切断出一个个的容器的切断装置。
Description
本发明涉及可以超高速的制造填充有液汁等等的可流动性内装物的呈矩形体形状的包装容器的填充包装装置,以及这种装置所使用的切断装置。
目前已知的填充包装装置,大多具有辊筒状支撑着包装材料卷材的复绕机,由复绕机依次卷绕卷材的卷绕装置,对卷绕的卷材杀菌后成型为管形的管形成型装置,向成型为管形的卷材内填充可流动性内装物的供液管,将内装物填充管体向下方传递大约一个容器的长度并沿横向方向密封、切断以连续的形成枕筒形容器的容器成型装置,以及折曲切离开的枕筒形容器的端部、整形成作为最终形态的矩形体容器的容器整形装置 (可参见日本专利公开第193206/83号公报、日本专利公开第93010/86号公报)。
上述的原有的填充包装装置中的容器成型装置,具有可交替的上下运动的两对横向密封钳口,该横向密封钳口具有沿横向方向密封、切断成型为管形的包装材料卷材的加压机构,而且如图1所示,加压机构具有熔融包装材料卷材1的树脂的、一般称为电感线圈2的加热机构,快速的冷却熔融的树脂用的诸如制冷剂管路3等等的冷却机构,以及具有可对沿横向密封了的包装容器的密封部进行正确的切断以形成一个个的切离开的容器的切断刀具4的切断机构。在使用这种横向密封钳口成型容器时,可以连续的一体化的实施加热、冷却、切断各个工序,因而它是一种可以非常简单的调整、控制加热、冷却、切断各个工序之间的时基时间的良好的成型方法。
然而,这种填充包装装置的每单位时间的制造能力取决于具有加热、冷却、切断机构的横向密封钳口在加压工序中的运行速度,而横向密封钳口的加压工序相对于一个容器大约需要0.6秒。也就是说,原有的可以实现的每小时的最大制造能力,为每小时时间(3600秒)除以0.6秒/个的切断时获得的商,即6000个。而且可以将具有这种能力的装置用作为高速填充包装装置,也是目前已知的。
在上述的加压工序中,大体上说加热占0.28秒,冷却占0.15~0.17秒,切断占0.15~0.17秒,(总计为0.6秒)。这些加热、冷却、切断所需要的时间是它们的最低极限时间,如举例来说就是,如果加热时间短于0.28秒,则作为包装材料卷材的叠层材料的树脂将不能充分熔融,从而使密封不充分,而当冷却时间短于0.15~0.17秒,则熔融的树脂会在未完全固化的状态下被切断,也会使密封不充分,而且在切断刀具上附着有熔融的树脂后,会对以后的切断工序产生不利的影响。而且,用切断刀具进行机械切断的最低时间为0.15~0.17秒,所以也不可能缩短上述时间。
由这些角度看,大幅度的跨越每小时6000个的制造能力,即开发出具有每小时制造8000个以上的制造能力的超高速的填充包装装置是不可能的。
而且,上述的原有横向密封钳口如图1所示,在密封钳口的一个上设置有位于橡胶制的密封压合部5之间的切削刀具4用收装部6,在另一个上设置有在切断时位于电感线圈2之间的切断刀具的接受部7,所以在进行加热密封时,在加热密封部之间的位置处会形成有由该切断刀具的收装部6和接受部7构成的沟槽,而且在这一沟槽中不可避免的会形成液汁等等的可流动性内装物的滞留(液体滞留)部8。因此在实施切断时,液汁等等的液体会附着在刀具上,液汁等等的酸性附着液会使刀具生锈,而锈斑会使刀具刃不齐,从而往往会制作出切断不整齐的包装壳体。而且,由切断面流出的液体会弄脏机械,填充液体的酸性等等又会使机械部分产生生锈等等的问题,从而还对机械部分所使用的材质的方面产生了种种限制。
不仅如此,在切断时滞留的液体会附着在容器的切断部分处,而使附着部分产生霉斑,消费者往往认为它们发生了问题。而且,在填充有着色剂的场合,液体会浸透切断面,而使商品图案变得非常难看,因此在切断面是用与填充物同样的颜色印刷的时候,甚至会使其难以辨认。
如上所述,这种填充包装装置的切断部滞留有液体,是对包装制品的质量产生影响的一个大问题。为了能防止在密封部分的中央部形成制品残留部,目前已经有了一种残留制品除去装置,它配置在形成有以可自由进退的方式设置的切断器和收装该切断器的前端的沟槽的横向密封钳口中,并且预留有当切断器位于前进位置时切断包装材料、位于后退位置时可以用切断器的前端挤压包装材料的位置,从而不会形成残留物(日本专利公开第24938/95号公报),并且还已有了一种密封装置,它除了位于横向密封钳口的上下两侧的加热机构外,还设置有位于收装切断器前端的沟槽的上下边缘处的第三个加热机构,从而可以用原有的加热部分和该第三加热部分将密封时产生的残留物封住(日本专利公开第164524/95号公报)。然而,这些装置依然存在有由切断器的收装部和接受部形成的沟槽,所以不能完全地防止液体滞留的形成。
这类填充包装装置是用于在严格的微生物学的管理条件下进行无菌填充容器包的制造的。而且,当更换内装物时和在每日作业结束时需要进行充分的清洗,从而限制了装置的运行时间,因而从近年来工作时间的缩短和应提高工作效率、运行效率的角度看,也希望能够开发出一种速度更高且性能更好的填充包装装置。
本发明就是要提供一种具有一小时制作8000个包以上填充包装容器的制作能力的、而且完全不会在容器之间的密封部形成液体滞留的超高速且为高性能的填充包装装置,这种能力按如上所述的方式原先是不可能获得的。
本发明人以开发出可以大幅度地提高原有的每小时制造6000个包的制造能力的、具有如上所述的原先是不可能的每小时制作8000个包以上的制作能力的超高速、高性能的填充包装装置为目标,对原有的横向密封钳口进行了各种改进、试验和分析。然后抛弃了原有的这种装置的横向密封机构的固有概念,对各种可能性进行了深入的研究,发现在将原有的横向密封装置中的加压机构中的加热、冷却机构与切断机构相分离时,可以缩短原有的加压工序中的切断工序所需要的时间0.15~0.17秒,即由加热、冷却工序构成的加压工序仅需要0.43~0.45秒(经换算,每小时为8000个包以上),进而分析在这样的加热、冷却机构与切断机构相分离时,究竟是否能够在悬吊状态、即在吊下的状态下,对将要被切断的容器的密封部实施高速而正确的切断。根据这一新的思路,在对具有与横向密封装置的加压机构中的加热、冷却机构相分离的切断机构的各种制包用填充包装装置进行的试验、分析的过程中,意外的获得了可以在高速而准确的切断呈悬吊状态的容器的密封部、进而可以一个个的切断开容器的本发明的切断装置,在对其效果加以确认后,完成了本发明。
即本发明涉及到一种填充包装装置,它是一种制造在形成为管形的包装材料卷材内填充入可流动的内装物的包装容器用的填充包装装置,并且具有将填充有可流动性内装物的包装材料卷材按与一个容器相当的间隔沿横向方向进行密封的横向密封装置,以及切断在横向密封装置下方的呈悬吊状态的容器的密封部而切断出一个个分离的容器的切断装置。
本发明的填充包装装置的特征在于具有一个横向密封装置,后者具有切断装置和改进后的横向密封钳口,而这种填充包装装置对于其他的机构,比如说包装卷材的传递机构、包装材料卷材的杀菌机构、将板形卷材成型为管形的纵向密封机构、成型后的包装体用的输出机构等等,并没有什么特殊的限定,采用目前已知的各种机构,便可以充分地发挥出本发明的超高速的填充包装装置的所需要的性能。

下面参考附图说明本发明的填充包装装置,但本发明并不仅局限于由这些附图所描述的内容。
正如图2所示,本发明的填充包装装置主要包括辊筒状支撑着包装材料卷材1的复绕机,由复绕机依次卷绕卷材的卷绕装置,对卷绕的卷材杀菌后成型为管形的管形成型装置,向成型为管形的卷材内填充可流动性内装物的供液管9,将内装物填充管体向下方传递大约一个容器的长度并连续的形成沿横向方向密封的枕筒形容器10的横向密封装置20,切断设置在横向密封装置下方的呈悬吊状态的枕筒形容器的密封部以将容器一个个的切开的切断装置30,以及折曲切离开的枕筒形容器的端部、将其整形成作为最终形态的矩形体容器11的容器整形装置。
横向密封装置20除了横向密封钳口21之外,具有如前述的日本专利公开第193206/83号公报和日本专利公开第93010/86号公报中所公开的结构和构成,而且具有如图3所示的可自由开闭的两对横向密封钳口21(在图2中有一对并没有示出)。横向密封钳口21用设置在,比如说填充包装装置上的若干组凸轮等等的转动,而成对的同时向相反方向以一定的周期开闭、升降。这也就是说,一对横向密封钳口在其上升时彼此分开,一边夹持住管形容器、对管形容器加压一边下降,而另一对横向密封钳口跨过这一对钳口上升,并在下降时夹持住管形容器、对管形容器加压,从而实施横向方向的密封。反复进行横向密封钳口的这种动作,便可以连续的形成呈匝紧状态的枕筒形容器。
正如图4所示,一对横向密封钳口21具有与容器的密封部大体等长的加压面22,而且在其一个上设置有加热包装树脂用的电感线圈23和冷却管路24,在其另一个上设置有与电感线圈的宽度大体相等的橡胶材料制造的密封压合部25,而不具有如图1所示的原有的密封钳口中的由切断刀具收装部6和切断刀具接受部7构成的沟槽。因此,在横向密封时完全不会产生填充液的滞留现象。
在本实施例中,横向密封钳口可以采用上述的种种构成形式,而不仅局限于某种特定的构成方式,只是它仅具有密封包装材料卷材用的组件,而不具有切断用的组件,从而便不会产生液体滞留现象,这是不言而喻的。
下面参考图5至图13对切断装置进行说明。
在切断装置30的基部设置有与图中未示出的主轴同轴轴向支撑的切断器升降凸轮和切断器开闭凸轮,在位于切断器升降凸轮和切断器开闭凸轮上部处设置有摇动杠杆,并将凸轮随动机构给出的切断器升降凸轮和切断器开闭凸轮的驱动力传递到各个杠杆处。在各杠杆的一端,分别以可上下自由移动的方式安装有如图5所示的切断器升降垂直杆31和切断器开关垂直杆32,并且通过转动切断器升降凸轮和切断器开闭凸轮、摇动杠杆,使切断器升降垂直杆31和切断器开关垂直杆32可以按一定的周期同时沿垂直方向上下移动。
而且,也可以不采用上述的凸轮机构,而是通过利用油压汽缸等等给出的流体压力的机构,使切断器升降垂直杆31和切断器开关垂直杆32按一定的周期沿垂直方向上下移动。
在切断器升降垂直杆31的另一端,安装在以轴33为支点摇动的摇动机架34的下端部处,而在摇动机架34的前端部安装有切断组件40。通过切断器升降垂直杆31的上下移动,可以使摇动机架34和安装在其上的切断组件40以轴33为支点产生摇动。
切断器开关垂直杆32的另一端安装在L形杠杆35的一端处,所以通过切断器开关垂直杆32的上下移动,可以使L形杠杆35的另一端以轴36为中心转动,并使连接在L形杠杆35的另一端处的切断器开关杆37前后移动。切断器开关杆37的另一端与设置在切断组件40上的略呈直角三角形的带环板41的一个直角角部相连接。
正如图6和图7所示,切断组件40包括有具有平行设置的切断刀具42的切断器夹持部件43、切断器收装部件44、切断器接受部件45、带环板41和带环板支持部件46、端挡部件47,以及连接这些部件的两根杆48。
上述的两根杆48由与切断器夹持部件43和切断器收装部件44连通连接的小直径部分,以及与切断器接受部件45、带环板支持部件46和端挡部件47连通连接的大直径部分构成。由该杆的小直径部分连通连接的切断器收装部件44不能向大直径部分滑动,而可以向切断器夹持部件43一方自由滑动,但在除切断以外的时间里,用弹簧49向切断器接受部件45一方施加弹性力的方式将其固定在大直径部分处。杆的小直径部分与切断器夹持部件43贯通连接,并且固装在切断器夹持部件43上。而且,大直径部分可以在切断器接受部件45和带环板支持部件46上自由滑动,其端部贯通在端挡部件47处,并固定在端挡部件47上。
在带环板支持部件46的上表面处,以可自由转动的方式配置有带环板41。如前所述,切断器开关杆37的另一端与设置在切断组件40上的略呈直角三角形的带环板41的一个直角角部相连接。带环板41的该直角角部之外的两个角部分别以可自由转动方式安装有连杆50、51,且连杆50的另一端连接在端挡部件47处,连杆51的另一端连接在切断器接受部件45处。而且带环板41的转动轴52设置在带环板41的除直角角部之外的两个角部之间的大体中间的部位处,从而当切断器开关杆37前后移动时,带环板41可以以转动轴52为中心在带环板支持部件46上转动。
当切断器开关杆37向后移动(沿如图5所示的从右向左的方向)时,带环板41反时针方向转动,而且通过带环板41的这一转动,连杆50将推压端挡部件47,连杆51将推压切断器接受部件45。当连杆50推压端挡部件47时,由于带环板支持部件46牢固的固定在摇动机架34上,所以端挡部件47将向左侧方向(图5中所示的方向,下同)移动。随着端挡部件47的移动,固定在端挡部件47上的杆48也将通过设置在带环板支持部件46上的连通孔滑动,而向左侧方向移动,进而使固定在杆的小直径部分端部处的切断器夹持部件43,和利用弹簧向左侧方向施加的弹性力而固定在大直径部分处的切断器收装部件44也向左侧移动。
当连杆51推压切断器接受部件45时,切断器接受部件45将向右侧方向一边滑动一边移动,从而与向左侧方向移动的切断器收装部件44一起起到切断密封的作用,并夹持住形成在容器与容器之间的密封部。
而且当带环板41沿反时针方向转动时,连杆50向左侧方向推压端挡部件47,连杆51向右侧方向推压切断器接受部件45,从而使切断器接受部件45和切断器收装部件44相互压合,切断器收装部件44抑制弹簧49的弹性力,使杆的小直径部分向右侧方向滑动,通过使固定在切断器夹持部件43上的切断刀具42,由设置在切断器收装部件44处的贯通孔中突出,并一直前进到设置在切断器接受部件45处的接受切断器前端的沟槽中的方式,切断容器之间的密封部。
当切断器开关杆37改变行进方向为向前的方向时,带环板41顺时针方向转动,该带环板41的转动将通过连杆50和连杆51,使端挡部件47和切断器接受部件45彼此靠近,按与上述的切断工序相反的过程,使切断器接受部件45和切断器收装部件44彼此离开,使切断刀具42后退。通过交替的进行切断器开关杆37的前进、后退,便可以一次次的切断呈上述悬吊状态的容器的密封部。
如前所述,带环板支持部件46固定在与切断器升降垂直杆31相连接的摇动机架34上,所以通过切断器升降垂直杆31的上下移动,将与摇动机架34一起使切断组件40产生自身摇动。而且,切断组件40的沿上下方向的摇动,与前述的横向密封钳口21在下止点附近的上下移动相同步。通过协调的调整由切断组件40实施的切断和切断组件40的沿上下方向的摇动,便可以在通过摇动的方式使切断组件40到达所需的切断点附近时,实施密封部的切断。
下面参考图8,说明横向密封钳口21和切断组件40用的切断、摇动的驱动时基时间的一种运行方式。对于这一实施形式,横向密封钳口21与切断组件40一起下降,即由时间点t1起,横向密封钳口21和切断组件40沿上下方向的距离为等间隔,在时间点t2处,切断组件40的下降暂时滞后,即切断组件40以直到下降至横向密封钳口21的下止点处的下降动作略微延迟的方式向下方向移动,从而略微的缩短横向密封钳口21和切断组件40之间沿上下方向的距离,并调节为在该时间点t2之后进行切断。然后,保持切断后的这一缩短了的距离直到下止点t0处。
对于这种实施形式的场合,正如图9所示,构成横向密封钳口的切断器接受部件45和切断器收装部件44在彼此接近密封部的时候,切断器钳口的下降速度被调整的比横向密封钳口的下降速度略微滞后,从而使切断器钳口可起到向密封部导向的作用,一边引导至密封部一边相对的上升,当容器的密封部与锥形部的边界相接触时确定出切断部的位置,从而可以在所需要的切断点进行正确的切断。对于这一实施形式,枕筒形容器的锥形部12形成的角度q可以多少大一些,即使不用容器的锥形部12进行导向,也可以在所需要的切断点进行正确的切断。
下面参考图10说明横向密封钳口21和切断组件40用的切断、摇动的驱动时基时间曲线的另一种形式。对于这一实施形式,由在横向密封钳口21与切断组件40一起下降的时间点,即时间点t1起,横向密封钳口21和切断组件40沿上下方向的距离为等间隔,切断组件40下降至横向密封钳口21的下支点处时仍保持同步的下降动作向下方向移动,然后保持这一距离直到下止点t0处,故可以进行调节以在由时间点t1至时间点t0之间的任意所需要的时间点进行切断。
对于这一实施形式,其精度比图8所示的实施形式的切断位置精度略差一点,所以如图11所示,容器的锥形部12所形成的角度q要比前述的容器成型装置中的多少小一点,以通过使容器的锥形部12起到切断钳口的导向作用的方式,来确定切断部的位置,从而在密封部的所需要的切断点处进行正确的切断。在高速成型时由于振动等等的原因,会使呈悬吊状态的容器多少有些前后左右的摇动,即使是在这种场合,也可以如图12所示,通过使容器的锥形部12起到对切断钳口的导向作用的方式,而确定出切断部位的位置,进而可以在所需要的密封部切断点处进行正确的切断。而且,即使对于由于填充量为一公升等等的比较大的填充物的重量,而使容器自身沿纵向方向多少有些变形的场合,由于可以通过使容器的锥形部12起到对切断钳口的导向作用的方式,所以也可以校正变形而在所需要的密封部切断点处进行正确的切断。
正如图13所示,在带环板支持部件46的两端还可以整体设置有导辊安装板53,在该导辊安装板53的上端部处设置有一对容器导辊54。如果配置了这种的导辊54,便可以在切断时大体垂直的夹持住位于横向密封钳口21和切断组件40之间位置处的容器,从而稳定呈悬吊状态的密封部,以提高切断精度。
而且在上述实施例中,给出了利用摇动而使切断组件40上下运动的实施方式,但是也可以采用利用凸轮机构或使用流体压力的机构,使切断组件40在大体保持为水平状态的条件下上下运动的实施方式。
如果采用本发明的填充包装装置,便可以每小时制作出8000包以上个填充包装容器,这在原先是不可能的,而且完全不会在容器之间的密封部滞留有液体,从而不会产生在切断面上附着有液汁的现象。
而且,在本发明的填充包装装置中,仅使用了一组切断装置,故和原有的设置有若干组切断装置的填充包装装置相比,其构造简单,由于不会对切断装置产生影响,所以可以在最小的空间内实施切断,从而可以使填充包装装置小型化。
而且如果采用本发明,还可以利用枕筒形容器的锥形部部分的导向作用,而提高切断时的位置精度,从而可以在容器的密封部的中间进行正确的切断。
Claims (11)
1.一种填充包装装置,它是一种制造在形成为管形的包装材料卷材内填充入可流动的内装物的包装容器的填充包装装置,具有将填充有可流动性内装物的包装材料卷材按与一个容器相当的间隔沿横向方向进行密封的横向密封装置,以及切断在横向密封装置下方的呈悬吊状态的容器的密封部而切断出一个个的容器的切断装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的填充包装装置,其特征在于所述的横向密封装置具有可交替上下运动的两对横向密封钳口。
3.如权利要求2所述的填充包装装置,其特征在于所述的横向密封钳口具有密封包装材料卷材用的组件,而不具有切断用的组件。
4.如权利要求1、权利要求2或权利要求3所述的填充包装装置,其特征在于所述的切断装置具有可上下运动的、并在沿上下方向移动时夹持住并切断容器的密封部的切断组件。
5.如权利要求4所述的填充包装装置,其特征在于所述的切断组件的上下运动是以摇动方式实施的。
6.如权利要求1至5中任何一个权利要求所述的填充包装装置,其特征在于所述的切断组件在到达横向密封钳口的下止点处时以下降动作略微滞后的方式向下侧方向移动。
7.如权利要求1至5中任何一个权利要求所述的填充包装装置,其特征在于所述的切断组件在到达横向密封钳口的下止点处时以同步下降的方式向下侧方向移动。
8.如权利要求1至7中任何一个权利要求所述的填充包装装置,其特征在于切断组件的上下运动和切断组件的切断机构是利用凸轮机构或使用流体压力的机构实施驱动的。
9.一种切断装置,它用在制造在形成为管形的包装材料卷材内填充入可流动的内装物的包装容器的填充包装装置中,并且具有可通过摇动方式上下运动、在向下方向移动时夹持住并切断位于横向密封装置下方的呈悬吊状态的容器的密封部而切断出一个个的容器的切断组件。
10.一种填充包装容器的制造方法,其特征在于包括下述的步骤,向一种形成为管形的包装材料卷材内填充入可流动的内装物,将填充有可流动性内装物的包装材料卷材按与一个容器相当的间隔沿横向方向进行密封,然后用切断钳口作为导向部件确定切断部分的位置,切断呈悬吊状态的容器密封部分,而切断出一个个的容器。
11.一种填充包装容器的制造方法,其特征在于包括下述的步骤,向一种形成为管形的包装材料卷材内填充入可流动的内装物,将填充有可流动性内装物的包装材料卷材按与一个容器相当的间隔沿横向方向进行密封,然后用容器的锥形部作为导向部件以确定切断部分的位置,切断呈悬吊状态的容器密封部分,而切断出一个个的容器。
