Description

Aerosol-generating products and preparation methods and electronic atomization devices

Technical field

The present invention relates to the technical field of electronic atomization, and in particular to an aerosol-generating product, a preparation method thereof, and an electronic atomization device.

Background technique

At present, the mainstream heating technologies in the heat-not-burn product market include resistance heating and electromagnetic heating. The above heating methods mainly transfer heat from the outside to the inside based on thermal conduction, convection and radiation. Temperature gradients inevitably exist in the matrix of aerosol-generating products, so The heated substrate is uneven, resulting in localized overheating of the substrate. Therefore, traditional heating methods have problems such as low heating efficiency, high energy consumption, and poor heating uniformity, resulting in insufficient aerosol release and poor consistency in aerosol-generating products, affecting consumers' smoking experience.

As a kind of electromagnetic wave, microwave can be used for both information transmission and heating. Microwave also has important applications in drying, extraction, sterilization, etc. For example, industrial products represented by microwave ovens are superior to other conventional heating methods in terms of heating efficiency, energy consumption and safety. The use of microwaves for heating aerosol-generating products has the advantages of high heating efficiency, low energy consumption, and uniform heating. However, when microwaves are used to heat aerosol-generating products, there are still problems such as poor microwave heating stability and poor taste when inhaled.

Microwaves with specific microwave frequencies can produce thermal effects through the heated object. This is mainly because the polar molecules in the heated object couple with microwaves, resulting in displacement polarization and ion polarization, resulting in microwave dissipation, which converts microwave energy into thermal energy. Raise the temperature of the heated object. The quantitative factor is that any heated object has a dielectric constant and dielectric loss, and high-dielectric materials can absorb microwaves well and dissipate microwaves to a certain extent to achieve heating. In this embodiment, adding the above-mentioned dielectric material whose dielectric constant does not change with temperature changes into the aerosol-generating product slows down the change rate of the dielectric constant of the aerosol-generating product during the microwave heating process, which can promote the stability of microwave heating. , improve the consistency of sensory quality. In addition, compared with other dielectric materials, the addition of the above-mentioned dielectric materials will not affect the smoking taste of the aerosol-generating product.

In addition, any component of the above dielectric materials has dielectric properties. Adjusting the proportion of each component can adjust the dielectric constant of the aerosol-generated product, thereby having a more beneficial coupling performance with microwave heating, in terms of heating effect and sensory quality. Have good performance on.
