技术领域
本发明属于润滑剂技术领域,具体是一种磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂。
背景技术
为提高金属材料加工工艺的效率,改善产品质量,减少工具磨损,降低摩擦阻力,节省动力能源等,要选用适当的润滑剂。除特殊情况下使用少量固体润滑剂外,大都使用液体润滑剂,根据形态把金属加工油剂分为油基型和水基型两大类。油基型润滑剂是以矿物油、合成烃、动植物油或它们的混合物为基础油加入各种添加剂形成的。油基型润滑剂有良好的润滑效果,但冷却效果稍差,还存在易燃和污染环境的缺点。
现有技术用于磁性材质工件磨削加工的油性产品,存在磨削加工工件表面光滑度不达标,且磁性材料工件有防锈时间不长,工序件有生锈现场的问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂,本发明通过添加剂的复配使其达到抗摩擦润滑的效果,且对磁性材质的防锈性能优越,保证一定的防锈周期满足现场磁性材质金属工件的工席件防锈要求;本发明的摩擦润滑性能达到现场磨削加工表面光滑度要求,反映座擦润滑和极压润滑性能的四球机试验结果Pd和Pd值都优于竞品,且具有优越的对磁性材质的防锈性能保证其防锈时间,不会出现工序间的生锈问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:一种磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂,所述加工用油基润滑剂包括如下质量份的组分:基础油70~90%;极压硫、磷、氯添加剂10~20%;其他润滑酯3~10%;其它添加剂1~7%。
优选地,所述加工用油基润滑剂包括如下质量份的组分:基础油70~80%;极压硫、磷、氯添加剂10~15%;其他润滑酯5~10%;其它添加剂1~5%。
进一步地,所述基础油为聚乙二醇、磷酸酯、硅油和植物油中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述极压硫添加剂为硫化烯烃、硫化油、多硫化合物、二硫化二苄和黄原酸中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述极压磷添加剂为四甲基碘化磷、烷基亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯和酸性磷酸酯中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述极压氯添加剂为氯化铁、四氯化碳、氯化脂肪酸和氯化石蜡中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述其它润滑酯为石墨烃基润滑脂和锂基润滑脂中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述其它添加剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、抗磨剂和乳化剂中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了一种磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先加入基础油到调和釜;
(2)开始搅挫升温到50士5C,停止加热;
(3)依次加入添加剂搅拌30min到均匀即可。
采用上述结构本发明取得的有益效果如下:(1)本发明通过添加剂的复配使其达到抗摩擦润滑的效果,且对磁性材质的防锈性能优越,保证一定的防锈周期满足现场磁性材质金属工件的工席件防锈要求;(2)本发明的摩擦润滑性能达到现场磨削加工表面光滑度要求,反映座擦润滑和极压润滑性能的四球机试验结果Pd和Pd值都优于竞品;(3)本发明具有优越的对磁性材质的防锈性能保证其防锈时间,不会出现工序间的生锈问题。

实验例1
将用实施例3制备成的磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂(油基型)和竞品进行外观和物理性能测试,将实施例1~3制成的磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂(油基型)和竞品进行Pb值测试比较。
结果如表1和图1所示,实施例3制成的润滑剂呈现淡黄色透明液体的状态,竞品为深褐色液体状态,实施例3制成的润滑剂其它性能优于竞品。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂,其特征在于,所述基础油为聚乙二醇、磷酸酯、硅油和植物油中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂,其特征在于,所述极压硫添加剂为硫化烯烃、硫化油、多硫化合物、二硫化二苄和黄原酸中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂,其特征在于,所述极压磷添加剂为四甲基碘化磷、烷基亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯和酸性磷酸酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂,其特征在于,所述极压氯添加剂为氯化铁、四氯化碳、氯化脂肪酸和氯化石蜡中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂,其特征在于,所述其它润滑酯为石墨烃基润滑脂和锂基润滑脂中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂,其特征在于,所述其它添加剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、抗磨剂和乳化剂中的一种或多种。
9.一种根据权利要求8所述的磁性材料磨削加工用油基润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先加入基础油到调和釜;
(2)开始搅挫升温到50士5C,停止加热;
(3)依次加入添加剂搅拌30min到均匀即可。
