Correspondingly, a dressing bag 206 is adhered to the supporting air bag 205, wherein some medicines for assisting cervical vertebra treatment of a patient can be placed in the dressing bag 206, and some self-heating or self-cooling articles (such as propylene glycol, other hydrogel materials and the like) can be placed in the dressing bag to be matched with the auxiliary material bag, so that the treatment effect of the neck of the patient is improved; in this embodiment, the detachable structure is adopted between the auxiliary material bag and the supporting pad body, so that the auxiliary material bag is convenient to replace and adjust according to the physical conditions of different patients, the use of different patients is met, and the practicability of the device is improved.
The application method of the invention comprises the following steps: after preparation work is finished, the neck front half support and the neck rear half support can be enclosed on the neck of a patient through the primary-secondary magic tape, and then the adhesion position of the primary-secondary magic tape is adjusted according to the enclosing degree of the lower jaw part and the neck of the patient (the lengths of the primary-secondary magic tape in the device are all set to be long enough), so that the neck support is kept at proper fastening force; then the position of the lower jaw support can be selectively adjusted, specifically, the rotation of the height adjusting knob can be adjusted, the opening and closing of the upper jaw support and the lower jaw support of the front half-support of the neck can be controlled through the force generated by the meshing of the adjusting gear sleeved on the fixed shaft and the gear strip, so that the height adjustment of the upper jaw support and the lower jaw support of the front half-support of the neck can be realized, when the height is adjusted to a certain height, the clamping teeth on the height adjusting knob are adjusted to be fixed on the clamping groove on the inner side of the cover plate, the height is fixed, the height adjustment of the upper jaw support and the lower jaw support of the front half-support of the neck can be realized, the problem that the individual difference between the lower jaw part and the top part is large can be solved, and the application range is wider; finally, in order to make the neck brace laminate patient's neck more, can carry out the operation of aerifing in to the supporting pad body, specifically, the manual gassing gasbag of filling is pressed in the extrusion, will get into the supporting gasbag through advancing the gas in the gassing gasbag of filling through advancing into the inflation pipe, can be filled by gas gradually in the supporting gasbag to laminate different patient's neck more.
It should be noted that: the invention has simple structure and convenient operation, and can control the opening and closing of the upper and lower jaw supports of the front half-support of the neck by utilizing the force generated by the meshing of the adjusting gear sleeved on the fixed shaft and the gear strip by utilizing the rotation of the height adjusting knob, thereby realizing the height adjustment of the upper and lower jaw supports of the front half-support of the neck; meanwhile, the device is also suitable for patients with different neck lengths to realize the traction of the necks of different patients, and improves the comfort and the effectiveness of the use of the patients; the arrangement of the fence through holes and the hollowed-out ventilation holes can facilitate ventilation and perspiration of the neck, so that the occurrence of skin diseases and pressure sores caused by internal ventilation is avoided, and the wearing comfort of patients is improved; in addition, the support air bag placed at the position corresponding to the front bulge can realize the characteristic of inflation and deflation, and the support air bag in the filling state can be well attached to the physiological structure curve of the neck of the patient and lift the head of the patient, so that traction treatment on the patient is realized, and the comfort of the patient can be improved.

Claims (10)
1. An inflatable cervical traction fixing device comprises a front neck half-support which can be attached to the front part of a neck and a rear neck half-support which can be attached to the rear part of the neck; the neck front half support and the neck rear half support are arranged in a split mode, wherein buckles are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the neck front half support and the left side and the right side of the neck rear half support, and correspondingly, primary-secondary magic tapes are arranged on the buckles, and the neck front half support and the neck rear half support are connected into a whole through the primary-secondary magic tapes to form a ring shape capable of wrapping the whole neck;
correspondingly, a mandibular support is arranged at the top of the cervical front half support, and sliding guard plates are respectively arranged at two sides of the mandibular support; the mandibular rest is connected with the sliding guard plate through a rotating shaft;

Correspondingly, a cover plate with a knob hole is further arranged on the neck front half support, the shape of the cover plate is matched with that of the neck front half support, and the height adjusting knob, the arc-shaped strip and the sliding shaft are all located in a reserved gap between the cover plate and the neck front half support.
2. The inflatable cervical traction fixation device of claim 1, wherein the height adjustment knob has a pentagonal structure and an anti-slip strip is installed on an outer surface thereof.
3. The inflatable cervical traction fixation device of claim 1, wherein a mandibular bumper pad is further provided on the mandibular tray.

The inflatable cervical traction fixation device according to claim 1, wherein the height adjusting knob is rotated to control force generated by engagement of an adjusting gear sleeved on the fixed shaft and the adjusting gear, so as to move the mandibular rest and the sliding guard plate, thereby adjusting the height thereof.
5. The inflatable cervical traction fixation device of claim 1, wherein the perimeter of the posterior cervical brace is of a bilateral hump-like occipital plate configuration and the bilateral occipital plate of the posterior cervical brace extends in width.
6. The inflatable cervical traction fixation device of claim 1, wherein the middle position of the posterior cervical half-support is provided with a front protrusion.
7. The inflatable cervical traction fixation device of claim 5, wherein the anterior protuberance is generally fence-like elliptical and a plurality of fence through holes are provided on the anterior protuberance.
8. The inflatable cervical traction fixation device of claim 1, wherein the posterior cervical support is further provided with a plurality of irregularly hollowed-out ventilation holes.
9. The inflatable cervical traction fixation device of claim 1, wherein a cervical back support cushion is further provided on the cervical back support.
10. The inflatable cervical traction fixation device of claim 1, wherein the cervical rear support cushion is further provided with an inflatable support device;
the inflatable supporting device comprises a manual inflatable and deflatable air bag, an inflatable catheter and a supporting air bag, and the supporting air bag is arranged at a position corresponding to the front bulge;
correspondingly, a dressing bag is also stuck on the supporting air bag.
