Technical field

The present invention relates to the field of medical devices, and in particular to a vascular anastomosis component.

Background technique

Vascular anastomosis surgery is used to anastomose the ends of two blood vessels. During the joining process, a pair of anastomotic rings are used to fix the ends of the two blood vessels respectively. When the pair of anastomotic rings are anastomosed, the ends of the two blood vessels are tightly pressed and the skin wound is sutured. Generally, the anastomotic rings are not removed, so that foreign matter always exists at the vascular anastomosis. Especially when the vascular anastomosis is close to the epidermis, there is a greater risk. In addition, with the current design of anastomotic rings, if the anastomotic rings are to be removed, the anastomotic rings need to be destroyed, which can easily damage the blood vessels. The existing technology has also tried to improve the removal method of the anastomotic ring to avoid damaging the blood vessels during the removal process, but there are still problems of complex structure or inconvenient operation.

As mentioned above, the existing technology attempts to improve the disassembly method of the anastomotic ring 10 to avoid damaging blood vessels during the disassembly process. However, the structure of the anastomotic ring 10 is complex, and the installation and removal of the anastomotic ring 10 are inconvenient. The vascular anastomosis component of the embodiment of the present invention facilitates the removal of the anastomotic ring 10 from the blood vessel after the end of the blood vessel has grown and healed, and the anastomotic ring 10 has a simple structure.

The structure and working principle of the vascular anastomosis component according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below based on Figures 1-5. As shown in Figure 1, the vascular anastomosis assembly of the embodiment of the present invention is composed of a pair of anastomotic rings 10, a pair of fixators 20 and a spreader 30. The pair of anastomotic rings 10 are used to hang two sections of blood vessels respectively. The ends of the two blood vessels are clamped and fixed. A pair of fixators 20 are used to fix a pair of anastomotic rings 10 to maintain them in the desired installation posture. The spreaders 30 are used to spread the anastomotic rings 10. The opening 12 facilitates passage of blood vessels through the opening 12 .

The anastomotic ring 10 in the embodiment of the present invention is designed with an opening 12 to facilitate blood vessels to pass through the opening 12. The structure of a pair of anastomotic rings 10 can be the same or different, as long as each anastomotic ring 10 has an anastomotic structure on the mating side. and circumferential opening 12. In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 2, the anastomotic ring 10 is mainly composed of a ring body 11. The ring body 11 has a mating side that mates with another anastomotic ring 10, and a non-mating side opposite to the mating side. The ring body 11 A pin 15 and a socket 16 are provided on the mating side, and a pin 15 and a socket 16 are also provided on the mating side of the other anastomosis ring 10. The pins 15 and the socket 16 of a pair of anastomosis rings 10 are along the ring body. 11 are circumferentially arranged and corresponding to each other, so that the pins 15 and the sockets 16 of a pair of anastomotic rings 10 can be inserted into each other, so that a pair of anastomotic rings 10 can be firmly assembled with each other.

The ring body 11 extends in the circumferential direction around the center line to form a ring. It is proposed that the extending direction along the center line is the axial direction, and the extending direction along the ring body 11 is the circumferential direction.

In one embodiment, the ring body 11 is stepped in the axial direction to facilitate installation with the retainer 20. Specifically, the ring body 11 is formed into a base ring 111 and a mating ring 112 in the axial direction. The mating ring 112 is located on the mating side. , the base ring 111 is located on the non-fitting side, and the outer diameter of the fitting ring 112 is smaller than the outer diameter of the base ring 111, thereby forming an annular step on the outer diameter of the ring body 11, and the fixed part of the retainer 20 described below can be engaged in this annular step. on the steps.

In one embodiment, the base ring 111 is formed with a pair of grooves 13 on the mating side. Each groove 13 forms a vertical wall 131 close to the center of the base ring 111. The provision of the grooves 13 is equivalent to forming a shaft on the base ring 111. The thinned portion 132 in the direction, the vertical wall 131 and the thinned portion 132 are all used to engage with the fixing portion of the retainer 20 described below.

In one embodiment, the ring body 11 is formed with an opening 12 along the circumferential direction, so that the ring body 11 is in a non-closed shape. The opening 12 is used for blood vessels to pass through. For example, the circumferential gap size of the opening 12 may be larger than the diameter of the blood vessel. The thickness of the double-layer tube wall can also be determined by the elasticity of the ring body 11, and the user can open the opening 12 with bare hands or tools, thereby ensuring that the gap in the opened opening 12 is greater than the double-layer wall thickness of the blood vessel.

Since the ring body 11 is formed with an opening 12 , during the installation of the anastomotic ring 10 , it is easy for the openings 12 of a pair of anastomotic rings 10 to completely or partially overlap in the circumferential direction. In this case, the ends of the two blood vessels are in the opening 12 There is no contact with the ring bodies 11 of the pair of anastomotic rings 10, and the ends of the two blood vessels at the opening 12 are not compressed, resulting in poor local growth and healing of the blood vessel ends. In order to solve this problem, the present invention designs a fixator 20, through which the anastomotic ring 10 can be fixed and the circumferential position of the anastomotic ring 10 remains unchanged, as shown in Figure 3, thereby placing a pair of anastomotic rings 10 in The openings 12 are installed together in a staggered state so that the ends of the two blood vessels at each opening 12 abut against at least one annular body 11 , thus avoiding the above problems to a large extent.

The vascular anastomosis assembly of the embodiment of the present invention includes a pair of fixators 20, respectively used to fix a pair of anastomotic rings 10. Each fixator 20 is formed with a fixing part, and the fixation part cooperates with the ring body 11 of the anastomotic ring 10 to achieve anastomosis. Ring 10 circumferential limiter. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4 , each holder 20 is U-shaped as a whole, including a pair of fixed arms 22 and a connecting arm 21 connected to the roots of the pair of fixed arms 22 . Inside each fixed arm 22 All are provided with fixed parts. Specifically, the fixing part is composed of a fixing platform 221 and a fixing groove 222. The fixing groove 222 is recessed on the fixed arm 22, and the protruding structures on both sides of the recess constitute the fixing platform 221, into which the thinned part 132 of the ring body 11 can be inserted. In the fixing groove 222, the fixing platform 221 clamps and limits the anastomotic ring 10 in the axial direction.

In one embodiment, a pair of fixing platforms 221 are formed to extend in parallel on opposite sides of each other, so that the fixing platforms 221 form flat surfaces on opposite sides of each other, which are used to cooperate with the vertical wall 131 of the ring body 11. Since the vertical wall 131 of the ring body 11 abuts against the surface of the fixing platform 221, the rotation displacement of the ring body 11 in the circumferential direction is limited, thereby positioning the circumferential angle of the opening 12. Using the fixture 20 of this structure, the thinned portion 132 of the ring body 11 is inserted into the fixing groove 222 from the U-shaped opening of the fixture 20. It can be understood that the insertion direction of the thinned portion 132 of the ring body 11 into the fixing groove 222 can be selected into two, so that two angles of the opening 12 of the ring body 11 can be limited, which is more convenient to use.

When using the spreader 30 to expand the gap in the opening 12, the contact plates 34 of the spreader 30 can be inserted into the opening 12, and the pair of contact plates 34 can be operated to move away from each other, thereby expanding the distance between the two ends of the opening 12. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5 , the spreader 30 includes a pair of bodies and a touch plate 34 disposed at the distal end of the body. Each body includes a front portion 32 and a handle 31 . The front portion 32 is used to provide a touch panel. The plates 34 are separated to provide sufficient force arms, and the handle 31 is used for the user to hold and operate conveniently. A pin 33 is provided between the front part 32 and the handle 31 to pivotally connect the pair of bodies.

When the spreader 30 expands the gap between the opening 12 and the contact plate 34 and the opening 12 end, the contact plate 34 and the opening 12 end are prone to slipping. It is necessary to provide a mutually positioned matching structure between the contact plate 34 and the opening 12 end. In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 2 and 5, a recessed hole 14 is formed at the opening 12 end of the ring body 11, and protruding posts 341 are provided on the sides of the contact plates 34 away from each other. The protruding posts 341 can be embedded in the recessed hole 14 to avoid contact. The plate 34 has slipped away from the opening 12 end.

According to the blood vessel anastomosis component according to the embodiment of the present invention, the blood vessel end anastomosis is performed specifically through the following steps:

S1, fix the two blood vessel ends with a pair of anastomotic rings 10 respectively. Specifically, the blood vessel is passed through the anastomotic ring 10 in the axial direction, and the end of the blood vessel is everted, so that the insertion needle 15 passes through the everted part of the end of the blood vessel to hang the blood vessel.

S2, insert a pair of anastomotic rings 10 into the fixator 20 . Specifically, according to the needs of use, different angular positions of the thinned portion 132 of the anastomotic ring 10 and the opening 12 are designed and manufactured, so that after the fixator 20 is inserted, different angular positions of the opening 12 can be obtained.

S3, align the pair of fixators 20 with each other, insert the pins 15 and the insertion holes 16 of the pair of anastomotic rings 10 into each other, so as to clamp the everted parts of the two blood vessel ends between the pair of ring bodies 11. In this state, the positions of the openings 12 of the pair of ring bodies 11 are staggered, ensuring that the everted parts of the two blood vessel ends can be basically pressed and fitted in the entire circumference. In one embodiment, the two openings 12 are offset from each other by 180 degrees. The farther the distance between the two openings 12, the smaller the impact on the tight fit of the everted area.

S4, after a period of time, the ends of the two blood vessels grow and heal each other.

S5, after the ends of the two blood vessels grow and heal with each other, the pair of anastomotic rings 10 are split, and each anastomotic ring 10 is taken out from the blood vessel through the opening 12, thereby completing the entire blood vessel suturing operation.
