After the well-flushing operation is completed, the pressure of the oil jacket in the well is 0, the well-flushing pipeline and the well-flushing pipeline connector can be disassembled, and after the well-flushing pipeline connector is disassembled, the switch jacket 2 and the valve plate 4 automatically move back to the original state. In the process that the traveling block drives the elevator to lift the tool, the fluke 10 is separated from the inner supporting cylinder 11, so that the locking state of the tool is released, and the tool can be conveniently lifted out of the well.
The tool has a simple structure, and is an in-well safety control tool capable of rapidly and effectively closing an in-well operation pipe column and preventing overflow from surging. When the overflow in the well is found, the tool can be quickly placed in the working string in the well, so that the anchoring of the tool in the working string in the well is realized. The circulating channel is large, and the circulating channel is quick to open and convenient to close. The device can effectively reduce fire accidents and environmental pollution accidents caused by sudden gushing of the oil and gas well due to the defects of the conventional in-well blowout preventer, reduces the waste and loss of petroleum resources, eliminates the risk of safety production, and has remarkable use effect and application value.
On the basis of the first embodiment, the present invention also has the following embodiments:
one preferred embodiment is: the blowout prevention valve is further provided with a valve seat 3, the valve seat 3 is in threaded connection with the lower part of the well washing and killing joint 1, the switch sleeve 2 is arranged in the upper inner cavity of the valve seat 3, and the outer diameter of the valve plate 4 is larger than the upper inner cavity of the valve seat 3 and smaller than the lower inner cavity of the valve seat 3; two rotating shafts are machined on one side of the valve plate 4 and are arranged in a shaft hole machined on one side of the valve seat 3, spring rings of the torsion spring 6 are respectively arranged outside the two rotating shafts on one side of the valve plate 4, connecting rods between the two spring rings of the torsion spring 6 are propped against the lower end face of the valve plate 4, and the valve plate 4 can be freely turned in the inner cavity of the lower portion of the valve seat 3. Under the condition that no external force is pressed down, the valve plate 4 is always in a closed state, when the switch sleeve 2 presses down the valve plate 4, the valve plate 4 can be freely turned down by 90 degrees in the lower inner cavity of the valve seat 3, and when the switch sleeve 2 leaves the valve plate 4, the valve plate 4 is automatically turned up and blocked in the lower inner cavity of the valve seat 3 under the action of the torsion spring 6.
One preferred embodiment is: the valve plate 4 is a circular plate with the outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the switch sleeve 2, and a pressing groove corresponding to the lower end surface of the switch sleeve 2 is arranged on the upper end surface; the plate body at the top of the valve plate 4 is provided with a chamfer and the upper part and the lower part of the outer wall of the plate body below the chamfer are large and small, and a piston mounting hole is arranged in the plate body of the valve plate 4 and is provided with a balance piston 5. The top of the outer wall of the plate body of the valve plate 4 is provided with a chamfer, and the plate body below the chamfer is a cone, so that dirt can be prevented from remaining between the valve plate 4 and the valve seat 3, and the valve plate 4 can be opened and closed more smoothly.
One preferred embodiment is: the body of the balance piston 5 is in an inverted T shape, the outer diameter of the lower part of the body of the balance piston 5 is larger than the outer diameter of the upper part of the body of the balance piston, the balance piston 5 upwards passes through the piston mounting hole from a spring fixed in the piston mounting hole, and the lower part of the body of the balance piston 5 is blocked outside the piston mounting hole; the upper end of the spring is fixed at the top of the piston mounting hole, and the lower end of the spring is fixedly connected with the lower body of the balance piston 5; the upper end surface of the balance piston 5 after the spring is fixed in the piston mounting hole is 5mm-10mm higher than the upper end surface of the valve plate 4, the balance piston 5 can prevent well fluid from passing through the piston mounting hole in a free state, and when the balance piston 5 is pressed down, the well fluid is allowed to pass through the balance piston; the outside of the piston mounting hole is formed in the valve plate 4 with a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the switch sleeve 2 and larger than the inner diameter of the pressing groove in the upper end surface of the valve plate 4. When the switch sleeve 2 descends, the lower end face of the switch sleeve can be just pressed on the pressing groove and the balance piston 5, the balance piston 5 can descend, a little liquid can pass through the switch sleeve, the upper pressure and the lower pressure of the valve plate 4 are balanced, and the smooth opening of the valve plate 4 is facilitated.
One preferred embodiment is: the inner wall of the well washing and killing connector 1 is provided with a sealing groove, sealing grease is filled in the sealing groove, and a grease containing vertical groove is arranged in the upper body wall of the switch sleeve 2; the well washing and killing connector 1 is in clearance fit with the switch sleeve 2, and teflon coatings are arranged on the outer surfaces of the switch sleeve 2, the valve seat 3 and the valve plate 4; the lower part of the well-flushing joint 1 is connected with a lower connector 7 and is in threaded connection with an anchor fluke 10 through the lower connector 7, the upper body of an external thread section at the lower part of the lower connector 7 is conical, the conical body above the external thread section at the lower part of the lower connector 7 is matched with an elevator, and the outer diameter of the conical body at the lower part of the lower connector 7 is larger than the inner diameter of the elevator; the outer diameter of the circulation passage opening mechanism is larger than the outer diameters of the anchoring mechanism and the sealing mechanism. The vertical groove of the grease containing in the upper body wall of the switch sleeve 2 can enable the sealing grease in the sealing groove in the well washing and killing joint 1 to enter the switch sleeve 2, so that the sliding between the switch sleeve 2 and the well washing and killing joint 1 is smooth. The teflon coating coated on the outer surfaces of the switch sleeve 2, the valve seat 3 and the valve plate 4 can effectively prevent the corrosion of corrosive media contained in well fluid and effectively prevent the accumulation, precipitation and adhesion of dirt, so that the service life of the tool can be prolonged.
One preferred embodiment is: the upper part of the fluke 10 is a fluke joint 8, an inner thread and a limiting table are arranged in an inner cavity of the upper part of the fluke joint 8, and the inner thread in the inner cavity of the upper part of the fluke joint 8 can be in threaded connection with the lower connector 7; the fluke joint 8 and the fluke 10 can be integrally manufactured or manufactured separately, and the fluke joint 8 and the fluke 10 are welded during the separate manufacturing; the upper portion of the anchor claw 10 is provided with a pin hole and can be filled with a sliding pin 9, the lower portion of the anchor claw 10 is at least provided with three claw pieces, the outer walls of the lower portions of all claw pieces are provided with coarse threads, the inner wall of the lower portion of the anchor claw 10 is matched with the outer wall of the lower portion of the inner supporting cylinder 11, and the coarse threads of the outer wall of the lower portion can be meshed with the inner threads of the coupling of the well operation pipe column. One preferred embodiment is: an upper adjusting ring 13, a lower adjusting ring 16 and a lower joint 17 of the sealing mechanism are also arranged in the sealing mechanism, and two ends of the central tube 15 are respectively in threaded connection with the upper joint 12 of the sealing mechanism and the lower joint 17 of the sealing mechanism; the upper adjusting ring 13 is connected between the upper joint 12 of the sealing mechanism and the upper joint of the sealing rubber cylinder 14, the lower adjusting ring 16 is connected between the lower joint of the sealing rubber cylinder 14 and the lower joint 17 of the sealing mechanism, and the lower part of the lower joint 17 of the sealing mechanism is provided with standby external threads.

The application method of the blowout prevention tool for the operation pipe column in the well is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
A. when overflow is found in the well in the operation construction, immediately lowering the underground operation pipe column, sitting the underground operation pipe column on the wellhead turntable, picking the lifting ring, lifting the travelling block according to the well control requirement, braking and alarming;
B. moving a blowout prevention tool of an operation pipe column in the well to a wellhead turntable, lowering a travelling block according to well control requirements, holding an elevator at the position of a lower connector 7, and closing the elevator;
C. a travelling block is lowered, and an in-well operation pipe column blowout prevention tool is inserted into the in-well operation pipe column and descends by self weight;
D. after the fluke 10 is contacted with the internal thread of the coupling in the working string in the well, the travelling block is lifted, a throttle valve in the throttle manifold is opened, and the wellhead blowout preventer is closed, so that a well closing procedure is completed;
in the above process, during the process of lifting the travelling block by the driller, the fluke 10 and the inner support cylinder 11 generate relative displacement, and the fluke 10 is propped up to be clamped with the inner thread in the coupling of the working string in the well and generates anchoring force; at the same time, the programmer may open a throttle valve in the throttle manifold and the secondary driller may close the blowout preventer at the wellhead and walk to the side of the skid to make a blowout preventer closed gesture. The pressure in the well acts on the sealing rubber cylinder 14 through the pressure transmission hole of the central pipe 15, the sealing rubber cylinder 14 expands to finish the setting of the tool, and the annulus between the working string in the well and the tool is sealed. The programmer can then close the throttle valve in the choke manifold and observe the casing pressure, and after the casing pressure stabilizes, the shut-in procedure is completed.
E. The well-flushing pipeline is connected with a well-flushing joint 1 through a well-flushing pipeline joint, a valve plate 4 is opened through a switch sleeve 2 in the process of moving down the well-flushing pipeline joint, and a well-flushing circulation channel is established;
in the process, the lower end part of the well washing and killing pipeline joint is pressed down to enable the switch sleeve 2 to descend, the switch sleeve 2 is firstly pressed down to enable the balance piston 5 to descend, the lower body of the balance piston 5 is separated from the lower end port of the piston mounting hole, a little well liquid enters through a gap between the small-diameter section of the balance piston 5 and the piston mounting hole, pressure below the valve plate 4 is conducted to the position above the valve plate 4, and the pressure difference between the upper side and the lower side of the valve plate 4 is reduced. The switch sleeve 2 continues to descend to jack the valve plate 4 downwards, and a well washing and killing circulation channel is established.
F. Pumping a weighted well repairing liquid into the well operation pipe column through the well operation pipe column blowout prevention tool to circularly wash and kill the well;
G. when the pressure of the oil jacket in the well is 0 after the gravity of the liquid column in the well operation pipe column balances the bottom hole pressure, the well cleaning and killing pipeline joint and the well cleaning and killing pipeline are disassembled, the traveling block and the elevator are lifted up, and the well operation pipe column blowout prevention tool is lifted out of the well operation pipe column, so that well cleaning and killing construction is completed.
In the process, the travelling block and the elevator are lifted up, so that the fluke 10 in the tool and the inner supporting cylinder 11 generate relative displacement, the fluke 10 is retracted, and the anchoring force generated by combination with the internal thread in the coupling of the working string in the well is relieved. The tool is lifted up, lifted up from the operation pipe column in the well, cleaned up and placed at a place convenient to take on a drill floor, and all the construction is finished.
In order to perform blowout control operation at the first time and facilitate use, the tool is placed at a position on a drill floor which is convenient to take.

An in-well operation tubular column blowout prevention tool is characterized by comprising a circulating channel opening mechanism, an anchoring mechanism and a sealing mechanism, wherein: the circulating channel opening mechanism is internally provided with a switch sleeve (2), a blowout prevention valve and a lower connector (7), the switch sleeve (2) can open a valve plate (4) arranged in the blowout prevention valve at the lower part of the well washing and killing connector (1), and the outer diameter of the switch sleeve (2) is larger than the minimum inner diameter of the lower connector (7); the anchoring mechanism is provided with an anchor claw (10) and an inner supporting cylinder (11), the anchor claw (10) is connected with the inner supporting cylinder (11) through a sliding pin (9), and the anchor claw (10) can be propped by the inner supporting cylinder (11) and anchored in a coupling of an operation tubular column in a well; the sealing mechanism is provided with a sealing rubber cylinder (14) and a central tube (15), the sealing rubber cylinder (14) is arranged outside the central tube (15), and a pressure transmission hole is arranged in the tube wall of the central tube (15); the well-flushing joint (1) in the circulating channel opening mechanism can be connected with the well-flushing pipeline joint, and the circulating channel opening mechanism, the anchoring mechanism and the sealing mechanism are sequentially connected through the lower joint (7), the fluke (10), the inner supporting cylinder (11) and the sealing mechanism upper joint (12).
2. The blowout prevention tool for an operation pipe column in a well according to claim 1, wherein the blowout prevention valve is further provided with a valve seat (3), the valve seat (3) is in threaded connection with the lower part of the well flushing joint (1), the switch sleeve (2) is installed in the upper inner cavity of the valve seat (3), and the outer diameter of the valve plate (4) is larger than the upper inner cavity of the valve seat (3) and smaller than the lower inner cavity of the valve seat (3); two rotating shafts are machined on one side of the valve plate (4) and are arranged in a shaft hole machined on one side of the valve seat (3), spring rings of the torsion springs (6) are respectively arranged outside the two rotating shafts on one side of the valve plate (4), connecting rods between the two spring rings of the torsion springs (6) are propped against the lower end face of the valve plate (4), and the valve plate (4) can freely turn in the inner cavity of the lower portion of the valve seat (3).

The blowout prevention tool for an operation pipe column in a well according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the valve plate (4) is a circular plate with the outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the switch sleeve (2) and is provided with a pressing groove corresponding to the lower end surface of the switch sleeve (2) on the upper end surface; the plate body at the top of the valve plate (4) is provided with a chamfer and the outer wall of the plate body below the chamfer is big-end-up, a piston mounting hole is arranged in the plate body of the valve plate 4, and a balance piston (5) is arranged in the piston mounting hole.

A blowout preventer for an operation string in a well according to claim 3, wherein the body of the balance piston (5) is of an inverted T-shape, the lower outer diameter is larger than the upper outer diameter, the balance piston (5) passes upward through the piston mounting hole from a spring fixed in the piston mounting hole, and the lower body of the balance piston (5) is blocked outside the piston mounting hole; the upper end of the spring is fixed at the top of the piston mounting hole, and the lower end of the spring is fixedly connected with the lower body of the balance piston (5); the upper end surface of the balance piston (5) after the spring is fixed in the piston mounting hole is 5mm-10mm higher than the upper end surface of the valve plate (4); the diameter of the outer side of the piston mounting hole formed in the valve plate (4) is smaller than the outer diameter of the switch sleeve (2) and larger than the inner diameter of the pressing groove in the upper end surface of the valve plate (4).

A blowout prevention tool for an operation pipe column in a well according to claim 3, wherein a sealing groove is arranged on the inner wall of the well washing and killing joint (1), sealing grease is filled in the sealing groove, and a grease containing vertical groove is arranged in the upper body wall of the switch sleeve (2); the well washing and killing connector (1) is in clearance fit with the switch sleeve (2), and teflon coatings are arranged on the outer surfaces of the switch sleeve (2), the valve seat (3) and the valve plate (4); the lower part of the well flushing joint (1) is connected with a lower connector (7) and is in threaded connection with a fluke (10) through the lower connector (7), the upper body of the external thread section at the lower part of the lower connector (7) is conical, the conical body above the external thread section at the lower part of the lower connector (7) is matched with an elevator, and the outer diameter of the conical body at the lower part of the lower connector (7) is larger than the inner diameter of the elevator; the outer diameter of the circulation passage opening mechanism is larger than the outer diameters of the anchoring mechanism and the sealing mechanism.

A blowout preventer for an operation string in a well according to claim 1, wherein the upper part of the fluke (10) is a fluke joint (8), an internal thread and a limit table are arranged in the upper inner cavity of the fluke joint (8), and the internal thread in the upper inner cavity of the fluke joint (8) can be connected with the lower connector (7) through threads; the fluke joint (8) and the fluke (10) can be integrally manufactured or manufactured separately, and the fluke joint (8) and the fluke (10) are welded during the separate manufacturing; the upper portion of fluke (10) is equipped with the cotter hole and can pack into smooth pin (9), and the lower part of fluke (10) is equipped with three jaw piece at least and the lower part outer wall of all jaw pieces all is equipped with the thick thread, and the lower part inner wall of fluke (10) cooperatees with the lower part outer wall of interior support section of thick bamboo (11) and the thick thread of lower part outer wall can with the internal thread interlock of well operation tubular column coupling.

The blowout prevention tool for an operation pipe column in a well according to claim 6, wherein the outer wall of the inner supporting cylinder (11) is a non-constant diameter outer wall, the outer diameter of the outer wall of the upper part of the inner supporting cylinder (11) is larger than the inner diameter of a limit table in the fluke joint (8), the outer wall of the middle part of the inner supporting cylinder (11) is provided with a reducing section serving as a sliding section of the sliding pin (9), and the outer diameter below the sliding section is larger than the inner diameter of the sliding pin (9) formed in the fluke (10) and the inner diameter of the minimum inner cavity of the fluke (10) in a free state; the lower part of the inner supporting cylinder (11) is provided with a conical top expansion section and a threaded connection section; the conical top expansion section at the lower part of the inner support cylinder (11) is matched with the claw piece of the anchor claw (10), and the threaded connection section can be in threaded connection with the upper joint (12) of the sealing mechanism.

The blowout prevention tool for an operation pipe column in a well according to claim 1, wherein an upper adjusting ring (13), a lower adjusting ring (16) and a lower joint (17) of the sealing mechanism are further arranged in the sealing mechanism, and two ends of a central pipe (15) are respectively in threaded connection with the upper joint (12) of the sealing mechanism and the lower joint (17) of the sealing mechanism; the upper adjusting ring (13) is connected between the upper joint (12) of the sealing mechanism and the upper joint of the sealing rubber cylinder (14), the lower adjusting ring (16) is connected between the lower joint of the sealing rubber cylinder (14) and the lower joint (17) of the sealing mechanism, and the lower part of the lower joint (17) of the sealing mechanism is provided with standby external threads.
