本发明涉及洗护用品领域,公开了一种耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液及其制备方法,包括阳离子调理剂、多元醇、轻质油脂、植物油、水包油乳化剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷;所述水包油乳化剂包括聚山梨酸酯20、聚山梨酸酯60、聚山梨酸酯80中的一种或多种。本发明的双层护发喷雾乳液提高了高低温稳定性,尤其是具有很好的抗冷冻性能,采用水包油的乳化体系,在经受‑20℃的低温冷冻,持续30天条件下,恢复常温后不飘油,不浑浊,仍能保持明显的双层外观效果。并且工艺简单,适合冷配生产。使用后能抚平毛糙,使头发柔顺有光泽,清爽保湿而不油腻,从而达到护发效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域,具体涉及一种耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
日常生活中,频繁的烫染发以及长时间暴露于太阳底下,都会造成头发中的水分流失,导致头发变得干枯毛躁、暗哑无光。传统的护发产品诸如护发素,常常是搭配洗发香波成对使用,需要在洗发后,涂抹于头发上并轻柔停留片刻后用水冲洗,显然比较费时费力且费水。一种能够随时随地的、免冲洗免涂抹免停留的润发喷雾更能适应现代女性这种快节奏、多场景护发需求。
双层护发喷雾由于其外观趣味性和使用便捷性,成为消费者青睐的可替代护发素的护发产品。但相对于传统的护发素乳化体系而言,双层护发喷雾是一个不完全乳化的“不稳定”体系,在高低温理化测试下,尤其是低温冷冻后,容易出现乳化体系分层、浑浊现象。目前市面上的双层护发喷雾大都标注避免冰冻,这对于北方偏冷地区以及冬季人们来说,影响了产品体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,解决现有技术中双层护发喷雾乳液高低温稳定性的不足,通过选择水包油型乳化剂聚山梨酸酯80,开发出一款耐高低温的,具有良好调理性的双层护发喷雾乳液。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液,包括阳离子调理剂、多元醇、轻质油脂、植物油、水包油乳化剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷;所述水包油乳化剂包括聚山梨酸酯20、聚山梨酸酯60、聚山梨酸酯80中的一种或多种。
本发明的双层护发喷雾乳液选择聚山梨酸酯类、特别优选聚山梨酸酯80(又称吐温80)作为乳化剂。吐温80为两亲性非离子型表面活性剂,是一类优良的O/W型乳化剂,具有较高的亲水亲脂平衡(HLB)值和较低的临界胶束浓度(CMC),高浓度电解质和pH值的改变对其乳化能力影响很小,对植物油、矿物油、动物油脂等均有良好的乳化作用。对于当前市面上的双层护发喷雾产品,为了有较快的分层效果,大都采用高分子量硅类油包水乳化剂,如鲸蜡基聚乙二醇/聚丙二醇-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚乙二醇/聚丙二醇-18/18聚二甲基硅氧烷等,但是这类体系高低温稳定性并不好。本发明创新采用吐温80作为乳化剂,提高了体系的高低温稳定性。选择轻质油脂如异构十二、异壬酸异壬酯等,不仅可让头发清爽不油腻有光泽,而且其密度小有助于更好的分层效果。添加多元醇如甘油等提高头发保湿性能,添加阳离子调理剂和聚二甲基硅氧烷,使头发更加柔顺不毛躁,改善头发梳理性。同时配合植物油脂的加入,让发丝得到深层的滋养和修护。
优选的,所述免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液中,所述水包油乳化剂的质量百分比包括1~4%。
优选的,包括如下质量百分比的组分:
所述阳离子调理剂0.5~3%;
所述多元醇1~4%;
所述轻质油脂5~12%;
所述植物油0.1~2%;
所述水包油乳化剂1~4%;
所述聚二甲基硅氧烷2~6%;
所述去离子水68~85%。
优选的,还包括质量百分比0.2~1%的赋香剂。
优选的,还包括质量百分比0.5~0.8%的防腐剂。
优选的,所述阳离子调理剂包括聚季铵盐-6、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-11、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、季铵化水解角蛋白中的一种或多种;所述多元醇包括1,2-丙二醇、甘油、1,3-丁二醇、山梨(糖)醇中的一种或多种;所述轻质油脂包括异构十二烷、棕榈酸异辛酯、氢化聚异丁烯、异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚三苯基三甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种;所述植物油包括霍霍巴油、澳洲坚果油、池花籽油、甜杏仁油、鳄梨油、山茶籽油、刺阿干树仁油中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述水包油乳化剂为聚山梨酸酯80。
一种上述耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
A、将所述去离子水、所述阳离子调理剂、所述多元醇混合,搅拌至均匀透明,制得第一料体;
B、将所述聚二甲基硅氧烷、所述轻质油脂、所述植物油、所述水包油乳化剂混合,搅拌溶解均匀,制得第二料体;
C、将所述第一料体和所述第二料体依次吸入,经均质、静置,得到所述双层润发喷雾乳液。
优选的,步骤C的操作包括:将所述第一料体和所述第二料体通过真空依次吸入乳化锅,开启均质,控制均质速度3000rpm,均质4~6分钟后出料,常温静置20~40分钟,得到所述双层润发喷雾乳液。
预先通过真空泵将乳化锅抽真空,然后将第一料体和第二料体自动吸入进行均质并静置后,就能获得本发明具有高低温稳定性的双层护发喷雾乳液。
优选的,步骤A在水相搅拌锅中进行;步骤B在油相搅拌锅中进行;所述第一料体还包括防腐剂;所述第二料体还包括赋香剂。
与现有技术相比较,实施本发明,具有如下有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明的双层护发喷雾乳液提高了高低温稳定性,尤其是具有很好的抗冷冻性能,采用水包油的乳化体系,在经受-20℃的低温冷冻,持续30天条件下,恢复常温后不飘油,不浑浊,仍能保持明显的双层外观效果。并且工艺简单,适合冷配生产。使用后能抚平毛糙,使头发柔顺有光泽,清爽保湿而不油腻,从而达到护发效果。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
下面是本发明的香波组合物的非限定性实例。这些实施例的给出仅仅是为了说明的目的,并不能理解为对本发明的限定,因为在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的基础上,可以对本发明进行许多改变。在这些实施例中,除非特别说明,所有的浓度都是重量百分比。所用术语“少量物质”指的是任选的那些物质,如防腐剂、粘度调节剂、pH调节剂、香料、色素等,这些少量物质的选择将随着选定的用以制备本发明的特定成分的物理和化学特性而改变
实施例
一种耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液,实施例1~5如表1所示:

制备实施例1-5的方法如下:
(1)在水相搅拌锅中加入适量去离子水、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、水解角蛋白、甘油、防腐剂,搅拌至均匀透明,制得第一料体。
(2)在油相搅拌锅中加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、异构十二烷、聚三苯基三甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、澳洲坚果油、聚山梨酸酯、香精,搅拌混合均匀,制得第二料体。
(3)将第一料体和第二料体通过真空依次吸入乳化锅,开启均质,控制均质速度3000rpm,均质4-6分钟后出料。
对比例
选择市售的双层护发喷雾产品做为对比例,该市售双层护发喷雾产品采用的是以鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷为乳化剂的体系。
效果例1
低温稳定性测试和分层速率对比实验
实验1:将实施例1-5在不同温度(2℃、-5℃、-10℃、-15℃、20℃)下进行低温稳定性测试,每天记录样品恢复常温后的外观状态,测试周期30天。
实验2:将实施例1-5在常温下(25℃)分别装取40mL于透明样品瓶中,静置状态下为上乳白下透明的膏体,中间水乳分界线距离瓶底高度均为3cm。将样品用相同方式充分摇匀,静置,统计水乳分界线上升到一定高度所需的时间。
实验1和实验2实验结果如表2所示。

由表2可见,以聚山梨酸酯80为乳化剂的实施例4和实施例5具有较好的低温稳定性,从分层速率看,实施例4比实施例5在使用后更快恢复到预期外观效果。选择实施例4为本发明最佳实施例。

理化超常规实验
将本发明最佳实施例与对比例进行高低温超常规测试。测试结果如表4所示:

由表4可见,本发明的最佳实施例在高低温稳定性方面优于对比例。
效果例3
分层速率对比实验。
用两个透明样品瓶分别装取40mL本发明最佳实施例和对比例样品,静置状态下为上乳白下透明的膏体,中间水乳分界线距离瓶底高度均为3cm。将两瓶样品用相同方式充分摇匀,静置,统计水乳分界线上升到一定高度所需的时间。统计结果如表5所示:

由表5可见,本发明的最佳实施例双层喷雾在摇匀后静置仍能保持较快的分层速度和恢复双层效果。
效果例4
本发明的双层护发喷雾乳液的临床实验。
测试方法:选择60位有不同程度头发毛躁、损伤的志愿者,年龄16-45岁。试用前,对患者进行感官和头发图像评估,让患者使用本发明的最佳实施例喷雾乳液。持续使用(按照日常使用频率使用样品),第14天(两周)后停止使用,观察头发状况进行评价。综合评估见表6:

由表6统计数据来看,本发明最佳实施例对头发的光泽感、滋润感、柔软效果都有很好的改善,在使用后能感觉清爽不黏腻,顺滑不易打结。因此有明显的护发效果。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不可以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液,其特征在于,包括阳离子调理剂、多元醇、轻质油脂、植物油、水包油乳化剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷;所述水包油乳化剂包括聚山梨酸酯20、聚山梨酸酯60、聚山梨酸酯80中的一种或多种;所述耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液包括如下质量百分比的组分:
所述阳离子调理剂0.5~3%;
所述多元醇1~4%;
所述轻质油脂5~12%;
所述植物油0.1~2%;
所述水包油乳化剂1~4%;
所述聚二甲基硅氧烷2~6%;
去离子水68~85%。
2.如权利要求1所述耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液,其特征在于,还包括质量百分比0.2~1%的赋香剂。
3.如权利要求1所述耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液,其特征在于,还包括质量百分比0.5~0.8%的防腐剂。
4.如权利要求1所述耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液,其特征在于,所述阳离子调理剂包括聚季铵盐-6、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-11、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、季铵化水解角蛋白中的一种或多种;所述多元醇包括1,2-丙二醇、甘油、1,3-丁二醇、山梨(糖)醇中的一种或多种;所述轻质油脂包括异构十二烷、棕榈酸异辛酯、氢化聚异丁烯、异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚三苯基三甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种;所述植物油包括霍霍巴油、澳洲坚果油、池花籽油、甜杏仁油、鳄梨油、山茶籽油、刺阿干树仁油中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液,其特征在于,所述水包油乳化剂为聚山梨酸酯80。
6.一种如权利要求1所述耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、将所述去离子水、所述阳离子调理剂、所述多元醇混合,搅拌至均匀透明,制得第一料体;
B、将所述聚二甲基硅氧烷、所述轻质油脂、所述植物油、所述水包油乳化剂混合,搅拌溶解均匀,制得第二料体;
C、将所述第一料体和所述第二料体依次吸入,经均质、静置,得到所述耐低温的免洗保湿双层护发喷雾乳液。
7.如权利要求6所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤C的操作包括:将所述第一料体和所述第二料体通过真空依次吸入乳化锅,开启均质,控制均质速度3000rpm,均质4~6分钟后出料,常温静置20~40分钟,得到所述双层润发喷雾乳液。
8.如权利要求6所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤A在水相搅拌锅中进行;步骤B在油相搅拌锅中进行;所述第一料体还包括防腐剂;所述第二料体还包括赋香剂。
