In some embodiments, a smart home system includes a home gateway and a home smart device; the home gateway manages the home intelligent device; determining a first identifier of the intelligent home system corresponding to the target user based on the registration information; and assigning a second identification to the intelligent community system comprises: analyzing the registration information to determine address information of the target user according to the registration information; according to the address information, inquiring a unique identification code of a home gateway bound with the address information in an address gateway table preset by the comprehensive cloud platform; determining the unique identification code as a first identification; determining a unique address identification code corresponding to the address information in the intelligent community system according to the address information; the unique address identification code is determined as the second identification.
Specifically, the intelligent home system realizes intelligent management of the home environment through mutual cooperation of the home gateway and the home intelligent device. The home gateway is used as a core of the intelligent home system and is responsible for managing all intelligent devices in the home, including lamps, air conditioners, security devices and the like. When the user sends out instructions through the intelligent home system, the home gateway can analyze the instructions and forward the instructions to corresponding home intelligent devices, so that the running states of the devices are controlled, and the demands of the user are met.
On the basis, the comprehensive cloud platform distributes a first identifier for the intelligent home system of the target user so as to manage and control the home intelligent equipment of the user. Meanwhile, the comprehensive cloud platform also distributes a second identifier for the intelligent community system so as to realize intelligent management of community service resources.
Further, the comprehensive cloud platform needs to analyze the registration information sent by the target user. The registration information generally includes basic information and address information of the user. The comprehensive cloud platform can firstly inquire a unique identification code of the home gateway bound with the address information in a preset address gateway table according to the address information in the registration information. The unique identification code of the home gateway is the unique identification of each home gateway, so that the intelligent home system of the target user and the intelligent home systems of other users can be ensured not to collide. Once the unique identification code of the home gateway is found, the integrated cloud platform determines it as the first identification.
Meanwhile, the comprehensive cloud platform needs to determine that the address information successfully distributes a first identifier to the intelligent home system of the target user in the intelligent community system according to the address information, and meanwhile, distributes a second identifier to the intelligent community system, thereby providing convenience for subsequent services. A corresponding unique address identification code. The unique address identification code is the unique identification of each address in the intelligent community system, so that the addresses of the target users and the addresses of other users can be ensured not to collide. Once the unique address identification code is found, the integrated cloud platform determines it as the second identification.
Through the process, the comprehensive cloud platform successfully distributes the first identifier for the intelligent home system of the target user, and simultaneously distributes the second identifier for the intelligent community system, thereby providing convenience for subsequent services.
In some embodiments, determining the integrated data for the target user based on the smart home system and the smart community system includes: determining the type and function of household equipment of household intelligent equipment in an intelligent household system; determining a real-time community environment acquired by an intelligent community system; determining personal information and family information of the target user based on the registration information; and determining comprehensive data of the target user according to the type of the household equipment, the functions of the household equipment, the real-time community environment, the personal information and the family information.
Specifically, under the management of the comprehensive cloud platform, the intelligent home system and the intelligent community system are mutually fused, and more accurate and convenient service is provided for target users. To achieve this goal, the integrated cloud platform first needs to accurately determine and analyze the integrated data of the target user.
The comprehensive cloud platform needs to acquire relevant data of the household intelligent equipment from the intelligent household system, including the type and the function of the household equipment. The household equipment types mainly comprise household appliances, illumination, security protection and the like, and the household equipment functions comprise switch control, state monitoring, fault alarm and the like. Through analysis of the types and functions of the household equipment, the comprehensive cloud platform can better know the household environment of the target user, and provides more accurate intelligent household service for the target user.
Further, the comprehensive cloud platform needs to acquire real-time community environment data from the intelligent community system. Real-time community environmental data is an important component of a smart community system, and comprises various environmental information in the community, such as meteorological conditions, environmental quality, safety conditions and the like. In addition, the real-time community environment data also comprises the use condition of some facilities in the community, such as the number of spare places in a parking lot, greening conditions of a park, use conditions of public facilities and the like.
The comprehensive cloud platform can provide more convenient service for community residents through analyzing real-time community environment data, can provide important data support for community managers, helps the community managers to manage the community better, and improves the overall quality of the community. For example, if the comprehensive cloud platform finds that the greening condition of a certain area is not good, the manager of the community can be informed to improve the manager in time so as to improve the overall environmental quality of the community. Similarly, if the comprehensive cloud platform finds that the utilization rate of a certain public facility is too high, the comprehensive cloud platform can inform managers of the community, so that the managers can add facilities in time to meet demands of residents of the community. Through analysis and application to real-time community environmental data, the comprehensive cloud platform can provide more accurate and convenient service for community residents, and the life quality of the community residents is improved.
The comprehensive cloud platform can also determine personal information and family information of the target user according to the registration information sent by the target user. The personal information may include the age, contact, etc. of the user, and the family information mainly includes the number of family members, personal information of each person of the family members, etc.
Besides determining personal information and family information according to registration information, the behavior habit and life style of the user can be further known through data collected by intelligent access control devices, monitoring cameras, environment sensors and other devices in the intelligent community system.
By analyzing the data collected by the intelligent community system and the intelligent home system, the personal information and family information of the users, including daily activities, living habits, health conditions and the like, can be further refined. Such information is of great value in providing more careful and personalized services.
The comprehensive cloud platform needs to comprehensively analyze and determine comprehensive data of the target user according to the type of the household equipment, the functions of the household equipment, the real-time community environment, the personal information and the family information. The comprehensive data is the basis for providing services for the target users by the comprehensive cloud platform, and can help the comprehensive cloud platform to better understand the requirements of the target users and provide more accurate and convenient services for the target users. Through analysis of the comprehensive data, the comprehensive cloud platform can provide more careful and personalized service for the target user, and the life quality of the target user is improved.
In some embodiments, the smart home system and the smart community system have an image acquisition function; the target user is connected with the comprehensive cloud platform through the intelligent terminal; the receiving of the demand information of the target user comprises the following steps: receiving demand information sent by an intelligent terminal of a target user; or determining the image acquisition function to acquire the user image of the target user; and when the user image meets the preset requirement condition, determining requirement information based on the requirement condition.
In particular, smart home systems and smart community systems generally have an image acquisition function, which means that these systems can capture image information of users through cameras and provide more intelligent services to users according to the information.
The image acquisition function is widely applied, for example, in a smart community, real-time conditions in the community can be captured through a camera, the real-time conditions comprise the flow of personnel, the change of environment and the like, and the information can be used for safety monitoring, environment monitoring and the like of the community. In the same way, in the intelligent home system, real-time conditions of the home environment, such as whether a user is at home or not, can be captured through the camera, and the information can be used for adjusting the home environment so as to better meet the demands of the user.
The target user can be connected with the comprehensive cloud platform through the intelligent terminal, so that the target user enjoys intelligent services provided by the comprehensive cloud platform. The comprehensive cloud platform can receive the demand information of the target user, and the demand information can be sent by an intelligent terminal of the target user or captured by an image acquisition function of the comprehensive cloud platform.
Further, when the intelligent terminal of the target user sends the demand information, the comprehensive cloud platform can directly provide services for the user according to the demand information. Meanwhile, the comprehensive cloud platform can capture a user image of a target user through an image acquisition function, and when the user image meets preset demand conditions, the comprehensive cloud platform can determine demand information of the user based on the demand conditions, so that more accurate service is provided for the user.
Taking an intelligent community system as an example, some demand conditions can be preset to meet the daily demands of residents. The preset requirement conditions are defined in advance in the system, and when the behavior or condition of the user meets the conditions, the system automatically judges that the user has specific requirements and provides services correspondingly. For example, when a camera captures that a resident wanders in a garbage disposal area, the system can judge that the resident possibly needs garbage disposal service, and then automatically push garbage disposal guidelines to the resident or provide related information of garbage classification. For another example, when a camera captures that a resident wander around a parking lot of a cell, the system may determine that the resident may be looking for a parking space, and automatically push location information of nearby free parking spaces to the resident.
Through the image acquisition function, the comprehensive cloud platform can better understand the demands of users, so that more intelligent and personalized services are provided for the users. The method not only can improve the satisfaction degree of the user, but also can improve the service level of the comprehensive cloud platform.
In some embodiments, generating the service instruction from the demand information and the integrated data includes: analyzing the demand information to determine demand items and demand time of the target user according to the demand information; determining service items corresponding to the demand items and response time corresponding to the demand time based on the comprehensive data and a preset service rule base; service instructions are determined based on the service items and the response times.
Specifically, in the process of generating the service instruction, the comprehensive cloud platform may first analyze the requirement information of the target user in detail, so as to accurately understand the requirement of the user. The demand information includes a request sent by a user through the intelligent terminal or a user image obtained through an image acquisition function. By parsing this information, the integrated cloud platform can determine what demand items the user wants, as well as demand time requirements.
After the demand items and the demand time are determined, the comprehensive cloud platform further refers to the comprehensive data and a preset service rule base. The comprehensive data comprises personal information, family information, household equipment types and functions, real-time community environments and the like of the user, and the comprehensive data can help the comprehensive cloud platform to know the actual demands and the background conditions of the user more accurately, so that more pertinent services are provided for the user.
The preset service rule base comprises a series of service rules preset by the comprehensive cloud platform, and the rules cover various aspects of service standards, service flows, response time and the like of different service projects. Through the service rule base, the comprehensive cloud platform can match proper service items for different demand items, and meanwhile response time of the service items is determined.
Further, the comprehensive cloud platform determines service items and response time corresponding to the service items through the comprehensive data and the service rule base. The comprehensive cloud platform can match service items which are most suitable for the requirements of users according to a preset service rule base and the user requirement information. In the process of selecting the service item, the comprehensive cloud platform also considers the historical data, the preference setting and the related community environment information of the user so as to provide more personalized service.
For different service projects, the comprehensive cloud platform sets corresponding response time according to the standards in the service rule base. The response time is set by considering the demand urgency of the user, the complexity of the service items, and the availability of the relevant devices.
After determining the service item and the response time, the comprehensive cloud platform generates specific service instructions. The service instructions include key information such as the steps to perform the service, the resources and equipment required, and the timing schedule. The comprehensive cloud platform can send the generated service instruction to relevant service equipment to guide the equipment to complete service work required by a user.
In some embodiments, determining a first operating parameter of the smart home system according to the service instruction and matching a corresponding second operating parameter of the associated smart community system includes: determining service equipment capable of providing service items in an intelligent home system; determining a first control parameter corresponding to the service equipment according to the service item and the response time; determining a first operation parameter of the intelligent home system according to the service equipment and the first control parameter; determining associated facilities in the intelligent community system matched with the first operation parameters and second control parameters corresponding to the associated facilities according to community facility parameters in a preset intelligent community system; and determining a second operation parameter corresponding to the intelligent community system according to the associated facility and the second control parameter.
Specifically, in the process of determining a first operation parameter of the intelligent home system according to the service instruction and matching a second operation parameter corresponding to the associated intelligent community system, the comprehensive cloud platform can ensure accurate execution of the service through a series of logic judgment and data analysis.
The comprehensive cloud platform firstly analyzes service items in the service instruction, and screens out equipment capable of providing required services from the intelligent home system. In this process, the platform may comprehensively consider a plurality of factors such as functions, states, and positions of the devices, so as to ensure that the selected devices are most suitable for completing the specified service tasks.

After determining the service device, the platform sets the first control parameter according to the specific requirements of the service item and the specification of the response time. And the comprehensive cloud platform generates a first operation parameter according to the set first control parameter and the characteristics of the service equipment. These parameters are specific instructions that instruct the smart home system how to operate to meet the needs of the user.
Further, the comprehensive cloud platform can be matched with the first operation parameters generated by the intelligent home system by utilizing community facility parameters in the preset intelligent community system. Community facility parameters include not only various public facilities within the community (e.g., parks, parking lots, gyms, etc.), but also attributes associated with these facilities (e.g., location, capacity, hours of operation, etc.). And also include devices associated with these facilities, as well as various intelligent devices in the community, such as monitoring cameras, intelligent lampposts, automatic access systems, etc.
When the second operation parameters are generated, the comprehensive cloud platform is matched with the first operation parameters generated by the intelligent household system according to community facility parameters in the intelligent community system. The facility parameters include the location, status, method of use, resource requirements, etc. of the facility and equipment. These parameters are critical to ensure that the device is able to effectively assist in completing the service task.
When the associated community facilities are determined, the comprehensive cloud platform sets a second control parameter according to the characteristics of the facilities. The second control parameter may include the runtime of the facility, the manner of operation, the resources that need to be mobilized, etc. These parameters are key to ensuring that community facilities and equipment can effectively cooperate to collectively meet user needs.
The comprehensive cloud platform generates second operation parameters according to the associated community facilities and the second control parameters, wherein the parameters are specific instructions for guiding the intelligent community system to operate to cooperate with the intelligent home system so as to jointly meet the demands of users. By the method, the comprehensive cloud platform ensures smooth cooperation between the intelligent home system and the intelligent community system, so that the requirements of users are better met.
The intelligent home system sends the information to the comprehensive cloud platform through the home gateway. The comprehensive cloud platform analyzes the information, confirms that the required project is emergency medical assistance, and the required time is immediate. The comprehensive cloud platform determines that the service items are guardians notifying the old people and community hospitals according to comprehensive data (including health conditions, contact person information and the like) of the old people and a preset service rule base, and the response time is as fast as possible.
Next, the comprehensive cloud platform generates a service instruction, and determines a first operation parameter of the intelligent home system: the home gateway needs to send a notification to the guardian of the old and notify the emergency medical aid system of the community hospital; meanwhile, when medical staff arrives at the old, the intelligent door lock can be automatically opened.
After the community hospital receives the notification, the medical staff is dispatched to the old people's home. The community access control system can automatically identify medical staff, and the cloud platform determines community facilities matched with first operation parameters of the intelligent home system as the community access control system according to preset community facility parameters. The cloud platform sets a second control parameter, namely, when medical staff arrives, the community access control system is automatically opened, and the medical staff is ensured to quickly enter the old people's home for treatment.
In some embodiments, further comprising: when the comprehensive cloud platform receives broadcast information sent by an administrator, the broadcast information is subjected to electronic processing to generate a corresponding electronic notification; pushing the electronic notification to the intelligent terminal of the target user and/or the household intelligent device and/or the community intelligent device with the broadcasting function.
In particular, in modern smart communities, an electronic broadcast notification function has become an indispensable part, which not only makes the notification more rapid and convenient to convey, but also greatly improves the arrival rate and coverage of the notification.
When community administrators need to issue broadcast information, they can send the broadcast information through the background management system of the integrated cloud platform. And after receiving the broadcast information sent by the administrator, the comprehensive cloud platform performs electronic processing on the broadcast information and converts the electronic information into an electronic notification.
And the cloud platform pushes the electronic notification to the intelligent terminal of the target user, such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like, according to the user data in the community and a preset notification rule. In addition, the cloud platform can push the electronic notification to home intelligent equipment with a broadcasting function, such as intelligent sound equipment, intelligent televisions and the like, and community intelligent equipment, such as a public display screen, a community broadcasting system and the like.
In this way, the cloud platform ensures that broadcast information can be communicated to residents within the community in a variety of forms, allowing them to learn important community notifications, such as emergency events, community activities, etc., at a first time.
Furthermore, in the intelligent community, the emergency management system can send broadcast, and the emergency management system can play a great role in critical moment, such as in the emergency of earthquake, fire and the like, and can quickly send relevant guidelines for disaster prevention and reduction to residents of the community, so that the residents can be guided to take correct countermeasures, and the damage caused by the disaster is avoided and reduced.
For example, the emergency management system first receives information of an emergency such as an earthquake, etc., such as an earthquake early warning, a fire alarm, etc. The system performs electronic processing on the received emergency information through the comprehensive cloud platform and converts the received emergency information into an electronic notification.
The emergency management system pushes the electronic notification to the intelligent terminal of the target user according to the user data in the community and the preset notification rule, wherein the intelligent terminal comprises a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like. Meanwhile, the emergency management system can push the electronic notification to the household intelligent equipment with the broadcasting function and the community intelligent equipment, and the intelligent equipment comprises an intelligent sound box, an intelligent television, a public display screen, a community broadcasting system and the like, so that residents are guided to quickly go to a safe place for refuge, such as civil air defense engineering of a community.
Any combination of the above optional solutions may be adopted to form an optional embodiment of the present application, which is not described herein in detail.

In some embodiments, the integrated data determination module 203 in fig. 2 determines a home device type and a home device function of a home smart device in the smart home system; determining a real-time community environment acquired by an intelligent community system; determining personal information and family information of the target user based on the registration information; and determining comprehensive data of the target user according to the type of the household equipment, the functions of the household equipment, the real-time community environment, the personal information and the family information.
In some embodiments, the service instruction determination module 204 of fig. 2 receives the demand information sent by the smart terminal of the target user; or determining the image acquisition function to acquire the user image of the target user; and when the user image meets the preset requirement condition, determining requirement information based on the requirement condition.
In some embodiments, the service instruction determination module 204 of FIG. 2 parses the demand information to determine a demand item and a demand time for the target user based on the demand information; determining service items corresponding to the demand items and response time corresponding to the demand time based on the comprehensive data and a preset service rule base; service instructions are determined based on the service items and the response times.
In some embodiments, the operating parameter determination module 205 in fig. 2 determines, in the smart home system, a service device capable of providing a service item; determining a first control parameter corresponding to the service equipment according to the service item and the response time; determining a first operation parameter of the intelligent home system according to the service equipment and the first control parameter; determining associated facilities in the intelligent community system matched with the first operation parameters and second control parameters corresponding to the associated facilities according to community facility parameters in a preset intelligent community system; and determining a second operation parameter corresponding to the intelligent community system according to the associated facility and the second control parameter.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. At the hardware level, the electronic device comprises a processor, optionally an internal bus, a network interface, a memory. The Memory may include a Memory, such as a Random-Access Memory (RAM), and may further include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least 1 disk Memory. Of course, the electronic device may also include hardware required for other services.
The processor, network interface, and memory may be interconnected by an internal bus, which may be an ISA (Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect, peripheral component interconnect standard) bus, or EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, among others. The bus may be classified as an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one bi-directional arrow is shown in FIG. 3, but not only one bus or type of bus.
And the memory is used for storing the execution instruction. In particular, a computer program that executes instructions may be executed. The memory may include memory and non-volatile storage and provide the processor with instructions and data for execution.
In one possible implementation manner, the processor reads the corresponding execution instruction from the nonvolatile memory to the memory and then runs the execution instruction, and can also acquire the corresponding execution instruction from other devices to form a service device based on smart home and smart community on a logic level. The processor executes the execution instructions stored in the memory to implement, through the execution of the execution instructions, a service method based on smart home and smart community provided in any embodiment of the present application.
The method executed by the service device based on smart home and smart community according to the embodiment shown in fig. 2 of the present application may be applied to or implemented by a processor. The processor may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware in a processor or by instructions in the form of software. The processor may be a general-purpose processor, including a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), a network processor (Network Processor, NP), etc.; but also digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), field programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components. The disclosed methods, steps, and logic blocks in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be embodied directly in hardware, in a decoded processor, or in a combination of hardware and software modules in a decoded processor. The software modules may be located in a random access memory, flash memory, read only memory, programmable read only memory, or electrically erasable programmable memory, registers, etc. as well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory, and the processor reads the information in the memory and, in combination with its hardware, performs the steps of the above method.
The embodiment of the application also provides a readable medium, and the readable storage medium stores execution instructions, when the stored execution instructions are executed by a processor of an electronic device, the electronic device can be caused to execute a service method based on smart home and smart community provided in any embodiment of the application, and the service method is specifically used for executing the method shown in fig. 1.
The electronic device in the foregoing embodiments may be a computer.

1. The service method based on the intelligent home and the intelligent community is characterized by being applied to a comprehensive cloud platform, wherein the comprehensive cloud platform manages an intelligent home system and an intelligent community system; the method comprises the following steps:
