The working principle of the invention is as follows:

in the process of cutting paper through the main blade 6 and the auxiliary blade 701, the dust suction box 16 works to absorb scraps and dust generated by cutting, the dust is prevented from adhering to the paper to affect the quality of the product, the effect of purifying air is achieved, when the position of the auxiliary blade 701 is adjusted, the rotary table 101 is rotated through the handle 103, the rotary table 101 drives the variable-distance sliding table 501 to rotate, the sliding strip 703 can slide in the variable-distance channel 502 in the variable-distance sliding table 501, and because the variable-distance channel 502 is in an arc design, the two adjacent limiting blocks 702 and the two auxiliary blades 701 of the sliding strip 703 can synchronously move in the sliding process, so that the distance between the two adjacent auxiliary blades 701 is changed, after the position adjustment of the auxiliary blades 701 is completed, the auxiliary blades 103 are slowly driven by the action force of the first spring 104, the handle 103 drives the clamping rod 102 to be clamped into the clamping groove 11 on the supporting cylinder 4, the rotary table 101 cannot freely rotate, and the aim of positioning the auxiliary blades 701 is achieved, and therefore, the synchronous adjustment of the positions of all the auxiliary blades 701 can be completed through adjusting the angle of the variable-distance sliding table 501.
