When the carton unfolding and edge sealing device is used, the side face of the carton positioned on the carton positioning and adjusting frame is firstly adsorbed by the first sucker 243 and the second sucker 244 of the adsorption clamp on the mechanical arm (which is positioned in an unfolding state), then the first overturning cylinder 245 drives the adsorption side plate to overturn to be in a 90-degree state relative to the adsorption bottom plate (as shown in fig. 5, the carton is in a rectangular state), then the carton moves to the upper part of the bottom edge turnover mechanism under the action of the mechanical arm, four baffles at the bottom of the carton are overturned under the action of the bottom edge turnover mechanism, the carton is sealed after the carton moves to the upper part of the first adhesive tape edge sealing mechanism under the action of the mechanical arm, and finally the carton moves to the conveying line body to move backwards under the action of the mechanical arm.
The bottom edge turning mechanism 25 is used for turning four unfolded baffles at the bottom of the carton (namely, the four baffles are perpendicular to the side plates of the carton), the bottom edge turning mechanism 25 comprises a first turning piece 251, a second turning piece 252, a third turning piece 253, a fourth turning piece 254, a first turning piece driving mechanism 255, a second turning piece driving mechanism 256 and a third turning piece driving mechanism 257, the first turning piece 251 and the second turning piece 252 are positioned on the same vertical plane, one end of the first turning piece 251 is hinged on the edge banding frame 21, one end of the second turning piece 252 is hinged on the edge banding frame 21, the first turning piece driving mechanism 255 is arranged on the edge banding frame 21 to drive the first turning piece 251 and the second turning piece 252 to turn upwards at the same time, the third turning piece 253 is pivoted on the edge banding frame 21, the third turning piece 253 is positioned on the first turning piece 251 and the second turning piece 252 on the left side, and the second turning piece driving mechanism 256 is arranged on the edge banding frame 21 to drive the third turning piece 253; the fourth turnover piece 254 is pivotally connected to the edge banding frame 21, the fourth turnover piece 254 is located on the right side of the first turnover piece 251 and the second turnover piece 252, and the third driving mechanism 257 for the turnover piece is disposed on the edge banding frame 21 to drive the fourth turnover piece 254 to turn. When the carton edge sealing mechanism is used, the first overturning piece 251 and the second overturning piece 252 are driven by the first overturning piece 255 to overturn upwards simultaneously, so that two baffles on the front side and the rear side of the carton are folded firstly, then the third overturning piece is driven by the second overturning piece driving mechanism, the fourth overturning piece is driven by the third overturning piece driving mechanism, the two baffles on the front side and the rear side of the carton are folded, and finally the carton is moved to the upper side of the first adhesive tape edge sealing mechanism under the action of the mechanical arm, and the first adhesive tape edge sealing mechanism seals the carton.
In this embodiment, the first driving mechanism 255 of the overturning sheet includes a lifting driving seat 2551 slidingly connected to the edge banding frame 21 along the vertical direction, a bar hole a2511 is provided on the first overturning sheet 251, a bar hole B2521 is provided on the second overturning sheet 252, a pin a2552 penetrating through the bar hole a2511 is provided on the lifting driving seat 2551, a pin B2553 penetrating through the bar hole B2521 is provided on the lifting driving seat 2551, and a lifting driver 2554 driving the lifting driving seat 2551 to lift to drive the first overturning sheet 251 and the second overturning sheet 252 to overturn is provided on the edge banding frame 21. The first driving mechanism of the turnover piece adopts the design, so that the simultaneous movement of the first turnover piece and the second turnover piece can be realized, and the turnover piece has a simple structure and low failure rate.
In this embodiment, the upper edge of the first overturning piece 251 is provided with a first flange 2512 with a T-shaped cross section, and the upper edge of the second overturning piece 252 is provided with a second flange 2522 with a T-shaped cross section; the first flange and the second flange can prevent the baffle plate at the bottom of the carton from being scratched.
A second part: an automatic glue filling device.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the automatic glue filling apparatus 3 includes a glue filling frame 31, a workbench 32, and a turntable assembly 33; the turntable assembly 33 is uniformly provided with a plurality of positioning clamps 39 for positioning the rubber cylinder 802 along the circumferential direction, and the rubber cylinder feeding mechanism 34, the rubber filling mechanism 35, the sealing mechanism 36, the detection assembly 37 and the blanking guide plate 38 are sequentially arranged on the rubber filling rack 31 along the rotation direction of the turntable assembly 33; the packing element feed mechanism 34 include storage silo 341, guide board 342 and packing element centre gripping transfer mechanism 343, packing element centre gripping transfer mechanism 343 include turnover seat 3431, turnover driver 3432, sliding seat 3433, sliding seat driver 3435 and first clamping jaw cylinder 3436, turnover seat 3431 pin joint on workstation 32, turnover driver 3432 set up between workstation 32 and turnover seat 3431 in order to drive turnover seat 3431 upset, sliding seat 3433 sliding connection on turnover seat 3431, sliding seat driver 3435 set up on turnover seat 3431 in order to drive sliding seat 3433 and slide, first clamping jaw cylinder 3436 set up on sliding seat 3433. When the automatic glue filling device works, firstly, the glue barrels are output one by one through the glue barrel feeding mechanism, then the glue barrels are clamped into the positioning clamp on the turntable assembly through the glue barrel clamping and transferring mechanism, and glue barrels in the positioning clamp sequentially pass through the glue filling mechanism, the sealing cover mechanism and the detecting assembly along with rotation of the turntable assembly, are sequentially filled with glue, sealed and detected, and are guided out from the blanking guide plate, so that the glue is automatically filled into the glue barrels.
In this embodiment, the glue filling mechanism 35 includes a pressure pump 351, a switching valve 352, a connector 353, a wire breaking pipe 354 and a wire breaking motor 355, the pressure pump 351 is disposed on the glue filling frame 31, an outlet of the pressure pump 351 is connected with an inlet of the switching valve 352, an outlet of the switching valve 352 is connected with an inlet of the connector 353, the wire breaking pipe 354 is rotationally connected to the glue filling frame 31, an outlet of the connector 353 is connected with the wire breaking pipe 354, and the wire breaking motor 355 is disposed on the glue filling frame 31 to drive the wire breaking pipe 354 to rotate. Glue is sucked into the pressure pump through the pressure pump and the switching valve, then glue is injected into the glue cylinder from the wire breakage pipe after passing through the pressure pump, the switching valve and the connector, and finally the wire breakage motor drives the wire breakage pipe to rotate so as to prevent glue adhesion.
The capping mechanism 36 comprises a capping frame 361, a cap feeding mechanism 362, an auxiliary positioning frame 363, a cap transferring mechanism 364 and a cap pressing mechanism 365, wherein the auxiliary positioning frame 363 is provided with a U-shaped positioning opening 3631 for receiving a cap (part of a guide rail between the cap feeding mechanism 362 and the U-shaped positioning opening 3631 is not shown in the figure), the capping frame 361 is provided with a pushing cylinder 366 for pushing out the cap in the U-shaped positioning opening 3631, the cap transferring mechanism 364 comprises a translation cylinder 3641, a turnover cylinder 3642 and a second clamping jaw cylinder 3643, the turnover cylinder 3642 is arranged at the executing end of the translation cylinder 3641, the second clamping jaw cylinder 3643 is arranged at the executing end of the turnover cylinder 3642, the cap pressing mechanism comprises an auxiliary guide frame 3651 and a pressing cylinder 3652, the auxiliary guide frame 3651 is provided with a circular guide hole 36510, and the second clamping jaw cylinder 3643 can transfer the cap from the U-shaped positioning opening 3631 to the guide hole 36510. When the sealing cover mechanism 36 is used, the sealing cover is conveyed into the U-shaped positioning opening 3631 on the auxiliary positioning rack 363 through the cover body feeding mechanism 362, then the sealing cover is pushed onto the clamping jaw of the second clamping jaw air cylinder 3643 (clamped by the second clamping jaw air cylinder 3643) through the pushing air cylinder 366, then the sealing cover moves to be right above the circular guide hole 36510 under the action of the cover body transferring mechanism, and finally the pressing air cylinder 3652 acts to press the sealing cover to the upper end of the rubber cylinder which moves to be right below the circular guide hole 36510.
A support plate (not shown in the drawing) for supporting the rubber tube is arranged at the bottom of the workbench 32, a material leakage opening is formed in the support plate only above the material discharging guide plate 38, and when the rubber tube moves to the material leakage opening, the rubber tube falls to the material discharging guide plate 38, so that automatic material discharging is realized.
Third section: automatic boxing device.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the automatic boxing apparatus 4 comprises a boxing frame 41, a transfer belt 42, a guide inclined plate 43, a shifting mechanism 44, a buffer supporting block 45, a pushing mechanism 46 and a carton overturning and transferring mechanism 47, wherein the transfer belt 42 is arranged on the boxing frame 41, the guide inclined plate 43 is arranged on the boxing frame 41, one end of the guide inclined plate 43 is in butt joint with the tail of the transfer belt 42 to receive a glue cylinder 802 for completing glue filling, the buffer supporting block 45 is arranged on the boxing frame 41 and is positioned on one side of the tail of the guide inclined plate 43, a square buffer cavity 450 is arranged on the buffer supporting block 45, the shifting mechanism 44 is arranged on the boxing frame 41 and is used for shifting the glue cylinder 802 at the tail of the guide inclined plate 43 into the buffer cavity 450, one side of the buffer cavity 450 is provided with a boxing port 4501, the carton overturning and transferring mechanism 47 is arranged on one side of the buffer cavity 450 and is used for transferring the carton 801 from the conveyor 1 to one side of the buffer cavity 450 and aligning an opening of the carton 801 with the port 4501, and the pushing mechanism 46 is arranged on the boxing frame 41 and is used for pushing the carton 801 into the buffer cavity 450. The automatic boxing device 4 firstly receives the glue cylinders which are filled with glue and capped through the transfer belt 42 and conveys the glue cylinders to the guide inclined plate 43, then the glue cylinders are shifted into the buffer cavity by the shifting mechanism 44 in a row, and when the shifting times of the shifting mechanism 44 are consistent with the specification of the paper box, the glue cylinders in the buffer cavity 450 are pushed into the paper box by the pushing mechanism 46; (for example, if the specification of the carton containing the rubber is 25 (i.e. 5×5 rows), the shifting mechanism shifts 5 at a time and 5 times, and there are rubber arranged according to 5×5 rows in the buffer cavity 450); the carton overturning and transferring mechanism is used for transferring the carton with the upward opening on the conveying line body 1 to one side of the buffer cavity 450 and aligning the opening of the carton 801 with the boxing opening 4501, and after the pushing mechanism 46 pushes the glue barrel in the buffer cavity 450 into the carton, the carton and the glue barrel return to the conveying line under the action of the carton overturning and transferring mechanism.
In this embodiment, four guide inclined plates 451 for guiding the rubber tube 802 into the carton 801 are provided at the outer edge of the box opening 4501. The guiding sloping plate 451 is convenient for guiding the rubber cylinder, and improves the smoothness of the rubber cylinder entering the paper box.
In this embodiment, the carton overturning and transferring mechanism 47 includes a transferring seat 471, a transferring seat driving mechanism 472, an overturning frame 473, an overturning mechanism 474 and an adsorbing mechanism 475, the transferring seat 471 is slidably connected to the boxing frame 41 along the horizontal direction, the transferring seat driving mechanism 472 is disposed on the boxing frame 41 to drive the transferring seat 471 to slide along the horizontal direction, the overturning frame 473 includes a pivot shaft 4731, a bottom frame 4732 and a side frame 4733, the pivot shaft 4731 is pivotally connected to the transferring seat 471, the bottom frame 4732 is connected to the pivot shaft 4731, the side frame 4733 is connected to the bottom frame 4732, the side frame 4733 is mutually perpendicular to the bottom frame 4732, the adsorbing mechanism 475 is disposed on the side frame 4733 to adsorb the carton 801 to the overturning frame 473, and the overturning mechanism 474 is disposed on the boxing frame 41 to drive the overturning frame 473 to overturn. When the automatic paper box feeding machine is used, the underframe 4732 of the turnover frame 473 is firstly embedded into the conveying line body 1, the hovering device 11 on the conveying line body 1 stretches out to temporarily stop the paper box on the conveying line body 1, the turnover mechanism drives the turnover frame 473 to turn over, the adsorption mechanism 475 adsorbs the paper box 801 on the turnover frame 473, the transfer seat driving mechanism 472 drives the transfer seat to move, the opening of the paper box 801 is aligned with the boxing port 4501, after the paper box is filled into the rubber barrel, the paper box and the rubber barrel can return to the conveying line body 1 to a restoring position, and then the hovering device 11 retracts, and the paper box and the rubber barrel are conveyed.
In this embodiment, the turning mechanism 474 includes a driving arm 4741 connected to the pivot shaft 4731, and the boxing frame 41 is provided with a second turning cylinder 4742 that drives the driving arm 4741 to operate.
The bottom frame 4732 includes two support rods 47321 parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other on the pivot shaft 4731. The conveying line body 1 adopts a roller type conveying line, the supporting rods 47321 can be embedded into gaps between rollers of the conveying line body 1, so that the conveying of the cartons is not affected, and the cartons can be conveniently taken down from the conveying line.
Fourth part: tip vanning device.
The tip boxing device 5 is used for stacking the tips 803 on the upper surface of the glue cylinder 802 in the cartons 801 conveyed on the conveyor line body 1, so that the tip boxing device 5 needs to stack the tips (so that the tips can be placed more neatly).
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the tip boxing device 5 comprises a tip frame 51, a tip feeding mechanism 52, a tip conveying mechanism 53, a tip separating mechanism 54, a tip stacking mechanism 55 and a tip transferring mechanism 56, wherein the tip feeding mechanism 52 is arranged on the tip frame 51 for conveying tips 803 one by one, the tip conveying mechanism 53 is arranged on the tip frame 51 for receiving tips 803 output by the tip feeding mechanism 52 and conveying the tips 803, the tip separating mechanism 54 is arranged on the tip frame 51 for separating stacked tips 803 conveyed by the tip conveying mechanism 53, the tip stacking mechanism 55 is arranged on the tip frame 51 for stacking tips 803 output by the tail of the tip conveying mechanism 53 into a specific number, and the tip transferring mechanism 56 is arranged on the tip frame 51 for transferring the tips 803 stacked into the specific number to the upper surface of a glue cylinder 802 in a carton 801 conveyed on the conveyor line 1. The tip boxing device outputs tips through the tip feeding mechanism 52, conveys the tips through the tip conveying mechanism, separates the stacked tips through the tip separating mechanism 54, stacks the tips 803 into a specific number through the tip stacking mechanism, and finally transfers the tips 803 stacked into the specific number to the upper surface of the glue cylinder 802 in the carton 801 conveyed on the conveying line body 1 through the tip transferring mechanism 56.
Because the tips output from tip feed mechanism 52 cannot be single, and some are stacked, the stacked tips need to be separated; the tip separating mechanism 54 includes a separating seat 541, a first positioning fork 542, a separating seat driving cylinder 543, a separating frame 544, a second positioning fork 545, a tip separating cylinder 546, and a sensor 549, the separating seat 541 is slidably connected to the tip frame 51 in the horizontal direction, the first positioning fork 542 is disposed on the separating seat 541, the separating seat 541 is disposed at an execution end of the separating seat driving cylinder 543, the separating frame 544 is disposed on the separating seat 541, the separating frame 544 is connected to the separating seat 541, the separating frame 544 and the separating seat 541 are perpendicular to each other, the tip separating cylinder 546 is disposed on the separating frame 544, the second positioning fork 545 is disposed at an execution end of the tip separating cylinder 546, the second positioning fork 545 is disposed directly above the first positioning fork 542, and the sensor 549 is disposed on one side of the tip conveying mechanism 53 for detecting whether the tips 803 conveyed by the tip conveying mechanism 53 are stacked. In use, the sensor 549 (optionally a photoelectric sensor) detects first whether the tip 803 conveyed by the tip conveyor 53 is stacked (the stacked tip is significantly higher than a single tip), and if not, does not act, the tip moves directly with the tip conveyor to the tip stacking mechanism; if stacked, the separating seat driving cylinder 543 drives the separating seat 541 to extend, at this time, the first positioning fork 542 is located above the bottom layer nib, the second positioning fork 545 is inserted into the upper portion of the nib, then the nib separating cylinder 546 moves upward to separate the two nibs (in the state shown in fig. 14), and finally the nib separating cylinder 546 moves downward to drive the separating seat 541 to retract, and the nib on the second positioning fork 545 is reset after being dropped.
In this embodiment, the tip conveying mechanism 53 includes a horizontal conveying component 531 and a steering component 532, the horizontal conveying component 531 includes a guide block 5311 disposed on the tip rack 51 and a belt component 5312 disposed on the tip rack 51, a tip slot 5310 for passing the tip 803 is disposed between the guide block 5311 and the belt component 5312, one end of the tip slot 5310 is connected with an output port of the tip feeding mechanism 52, the steering component 532 includes two steering blocks 5321, a chute 5320 for passing the tip 803 is disposed between the two steering blocks 5321, one end of the chute 5320 is in butt joint with the tip slot 5310, and a semicircular arc guide surface 53210 is disposed on the steering block 5321 to enable the tip 803 to be in a horizontal state from a vertical state after passing the chute 5320. The tip is more convenient to laminate after being in a horizontal state.
In this embodiment, a stacking groove 510 is formed in the tip frame 51, one end of the stacking groove 510 is communicated with the lower end of the chute 5320, the tip stacking mechanism 55 includes a stacking rod 551 slidably connected in the stacking groove 510 and a stacking cylinder 552 for driving the stacking rod 551 to stack the tips 803 into a specific number, the tip frame 51 is provided with a blanking inclined plate 547 connected to the stacking groove 510, the tip frame 51 is provided with an ejection cylinder 548 for ejecting the tips 803 stacked in the stacking groove 510 from the stacking groove 510 onto the blanking inclined plate 547, an ejector rod 5481 capable of moving up and down in the stacking groove 510 is provided at an execution end of the ejection cylinder 548, and the tip transfer mechanism 56 is used for transferring the tips 803 stacked in the specific number onto the upper surface of the glue cylinder 802 in the cartons 801 conveyed on the conveyor line 1. In use, one nib is dropped from the chute 5320, the stacking cylinder acts to push the nib into the stacking groove 510 to stack until the nib is stacked to a set number, and the ejection cylinder ejects the stacked nib from the stacking groove 510 and rolls down below the blanking sloping plate 547. Finally, the stacked specific number of the nibs 803 are transferred to the upper surface of the packing element 802 in the carton 801 transported on the transport line body 1 by the nib transfer mechanism 56.
In addition, the automatic case sealer adopts a mechanism mature in the prior art, and is not developed in detail in this embodiment.

the carton unfolding and folding edge sealing device (2) is arranged at the front end of the conveying line body (1) and is used for unfolding and folding the bottom edge of the carton (801) and sealing the bottom edge by the adhesive tape and transferring the carton (801) to the conveying line body (1);
the automatic glue filling device (3) is arranged on one side of the paper box unfolding and folding edge sealing device (2) and is used for automatically filling glue into the glue cylinder (802) and sealing the glue;
the automatic boxing device (4) is positioned at one side of the conveying line body (1) and at the tail part of the automatic glue filling device (3), and the automatic boxing device (4) is used for loading glue cylinders (802) after glue filling into cartons (801) conveyed on the conveying line body (1);
The tip boxing device (5) is arranged on one side of the conveying line body (1) and is used for stacking the tips (803) and placing the tips on the upper surface of a rubber cylinder (802) in a carton (801) conveyed on the conveying line body (1);
and the automatic box sealing device (6), the automatic box sealing device (6) is arranged at the tail part of the conveying line body (1) and is used for sealing adhesive tapes on the cartons (801) which are packaged on the conveying line body (1).

The automatic filling and boxing production line according to claim 1, wherein the carton unfolding and folding edge sealing device (2) comprises an edge sealing frame (21), a carton positioning and adjusting frame (22), a mechanical arm (23), an adsorption clamp (24), a bottom edge folding mechanism (25) and a first adhesive tape edge sealing mechanism (26), the adsorption clamp (24) comprises an adsorption bottom plate (241), an adsorption side plate (242), a first sucker (243), a second sucker (244) and a first turnover cylinder (245), the adsorption bottom plate (241) is arranged at an executing end of the mechanical arm (23), the adsorption side plate (242) is pivoted on the adsorption bottom plate (241), the adsorption side plate (242) is provided with a turnover arm (246), a cylinder body of the first turnover cylinder (245) is hinged on the adsorption bottom plate (241), a piston rod of the first turnover cylinder (245) is hinged on the turnover arm (246), the first sucker (243) is arranged on the adsorption bottom plate (241), and the second sucker (242) is arranged on the adsorption side plate (244).

An automatic filling and boxing line according to claim 2, wherein the bottom edge turning mechanism (25) comprises a first turning plate (251), a second turning plate (252), a third turning plate (253), a fourth turning plate (254), a first turning plate driving mechanism (255), a second turning plate driving mechanism (256) and a third turning plate driving mechanism (257), wherein the first turning plate (251) and the second turning plate (252) are positioned on the same vertical plane, one end of the first turning plate (251) is hinged on a banding frame (21), one end of the second turning plate (252) is hinged on the banding frame (21), the first turning plate driving mechanism (255) is arranged on the banding frame (21) to drive the first turning plate (251) and the second turning plate (252) to turn upwards at the same time, the third turning plate (253) is pivoted on the banding frame (21), and the third turning plate (253) is arranged on the second side of the second turning plate (252) and the third turning plate (252) is arranged on the banding frame (21); the fourth turnover piece (254) is pivoted on the edge banding frame (21), the fourth turnover piece (254) is positioned on the right side of the first turnover piece (251) and the second turnover piece (252), and the third driving mechanism (257) of the turnover piece is arranged on the edge banding frame (21) to drive the fourth turnover piece (254) to turn.
